The room was clean and when we checked in the lady was super friendly. Breakfast was busy but it was well stocked.

Overall, this stay was enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and my brother and I were able to enjoy the hot tub and pool. The only point of contention relates to the breakfast. I was really looking forward to breakfast here because the Holiday Inn has that lovely pancake conveyor belt gadget. Sadly, it was broken. On top of that, I arrived for breakfast ten minutes after it ended, and everything was already cleaned up and put away. I have not experienced this at any other hotel because usually there is leftover food and stragglers to feed, especially on a weekend just after 9:30 a.m. on a weekend. The next day, we made sure to be down by 9 a.m., 30 minutes before close, to enjoy breakfast. However, although we were there in a timely fashion, a great deal of the hot breakfast items were out and the staff did not refill any of them. If you come here, get breakfast much earlier and pray the pancake machine works; it was broken for the four days we were there. For a hotel that cost about $165 on average each night, I was definitely hoping for more. The rest of the staff was helpful and friendly.

We travel a lot and this hotel is hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed in and at a good price! The check in was easy, The room and bathroom were immaculate. The beds were super. The hot tub and pool were great, The breakfast was the best we ever had with a breakfast staff that was fast and friendly. We loved this place and will definitely stay here again in future trips.

Room was not advertised the same as it was on holiday inns website. Was expecting 2 beds and only received 1 bed and a couch. After nearly 2 hours of waiting online for Expedia as the online messaging portal is a joke, I was told they are booked and to try another hotel. But hotel was going to charge for one night if I canceled.

Overall the stay was great. They have an indoor heated pool and hot tub. The rooms were clean and bed was soft. The pillows were a little flat if you like thick fluffy ones. The only downside was the breakfast. They have a really nice coffee machine but the (powdered) eggs and turkey sausage patties were pretty nasty. It’s already included in the cost (advertised as free) of the room. Save your taste buds and travel somewhere for breakfast.

This hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The service was outstanding, and both the pool and hot tub looked great. I especially appreciated the small welcome goodie bag at check-in—it was a thoughtful touch. I would definitely stay here again.

To many people were in there when we needed to leave so we were unable to use the kitchen.or get any food. Just to many people to crowded.

After a long day at the hospital we showed up late (12am) in the evening to check in to our reservation. Check in went pretty smooth besides the front desk person being preoccupied with her upset baby. When we opened the door to the room it was disgusting! Trash overflowing the cans onto the floor, dirty shoe prints in the bathroom and the bedding was balled up and thrown on the beds. We went down to the front desk and she informed us it was her last available room. We left and went to another hotel. I would have been a bit more understanding had we walked in and rented the room or had booked a few hours in advance (last minute). But we booked a couple days in advance! The lady at the desk was very apologetic, but there was nothing she could do. I'm not sure we will attempt staying at this property again. The hotel up the street was very accommodating to our last minute stay....

We have stayed here twice and it is a great place. Breakfast is hot and wonderful, staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are clean. The beds are a little harder than I like, but other than that it’s a great place to stay!

Room was nice size and clean when we arrived. However the last day of our four night stay all of our dirty towels were still sitting in the bathroom floor, bed not made and no clean towels. Breakfast has quite a bit of variety for a free hotel buffet. Property close to highway. Staff friendly.

My daughters and I came for a funeral and our stay was amazing from the friendly staff, to great complementary breakfasts and the cleanliness of our room. Definitely will be staying here again if we’re ever in town. Would highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends.

All 3 nights we stayed at between 8:00- 8:30a.m every morning sounded like a construction zone. Pool water looked milky/not clear. Breakfast was just ok. On another hand the staff was amazing. Room size was amazing for our family size, no switch for bathroom fan so it would stay moist after showering. Room wasnt cleaned while we left for the day.

Room was very nice. Breakfast was a little disappointing. One day, the hot egg option was unavailable the entire time we were eating. The only way to add milk to cold cereal was to use an entire 8 oz. package of organic milk, rather than a pitcher. But the room size and decor were very good, as was the location so we'd consider staying here again.

Was next to elevator and front door with a cat who hates strangers so it was hard to sleep due to carts rattling outside the window and elevator humming. Room was nice and a great place for a cat in an emergency situation.

Facility and staff were great. The occupants in the next room were a bad experience. Four drunk younger ladies, yelled in the hall for about 10 minutes. I am sure they woke up every one in the hall. I am sure the front desk could hear them. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was very clean. The lotion dispenser was watered down. We will stay there again.

Bathroom had a very pungent odor that never went away. A member of our party had the room next door that had a clogged toilet and rather than the staff sending up a maintenance person, they instead handed them a plunger to deal with it. We rented the suite and found the room to lacking basic items ie. Towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, coffee, etc

My wife and I always stay at this location when we come in to town. We love the proximity to the things we like to do while there. Rooms are always clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast is one of the best out there for hotels, with warm delicious food. The staff is amazing, from the front desk people, to housecleaning to the breakfast room. We are never disappointed in this place.

Never stay at this Holiday Inn Express property, Incompetent and unprofessional staff, unable to carry out the simplest task, unavailable or absentee management, and uncooperative front desk clerk. I left after one night's stay due to these and other issues. Beware and note my heedings.

We didn’t get a chance to check out breakfast or any amenities, but for what we needed—a quiet, clean night’s sleep for the family—it absolutely did the job. With a large group of us, it was nice to have one room that we could all be in. Sad I cannot get reward points since it went directly to hotels.com instead of Holiday Inn, like I was trying.

I really enjoyed staying here. The front desk people were great, and housekeeping was amazing! I was extremely impressed with them. Most places I've stayed at the last few years do very little in the room when you stay multiple nights, but the housekeeping at this hotel really did a great job. Breakfast was good, and my kids had a lot of fun in the pool too.

On reading some reviews I was beginning to think we’d stayed at a different hotel! This was a very clean property. Nice, clean and bright reception area where we were greeted by friendly staff on arrival. They had just had a new system, when checking in, that they were still getting to grips with but all was fine. Got good advise from the staff and the manager regarding places to go and where to be aware of etc. Nothing was too much trouble. There was plenty of free parking spaces. Room was a very good size, very clean and very quiet. Good free breakfast to make it a good start to the day. Can definitely recommend this hotel based on our experience. Very pleased and on checking out we saw the manager there and so we personally told him so.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was very clean and well-kept, and I felt safe throughout my visit, which is always a top priority for me. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. For the price, this place is an excellent value—definitely better than I expected. It wa comfortable, budget-friendly stay, it’s hard to beat. We returned after 2 weeks for a tournament. I chose to return to this hotel because the first room we got was spacious and just fit out needs. But when we got there they weren't able to give us that type of room due to the tournaments, we were book for an entire week and had to stay in a 2 bed room. We had our beds only made once and had to call multiple times to get the shampoo and conditioner replaced. They did offer a discount because the first night the AC was making a rattling noise which we advised early in the day. They were able to fix it so we had to sleep with it the first night, they did come and replace it the next day which we appreciated. Next time booking here in Denver for sure but making sure I get the larger room at request.

Everything was fine until a $55.88 charged showed up on my credit card for “damaged linens”.

Overall pretty good place to stay. Only issue was when we arrived the one and only elevator broke and we had to take the stairs up. They fixed it that night and got it working in the morning. They also provided a free voucher for a food or drink so that was nice. Probably the best breakfast.

Was ok for a quick one night family stay. There was plenty of space for us and our three kids in the room. Breakfast wasn’t the best (compared to other Holiday Inn’s we’ve stayed at) and the dining area was really dirty. Spills everywhere, very sticky, full trash cans. Kitchen staff seemed very uninterested. It was fine for a night, but definitely wouldn’t book a week trip here.

I feel like when you do a extension on your travel itinerary that they should let you transfer to another room immediately I thought I was going to be able to just stay in the room we were in but I was told we had to check out and then we could have check back until after 3:00 also I was told I was in the beginning I was going to be able to check in right away but then she said we could check out until 3:00 and it would cost more if we checked in early wasn't able to use the pull or anything because they had about 75,000 people children check in

We got checked in and had to wait for a room to be checked to make sure it was cleaned. We get to the room after an 8 hour car ride. My husband is in his boxers to take a shower and an employee from the hotel walked in. Said oh sorry. And walked out. Was very uncomfortable

This place was nearly perfect! The location is very good, surrounded by restaurants and shopping areas, and very close to Hwy 25. My room was just the right size for a single traveler, and just a few feet from the front desk.It was also very close to the pool & hot tub. The bed was quite comfortable with luxurious pillows that are by far the very best pillows out of all the places I have ever stayed! I slept like a baby that night. My only criticisms are the disjointed parking lot and child-night toilet neither are handicap friendly. This is why I subtracted one star from my overall rating. Despite these two concerns, I would recommend this Holiday Inn Express to anyone who can painlessly walk and do deep knee bends.

Our stay was horrible, the elevator was not working properly. we were on the 4th floor and everytime we would almost make it to our floor the elevator would shake uncontrollably, we went to use the pool as we walked by the front dest the host watched us walk to the pool knowing she keeps towels with her but not saying a word and once we were done swimming she literally followed us to our room and mopped behind us the whole time including the elevator, the hot food was cold, they only have lactose milk, it was so crowded in the breakfast nook that people were pushing me out of the way. My family and i will definitely not be staying here again.

While described as pet friendly, hotel charges $50 per night for pets. The area behind the hotel used for pet relief was a sea of dog poop. While there was a falling over post containing a dog poop trash can, there were no accompanying poop bags during the week I was there, likely exacerbating the excessive amount of dog waste.

Front desk blamed Expedia for that and wanted me to resolve with them.

The minute I approached the counter to check in this dog started barking nonstop while checking in. For about 30 minutes after checking in it continued to bark every time someone approached the front desk. I could hear it in my room. This should never be allowed to happen.

Room was clean and comfortable. Pool area wasn't clean, with limited seating available, but the pool temp was nice and my kids were able to play for over an hour. Floor near elevator was wet and slippery, but no one put a wet floor sign out, so it was a bit of a hazard. Breakfast options were good for adults and kids. Located right off of the Interstate, near Boondocks and restaurants, relatively quiet.

Hotel says it’s been renovated .. it has very poor quality work being done can tell when they don’t finish tile work or around outlets.. Room was still dirty when we walked in. Found food in microwave and behind it. Stayed for 3 nights we are a party of 5 I had to ask for more towels and trash bags to take out my own garbage. No service was offered. Wasn’t offered sheets or blankets for couch bed. Breakfast was hit or miss .. some days there was stuff others no milk, fruit or pastries was available. Definitely won’t stay again and don’t recommend.

We were right across from cleaning closet and swimming pool. I think that was the only downfall. This is the 2nd time we stood at this hotel and it was great both times. We will make sure to stay there again.

We have stayed here in the past and were looking forward to it again. There is currently some remodeling going on and I hope the rooms that are “finished” get another look as there are plenty of small issues. The biggest issue we had was our room was second floor near the lobby ceiling. We were awaken around 1am to loud music. I went out to try to identify the room only to find out it was the music in the lobby. I asked the lady up front if she could please turn it down a little as I noticed a speaker was right on the other side of the wall of our room. She said she didn’t have control of the volume and simply said “we’ve never had anyone complain about it.” The pool was also too cold to swim in this time. Everyone at the pool was using the hot tub so it was full of about 15 people. The front office staff said it’s heated and said the indoor pool must’ve been cold because it was cold outside. Unfortunately not a good experience this last time. We have since booked another hotel for our next trip to this city,
