    The greeting staff was excellent, but there were technical issues with the entrance door. We had to go in to the room through another entrance from the building and I have issues walking and it was not good. Also, my room was on the 3 rd floor and the elevator was out of order! 🫣☹️😬

    The staff was very friendly. The gentleman went downstairs and got me new keys because mine was not working and he spotted me in the hallway, getting frustrated trying to open the door so he walked downstairs because the elevator was not working on this particular day besides the elevator being out of order and the third floor smelling like straight up marijuana. Everything was great.

    Extended stay was one of my favorites but i had a few hang ups while there. My toilet didn't work when I arrived but i fixed that, my tv remote didn't work but Brenda at the front desk was nice enough to help with that, and i was doing a conference this weekend so i needed my suits and shirts to look nice and my room didn't have an ironing board and iron the front desk was close so i had to run to Walmart to buy a iron other than that wasn't bad.

    The place was different from the picture and people hanging around outside. Unsafe atmosphere and the room the floor had holes in it. It was definitely not the best room , dirty it smelled terrible and I kept sneezing from the odorus smell. I went downstairs and told the Manager Brenda. She apologized for the situation that was happening. I requested a refund and she told me to have them call her. I complied to try to rectify the situation.

    Dull, dark, drab out of date colors. Not one hanger for clothes. No shampoo. The dumpster outside was very visible and completely overflowing with trash. When you take a shower you better be quick becaiuse the tub had a hard time draining. If I could have had my money refunded I would have left the minute I walked into the room. The office doesn't open until 9:00am. Unheard of. That's OK because you won't hear from me again. And I'll bet there is no reply from your office. That's service in todays world. How sad.

    Nothing. Absolutely horrible experience here. Nobody was at the check-in counter for 40+ minutes while another guest with prosthetics had to sit on the counter waiting. I had to call Customer Service so THEY could find on-site staff. Finally get my room and its a warzone full of garbage and property and even a persons wallet, call up the desk, turn in the wallet and get a new room. just under an hour later I'm on the phone with Customer Service again, the hotel manager shows up with local PD claiming I stole some kinda bill with "sentimental value" from the "occupied" room and the wallet. I have to stand there and show the police my wallet is missing this mystery item and also show them I've been documenting every step of this mess. Manager was trying to bully me into leaving the hotel now after claiming "if you're uncomfortable you can just leave you know." I told her I'm getting sleep that I'm owed at this point and she can deal with CS and Corporate next I'm not comfy speaking with her anymore. Call up Customer service for like the 5 time this evening, spend an hour on the phone with a guy that can barely speak English (I'm sorry but its really not helpful to outsource your workers and create a language barrier..). I basically demand he sends me an email logging everything I'm having him report, then I have to have him make ANOTHER email because he neglected to mention th manager was bringing police to my door and harassing me (you know, the whole point of this last call?). Checked out at like 5 am, got no sleep with all the noise and felt so uncomfortable, unwelcome and unsafe here...

    This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed. Buyer’s BEWARE. The girl at the front desk started telling us about the smoking policy (the no smoking policy) and literally kept trying to lecture us. We do not even smoke. She kept making jokes about “it’s just not worth it for any of us” and we literally do not even smoke. The front desk said it opened at 10, and I sat there from 10 until 10:45 and it still was not open. I found chewed up gum in my room. Damage in my room. The bath tub wouldn’t drain while I was showering, but there was NOBODY available to help as the front desk isn’t manned and when you call they hang up on you. I’ve included pictures of the GUM, the dirt and the damage.

    Paid for a king size bed, which the room was completely dirty ! Moved me to 3 different rooms until finally one was “semi cleaned” bed was made, trash was collected but nothing at all was wiped down. They couldn’t even issue a damn refund because no manager on site. Unbelievable!

    Disappointing. Stayed at one 9 months ago and it was great. If you can't leave cookware in the room, then charge a deposit. Clearly asylum seekers staying at these. No problem but I should not have to deal with ramifications of this including no ice, no kitchenware, charge for clean towels, no breakfast, no coffee. I brought coffee but no coffee maker! Not acceptable.

    It not a good place to stay guess I book a room at 11am they confirm my booking I drove 3 hours… on my arrival time the staff said the room was book out but they supposed to send me an email to let me to figure out funding somewhere but they didn’t say anything they let me come then said it booked out so I slept in my car…

    I tried to cancel the reservation and got nothing but the run around by the hotel and Hotels.com. Reservation was never cancelled. We had to go to Sleeps Inn due to us needing 2 rooms.

    This is a convenient place but lacks services. They provide bare minimum breakfast options like muffins, coffee, granola bars & ready to eat oats. And sometimes few of these items are missing too. They do not have any substitutes for them.

    Smelled like cigarette smoke in the lobby, bathroom wasn't clean , there was ceiling tile missing in the hallway , floor in the room was dirty
