Breakfast was essentially waffle maker or cereal. If you want nicer amenities, a bigger breakfast, or more to do in a hotel this is not the place for you. If you are simply looking for a more affordable hotel to sleep in this is a good spot. For my travel purposes, I would have no issue staying there again in the future.

The hotel was under renovation which we were not aware of when booking. The floor carpet had stains & it didn’t look like the bathroom had been cleaned. Unfortunately it was a weekend of a university graduation so there were no other available hotel rooms to move to.

I did not stay here as when I showed up. The elevators weren’t working. I was offered the third floor, there was dirty dental floss on the floor, the rugs were soaking wet. The facility smelled like marijuana and overall dirty.

The bed was dirty and unclean. Both beds had hairs in them. One pillow was full of yellow drool. The comforter is gross with yellow stains and look like blood marks. The carpet is filthy(probably never vacuumed) with hairs. The closet is broken. The bathroom has black mold. The sheets have holes in them. The room smells like cat urine. The toilet seat is blood marks. The carpet is filthy(probably never vacuumed) with hairs. The closet is broken. The bathroom has black mold. The sheets have holes in them. Weird check in process where they show you the room before signing you in? I prepaid on a nonrefundable reservation so had no real choice not to say it looks fine! The room was basic, bed surprisingly comfortable and a/c worked well, large tv, carpet stained but otherwise dated but clean. not many food choices at breakfast but coffee was hot.

Cigarette burns all over carpet in a nonsmoking room, heavy smell of smoke. Hallway walls with lots of tape over holes, a couple to vent of people “welcoming” us right outside the entrance and asking for money.

Horrible, has mold in room, walls are falling apart. They make you sign papers so they dont have to give you your money back for being inhabitable. Very sketchy. Didn't end up staying the due to the place smelling and mold. Can't afford to get sick. Reporting to health department and fire marshal.

This property needs to fix a lot . Or at least post recent property pictures . I guarantee you people won’t be staying there. Carpet had a lot of burnt spots and hair on the sinks, shower floor. Towels very worn down. Rooms look like someone had been murder . We only stayed because the guy said they wouldn’t refund me my money. But never again .

I paid for the room with the confirmation code/receipt and everything, but wasn’t allowed to check-in or even stay here because it was after 6pm when I showed up. I showed up close to 7pm, if I recall. They fully denied me staying here after spending $80. I never thought to even consider a check-in window of 3-6 being a thing, and was shocked I was even able to purchase it to begin with. The girl at the front desk was very dismissive, cold and not sympathetic at all and it was a very, very weird interaction. There’s probably some small print somewhere specifying this crazy small check-in window, but I highly doubt most customers ever think about that being a variable. I can also not get a refund, so it was just a waste of $80. I ended up staying next door at the Comfort inn, which was really nice and had a very friendly and understanding staff. I am now a lifelong enemy of Baymont, and will only say horrible things about them until I’m six feet under. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER

The price was great, but not what we expected. Unfortunately, we had a very uncomfortable experience at this property. Upon entering, there was a strong, unpleasant smell. We asked to use the restrooms while we waited to check in but we were told the they were broken. The check-in process felt overwhelming with lots of paperwork and rules, and the front desk clerk shared disturbing stories about past incidents, making us feel uneasy and unwelcome. We were shown our room before we could check in, and based on everything we heard, we didn't feel safe staying there, so we checked out immediately. I requested a refund, but the staff member said he couldn't help, and the manager was extremely difficult to reach and unhelpful. Overall, it was a disappointing and unsettling experience, and we chose not to stay.

I called the manger about my refund and she continually hung up on me being very unprofessional, telling something different about my refund. She told me I had to contact hotel.com because I did my reservation through there. I got through to the hotel com customer service but they couldn't do anything because they couldn't confirm the reservation because the manger lady at Baymont was hanging on them also. My only complaint is the age of all the appliances and visible dust in east to reach places. Other than that everything was very good. May stay there again. Out of all the motels / inns / hotels I've stayed in that are around the $80 mark this is the top for sure. Thanks everyone!

Room still had some food on the ground, bathroom door barely slid and wouldn't even close all the way to lock since there was like a 2 inch gap from it being closed fully. Also woke up in the middle of the night freezing to realize my bed was missing a comforter entirely (surprised I didn't notice until then) and had to turn the fan off and fold the blanket over me. The stay itself wasn't bad just felt like whoever did the room really half assed the job. Really didn't plan on reviewing cause it was a quick stay but it kept asking me to. The room looked nice at first glance and the issues were not bad for the price at all, would definitely stay again just cause the cost as those are minor inconveniences but that's all I remembered from the stay, nothing impressive but I wasnt upset either

The room itself was dirty and not well maintained at all. Spots on the shower and sink area, and the sheets. It was very noisy, the hotel wasn't busy at all yet somehow the receptionist put us right next to a large family with kids running up and down the hall. At 5 am it sounded the front desk person was trying to handle a situation, and was cursing while talking to another guest right outside our room. The TV worked very slowly.

We arrived eager to celebrate with our son, but from the moment we checked in, everything went wrong. The elevators were broken, forcing us to lug our bags up multiple flights of stairs. The ice machines on our floor were also out of order, with no alternatives provided. When we finally entered our room, we were shocked to find it filthy and completely unprepared. The sheets were stained, the carpet was grimy and needed vacuuming, and there was visible dirt and dust everywhere. The staff had to clean the room while we waited in the hall —an unacceptable delay at check-in. Things only went downhill from there. We requested fresh towels several times, yet never received any. Our beds went unmade, trash was never emptied, and housekeeping never showed up at all. Every interaction with the staff underscored the disorganization of this hotel—plenty of excuses, but no real solutions. Without question, this was the most disappointing and poorly managed hotel experience I’ve ever had.

There was broken picture frames, with loose glass, above the beds, holes in the walls and ceilings, exposed wires in the bathroom, and evidence of insects (legs, waste, sheds, ect) on the sink counter. We were told to touch base with Expedia regarding a refund. * Walls dirty * Hair in bathroom * Loud slamming of doors at night. * Was given wrong room upon check-in and walked in on some poor guy trying to sleep. * Elevator non-functional. * A/C unit barely able to keep temperature at a reasonable level. It ran 24/7 for 3 days. * Breakfast extremely limited. Waffles and Cereal from what I could see. * Hard to find someone at front desk in the evening hours. Missing in action. A buzzer or doorbell would have been fine if they were busy doing something else. * Bed was as hard as a rock. Barely more comfortable than sleeping on the floor. * Toilet seat almost falling off the toilet. PROS: * Property generally picked up, but still looked run-down. * Sheets were clean, room was fairly clean. (hair dryer and A/C unit were "grimy" though). * Water in shower was hot and at a good high pressure. * Free internet (although it felt a bit slow). * Denny adjacent to property was very convenient (but also run-down). * Parking not an issue. No sense of feeling "unsafe". * No bedbugs. * Rooms are accessed from the inside, not the outside, like a motor-inn. It's too bad, because it wouldn't take much effort to get this hotel into better shape. With more maintenance and housekeeping effort this place would be perfectly fine. Servicing the air conditioning units would likely SAVE them money instead of forcing people to run them full-time at poor efficiency to get the temperature down to where it needed to be.

When we entered the room we did get, we discovered the bathroom mirror off the wall with hardware sticking out from drywall. The bathroom floor was not swept. The TV would not work. The curtains were full of holes. The bathroom wall was filthy. The drywall was in disrepair. The door to the bathroom was a pocket door that we could not get out of the wall without the use of a pocket knife. The shower door was broken. For the amount of money we paid, this was a disgusting room. The staff was kind and apologetic, but their hands were tied in what they could do. The hotel could have potential, if some pride was taken in upkeeping the rooms. The beds were comfortable, but clearly owners did not invest in making this hotel safe and comfortable for their clients.

We arrived at the hotel at 930 after a 10 hour drive to find out they overbooked us and had no rooms available. It was probably for the best , but they were so rude and uncaring about it . The place was full of people sleeping in their cars with all their belongings. When we walked in we walked past a woman smoking meth , after waiting at the desk for 10 minutes the woman walked in a she was the desk clerk . No sorry no helping us find another room just “ we have no control “ . They said they could not refund our money that had been paid 2 weeks ago and we would have to go through hotels.com for that ( hotels.com was awesome ). While looking for another room the place was still advertising available rooms on the site . There was loud parties in the complex across the parking lot . I have never felt so unsafe in anywhere I have been . Luckily we found somewhere safe and clean 20 minutes away that was amazing . We called the corporate office the next morning and they were not helpful just oh well .We had booked this 2 weeks in advance and prepaid because of graduations in the area and pride weekend so we knew rooms would be full and expensive . We will never stay at another Wyndham !

Not once in 4 days did we get room service. We had to wait for towels when we got back to the hotel Every day even if we were tired and it was late. Our key card didnt work on 2 nights that we got back. When we 1st arrived they told us they didnt accept our payment from hotels.com that was already prepaid so we were outside for about 1.5 hours waiting for hotels customer service to deal with it. According to my dad, the only thing that was okay in the room were the clean sheets on the bed. There are also bugs in the bathroom that were crawling around the toilet seal. Due to no other hotels being available in the Fort Collins area and my dad not wanting to backtrack towards Denver they stayed at the hotel and were able to get a few hours of sleep. The next morning they went down to breakfast, which had a few things available, except for there, was no bread for toast, and the two front desk girls were more interested in talking to each other and being on their phones than making coffee for their guests and restocking need breakfast items, so they left. On top of it all, the hotel has not acknowledged that a refund for this terrible room. Is being requested. BEWARE!

Unsafe - the rooms were keyed in a way that room keys could open any room in the hotel. The parking lot and immediate area felt unsafe. There appeared to be people living there. Smoking - smelled of cigarettes and marijuana (advertised as non-smoking hotel). Pets - advertised as pet free. Hotel is completely dilapidated. Dirty rooms, carpet stains, most everything is falling apart. If your choice is to stay in your car or stay at this hotel, choose your car. Do NOT stay here.

This hotel should not even get 1 star. This hotel is AWFULL. It is run-down and filthy. The bedding was washed but had stains. Walls, carpets and ceilings had stains everywhere. Shoes stuck to sticky carpet everywhere in room. Mold on bathroom ceiling. Sliding door to bathroom didn't close completely. Room Refrigerator was scary, belonged in the dump. Animals were not allowed but dogs were seen in the hotel. Breakfast area was awful, dirty and consisted of dry cereal, toast and a dirty waffle maker and a few other items. Hallways were not vacuumed and the hotel was just dirty everywhere and falling apart. This is truly the worst."hotel" I have ever stayed in. I am contacting the hotel in an attempt to get my money back. This is advertised as a Baymont by Wyndham hotel, but it is owned by a different company and does not live up to the standards of this hotel chain. Don't be fooled like I was. Worst hotel experience ever!

This hotel triple charged me. They have a “strict” no pets policy. I am highly allergic to pets and booked primarily on this. The room was dirty with what appeared to be blood stains on the linens, stains that looked similar on the ceiling, dirty floors. The room smelled like urine and mold. I had booked it for two nights but I could not stay the second night due to my severe allergies.

The people were friendly, but the hotel itself was sub-par. It advertised queen beds, but the beds are clearly doubles, which were too small for my family of 4 and my son had to sleep on the floor. There weren't water cups and the elevator and laundry room were out of order. We had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The bathroom floor was sticky and the sliding bathroom door was disgustingly grungy. We've stayed in Baymonts before and they're been fine, this one was gross.

Unsafe - Someone went into our room on 5/14 & 5/15. Items were taken. Our key card did not work upon our return both nights. After our key cards were corrected the second night, we found someone in our bed! We left at that time due to its inhabitability.

This place is pretty run down. The elevator doesn't work, there was obvious water damage in the walls down the halls, there were spots of mold in the bathroom ceiling, the carpet was disgusting, there were blood stains on the comforter, the toilet seat was not secure. The staff was mostly friendly, I did ask to have my room cleaned after finding the blood stains, and it was not done.

Everything and I mean everything seemed to be broke at the hotel!! First off the lady that checked us in was NOT very welcoming whatsoever but I thought it will be okay maybe she just a had a bad day, we get the keys park the car and head inside we then find out the elevator was broke well okay we will take the stairs. So we walk up to the third floor which the wall are all missing paint and whatever needs remodeling well then we head to what I thought was the room she said 323 I get the key and it opens the door we are hit with a pungent odor and the room is a complete mess with people's things inside we backed out and closed the door thing what the hell is happening the I look and it says 322 oooppps but why did that key open the wrong room door hmm very sketchy. We go into the right room and the air conditioner is broke.. okay well guess it will be a hot night we went down stairs and I was going to tell the lady but she was still in a awful mood so we just dealt with a very hot night in the room. I would say this hotel has potential but needs remodeling and more welcoming employees.

This is a functional hotel for a functional price (and there’s nothing wrong with that!). I was stuck in a snowstorm, not looking for a luxury vacation. Unfortunately when I arrived the woman working told me that the room I booked wasn’t available but let me know I could call who I booked with and get a refund. She assured me that I would not be charged. I ended up having to book another hotel that night. I have been in contact with both Expedia and the hotel and have yet to be issued a refund. I don’t recommend booking here. I stayed at another Baymont hotel in Rawlins and they were great. This one just wasn’t it. Pretty frustrating still trying to get a refund for their mistake.
