Well run property. No complaints

There was a QR code reservation system, but we were unable to use it, possibly due to weak Wi-Fi or issues with international mobile connectivity. I also noticed some hair and dust in the corner of the sink area, and the hairdryer’s air intake appeared to be slightly clogged with dust, which was a bit concerning. Other than these points, the room was clean and comfortable.

Very pleasant. The front desk staff thought something of themselves but they are a hotel very similar to (and mostly from the same Marriott chain) as all the other local hotels. Clean and modern and nice.

Staff and amenities. Bartenders were great. I felt comfortable alone at the bar. Love the Byredo soap, shampoo and conditioner. Wish you sold it at the hotel.

Location is very convenient to everywhere.

The bed and shower were fantastic. The views of the snow peaked mountains (in July) with a never-ending show of dramatic clouds and sun was worth the cost of the room alone; stunning. When we checked in we were given a "Destination Amenities" card which would enable us to get some things at a discount rate. We pocketed the card and never referred to it again until checkout when we realised we were being charged $39 + Tax every day for this. It was not adequately explained to us one our arrival.

Beautiful hotel and easily accessible to shopping and dining. Great staff and service, especially at the Toro Restaurant. Plan to stay here again in the future!

The location in Cherry Creek is excellent. This is my second stay at the Clio and the avocado toast for breakfast is to die for. Plus we got free admission to the Denver Botanical Gardens!!! Can't say enough about the helpful staff Nothing

Room not ready for a 4pm check-in and had a formal event to depart to at 5:15pm. Told that the guests that checked out before us had higher Bonvoy status than us as the reason for the problem. (No apology from manager conveyed… completely defensive). Next day room was not refreshed (no housekeeping)… had to request fresh towels, toilet paper, etc. be delivered. Room service breakfast after night 2 included undrinkable coffee.

We loved our stay at Hotel Clio. The staff was exceptional from check-in to our server at breakfast. A truly wonderful experience!

This hotel is wonderful. They make you feel special and lots of good stuff going on. The location is superb, minutes for shopping in any direction and steps always from great dining.

Lot’s of good amenities. Snack bar in the room is pricey though.

This hotel had a great location but it’s getting run down. It wasn’t as clean as it could be. Seems like it may be a party hotel.

Excellent service, accommodations, staff and location.

Hotel came recommended, but very disappointed! After a long 7 hour drive with bad weather all we wanted was a good rest. Before 7am lots of hammering and sanding next door and super loud! Stayed for less than 9 hours and was charged 30 dollars for some hospitality fee that was never used.

Great location

I stayed here for four nights and it was an excellent stay. This is an ideal location in the heart of upscale Cherry Creek with coffee shops, bars, shopping and restaurants right outside the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and relatively large. I highly recommend the hotel.

I stayed for almost 2 weeks and thought it was a very nice property and intent to return on my next visit to Denver. The staff was excellent.

The staff was great! The location had everything, restaurants, shopping, and very walkable. The hotel is very nice! They even provided complementary transportation within 3 miles of the hotel. Perfect stay!

Absolutely amazing! The ambiance was so amazing. The local area is safe and relaxing experience to walk and enjoy. We shopped local and the large mall just 3min walk. We enjoyed the hospitality was above and beyond. We will definitely come again.

This is a great hotel. Good sized rooms, lovely bar and restaurant and walking distance to the amazing Cherry Creek mall. Other great restaurants and shopping in the vicinity.

Wonderful staff from the valets to check in to the housekeeping. The valet staff was especially helpful as we were driving a large truck and pulling a trailer. They made sure we had ample parking and access

Hotel was great but they charged a sneaky $35 "resort fee" that was not shown when I booked it. I was there for a very expensive family party that was hosted at Hotel Clio spending close to 75k and they still felt the need to price gauge me and charge me the passion $35. I was very disappointed

The Clio is a great place to stay, very walkable, and close to restaurants and shopping. It is a beautiful hotel and the people are most helpful and friendly. I highly recommend it, and I will return!

Stay weas good. I asked for help with "safe" 3 times, finally personnel from hotel showed up, with no batteries for safe, needed 10 minutes and come back. We waited a long time and took aur valuables to hotel safe

Hotel Clio exceeded my expectations. It was extremely friendly, modern and clean, lots of amenities. Highly recommend!

Libby and restaurant appear to be the only thing renovated. Rooms were dirty and cabinets chipped, crown moulding broken and furniture dirty. Just dated and not what we expected for a recently ‘renovated’ hotel. Should have stayed what it was or gone all in on the makeover.

The area was amazing . Valet parking very convenient . Good and drinks were great. The rooms and bathroom were very dirty , considering the price they should focus on cleanliness .

I arrived around 4pm but my room was not ready until 5:30pm, 1 and half hours after checkin at which time I had to follow up with the front desk staff although they said they would call me as soon as the room was ready. The room was basic, nothing special. The bed was hard and the pillows were trash bags with paper in them. The hotel restaurant Toro served good food but it took why to long to get the food and or simple things like a coffee and or set ups. I would stay at another hotel property upon my next visit to Cherry Creek.

I’m very picky about hotel stays - Hotel Clio exceeded every expectation I have. The staff was so lovely and accommodating. The location is perfect, my husband and I were able to walk anywhere we needed to go. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is centrally located around shops and restaurants. It is very safe. Also a great walking and biking trail 2 blocks from hotel.

We were here celebrating a 30 year anniversary. The hotel staff sent up a cake and a note with fun facts about what was happening 30 years ago!

When I checked in the gentleman was wearing a mask and his English was so broken I didn’t understand him. Web said there was in room coffee and there was not.

Rooms King was good size .good size closet and drawer space.Tub and shower double sink. Toro on site restaurant was excellent .Room service daily. Easy walk to shops.

I love this hotel, but the coffee pot was complicated and didn’t work with the video.

Jasmine and all the other staff were very friendly and accommodating. It’s a lovely hotel in a very nice area. Lots to do within walking distance. However, wish the parking options were better and the valet drop-off/pickup wasn’t on the street.

Nice hotel, big room. A/C is a little bipolar, it’s either hot or cold.

There was nothing spectacular other than a clean room to sleep at night. Even then, we left garbage to be taken and it was left to pile up for the duration of our stay. The hotel had a great atmosphere for business or weddings. However, spending time here as a family there was no designated spot we could go to besides our home. I wouldn’t stay here again with or without kids simply because the inexpensive vibe was palpable

Working out some glitches. Didn’t get keys to our second room for a while And tv did not work and they never fixed. Just there one night.

I wasn't made aware of the construction in the building when booking, and woke up on President's Day at 6am to construction going on next door.

Rooms are nicely updated and large. The internet TV is a great amenity. The lobby was under construction, but it wasn't a huge deal. Staff was extremely helpful. The only bummer is that they have bottled water in the rooms instead of encouraging use of more sustainable options.
