Reviews
Guests generally have a positive experience at this hotel, praising its cleanliness, comfortable beds, and helpful staff. However, some have issues with the water pressure in the showers and the high cost of parking. The hotel's location in Cherry Creek is a highlight, with many restaurants and shops within walking distance.
- Clean and comfortable rooms
- Helpful and friendly staff
- High parking fees
- Inconsistent water pressure in showers

We feel for a premium price we paid we should have been told about the construction and offered some type of discount.

The property and staff were amazing and made the trip incredible!
- 5/5
Great location, helpful staff, clean property. Rooftop pool & bar is a nice amenity. The pool could use some additional attention for cleanliness. Overall great stay.
- 5/5
The staff was super helpful. It was also great to have such a good restaurant right on location!
- 5/5
The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for walking to restaurants or shopping. Construction going on nearby a bit of an inconvenience, but the hotel itself was nice.
- 5/5
Will definitely stay here again. $68 per night valet parking is a bit too NYC for me and leaves a bad feeling.
- 3/5
The hotel is pretentious. It wants to look nice but it’s not. The shower was awful; press the wrong button and you get sprayed in the face. Are the buttons labeled? No. The elevators were down for a bit of time, and wouldn’t go to their floor so I got to ride with the staff to all the floors before mine in a dark elevator with a strangers. Big wet spot in the room floor. Mountain View is basically construction view. For the money you spend, you can go somewhere else. Good things though: staff was kind and nice, great valets, and good location.
- 5/5
Stay was amazing !! The laid back Vibe by the poolside on the roof was key
- 5/5
Wonderful.
- 5/5
Narrative is my favorite restaurant inside hotel. Location is prime. Will be back ❤️
- 4/5
Although the staff was excellent, the amenities were lacking! There was a hole in our bedsheets. The pillows are extremely hard. Room service was unreliable. Had to ask for towels, one day and then toilet paper the next day. The glass doors are hazard. We had no safe in our room. Although everything was very clean, lacking amenities is important at this caliber of a hotel.
- 5/5
We had to ask for room service one day and no service on another day
- 3/5
We've been going here once or twice a year for the last 5 or 6 years but this stay was not as smooth or memorable. The entire staff (except Zach/ manager) was helpful and awesome! Zach was dismissive, non-understanding, and non-empathetic.
- 4/5
The hotel was great. Dining available in the hotel and restaurants in close proximity to the hotel. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was nice, but do not pay for views because you'll be looking at the construction on the block. The only thing I did not like was the cooling device/refrigerator. It is more of a space for drinks and does not stay cold enough to truly keep food cold. Other than that, it was a great visit!

This Hotel was amazing, great location, super nice and clean rooms and extreme friendly staff. We loved everything about it
- 5/5
Very comfortable, very friendly staff, fine service
- 5/5
Love this place staff is the main reason why. They are so kind patient and attentive.
- 5/5
The food is great, the gym is clean and well appointed. The location in Cherry Creek is excellent - many dining and shopping options just outside the door. This is my second time staying there and I will return. I actually booked another hotel in error in the Denver Tech Center and changed when I realized- I was so happy that this hotel could accommodate our last minute reservation! So relieved to arrive there and being a Bonvoy gold member was even better!
- 3/5
Surprise! There is a $30 “Destination” fee per night. This place is not a resort and this fee is charged to make you eat and drink at their hotel valet at s $68 a night and this charge does not count against the $30 charge. All elevators don’t work and the two that do are the worst riding I have ever felt in a new hotel. The main stairs to the second floor are worn out and the handrail is severely scratched from instillation. An exterior door is locked which is a fire code issue , apparently it’s expensive to fix so locking it during business hours is the solution. Breakfast was good and the staff nice . The tile in the shower needs to be cleaned better starting to look dirty or moldy. A large amount of construction around the hotel. Roof top pool is great bar area looks used and the bar equipment was dirty, I assume this would be cleaned before use.
- 5/5
Staff were amazing and helpful, going above and beyond. food was exquisite, though not cheap Parking charges cost more per day than hiring the car...

- 4/5
It’s very noisy outside however, once you’re in the building, it’s not as bad. You can still hear it, but it did not keep us up at night.
- 4/5
It’s a nice hotel but not worth and often exorbitant cost when nicer spots are just around the corner. Some of the staff at the front desk is snooty and while the roof is cool, there are some other nice spots very near by.
- 3/5
The location is nice and it’s in a really nice upscale area. However, it’s definitely not worth how much we paid which was insane. The pillows had marked on them which we had to ask to be changed. The towels and sheets were not white they were clearly used quite a bit which is normal but there should be higher standards. People were nice. Valet is a bit expensive and no other parking
- 5/5
Perfect Cherry Creek location. Walking to all the shops and restaurants. Hotel bar, restaurant, and pool top lively with great options. Hotel room amenities are very nice.
- 1/5
The rooms need to be refreshed.
- 5/5
I would stay here again.

Not much The bathroom doesn't have a real door. It has some bizarre sliding barn door that doesn't seal. So if you are looking for privacy when you use the restroom, you are out of luck. Then the bed is like sleeping on a block of concrete. It caused me excruciating pain every single day, and I am not exaggerating. I woke up several times a night and had a hard time walking the next day. I have never slept on a bed that caused me pain like this, ever in my life. This hotel is trying to be fancy, but is just cheap. Also, they overcharged me. I have never been charged more than a booking site before, and they overcharged me and refused to fix it. Then they tried to charge me for a water that I didn't take or drink.

Property beautifully maintained. Very modern so does charm factor… only reason not given 5 stars.
- 4/5
Thoughtful staff, great location.
- 5/5
Staff was fantastic
- 3/5
There are too many "add on" fees. Parking was $70 a night! And staff didn't adjust my included breakfast so we were charged another $100. I had to contact and have removed.
- 4/5
The lack of housekeeping in the rooms is poor. When I was there with my husband in February the room wasn’t cleaned at all. Then when I requested it to be cleaned they left dirty cleaning rags by the tv and a bottle of an unknown cleaning product in the bathroom. The sheets were not changed on either trip even though I requested it upon check in. This trip it was freshened at best.
- 4/5
Room 729 is very nice and gives you the best view of downtown Cherry Creek with a snapshot of the mountains. Everyone was very kind there.

- 5/5
The staff was above and beyond friendly and attentive. We had the absolute best staycation. We cannot say enough kind words about the ambiance and staff. Not one detail was missed! We will definitely come back.
- 5/5
Parking is way expensive at hotel and surrounding parking is a pain where you have to move the car every 3 hours
- 5/5
Amazing experience!
- 5/5
The hotel is in a pretty area. You have everything walkable distance. Coffee shops, the mall, stores, dinner options. The room is super pretty and most important super comfortable. Really recommend
- 4.5/5
The staff make this place very good, each person I came across was friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful, although the view of a construction site isn't great, but not much you can do about that. My only issue is it seems too expensive for what you get, and a valet fee of $68.00 on top of the room rate. The location was wonderful, and near many stores and restaurants, very safe neighborhood. Breakfast included in room rate perhaps, it is just too expensive for what you get. This is a pretty hotel, but there was some wear and tear I noticed in our room. The rooftop heated pool is a nice amenity.

Staff was very friendly! Rooms were clean and it was in an amazing location we could walk to everything! Plus they have a town car that can take you places even though we didn't use that service. It was nice to know it was something that was available

We had a great 4 night stay over Thanksgiving. The hotel looks brand new and everything is nice and clean. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The location is excellent, in the heart of cherry creek with plenty of dining and shopping right outside the door. You’re only a 15 minute ride away from downtown as well.

This is the third time my wife and I have stayed at The Jacquard. Our experience has been excellent each time. The location of the property can't be beat and the hotel and it's staff is first class.
- 5/5
Love the views and surrounding shopping. Staff were great! Room and hallway could have been cleaner and towels need to be updated.
- 5/5
What a beautiful hotel, restaurant was delicious and the gym was really amazing!
- 5/5
Very nice property great location. Across from mall, tons of restaurants. Excellent service.
- 5/5
Excellent. Staff Beds Bedding Pillows very comfortable and so quiet.
- 5/5
Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly and courteous.
- 5/5
My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. The staff was very friendly and the food at the restaurant was delicious. Our room was clean and modern and our beds were very comfortable. We walked to Cherry Creek and to a couple great restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
- 3/5
I’m a female senior citizen. I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. Both times, I have had this experience. Maybe I don’t look glamorous, or fit the profile of who they prefer to have in their hotel. But I deserve the same respect as anyone. The valet staff are excellent.
- 5/5
The room was lovely and we had a great view of the sunrise over Denver in the morning. There was an issue with the elevator functioning- but the staff was completely on top of it. We didn’t even have to wait on elevators, they had it so efficiently under control. Lovely staycation in a great location!

It’s a beautiful building in a good location. Construction in almost every block of Cherry Creek.

Food in the restaurant was fantastic. I booked through booking.com and by mistake booked the wrong date. The front desk was not very helpful but booking.com was amazing. Didn't have to call anyone just switched through app and the price was lower so received a credit. Great hotel. Great location.
- 3/5
Location, Most of front desk staff. Woman who checked us in could have been friendlier and more accommodating. Need new pillows, bedding and towels were inconsistent. Sheets and some towels were greyish. Didn't know whether room cleaning was on demand or expected. When housekeeping did come they invariably left something undone. forgot to take out trash, or forgot to leave towels several times. Just not the same experience at the Jacquard as many previous times.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Clean, nice upscale area. Service was great

- 5/5
Pool area was lovely. Gym was clean.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel, up to date, attention to detail
- 4/5
Quiet bedroom and good bed. Very busy breakfast scene . So long wait
- 4/5
I don't know who's idea it was to put the bathroom outlet on the opposite side of the mirror. No convenient at all. Also, as much as the water stations are nice, it would be nice to have ice on every floor.
- 5/5
We enjoyed everything about the hotel, restaurant and shopping around the area. The construction and road closures made it challenging.
- 5/5
Great spot especially if you want to stay a short distance from downtown with a shopping district in an upscale neighborhood. I opted for this instead of a downtown hotel, and I’m very glad I did. Great restaurants that are walkable clothing stores around the corner, too.
- 5/5
Just loved everything about my room.
- 4/5
I liked the location, amazing staff, and rooftop pool. I wish the food was better, the credit was an actual credit and you can hear everything in the rooms.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Had an amazing stay at the Jacquard! The staff went above and beyond and were very attentive. The rooftop pool really made the stay, just wish it was bigger as the loungers fill up quickly. Highly recommend staying there!
- 3/5
Amenities promised and paid for were not delivered timely. Pool and bar were not open at night which was why we chose this location. Left disappointed.
- 5/5
I really like it
- 3/5
Resort fee is not well advertised. Rip off. Would not have booked this hotel if i knew of that fee. Need to charge it when booking and state usage options. Would have rather eaten somewhere else and not interested in spa services.
- 5/5
Great location!
- 4.5/5
Not knowing where anything was on respective floors Bed was comfortable but really hurt me and my friends back both nights
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
Service is good, when you can get a hold of anyone on the phone. The valet is always very nice and helpful. There was trash pick up and vacuuming happening between 3am and 6am which was very annoying.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent.
- 5/5
The fridge in the closet has lights on that could not be turned off. I ended up unplugging it to sleep.
- 3.5/5
Don’t desk staff was awesome. There was a lot of construction in the area which started early in the morning. Wish I knew this before arriving. For the price it was disappointing.
- 5/5
Good service. Great rooftop pool area. Unfortunately, the cabanas are overpriced but maybe worth it for a romantic weekend or group of friends.
- 5/5
Rooftop pool was amazing and close to shopping. Would definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
You get two Q-tips they don’t replace them when you use them. You get one bar soap. They don’t replace it if you use it. Lots of construction around the hotel so rooms with Mountain View‘s don’t necessarily see much of the mountains.
- 5/5
I loved my stay at this hotel and now that my daughter is a student at DU I will be returning to this hotel a few times a year. My room was super comfortable, with a desk and a reading chair and a great view. I had breakfast each morning at the hotel restaurant, and it was excellent. My ONLY complaint is that the cost of parking was $65/night. Too much!
- 4/5
Nice property. Only issue was we had to call for towels/coffee replenishing every day of the stay. However they were fast to respond. Parking is a little steep at 65.00 per day. But valet was fairly quick to retrieve the car.
- 5/5
great location, nice staff, liked everything about it
- 5/5
Lovely property with nice amenities. Very attentive staff
- 5/5
Staff extremely friendly and helpful
- 5/5
We live this area, the hotel, the service is amazing
- 5/5
Great area as well a great staff all st Jacques members were very attentive and helpful. Thank you.
- 5/5
Most visits out of town, when someone asks how was your visit ( be it business or pleasure) you talk about your experiences in the area. After our stay at the Jacquard… you include how amazing the hotel is!!! From the text ahead of your stay, staff that greats you every time you walk in, to the cleanliness and beautiful decor
- 5/5
Bed was super comfortable and the room was cleaned daily. Would definitely recommend!
- 5/5
Fantastic location. Rooftop pool was great. Show early for a good seat!! Food at Narrative and Kisbee was excellent and fresh. Drinks were also phenomenal. Will be back.
- 5/5
Great location. Friendly staff. New and clean room.
- 5/5
I like the general neighborhood within a mile or two from hotel. And I like the restaurant.
- 4/5
On our second morning at breakfast our waiter was rude & slow, and our food was cold. The outcome almost appeared intentional, and it soured our experience for our stay. If your waiters don't want to serve your guests, then don't put them out front dealing with the customers. Eventually we asked other wait staff to help us because our original waiter never came back to our table--until he brought us the check with a smile on his face. This one guy probably cost Jacquard our repeat business, especially given the high costs.
- 5/5
Always love staying here! Staff is great…enjoyed rooftop bar and Narrative for breakfast! We will return again and again!!
- 4/5
Beds very comfortable. Room was warm no airflow. The pool was a disappointment, the hotel opens it to the public! It was very crowded, party vibe with club music all day. NOT at all relaxing or comfortable!!
- 5/5
Meticulously clean and beautiful. Incredible restaurant and rooftop bar and pool. The customer service can’t be beat!
- 5/5
good location and clean w/ good pool area
- 5/5
Great rooftop pool
- 1.5/5
Excellent breakfast and location. Never changed sheets with a large coffee stain. The room was not made up on the last day of our stay. When we noted this to the checkout clerk, she said, "Sorry about that," with absolutely no emotion whatsoever. Zero empathy. Then the bill came with a previously undisclosed $30/day "destination fee." Outrageous!!!!! Never again...Never.
- 5/5
Great location and property with wonderful dining options within walking distance.
- 5/5
Amazing place and location. We stay here anytime we are in Denver.
- 5/5
This place is amazing. GO! It’s a great location and a great local adventure!
- 5/5
I did not realize there was a $30 resort fee. It could be applied to meals at the hotel, so it was not a $30 loss, but would have preferred to know about it ahead of time.
- 4/5
Good but room service phone did not work.
- 1/5
This hotel is no longer a 4-star property! The rooms are very dark, dirty and all of the towels and bed linen needs to be replaced! Save your money and go somewhere else!
- 5/5
We love this place, will be back soon.
- 5/5
Good vibes. Good staff.
- 5/5
It was a good stay. I wish I would have known the incentives.
- 2/5
I had to ask at end of day is room would be cleaned and front desk said it was too late and they had no apology or reason. I had already put our only 2 towels on floor and we needed to shower. Twice I called for towels and they were never sent up.
- 5/5
Not their fault there is so much construction around. Wonderful staff and great room!
- 5/5
Great place to stay. A little congested to get to the property but very convenient location.
- 3/5
Expensive one-night staycation excited about the rooftop pool. Incredibly narrow pool with freezing temperatures. Private cabanas that eat up the entire rooftop space + 90% of folks at the pool were not even guests so we spent $300+ to put towels down on concrete by the exit door because all chairs were taken. Pretty rude rooftop bar staff- charged $10 for a 1/4 cup of club soda.
- 5/5
Beautiful hotel in a great location. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Rooftop bar and pool was very special. Rooms was large and had a great view of downtown and mountains.
- 1/5
Parking? Forget about it. There’s no self-parking anywhere nearby, and valet is a jaw-dropping $65/day. For what, exactly? Subpar service and a chaotic arrival experience? The elevators are a complete disaster—unpredictable, slow, and seemingly confused. I waited over five minutes more than once with three elevators just sitting idle. As a Marriott Elite member who’s spent over a year of my life in Marriott properties, I was shocked when the front desk gave me pushback over a simple late checkout. The loyalty recognition here is non-existent. And the final straw: I was enjoying a drink by the rooftop pool—one I brought myself—when the waitress told me to pour it out. There was zero signage indicating outside drinks weren’t allowed, and the irony? I had spent plenty on poolside food and beverages on previous days. It was petty, poorly handled, and completely unnecessary. To top it all off: – The hot tub wasn’t hot – The pool was too cold to enjoy – And frankly, the Halcyon rooftop is far better in every way This was hands down the worst hotel experience I’ve had in recent memory. Save yourself the frustration—look elsewhere.
- 5/5
Incredible staff, love the ambiance and food was not your standard Hotel food. I will be staying here moving forward when I travel to Denver!
- 5/5
We liked almost everything. Salad was amazing. The light color in the restaurant was too bright. The setting felt a little cold.
- 4/5
Our room was slightly small but very comfy. Loved the shower. Nice water pressure. Bed comfy, but pillows too soft. Lovely watch tv in bed set up. Tv is huge. Rooftop pool is great! Construction outside is not too terrible.
- 5/5
The roof top pool and location of this hotel made the property. Food at the hotel was decent but there are lots of great places to eat and drink within walking distance in the Cherry Creek area. It is not walkable to downtown Denver, which was ok with us, but don't stay here if you're hoping to be downtown.
- 5/5
Enjoyed the stay, staff and property. Great place to stay
- 5/5
Very nice rooftop bar.
- 5/5
.
- 1.5/5
The location is outstanding The service is really poor. It feels like a self service thing, front desk staff are not helpful and they do not do a follow up on the requests. Mattress was utterly uncomfortable. However the place is very clean and valet service is the best.
- 1.5/5
Location and the food at the restaurant. Also valet staff is very helpful and great. Front desk staff are everywhere but in there. They barely answer the phone, they do not attend to your requests and they started maintenance on the room next door at 6:30 am on two consecutive days.
- 5/5
Had ongoing trouble with the tv.
- 5/5
Great hotel in the heart of Cherry Creek. Walk to restaurants and bars and the hotel also has a rooftop bar.
- 5/5
This hotel was a great find! Very convenient, modern and comfortable. The staff was very friendly too.
- 5/5
Super
- 5/5
.
- 4/5
very nice, pool and rooftop bar just opened for the season so not much available to drink at the rooftop bar but the pool and hot tub were great. Room was fine, not huge. Downstair bar is hopping with great drinks. They were very timely when cleaning the room. People at the front desk were super friendly and willing to help or answer any questions - one downside is the construction that is going on right next to the hotel, disrupts drop-off and there was some noise in the mornings
- 4/5
Nice but not quite as nice as the Halcyon which is a couple of blocks away
- 5/5
Upscale area close to Cherry Creek mall. Easy walk to the mall. Many shops & restaurants in the area easily & safely within walking distance. The hotel has a nice restaurant & bar, too. This was our 2nd time staying in this hotel & will stay there again.
- 4/5
Great rooftop pool and bar nice clean rooms very good hotel good staff
- 3/5
Parking is outrageous?
- 5/5
Rooftop is cool
- 5/5
Rooftop pool and bar is nice. Staff is friendly and customer-service focused. Exercise room is pretty good! It could use some kettle bells and yoga blocks. Narrative Restaurant is yummy, esp the avocado toast with egg. : )
- 5/5
Hotel was lovely - valet was expensive
- 5/5
Very nice Marriott Property. Wonderful rooms and amenities. Great location
- 5/5
I loved the Jacquard hotel! Beautiful hotel in lovely Cherry Creek neighborhood with shopping and restaurants. Close to the Botanical garden too! The service at the hotel was great. The food was really good too at the restaurant. And we loved the rooftop pool. Great for lounging and relaxing. Overall our stay was really wonderful!
- 5/5
Keep up the good work.
- 5/5
Lovely area, food options galore!
- 4/5
It's a nice hotel in a very nice area. The staff were lovely. Our room wasn't very clean. Stains on the chair, hair in the bathroom, and the shade had a hole in it that was taped up with white tape. It was very difficult to get the shade down and impossible to get it back up. Had to leave it down for the remainder of the stay. Would expect better for the price paid.
- 5/5
Liked the location and ease getting around. Friendly staff. Nice accommodations .
- 5/5
Great experience, great hotel, great service.
- 5/5
Great service and enjoyable.
- 5/5
Location
- 5/5
The hotel ls GREAT. Very nice rooms, very clean and walking distance from Cherry Creek Mall and other cute boutiques.
- 5/5
Clean and nice. Comfy beds. Good location.
- 4/5
The $30 daily amenities fee is abridge too far when they don’t offer much of anything during the winter. The food, which can supposedly offset the fee, was mediocre and overpriced. The Halcyon is down the block, cheaper, and as nice. The Clio and Clayton are also very close and equally nice without the snootiness. The valet team was delightful to work with however.
- 5/5
I stay at this hotel because my son goes to the University of Denver. The location is perfect and the hotel is beautiful. The gym is very nice and the food in the restaurant is excellent.

For being a newer hotel, the room was very rundown. Almost seemed as though they used recycled furniture. It was beat up with scratches. From the desk to the bedside, stand to the bath vanity, all were in rough shape. The film on the shower door was peeling and a plastic edge on the bath door was coming off.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Cherry Creek. Valet and front desk staff excellent. Restaurant service a little slow.

Love, Love, Love this hotel? The pool and the bar on the roof is amazing. All the staff were awesome! Can't wait to stay here again!

The hotel bar service is pathetic. After our event we waited 15 min at the bar for service, no one looked up or acknowledged so we left. We’ve been in this location at least six times and the service has been terrible.

Hotel was beautiful, conveniently located in Cherry Creek, all the staff was very nice, food in the restaurant was excellent. Only complaint was my TV would not work, it would turn on/off over and over again and that was not able to be fixed during my 5 night stay.

Only negative. Will return when the WiFi stays on !

Love it, beautifully designed and great concierge services. Will be back!

I certainly didnt like the heavy sliding glass door to the bathroom that wouldn't close all the way. Plus the glass door to the toilet and glass window between the shower and toilet.

From the valet to the front desk to the restaurant, nothing but smiles and true professionalism. Great food at Narrative. We’ll be back.

Great professional staff.

It was a good stay, technology around and inside the rooms was upgraded. I’ve never seen that before, I kind of had difficulties opening the shower, but because of the technology. But overall I enjoyed my stay.
