The room was run down there were no grab bars in the bathroom need to have a upgrade.
- 1/5
Terrible, the first room was filthy, they switched me to another room that had roaches and the fridge didn’t work.
- 2/5
The room was okay for the price it’s was just an overnight . The part that sketched my husband and I out were the people circling our truck and trailer while we were trying to sleep . We won’t be staying here again.
- 4/5
Ok to stay for a day or two
- 5/5
Very nice, clean, comfortable and the staff was wonderful
- 1/5
Used sheet, I said sheet because was only one. The next person got same sheet. I saw the housekeeper tighten sheet and left room. I was so tired had to stay. slept in clothes on top of sheet. As soon as I woke up I hurried out.
- 4/5
Some maintenance issues but good otherwise
- 5/5
Pack accordingly
- 1/5
Broken walls, stained sheets, chairs that look so filthy i would never sit in them, easily the most uncomfortable pillows I've ever used, only one accessible outlet in the whole room, etc etc. The whole place is a s**thole. Stay anywhere else.
- 1/5
Never was able to stay because they couldn't find my reservation. They tried to match the price from online booking. I declined and went elsewhere. Still was charged for stay that I didn't stay at.
- 4/5
Room was clean and nice. Had a problem eventually with Water leaking through the ceiling. Staff was incredibly helpful. Breakfast was pretty bad
- 4/5
The room was clean & spacious & the breakfast was good. The staff was friendly & helpful. We enjoyed our stay for 1 night. No complains.
- 3.5/5
Looks like they need more maintenance done. Noisy heater, painting done, etc
- 2/5
The environment around the property felt very unsafe. Despite “No Smoking” signs, people were smoking right outside their rooms and entrances. There were RVs and vans parked around the lot with people seemingly living there long-term. Early in the morning we even witnessed people openly using drugs below our window, which made the experience extremely uncomfortable, especially for families or women traveling alone. To be fair, I did not see bed bugs or roaches, and the front desk staff were polite and helpful. They honestly seemed like the only positive part of the stay. The only reason we stayed was because our event was nearby. Otherwise, I would have checked out the same day. This place has potential because of the location, but it desperately needs remodeling, better maintenance, and stronger management. Many past reviews mention the same issues, yet management replies with generic copy-and-paste responses, often denying guest experiences instead of actually addressing the ongoing problems or improving the property.NCB. 👎

I booked this based on the pictures online and reviews that it was ok for a one night stay. Far from it! The linens on the beds were dirty, there was a hole in the bathroom door, and there are permanent residents. When asked if our car would be safe, the front desk said, “They know they should leave guest’s vehicles alone. I ended up asking for a refund and we went down a block to a nicer hotel. Night and day!
- 1/5
Rooms smelled bad, nothing was clean and the breakfast wouldn’t feed to my dogs.
- 2/5
The room was clean enough and the decor was nice. I was surprised that I had to pay for parking. An additional unexpected expense. The walls are thin as the people next-door kept me up. The on site restaurant was closed. I had received a text about doing an easy checkout. When I responded no one answered my text. I proceeded to the front desk to check out only to find a sign that said that they were unavailable and would be back shortly. After standing there for five minutes, I decided to get into the app and I checked myself out.
- 1/5
nothing the room smelled horrible like cigarettes, the sheets were stained and the blanket had cigarette burn marks, the sink did not drain properly. there was a phone, but no info on how to call the front desk. there were signs everywhere warning us about stealing stuff, and what we would be charged for each washcloth and pillowcase. i guess i'm not the normal clientele, but my kids felt unsafe, the parking lot was a sketchy with broken glass and homeless people about. the breakfast was absolute trash. i think for this experience i would have expected to pay $50. not worth my $287 (we got 2 rooms). i should have been warned by the flickering harsh overhead light outside the lobby. so ominous and sketchy. i will do deeper research before booking a hotel in the future. i'm not seasoned at traveling and booking places, but was appalled at what i had signed up for.
- 2/5
Room ok but mini split was not working right. Tub-shower in bedroom. No news available on tv.
- 5/5
Room was clean, hot tub was clean.
- 2/5
Bed was fine, but the room needs updating. Repair and updating is required.
- 1/5
Not much. ? First off, Booking. Com listed the pool was open during our stay which it was not and had no plans to open. Needed serious work. The homeless people and broken down cars in the parking lot were a safety concern and a total turnoff. It's a dated property, flashback to the 70's-80's. Holes in the bathroom door covered with tape. A hot tub that doesn't work although advertised in the room amenities A family with children shouldn't stay here!
- 1.5/5
Very dirty and smelly room. Linens were stained. You really need to update. We were in a no smoking room, but the smell of smoke was bad
- 1/5
Very dirty, smelly and old. Got to the room and it was the same if not worse. Stained sheets, reaked of cigarettes and a constant police presence. This was a last ditch effort to get some sleep after price gouging for CSU graduation weekend. Poor business practices to raise your rates to almost triple. I wouldn't pay $40 to sleep here. Avoid this place and ignore the positive cleanly reviews, there is no way they are real.
- 3/5
The pool is closed and has plants growing in the center, wrecked cars in the parking lot and someone was living in a van hooked up to a light pole. Nice of them to offer free breakfast, but it was pretty awful, especially the coffee. The bath/shower is in the room next to the bed instead of in the bathroom, not very private. We were charged $211/night.
- 0.5/5
Breakfast Broken and missing stuff in room.. no phone, no fire alarm, tv cable missing, ripped up lamp shades, most of the electric outlets were out…
- 1/5
Nothing to recommend
- 3.5/5
Comfortable beds, clean. Nice staff. Run down. (Grass growing in middle of pool cover, inoperable ice machine, sour milk at breakfast - replaced quickly by staff when notified.) The photocopied signs taped up everywhere are kind of low-rent.
- 2/5
Room was very outdated. Spa tub/shower in middle of sleeping area with no privacy. TV didn't work, microwave was filthy, and sheets had stains on them. There was no security chain on the door as it was broken. For the price I expected better. Definitely would not recommend.
- 0.5/5
The hotel stinks like urine. The furniture was stained and broken. Walls had patches from holes partially repaired. Bathroom vent visibly covered in years of dust. I definitely will not be returning to this hotel.
- 1/5
Rooms are non smoking but smells like cigarettes! There is a car parked that was dismantled. Breakfast served is. Old muffins , stale bread, cereals no milk, waffle maker but no waffle mix and old coffee. Glad we’re only there for a night and for the amount that they charge. It’s a NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
- 5/5
I loved everything. The stuff the amenities staff were above and beyond
- 3.5/5
Neighbors fighting late at night
- 5/5
My experience was great very impressive will recommend my friends
- 2.5/5
It was ok. Floors needed vacuumed the door didnt have a cabin amd needs fixed. Windows was busted
- 1.5/5
Smell was strong. It was old and rundown.
- 2.5/5
Pancakes
- 0.5/5
Getting a refund was easy Hotel was unsafe, disgusting, smelled like smoke. Sheets and pillows had visible stains everywhere. Could not stay there and asked for a refund.
- 1/5
The definition of a sketchy hotel. Old, dirty and unsafe. Car alarms going off ALL night. Lots of unhoused individuals with erratic behavior. Believe the other bad reviews and don’t do it.
- 5/5
The convenience on the adaptability with the late booking time The Jets in the tub weren’t quite dialed in correctly
- 5/5
Everything was five star plus I it was nothing I did not like
- 2/5
Price The sheets were dirty, the couch and chair were stained. The lights did not work the lands for both broken.. i placed a piece of furniture in front of the door because I did not feel safe. And the room did not smell good at all.
- 2/5
Totally sketchy place to stay. Super cheap, and I stayed dry for the night. Free breakfast is offered, but the residents of the motel must have taken advantage of that, because you get a voucher for breakfast that you must present for permission. I didn’t even bother. I got out of North FoCo as quickly as possible.
- 3/5
Definitely older and not updated.. room had an unpleasant smell for a while.. It did the job and was fair for the price.
- 1/5
I liked that the staff was willing to help me with anything I needed. Wasn’t much I needed but they still helped. The key card kept not working when I would come back at night to the hotel. I had to go to the front desk every night to get my key card to work again. I didn’t like that the amenities said there would be a jacuzzi tub but there wasn’t one. It was false advertising.
- 2/5
Conveniently close to work location.. The shower drain didnt drain, the restroom door didnt close properly, The TV screen had continuously static glitches, Homeless people live on property.. Parked RVs in parking lot. Also very sketchy vibes..
- 1/5
But between the people living in the parking lot, obvious rampant drug use, unmaintained property, and motel-style room arrangement, this place was scary. The sheets were stained, I did not want to go barefoot in the shower, and the whole place reeked of weed. My other travel companions that had different rooms said the same. We talked to the front clerk and he very kindly cancelled our booking and helped us coordinate refunds with Expedia. If you are a sober individual and travel with more than $50 on you (or with your wife), I would not feel safe staying the night here. But kudos to the staff for being helpful!
- 5/5
They make rebooking easy and fast
- 5/5
Not do much 😭😔
- 4/5
Not bad. Had a bed.
- 1/5
It was a very bad experience. When my girlfriend and I checked into our jacuzzi room we were excited to use the jacuzzi. We did get in pretty late about 9pm but figured we'd have plenty of time to relax before going to bed, we were wrong. After filling up the jacuzzi tub we tried the jets over and over with no luck. I went down to tell staff at the front desk because he wasn't answering my phone calls. He was on the phone with someone sounded like his girlfriend. He stated that the room shouldn't have been booked as the problem was reported the prior night for maintenance. I said well what the heck I want a discount then. He then stated no discount as he can get me into another similar room. I stated I would deal with the discount issue in the morning. Well after packing our things and heading to the new room. We find out the room keys would not work. So again I go down the front desk. He re programs the keys and says they should work no I try and no luck again! I go back down and he follows me and tries, no luck. He then goes gets the master and that works so he proceeds to mess with the room whole we wait. He comes back and says ok I've moved you to a different room again that the key does work. We fill up the tub to the new room and the knob is missing for the jets. So then we have to move again it's about 230am at this point. We finally got to use the jacuzzi in the new new new room. Moved 3 times! Called corporate in the morning said they would investigate has beenaweek.
- 2/5
Paid extra for the hot tub room but hot tub never worked when switched that other hot tub was broke too
- 4/5
The Overall condition of the room was good. I was actually surprised as the rest of the property was defiantly in need of some tender loving care. Young man at the counter was very nice.
- 1/5
You get what you pay for its an old dirty motel breakfast is what you expect
- 3/5
No I didn't get the suite room with the kitchen that it showed online all we had was a fridge and microwave was a little disappointing for the price we paid.
- 5/5
nice
- 5/5
The cleaning job for the room was fair, don't put your glasses on. Sheets are stained and the comforters are always ripped up w/holes in them I guess thats why they put sheets over the comforters.?.? The furniture really needs to be updated it is not the 60's & 70's, the jets in the tubs and spas huh are they Rusty?
- 5/5
It was nice thanks
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Clean rooms, Great cleaning crew on a daily, Great service very friendly and attentive....
- 1/5
The room was unclean. The staff was unfriendly the night staff was on knowledgeable. Took three different people to try to fix the TV instead of replacing the TV or switching the room and then finally after two hours of that nonsense. They had a TV with one channel PBS also locked me out of my room with all my things a day early before my checkout because they just thought they could this was more of a headache than anything unclean bathrooms with decal matter on ground under sink. Room door does not lock. It is so loose and busted. You have to prop something up underneath it just for it to sit in its frame.
- 1/5
Room and bed where dirty, bathroom had fecal matter on ground. Tv did not work. They checked me out and locked me out a day early took 20 mins to get back in and when they finally came to fix the tv it took 2 hrs for them to make 1 channel work? PBS……. Full refund wouldn’t be enough stay away from this sess pool
- 1/5
The room was ok.. junkies roamin EVERYWHERE. Inside smells like smoke not cigs neither!! Outside smell like dog pee and crap! Not joking.. nice price though
- 2/5
The wash cloth had hair in it there was a plastic scoop that’s used for the ice under the chair the shampoo bottle was in the tub not placed where everything else was at on the edge of the tub
- 5/5
For me it's important that I feel safe. I did not feel that way at motel 9 down the street but here it's all calm. Great staff and good breakfast
- 4/5
Remind me somebody that I say hello like me
- 3/5
Couldn't beat the price. Unfortunately, a few extra dollars spent probably would have given me a clean bathroom. The bottom of the tub was slimy, and there was hair in there from whomever before gross I didn't feel like the rain was clean at all. There was stuff on the floor I didn't even get in the sheets cause I didn't feel comfortable..
- 4/5
Clean & cheap room for sleeping.
- 1/5
Poor service. Staff left me outside locked out of the building despite my explicit assurance I was a guest, had been for two days, and had paid for my room this evening. The receptionist continued to look at me blankly and not open any of the doors so I could return to my room and sleep. I was soon trespassed thereafter due to my anger at standing in the cold. She said “how was I to know you were a guest.” I don’t know, maybe be a professional receptionist and indicate to me you were busy and needed a minute. The frozen stare offered no explanation as to the delay, when the universal “one minute please” hand gesture would have sufficed. I guess if you black with a Gucci bag and luggage, you’re likely to rob them and not return to your room, for which you have both ID and a room key. The rigatoni was no better than that which comes from a box, the amenities mediocre, and the staff, subpar. I will never stay again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone arriving past midnight. A boutique hotel, unique in its mediocrity.
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
Yes the room was very clen and front desk service was excellent
- 3/5
It was ok
- 1/5
When i was checking in the young man was helpful until the very end the transaction. He informed me i had to pay an additional $100! I did not expect that outrageous charge so i left. I did try to cancel my reservation while i was there and he was wanting to help the gentleman behinde then the employee became cold like l did something wrong couldn't get the cancellation to work online, which doesn't surprise. I couldnt afford the $100 nor can i afford the hotel since we had to go somewhere else. If any extra charges should be through through the booking company. I feel very upset and.felt like a target for more money the hotel doesn't need.
- 1/5
I reserved a room with a hot tub that is handicap accessible. I even spoke face to face with the front desk the night before my stay to be sure they understood I use a walker and needed a handicap accessible room. When I got there Christmas day to check-in I was told the only room with a hot tub available was located on the 2nd floor. I ended up not being able to stay for the night and I am still waiting for my money to be refunded
- 3/5
Need a clock in the room, need easy access outlet so can charge our cell phone, the fridge has big block of ice. Idk if that was a small freezer n just took off the cover, The free breakfast. If u don’t mind my input. The egg n sausage should be defrosted before they putum in the fridge. The bread smelled old But all in all. Thank you for you guys service I guess I got lucky to have a big size room
- 3/5
For the price not bad but it the other people that ruin it
- 5/5
Nice room
- 3/5
Room
- 5/5
The front desk goes out of their way for the customers. They don't get even slightly annoyed when asked for the lityte things, and they let us in early!
- 5/5
Easy to find
- 1/5
There was no fire detector, the hot tub was filthy, the breakfast was cold and the muffins were rock hard. There was no do not disturb signs located in the room. Everything was just terrible about the stay. I would never want to stay there again!!
- 3/5
The first room assigned had a stale piss oder. The second assigned room much better but had a next door neighbor playing very loud music. There is a lot of room for improvement but to much to detail here. You get what you pay for.
- 2/5
Stayed for three nights. The room looked nothing like the online pics. Keycard had to fixed every single day. Asked for fresh towels after two days but was told they didn’t have any. Room had a funky smell.
- 5/5
Very nice and clean. Front desk staff friendly
- 1/5
Filthy, run down, bug infested.
- 4/5
Clean and spacious. It would have been great but the bed was so hard I didn’t sleep at all the first night because of hip and back pain. I bought an air mattress and put it on top of the bed the second night and it was good
- 2/5
Dumpy place. Do not even think about eating breakfast here. Filthy eating area and terrible "food" choices. In the bottom 5 of worst places in Fort Collins but also one of tbe cheapest. Couldn't wait to leave.
- 5/5
Hotel is great but a lot of unnecessary Police activity
- 4/5
If you're looking for a decent place to stop and sleep, this fits the bill. Don't expect anything fancy. The room was quiet. The was a stain on the sheet but it could have been ink, nothing disgusting. The outlet in the bathroom didn't work. Breakfast was good enough. All we wanted was a place that wasn't gross to pass the night and this was good enough.
- 2/5
Poor housekeeping, terrible lighting, dirty sheets, horrible!
- 5/5
Positive stay, friendly staff but too much police activity and trash around the area
- 3/5
Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was lacking effort and not enjoyable and the coffee was cold.
- 1/5
Room was very tired, but worse, was not clean. Bathroom tub had significant mildew and broken grout, bathroom ceiling had a good amount of water damage and was actively leaking/dripping onto the toilet, towels and spare toilet paper roll. Missing lightbulbs in fixtures. But the flies inside the room were the worst. Tough weekend to book in Ft. Collins, but I won’t be back.
- 1/5
The room had a musty damp smell and the carpets and towels were wet. There was damage to the floor, light fixture was held together with duct tape.
- 1/5
We didn't even end up staying at the hotel. We soon as we saw the conditions the hotel was in, we left and cancelled our booking. The hotel said there were inside rooms, and there might have been, but the majority were outside facing the parking lot. There was garbage littering the parking area and homeless people roaming the area. We were three ladies traveling alone and didn't feel safe at all staying at this hotel. The pictures online showed a clean, updated hotel and it was just not true. Maybe there was one room they updated and photographed but the rest were not safe looking.
- 2/5
The shower was slick - faucet loose on the wall- room had a smell - bed was uncomfortable and lumpy and the pillows were like flat deflated bags of foam. Lots of commotion at night from fights in the parking lot to guests coming in all hours of the night. Horrible on lighting in the parking lot. There’s a busy convenience store in the parking lot-literally feet away. Great for convenience of getting better coffee in the morning but all in all - sketchy place- definitely won’t stay there ever again !!
- 1/5
The room we were given had a wash rag taped over the smoke detector, the room smelled of cigarette smoke despite signs posted everywhere no smoking of any kind - the beds appeared to be made but had stains in the sheets. The pictures of the rooms on their website are misrepresented. It is a value motel but you couldn’t pay me to stay there. The only positive is the staff was friendly in getting us a refund.
- 4/5
TV signal, Comcast, woukd not work in original room. They moved me next door. Next morning Comcast dropped signal. Front desk said it was out too. Bad breakfast choices, limited food. Hotel needs updating outside a d inside rooms. Patched up holes were done by non-professional. Needs paint in rooms and care of walls and bathroom.
- 1/5
This place smells bad! They had sprayed something to try to mask the smell but it still smelled. There were holes in the curtains and staines on the sheets. We left this motel and went to a different one.
- 3/5
The staff was very nice and overall was clean. Is dated. Some scuffed up furniture and scratches. No plugs by bed. Just a four way plug by desk. Not sure how safe if around. Overall ok, but people sitting in cars in parking lot and not sure why.
- 1/5
We arrived later in the evening after the CSU game and were offered a room on the ground floor with hardwood. I spent 45 minutes killing at least 7 flies before I went to bed while several more that evaded my washcloth, buzzed and crawled on us all night. I've stayed in some 2-star rooms before and this was the most uncomfortable because of how many flies were there and seemed to keep entering the room throughout the night. I kept the bathroom door closed as there were several in there that I didn't want to get out. Since the flies were landing and crawling on us all night, I had to wrap my head with the sheet, so it was hard to fall asleep. It was a rough night.
- 2/5
Staff was nice, price was good facility need to be updated
- 1/5
Not safe with people living out of their cars on the rear of the property. Front desk staff was professional and accommodating.
- 1/5
The room was very, very dirty and smell like urine. The floor looked like it had never been cleaned or vacuumed, and there were bugs flying around the room. The couch was littered with stains. The property is unsettling, with homeless campers outside in the parking lot. Due to cleanliness and safety concerns, my husband and I decided to cut our short stay and go to another hotel in the area. DO NOT STAY HERE.
- 1/5
Didnt even want to try the food. Walking upstairs was horrible, the mild smell was bad. Get in our spa bath room to fill the tub and it smelt like sewer water. Jets wouldnt work. Couldnt even shower. They couldn't fix it. Broken window. Stickers attached to window. The office chair was broke. Only 3 pillows. Burn holes in comforter topper. Walls dripping with, who knows what. Worst hotel i have ever stayed in. There was a guys outisde WELDING hus bike. Horrible experience. If you aint ghetto. Dont stay here! Gross!!!!! Also double charged for the deposit.
- 5/5
Everybody just minds their business and lets you be it's nice quiet atmosphere to do whatever you please
- 4/5
I had a great time when I stayed there , just needs a remodel . But overall great , for me and my partner and my 70 lb pet. Jacuzzi is a nice touch .
- 5/5
Clean and safe
- 4/5
Pretty alright place for the price, easy to find and basically hugging a Maverick that me and my friend walked to for snacks
- 1/5
No
- 3/5
Not good
- 5/5
The place is awesome as far as the staff and fairness. They are always very helpful and diligent
- 1/5
Just horrible and too sketchy in the evening. I’d not stay there again
- 5/5
Clean stocked breakfast, good location, nice staff.
- 1/5
Had to travel last min to meet a client. Im not the type to care on how fancy a hotel is. To me its just a bed and all I do is sleep. Still though I don't think any hotel cheap or expensive should smell like wet mold. Carpet had lumps l over it I tripped several times. There is no honor in check out times, they told me 11 am so i slept in after working late at night, only to have 3 people knocking on the door asking if I was going to check out at 9 am. I rushed thinking I had misread the rules, but then saw even upfront it said 11. Homeless people literally living in the parking lot getting high and I can't count how many times I saw the police. Next time ill take the time and scope out the hotel, no matter how last min a client needs me
- 5/5
It is a simple and comfortable place to spend for 1 night, I would not book for an extended stay
- 4/5
Awesome staff
- 5/5
Helpful, friendly staff
- 1/5
NEVER STAY HERE.
- 5/5
I love this hotel. The staff are on point and they allowed us a late check out which is very awesome when you can have till 12:00
- 1/5
Terrible customer service right off the bat. No one at the desk to check me in for 30 minutes. When the man finally arrived, he wasn't apologetic at all. I would have canceled the reservation while I was waiting but no refund policy prevented it. Terrible experience
- 5/5
Love this place
- 4/5
The room was spacious enough, obviously very well used, but surface areas were clean. Frig micro coffee. The jet tub was amazing once we found the timer to turn it on. Shower was good as well. I did get an immediate scent of cat urine and maybe some wet dog odor sporadically through our stay. The floors were still carpeted and obviously had had bad pets in this room. Beds were very comfortable. Overall I suppose it was a good value but wouldn't stay there again
- 4/5
Convenient and no carpet in room.
- 4/5
Second floor has an odor, very noticeable going up the stair, necessary to keep window open to get fresh air. The faucet leaks.
- 3/5
The room just needs to be updated. Bathroom trim was damage from being wet, maybe bathroom flooded, no outlet at the bed for phone charging. The breakfast area toaster was broken and could not get the bagel out, Microwave oven took 4 minutes to heat up the breakfast egg and sausage. The simple and easy items to upgrade or maintain were not taken care of.
- 2/5
Front desk guy was very friendly and helpful though.
- 4/5
Scream mask painted in glow in the dark paint on the wall next to the bed was creepy. The tape covering a hole in the door was a nice touch too. It was a good stay though
- 3/5
The parking lot did get very full very fast. The breakfast options were average but the staff takes their time to restock items in there during breakfast hours and instead sits on their phone. The room was average, but the mattress was definitely firm. The room and hotel definitely reflects the price you’re paying.
- 5/5
The hotel is very rundown and appeared to have people living in extended stay situations on the lower level which we found scary. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable and everything worked as expected. Probably would not stay here again due to feeling unsafe.
- 5/5
The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
The staff
- 4/5
I have no complaints not for everyone
- 1/5
My hot tub didnt work in the honeymoon room. Had to leave.
- 5/5
I lijex ggd
- 4/5
I would agree… A good value for the money. The property is a little bit older, but in pretty good shape and the room was clean. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
My son and i appreciate the staff and all the help this hotel was will definitely stay again 5 stars
- 3/5
This is a older property but has been kept up pretty well. Doors are difficult to shut so people slam them all night long and the floors for the second floor are not soundproof at all. My bed mattress was nice But the pillows were absolutely terrible. The staff was totally awesome and also notified me that Expedia had overcharged me for the room. Lol
- 1/5
We cancelled our reservation after seeing drug addicts around the hotel, the hotel lobby smelled horrible and our room was not clean and we found a cockroach and killed it. I'm not super picky with hotels but this one traumatized me. The young man working the front desk was super pleasant and very accommodating with us.
- 1/5
Very unprofessional staff. A staff member
- 5/5
Staff was amazing at check in, super friendly and helpful!
- 3/5

had to request housekeeping 3 tiems before they actually came to make up room, had to get towells from front desk as housekeeping wasnt coming to room, Bath exhause fan in ceiling was broken, no bulb or fan in housing, bulbs missing in lamps , Main restrooms in lobby are closed, Pool was closed, guests were smoking on stairs just outside of doors where sign said NO Smoking by entrances, ( not enforced ) the pictures shown for hotel must be very very long time ago

Staff was great
- 3/5
Upon entering room, bed was not completely made. A/C was set at 64° so I turned it off. The room/carpet reeked of dog urine. Smelliest motel room I have ever stayed in. No security lock on the door so I propped a stained chair under the door knob. Breakfast was 6-9am. At 8:40 there was nothing left, no coffee, 2 bananas. Staff was very nice, the room was cheap, and the bath tub was lovely but I would not stay here again.
- 3/5
The room was clean but there were a few bugs wondering around the room. We were in the first floor and could hear loud stomp noises every time some walk on the second floor. Several items missing from the rooms included the phone and an iron. The pool was closed due to repairs, when outside temperature was around 90 degrees. Breakfast was mediocre; frozen sausage and eggs patties.
- 4/5
The check in staff was great. She was accommodating and allowed us to check in early, in order to make our meeting time with friends possible.
- 1/5
It was dirty. Old. Just not well taken care of,
- 3/5
Room was somewhat clean, walls are thin. Breakfast was store bought, wish the pool was open on a 96• degree day. Couch in room needs to be trashed

I've yet to recieve a refund. I called them to let them know my flight was delayed from the east coast multiple times, at that point so helpful. I called to let them know that my daughter was arriving before me and they asked for her name to check in. She did but somehow the room was not ready, and they put her in another smaller room. my flight was delayed longer and i was flying in later. When i arrived I called and said i wouldnt be checking in until later becasue we had 30 minutes to get to our daughters graduation and then had dinner plans after. They said no problem please check in by 3 am, this was at 5 pm. I called again and said we were going out with friends and parents and would be arriving about 12 am or 1 am latest, again no problem we have your room. I arrive ah yes i spoke to you he says. i give him my id and he says oh wow so weird we have no rooms. How do you not have a room that i paid for months earlier and i kept following up on? He was rude and belligerant and after we showed him the paper given to us by the day manager saying our room would be ready - remember our daughter had already checked in the day before but moved to a dirty room with only one bed. He said i dont know about that, even though it was her name and signature. It was a ridicuolous situation made worse by someone who clearly didnt care and was busy doing god knows what behind the counter.

At check in we waited for almost 10 minutes to even get acknowledged. The desk clerk was on the phone arguing with someone about the safety of (?) and asking how they intended to fix the problem. She looked like she'd just rolled out of bed. If I'd had the option of cancelling and getting a refund I would've done so in a heartbeat even before getting out keys. We were required to pay a $100 "damage deposit". There was no elevator and the carpets were grimy. We got to the top of the stairs and the smell of pot hit like a ton of bricks. I had to use my inhaler as soon as we got into the room. The room we booked was decently sized-separate bedroom in addition to the couch and king sized bed in the main room, which was nice. The room itself was decently clean, aside from the stains on the couch and the smudged handprint on the wall behind it. The heating/cooling unit was ancient. It needed to be on though-the room was stuffy and had an "old hotel" smell, but it was either too warm or too cold depending on how it was set. We thought that it would be nice at least to be able to let the kids go swimming the next day, (the pool was one of the main reasons we decided to stay there) but it was covered and it looked like it had been closed for quite some time. While outside we observed a lot of unsavory traffic entering and exiting a couple of the rooms. The breakfast-juice machine didn't work. No milk for cereal No forks. Yogurt was good. We definitely won't be staying there again!
- 3/5
The rooms was dirty, so i asked for a cleaner room, it was a little better, and they did replace the non-working fridge rater. The staff was super friendly, mades don't speak english. The carpet was so bad it turned are feet black.
- 3/5
Front desk staff are wonderful. It is an older economy hotel. The kitchenette efficiency has no dishes. Clean floors sheets bedding but very bare minimum hotel fair. No smoke detectors or deadbolts.
- 1/5
The rooms carpet was moldy and when asked for a different room the other room was just as bad. They came in and sprayed the carpet but it smelled moldy the entire time.
- 1/5
The lobby smelled of urine, and the breakfast area was located next to it. The room was beat up and so dirty my family didn't even want to take a shower there or get in the covers to sleep. We slept very little, just enough to get up early and get back on the road. When we got up, there were cockroaches everywhere. Thankfully, we didn't get any of our stuff out of our bags. Also, we are pretty sure there was drug dealing and a prostitution ring being run out of the hotel because just a couple of doors down, there were a couple of guys outside with some big dogs, and they were out there for hours. I could tell this because the dogs woke me up during the night, and my husband is a former Law Enforcement officer.
- 2/5
When I arrived the girl at the counter wanted to charge me $100.00 deposit on each room for incidentals. Normally I wouldn’t have minded but since the really didn’t have anything to offer I objected. Then the breakfast was horrible. Only offered a waffle for breakfast, and for that they gave us a voucher. We went elsewhere for breakfast.
- 3/5
No grab bars in the shower. Broken leg on the sleeper sofa. Lacking on towes and wash cloths
- 1/5
This was by far the lowest quality accommodation I have had in the past 30 years. The sheets were dirty, the AC was broken, the staff were clueless and eve try time we made an inquiry they expressed that they were new hires and had no clue about it. The carpet in the room was wet (clearly a plumbing problem) and the room smelled like sweat and urine. Avoid this hotel by all means! the hotels and inns nearby are all certainly better. You are wasting your money if you go here. I am surprised if this facility is not being investigated due to its health hazards!
- 1/5
Non smoking room smells like cigarettes.
- 3/5
Only one outlet in the room to plug in any digital or electronic devise. Don’t like charging a devise in the bathroom.
- 1/5
This location could be so much better if the staff and management listened to customers and followes up on issues immediately. After opening the door to my room, the trim fell off from the door! YES, seven foot trim fell to the floor. I immediately reported this and told the front desk it was dangerous and a safety issue. Nails sticking out and the inability to secure my door was not good. They said they would have someone fix it the next day. The next day arrives and I get to my room late. Trim is still lodged against the wall in my room. When I checked out, do you think the front desk staff or manager cared? There excuse was that maintenance did not want to come to my room until I checked out. Is there a lawyer out there??? This place has multiple safety issues. DO NOT stay at this location. They only care about profits - not the safety of guests.
- 3/5
It was pretty average stay… The front desk folks were outstanding… housekeeping did not tidy the room or bring fresh towels. I had to ask them for them… The air conditioning broke down for a while and it got very warm… A hot tub was okay but without the AC and got very humid in the room and I could not open the window.
- 1/5
Terrible experince and up not even staying as it was not safe. Wasted my money
- 5/5
Great service, will return
- 1/5
They put me in a room with no air conditioning did not provide a fan. The fridge was not working, but since they upgraded me to a suite, they thought it was okay. I was with my brother so the suite did not matter to me. We were literally verified.
- 2/5
The deadbolt on the door of my room was broken. I reported it and was told it would be fixed the same day. When I came back in the evening it still hadn't been fixed so I checked out early.
- 1/5
Not clean and the hotel smelled. They gave me new sheets with stains on them and refused to give me new pillow cases because “room service needed them for the morning” alluding that they don’t have spares and don’t replace them often
- 1/5
BED BUGS!!!! DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE. 🐛 As if thats not bad enough... the place was run down, dingy, smelled weird lacked out lets. There were giant gouges in the walls where paint was missing. It was pretty gross!
- 2/5
slow draining sink, no bathroom vent/fan, I would never stay in this place again. The TV and the AC did work. Not recommended.....
- 1/5
Cable box was stolen lightbulbs out of 2 of the three lights were stolen.
- 2/5
No secure lock on door
- 4/5
Beds were horrid. People across the hall were smoking weed. I did let the front desk know, and they took care of it. For the most part staff was great, except for the 2nd day there the morning staff was not helpful at all when we asked about getting more towels.
- 2/5
Overall my experience was pretty good for the price. The room was quiet and decently comfortable and the motel is conveniently located.
- 2/5
There was no staff for actual checkin. I was refused to be able to early check in, so I waited until the actual check in time and then an additional 40 mins for someone to actually show up to the front desk. I called a dozen times while standing there (with other guests) and could hear the phone ringing in the office.
- 3/5
We reserved a king room. The first room had a weird smell so we asked to be moved to another room. The second room had a broken air conditioner so we asked to be moved again. The third room had a newer ac and it worked beautifully. This is an okay place but needs some updating. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy. Swimming pool was closed even though it is July.
- 2/5
The property had bed bugs and a few of my workers were bit in the head
- 4/5
Very friendly front staff, quiet and bed wasn’t bad. The pillows were bad tho and the building was definitely dated. The breakfast was good.
- 1/5
This place isn’t even worth 1 star. We booked a non smoking room and the moment you open the door you were smacked in the face with the smell of cigarettes. Within the first 5 minutes we killed 4 roaches crawling on the walls. We checked out 2 hours later. We attempted a refund but were denied. This property breached their contract renting a room that has been smoked in. I do not recommend this motel to anyone.
- 1/5
There was no ac working on any of the rooms we transferred to 2 rooms to see but nothing! We had to get a refund because there was no way for us to stay like that!. Also not very clean!. And has a very bad smell!
- 3/5
Junky vehicles in parking lot. Looked like people were living in their cars. Sketchy
- 3/5
It will do, but pretty run down.
- 1/5
The first room they gave us smelled like wet dog. The bathroom had pieces laying on the floor. Everything was gross. It also didn't have the 2 queen beds we reserved 4 months ago. After 45 minutes they "found" a room for us that was only marginally better. This only happened after I began the cancellation process with Expedia. I wouldn't recommend
- 3/5
It was ok but the price was way too high for what you get. Staff is super unhappy and makes sure you know it. Breakfast is not really worth it and don't ask the staff if anything is missing or out. Young Staff with short blond hair was calling guests names under her breath for requests like sugar or plates. It was a little fun to watch first thing in the morning. Your options are Cereal, toast or waffle, maybe. Nevertheless, we had a fine time and still had a good time on our trip.
- 2/5
Did not provide bedding until asked. Were accommodating afterwards.
- 1/5
I only gave it a one because I had to!! We didn’t stay. We asked for a refund and left. I checked in, the young man was nice. Room 131 was gross, old, no bolt lock for the door, nasty stains on the love seat, very run down!! This place was surrounded with shady people, one guy passed out on the picnic table!! NOT A PLACE TO STAY!!!
- 2/5
It was in a good area
- 3/5
This hotel should not be in operation. The rooms are beyond fifty. The room I had to stay in did not have a working smoke detector, had a hole in the wall and holes in the dresser drawers, had a missing light switch and the carpets didn't appear to be cleaned in years - not to mention how horrible the smell of the entire hotel was. The "free" breakfast was a joke - rotten bananas, stale cereal, no juice, a muffins that were rock hard.
- 1/5
Bed dirty, looks like blood stains, restroom door doesn’t open all the way
- 2/5
The staff was super nice. The room, however, was rough at best. The smell was overpowering. The tub didn't plug, and the rest of the room was more getto than any cheap motel I've ever been to. At breakfast there were already so few options, and then the toaster wasn't working right and the juice machine was broken.
- 1/5
The unexpected fee was excessive. The room smelled bad. We checked in late (1:30am) at 8:30 am we wear awoke by maid service and wear asked how late we wear going to stay. I thought this was very rude. Due to my observations and signs around the property this property is engaging in section 8 housing witch bring along a whole set of problems like drug dealing and prostitution. I was hit on in the parking lot by a prostitute.
- 2/5
They only had me down for one room instead of the two that I had reserved almost a month ago. They worked out my second room after awhile next to the one I requested only to find it was dirty. Hadn’t been made up. So my secondary room was on the other side of the hotel. The room was dirty, the only thing that looked clean were the sheets. Thank goodness for that! There’s no outlets by the beds so if you have a CPAP machine better bring an extension cord. No remote to turn on the tv. The shower curtain didn’t go all the way around the jacuzzi, shower thing. Sketchy area. Filthy parking lot with tons of trash overflowing from bins. Neither of our two rooms looked like they’d had basic maintenance in YEARS. Do yourself a favor and pay the $20 extra dollars to stay somewhere else. 👎
- 2/5
Pictures on Expedia are very well misleading. This is a place which is just not save, from cars with eviction notes to people stealing parts out of there. One time never again.
- 4/5
A clean, comfortable room at a very good price.

Girlfriend cut her foot on a screw in the bathroom
- 4/5
Had a good time but room was obvious used for pets Before as it smelled like wet dog And the wall paper was held up by staples in the bathroom as well as I noticed the bathtub faucet ecution was upside down and the vanity had two different sized Knobs. It was quiet.
- 3/5
I did NOT like that the desk space was nowhere near a wall outlet
- 3/5
Okay if you like a run down worn out room.
- 1/5
This place is in dire need of renovations. My room smelled like a gas station bathroom, coincidentally it kind of looked like one too. Lighting was very dim even for hotel room standards, probably on purpose so you can't see how bad a shape the place is in. The conversations taking place in the parking lot may as well have been next to the bed, the door and walls did nothing to dampen the sound. Also don't be fooled by the cheap price online, because they make you put down an additional $100 deposit when you check in. A check-in which took about 15 minutes longer than it should. The one and only redeeming quality is the AC unit actually worked well. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra $20 for a decent hotel.
- 3/5
Nothing exceptional. Frig was unplugged making it hard to keep things frozen. AC was loud and rattled. But everything was clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
Stayed 3 nights. The room smelled......bad. Every evening when teturning to the room, key cards wouldn't work, had to wait in line at the desk to get new cards. No room service at all. The control for the in-room jacuzzi was broken.
- 4/5
The property was most cleaner than the last time I stayed there
- 2/5
Funky smell, sketchy vibe. Front desk lady was very nice though.
- 4/5
The breakfast area could be cleaner. I didn't care for the orange juice.
- 5/5
It was good

Stayed for CSU graduation weekend. I have stayed at most of the 'value' hotels along I25 & Mulberry...this was the cleanest w/best bed!
- 5/5
It was in a quiet place and the rooms were nice.
- 2/5
Dirty sheets
- 2/5
The room was large, bed comfy. But the room had a strange odor! It was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled stale and funky. Even after returning home my clothes still reeked of this odor! The bathroom sink had the water faucets in reveres positions and it took 2 minutes or so of running the hot to get even warm water! The room was in need of new paint and updating. The free continental breakfast was a joke! You could hear other guests making noise in their rooms. At check-in I was asked if I was aware of their security deposit. It was $100 per night or $150 for 2 nights! Nothing mentioned about this on the web site when making the reservation! However, my deposit has been credited back to my CC and is currently pending.
- 1/5
Terrible stay. Dirty bed comforter and sheets. Furniture was old and chipped bad. Shower was in bad shape. Washcloth held in place for shower curtain. We asked for towels, never rec'd. Charged us $66.60 and no one could explained. Terrible experience!
- 1/5
Room was not at all like advertised. Blood on sheets and lamp. Flour board between bedroom and bathroom rotted out. Massive paint chunks falling off the walls and homeless people parked living in their car in the parking lot and off on the side of the road.
- 4/5
It was decent. It was very economical. Our room was clean no real complaints.
- 2/5
We came to Colorado to see my son Graduate from CSU. The description of the hotel was very inaccurate. The beds were comfortable and the shower was a good temperature but the pictures of the room were not true. Our bedside lamp was on its last leg while the cord was draped over the wires from the outlet that was hanging out of the wall. The full breakfast was microwave frozen sausage and eggs for 3minutes with green bananas and water apple juice. The waffles were good if you took apart the machine and jiggled the batter into a cup. And don’t complain about the boyfriend beating his girlfriend because they don’t care.
