    I didn’t like the whole property. Everything is old and dirty looking. The place needs an upgrade badly. The picture on the internet is not accurate at all. Very disappointed.

    Nice location, decent rooms and suites. Family really enjoyed the spacious rooms and the kitchen functions. A lot of accommodations like gym, laundry, pots & pans if you needed it all you have to do was ask. Breakfast is complimentary but very "grab and go" style, we had only muffins & granola/fruit bars and Coffee. It would've been nice to have fruit like apples/bananas, or even bagels/simple toast. Considering the price we paid, we could've gotten better breakfast options. We did have an issue with our door's card reader and we asked for it to be serviced immediately as we had to leave for the day. We notified staff as early as 7-8am, the situation did not resolve until 10:30am-ish. By then we had to leave and a family member had ended up staying behind because the only solution offered was to remove the entire door knob & our door would be entirely opened the duration of service. This was a bit of annoyance to us as one can imagine we were on time crunch for an event but we weren't given solutions that helped our situation, we were continuously asked if we could just sit and wait with our entire room door open. Exposing our belongings and room. I would have preferred if they explained that the door had to remain opened and they had to take the door pad and then we can attend our event & come back at a decent hour for them to fix the door. Outside of that, the door worked fine the time we stayed.

    Expedia should make clear that when a place of stay advertises, 'breakfast included," it is exactly that. We had a full kitchen in our room. I had brought food back to the room and when we were ready to eat it,there were no forks. I had to call the front desk to request them. And I had to get myself..... The place was clean but I wouldn't stay here afain.

    I liked how the room was laid out very much like a studio apartment. The staff was extremely unprofessional when it came to my rebooking along with my friends. They kicked my friends out for one of them, not having an ID, which you do not legally have to have an ID they were not the main person in the room or who booked the room. They were just one of the people who were staying there. They very well could have asked for a name address and such like the police do when you don’t have an ID but instead they told us that it’s either ID or police and we didn’t want to have police involvement so my friend decided that she would just leave was not refusing anything was threatened to have the police come multiple times and then they took it out on me because I knew them because they were acquaintances of mine, even though we were not in the same room. I had overslept 25 minutes to 30 minutes after checkout. which they then said that they had been trying to call me all day, but they didn’t. They may have called the room once, but I would’ve definitely woken up to that phone since it is extremely loud in the room echoes. They also asked me quite a bit of questions when in regards to my service dog that are illegal to ask the gentleman who checked me in pretty much hinted at me, not needing a service dog or tried to get it past me that I didn’t think he was being like that. He asked more questions than he should’ve. They’re only allowed to legally ask two specific questions in regards to my service dog. The lady, the second day, which is also the lady who was very unprofessional before the manager was involved also tried to charge me for my service animal.

    Room was clean, bed comfortable. The person that checked us in was not very nice. There was a fire alarm at around 11pm. Nothing was said to us--we just made our way outside to wait. More communication would have been good; people were asking the fire department what was happening, and they were kind enough to let us know something. I won't be staying here again.

    The conditions here are deplorable and the front desk staff was very rude and dismissive. I carry disinfectant wipes when i travel to clean the room once i arrive.     It was a very nice and affordable hotel, but they definitely advertise like they are better than what they are. The rooms don’t look much like the ones on the pictures. The room smelled like curry which is not a bad smell, it just smelt like curry the whole time. The breakfast is only muffins and breakfast bars. It was a very nice stay tho! Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, pretty clean rooms & friendly service!

    First, when I went to check into the hotel, there was a guy who looked like he was on Meth. He smelled bad, was in dirty ragged clothes and twitching. He was hanging around the lobby the entire time I was there. Second, there were some teens staying there having a heck of a sex, drug, and drinking party. They were up ALL night. Sneaking people in and out of a side entrance. Calling people up and telling them to used the side entrance and not go thru the front entrance. They kept opening and slamming doors all night. They were in the room RIGHT ACROSS from me. Hanging out in front of my door smoking drugs, which was coming into my room. Third, i saved the best for last. The roaches. I killed 2 of them. I took a photo of one of them and posted it here. I had to check out of here and check into another hotel. The front desk lady was sympathetic to my issues, but that didn't help my stay. I had a very important meeting the next day.

    My room could not connect to the WiFi. They couldn’t give me another room. When I called the inter provider they told me someone had the exact problem in my exact room. I spent 300 dollars to have a room to eat in. So soooo petty like 2 days 2 nights and no WiFi. Could not do no work. Like idk I planned to get away but I just got more stressed being there.     Breakfast was also underwhelming. Options were very limited, and there was no coffee available around 8:50 AM, which meant I had to wait just to get a cup. Another issue was the pet fee. The listing stated a flat $50 per stay, but I was charged $111 for two nights with two dogs, which was not made clear upfront and felt misleading. Overall, I wouldn’t return based on this experience.

    The staff was wonderful. The room on the other hand was filthy, I called the front desk and he was going to move us but my daughter already went out and bought cleaning products and was already cleaning the room from top to bottom. He told me he would give us a discount which ended up being $19.28. The rooms need work and are dated. The plus is the beds were fantastic. We only stayed for two nights and that was fine. Don't know if we would go back.

    As we entered the building, it was not appealing. The rooms that were offered on the site was not available. We wanted a two bedroom bed and it was a pullout couch that had look like it had been scratched up by cats or dogs. Just was not conducive to what I’m used to.

    Worst hotel I have ever seen, we arrived at 11:00pm with three young kids and they told us that hotel is full and our room that we have booked is not available. The guy who was there(Francisco) was very rude and unprofessional. We show him our confirmation and that we booked two weeks before we arrived he said I don’t care our hotel is full and we don’t have any available rooms. We asked him if we can talk someone else but he told us that he is the only person. We even asked him if can help us since we are new to the city he said No. It took us almost 3 hours to drove around and find another hotel. We travel around the world and we never have any issues with hotels. Worst hotel that I have ever seen. The nearby hotel told us they did this all the time please be careful this hotel they will cancel your room and you will find out that right after you arrive there.

    We made the reservation and paid in full because we knew we would be a late arrival. It turned out with the rain from Oklahoma to Chicago. We were very late. It was after midnight. The front desk was closed when we arrived. There was no real night staff. We did have a phone availability to try to call them. They told us that they he worked totally booked and had no rooms, but they did find a room ultimately for us. It was uh, not a great checkin experience

    Staff was incredibly kind and thoughtful. Property was very dated, smelled dirty and like garbage. Entrance reeked of marijuana, observed multiple people in cars drinking and doing drugs in parking lot. Didn’t love having my young daughter with me at the property. Staff was really lovely, and thankfully we weren’t there much due to the event we were attending.

    Always enjoy the stay here as it is quiet and comfortable. The manager always helps out with whatever we need and accommodates us as best she can. From each extended Stay that she has been at she has always been super nice and understanding. So glad she got moved to this location. The other employees are very nice and helpful when needed as well. No complaints over here.

    The staff here has always been amazing. Any time we have had an issue with our room the manager has always been right on top of it to fix the issue and allow us another room while waiting for the issue to be fixed. This by far has been the best ESA I have ever been to ans they make you feel at home, and its always peaceful and quiet.

    I specifically reserve this hotel because it is close to family I visit this time of year. I usually never have a problem with my stay here. The housekeeping staff is amazing, the maintenance team has also been polite, respectful and greet you with a smile. That part of the team is great! The front desk attendant at check in however was less than customer friendly. She wasn't wearing a name badge and she refuse to give me her name so I can only refer to her as an older woman with missing teeth. She was not friendly, her demeaner was hard, cold, and stern. I felt like I was being interrogated. She is not professional at all. The 3rd day of our stay I went down to replace clean towels and she kept asking to confirm when were we checking out, also made me count the number of towels I brought down for replacement. The straw for me was at check out, when she blurted out loud across the counter as we were collecting our belongings at the end in the lobby "are you checking out?!?!?!" In front of other guests and staff members.

    Manager had my car towed off lot that will cost me > $1000 retrieve. Manager has targeted me. Takes pleasure in others’ pain.states she can enter your room at any time, for any purpose “because we own it.” Obnoxious, vile, no empathy. Had me woken up out of a sound sleep to get me to check in to pay a higher rate even though it is illegal to charge a higher rate to a disabled rate . I am disabled. Suggested maybe I go to a nursing home or hospital when I am a physician and there is no medical reason that would even be the basis for admission. She has never been a manager before. Constant barrage of threats. Do not feel safe here. 18 days since car towed away by her. No effective way to make complaints to people above her. Don’t come here.

    They have almost all new staff at this location and so far they've all been so friendly, nice, and very quick to attend to our needs, mine especially since I've had nothing but issues with my room.     The mattress was not sleep able at all. My back hurts tremendously from the slopes indented in both sides of the mattress. There elevator was broken. There was dog poop all down the hallway and even in the stair well.

    At checkin, the lady was not very friendly. I reserved a room for 6 people and got a room for only 4. Then we were told they didn't have any other rooms available. We were put on the top floor of the hotel. There were no smoking signs everywhere, but the hall smelled badly of Marijuana. The room had a full kitchen, with no kitchenware. There was a sign that said call the front desk to let them know what we needed and it would be delivered to our room. I did that and the lady was rude and said we don't have anything for you to use. Our refrigerator was broken, the maintenance man came up with a key for the room next door and said we could use the fridge in that one. We said ok. Thankfully we had been camping in Missouri for the past week and a half so I had a few supplies packed in my truck. So I went out with my husband and son to get some, but while walking past through the lobby, I over heard the lady at the front desk tell the maintenance man to check the room next to us in the middle of the night to make sure we didn't take anything out of that room. So I promptly went up and we moved the cooler back to our room and I gave them back the key to that room. I didn't appreciate being treated like a thief. The elevator kept breaking down, which was kind of the worst for me, because I am disabled. I walk with a cane and have trouble maneuvering stairs, walking very far, standing, bending and lifting.     This hotel was absolutely terrible, I booked 2 rooms 3 weeks ago and when we showed up they said they booked out 2 days ago and that our booking was cancelled due to over booking. They did not notify us either that our booking was cancelled and I had to take my family somewhere else at 1 in the morning. Book with caution.

    Great middle of the road option if you're staying in the Chicago area and not looking to spend a fortune on lodging. Beds were a little stiff, sheets were a little noisy, and breakfast was very limited, but the location was in a nice area, the room was clean, staff was pleasant, and amenities were as expected for the price.

    I'm giving this place a because 1*it’s so terrible I reserved 4 rooms with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed like 3 weeks ago in Lombard Chicago. When we got here driving from Michigan for 5 hours. I’m told only 2 room are available and I was not notified that the other 2 weren’t available until I got there. Poor customer service one lady running the front desk. This place is a joke. I had my extended family of 15 people with me. She didn’t even have the decency to apologize that got me more upset so I asked her why was I not notified about the other 2 rooms what am supposed do with the rest of these people that are with me, then my daughter got involved the lady said she can maybe give us 2 rooms with 1 queen bed with sofa bed so we had no other choice but to do that. One of the room the toilet wasn’t working it was the most terrible experience, I rent hotels all the time but this one by FAR THE WORST!!!

    This place is filthy. We recently booked 4 rooms for a youth convention. The pull out couches were filthy, stained. The halls smell like smoke and mildew. We found roaches in 3 of the rooms. We brought this up to the front desk and they did give us a refund which we appreciate, but I do not recommend anyone to stay here, the place is filthy, does not look like the pictures.

    The room I booked wasn’t available on the day that I was supposed to check in. The room was already paid for and everything. I had to downsize my room and it was too late for me to try and find another place to stay. The pull out bed was disgusting! Piss stains all over it. The couch was broken they had no extra sheets blankets or towels. It was horrible. Check out was until 12 but I check out at 5am

    I’ve stayed at all the hotels in the immediate area and this one is by far the worst. Fortunately I had Key Cash to pay for the room, because real money would have been wasted. Hotel staff was unfriendly. We received more glares of “are you going to bother me” than anything else. What a dump.

    The property has a lot of pets on premises. They mention a light breakfast which should just say breakfast snack because they only have blueberry muffins and granola bars. They had no coffee cream or regular sugar for the 2 days that I was there. The surrounding hotels have full breakfast for the same price. Really was a disappointment.

    Jest name sakem there is a complimental breakfast, there is nothing elase during the time. They just provide some bars, black cofee without milk and few muffins. Accomidaion: Carpet is very sticky, No proper cleaning, no vesals and spoons though there is kitchen. There is sofa bed, but tha also namesake migh be 20years old beds. Need to change the stuff and required to renovate. Ovel all this facelity is 30years old, I recommand just avoid this for stay.

    When we checked in, they said they had no rooms that were clean because their cleaning staff doesn't work on weekends. Then they found us a room. We walked in and it wasn't too bad, just very outdated. We opened the pullout couch in the room with one double and one pullout sleeper sofa.... There was dried vomit and blood all over it. My husband had to sleep in the chair while I slept on the bed with my children sideways. It was disgusting. The front desk said they had no other rooms clean available and I could call corporate to complain.
