Quality Inn & Suites Fort Collins East

This hotel was very old. While there have been some updates, the quality of workmanship was very poor for the updates. The hotel smelled of old smoke as you walked the hallways. The bed, however was comfortable and the room was clean, if not of good quality updates.

I didn't have high expectations but this property is disgusting. Amenities need major updating. Elevator is terrifying. Everything from the ottoman to the curtains was covered in dirt and stains. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable but the shower wouldn't even turn on at all and staff wouldn't even offer a discount. So disappointed in my stay and wish I had just car camped.

Room was dirty. There was crumbs everywhere and what looks to be chocolate on the curtain. Desk was sticky i had to wipe down the room my self.

I paid for 3 adults and did not get a place for the 3rd to sleep. He had to sleep in the vehicle.

Hotel is run down lots of homeless people around the area. Hotel staff makes the reservation work just to put you on a do not rent list. No hot tub. Hotel staff is rude and mumble under their breath when working with you. Terrible place.

Tryed to check in at 4 o’clock pm room hadn’t been cleaned with no timeframe of when it would be. Other customers were unhappy at the desk as well.

Slept well.

Our stay was awful. We left two hours in. The rooms were terrible with questionable stains on the walls, no hot water, the smoke detectors chirping due to low battery and no one coming to fix it, the floors were dirty, the vents were brown and furry and the overall building was “fixed” with an awful coat of paint that is peeling. The staff (bald lady) made it seem like it was our fault when we brought this up to them and wouldn’t do anything to make it right. We left and happily paid for another hotel just so we didn’t have to stay there.

Older, but very pretty property! Rooms clean aside from the pizza left in the fridge from a previous guest. At the time of check in the front desk agent gave very poor directions to our room, was not friendly what so ever, and when we could not find our room she proceeded to tell us "well I gave you directions." Other then the older gal at the front desk, our stay was great!

My husband and I have been here before we had had kids, and because the pool is so amazing, we knew that we wanted to go back once they were old enough. Our 8 year old twins had the best time ever in the pool! We live just about an hour away but it was the perfect location for a staycation. The staff was amazing! Everyone was so friendly and so accommodating. We planned on only staying one night but ended up booking a second and everybody called out of work in school the next day just to have fun with the family! They no longer have continental breakfast which was disappointing, and we wish we would have known ahead of time, but it was fun to walk across the street to Waffle House in the morning. We definitely recommend staying here and we can't wait to go back!

Room was is dirty, found towels on the floor from someone else. The lotion dispenser is broken. The sofa bed is dirty. There is tape on the alarm and poop from something on it. The web site said breaking included and front desk said they only have coffee available. Everything

Gracie the clerk gave us a key to the wrong room that opened another guest room, switched us to a filthy room with trash on the floor, and missing mattress from sofa bed.

The rooms were dirty no sheets on one bed there was poop or something on the pull-out the sliding glass door was broke so let air in. The ac didnt work and was hot in there. The shower was difficult to turn on . And there was no breakfast like it stated was. The beds were hard and way to far off the ground the one bed was falling apart.

Property is in disarray, hallways smell like something died, and room was less than desirable.

Nothing very rude and disrespectful manager and no consideration for the guests Manager was extremely rude and disrespectful I was talked down to and belittled by her and then she hung up on me.

Desk clerk friendly nice and honest Lobby cold, pool not heated, hot tub not working. Flies in patio door.

Crappy service, poor quality in rooms, bugs on walls and coming from holes, poor safety conditions for small children, awful odors, not hot enough water, apparently allows pets all over the place, smells like pee or poop half the time, always something going on outside of the hotel or in hallways.

Location needs a good cleaning

The "breakfast" was terrible. No milk for the 3 kinds of cereal offered. No hot water for the tea offered and the only other things offered were yogurt, orange juice and waffles. Besides our bedroom and the lobby, everything else was gross. Trashes were ALL overflowing. There was smeared feces outside the exit door and stuff spilled inside on the tile.

None Everything. Beds are high for kids and elderly. My 6 y/o fell and knocked his head, have to go to the emergency room. Elevator stopped working. Staff was unable to accommodate once we’re back from the er for a ground floor room since elevator stopped working. Don’t stay here

I booked the hotel because the website said hot breakfast and jacuzzi, neither of these were available and should be removed from the website. Also, there were cockroaches.

Used to be a good hotel, no breakfast like the website listed. They said no one uses the pool because it’s too cold. There were meth users and heroin users around the hotel all night 100 dead flies on bedroom floor

They had no amenities in the room..i.e. soap, lotion, coffee and coffee service.

Nothing I didn't like any of it. I found a dead mouse in our room and sat on the bed and it broke. It completely collapsed onto the floor. I am hoping to receive a refund because I decided not to stay. There were people partying all over the property. Definitely not a place for families.

Sliding windows locked on first floor. Difficult getting luggage up and around

This was a great hotel... 30 years ago. Grounds are awful, halls need painting, rooms are fair. Service is non existent and the elevators broke down. Do not stay here !

The hotel looks run down and smells musty. The people in the room next to us were up screaming till 3 in the morning. Me and my wife didnt feel safe staying here and neither did other guests i talked to.

It is worse than horrible.. when I asked for a clean room desk simply said “well we’re about to find out”. Couldn’t have cared less. Parking lot also a shot show with long term motor homes taking up spaces without enough room to park in lit areas. Sketch. Elevators don’t work so plan on carrying bags up narrow dingy stairwell too. The rugs in the hallways haven’t been changed for what looks like over 15 years. Dirty and beads smells abound. If I could give zero stars I would.

Very outdated. Toilet cover didn’t fit on toilet tank. Toilet seat was old and parts appeared like wood. Bed was lopsided so when granddaughter went to lay down bed almost turned over.

We had booked in advance to attend my daughter's graduation from CSU. We had booked a non-smoking room and were informed the property was smoke-free. Neither was the case. Due to the events at CSU, the hotel asserted that there was no other rooms to move us to. It was miserable for two people sensitive to smoke.

Apparently, if you wand dogs barking and scratching, this is the place to be. I would not recommend this to anyone. It was probably awesome in 1981.

The front desk person, Gracie, was rude and couldn't be bothered to help. I always felt she wanted to other things than help her customers. A lamp shade was missing, the elevator had a sticky floor, one morning the breakfast was a cold cheese sandwich, none of the aforementioned were corrected while I was there.

The heater did not work and extra blankets did not help.

We had a great stay except for the loud rumbling we heard in the middle of the night. It almost sounded like a washing machine but must’ve been the generator. I’m a super light sleeper so it woke me up, but my boyfriend barely heard it. Bed was comfortable and clean room.

No breakfast...just coffee and donuts..was told the credit card i used would not be processed until I was present...they took early that morning b4 I even showed up that evening..

Homeless and drug addicts everywhere in the parking lot. Paid for two nights, got there the first night at 2am so we were desperate for some sleep. We turned in our keys first thing in the morning. The room was filthy, wall sockets and wires hanging out of the wall, sliding glass door to the balcony would not close all the way. Just an absolute disgusting, unsafe, environment.

Was there for 9 nights and didn't have housekeeping stop by once for new toiletries or towels or trash

We did not even stay here and forfeited our booking fees. Checked in, drove to park, found people living in this hotel. Felt very unsafe anywhere on the property due to the druggies and prostitutes walking around the property. Inside smelled very musty and was not clean at all. Don't recommend this place unless you are looking for drugs or a prostitute.

The room itself was just okay. The 1st night, I got unpacked and about an hour later, the refrigerator was leaking. I asked for them to bring a new one but staff showed up with a key to an adjacent room for me to move to. I woke up in the morning to have my food frozen in the new room. 👎 The hairdryer was making a horrible sound and smelled like it was burning so I stopped using it and asked them to bring me another one. I never received it. The hotel appears to be rented by less than desirable people who are "living" there permanently. There is no greenery outside for pets too utilize and i had to walk down the road to find some for my elderly dog. I definitely would not stay here again. The advertised restaurant and bar were both closed and the grab and go breakfast was a small apple juice, an apple, and granola bar👎

To start off it is a older hotel. I walked into to hallway to go to my room and it smelled of a old hotel. Walked into my room and couldn't find a light switch and had just enough light to find a light on the dresser and got it on. The roo. Smelled ok and looked to be clean and in nice condition. Went to use the toilet and found some stuff floating in there and i dont believe it to be of human waste. Then went to take a shower and found long black hair in the tube and was a little disgusting with that. After the shower i grabbed the only bath towel off the shelf and opened it to dry off and was completely discussed with it. It was dirty and looked like someone used it to clean their backside off. Very disgusting!! I had to dry off with a little hand towel that looked clean thank god. Parking was horrible as their was 3 hotels all there together using the same parking lot. The website showed the hotel to have a bar there but it was under construction and nowhere near close to being open for business. They should update their listing for the hotel as it was one of the things i was looking for after driving for 15+hours. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone as it was just the worst experience i have ever had staying at a hotel and i have stayed at to many hotels to keep track of.

Easy check in we stayed our last couple days of vacation nice hotel reasonably priced room could’ve been more clean looked like some kids destroyed the room with coloring markers or paint overall the stay was good pool was great kinda cold and really dirty things were floating everywhere would stay here again! Super nice staff I can’t remember her name but she was probably the nicest lady ever! So polite and very friendly! The breakfast bags were great for on the go!

We like staying here because of their pool! The kids love it and the living plants all around that area make it a fun place for the grown-ups to hang out. There are two restaurants opening in the hotel in a month or two. Excited to go back!

Needs updated and cleaned. The room numbers were in masking tape and all the furniture was unfinished, scratched paint on doors etc.

No one answered, we go to “sleep” 5am 3 motorcycles Right in front of the same sliding door running so loud and people Yelling at each other. I will never be back to this hotel ever ever again and I don’t recommend this not even to my worst enemy

We asked for towels at 8:30 am. They said they would bring them down in a couple of minutes. 9:00 came & still none. Called them & said that she was folding them. 10:00 came & still none. My husband went down there & finally got them at 10:30. Hall way was too loud.

Didn't have the room that we booked. First room they tried to give us was not cleaned. While the staff was able to help us, they weren't very friendly.

Stephanie at the front desk was just absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond the norm. However, unbeknownst to me t the time all the electronics in the if not work. On check out I talked to the regional manager from Denver and advised if he rents a room he and the staff needs to be sure all electronics, lights,and amenities are in working order. I was hoping for some compensation but none was offered. I would still give this property a second chance because of Stephanie's awesomeness.

It has a very unique open pool area with a retro feel. The hot tub was no longer being used. Best part of the hotel was the pool. The hallways and rooms were filthy including the curtains. The elevators were old and dirty as well.

Worst hotel ever dirty curtains and bench was dirty worh stains. Staff manager at thatw as very rude. Tub was dirty inside black didnt even use it asked for money back stated rhey dont give refunds. Will never stay again or recommend it to anyone .

The property is very old, dingy, and it looks like they are trying to cover everything with paint. Bathroom was gross, with paw patrol stickers on the side of the vanity, dripping white dry paint on the shower surround, rusty metals on doors, water damaged doors that are only painted over. There was no garbage can in the bathroom. The bed had a frame that stuck out of the bottom and could be a huge potential hazard to get hurt. The property A/C was broken and it was extremely hot. There was dog poop on the sidewalk. Overall horrible place. This place should not be call Quality Inn cause there is not quality on anything at all.

Front desk service was great- we reserved a room for my family of 5 and the room wasn’t available so she gave us two rooms adjoining for no extra charge. This is an older property and they are slowly renovating. Little things like leaking toilets, hair clogged drains, balcony doors that don’t lock make show the age of the property. Advertised breakfast but none was offered. Could use attention to detail. Otherwise, fair and comfortable for the price.

The parking lot is ill maintained, there are giant pot holes, dog poop on the side walk outside the rooms. There was dried vomit on the curtains that we didn’t see until we closed them that night. The wood floors leave your feet black from walking on them. This place is DISGUSTING. Do not stay here. They give you this line about “remodeling” when you check in hoping it will make you excuse the filth. I work at a motel, there is no excuse except lazy staff. You shouldn’t have to clean your own motel room just so you can sleep in it.

Hotel was not good. Hear through the walls and the patio door isnt even sealed so bugs can get in.

The room was grimy and smelled of mold. The hall to the rooms looked like it was painted by 1st graders and the door number to our room was written on blue masking tape. I'd never stay here again. Terrible, there is no quality in this inn at all.

The room was good and comfortable. It's just we expected that there's breakfast as they advertised, but it's totally zero.

We were to get 2 queen beds with a couch pull out and it was not in the room, nor did they have an extra bed that we requested.

This hotel is disgusting, falling apart, our door wouldn’t properly lock and despite leaving after only 1 night into our stay we have not been refunded for the rest of the paid days at this terrible location

When we arrived it was super easy check in. Had an issue with our room but the front desk was more then accommodating to change it to something that fit our family. Awesome staff

It was awful!! It was dirty, smelled awful and in total disrepair. It was also very loud.

I will say, they're going through a renovation. So the condition of the establishment isn't something I'll focus much on. Our room had a broken handle on the dresser, didn't look swept, no vent in the shower. The staff was wonderful and helpful though.

This was hands-down, the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. EVERYTHING was visibly dirty. The walls, floor, bedding, even the lamp shades. I honestly can’t believe they even let people stay in this hotel in the condition it was in. And to top it off we found not one but TWO DEAD MICE in our room!! The only positive thing I have to say is the staff really tried to be helpful. It’s not their fault that they work in this nasty hotel.

Older property but at a great price. The bedding was the best! Close your eyes to the paint & I felt like I was in a 5 star resort!

Such a cool trip into the past- inside pool is like a botanical garden! Apple trees outside are a delicious bonus.

Did not like anything about this. I had to come for an emergency to Fort Collins and it happen to be homecoming weekend. The cheapest room in town was the motel six which I heard was full of meth addicts and this was the next cheapest. It was old, dirty smell really bad everywhere, the desk staff was friendly but overwhelmed by the amount of people it cost me $250 for a room. The shower didn’t work. It was cold water. They advertised free breakfast. There was no free breakfast. The paint is 30 years old on the walls I was hideous.

I booked a stay and then had a family emergency come up. I tried to cancel and get a refund but they wouldn't budge for any of the stay. I understand the day of, but to not refund anything and stonewall Expedia? Just horrible service from a lousy, rundown hotel. I think there are so few people willing to stay at this place that they are reluctant to give any money back, regardless of circumstances. Stay anywhere else.

Shortly after checking in we left. I’ve never been to a worse hotel. The hotel is filthy!!! It wreaks of smoke and urine. The bedspread was covered in cigarette burns, our room was so dirty and while carrying our bags out there was a man urinating in the stairwell! It is in total disrepair outside. Beware!!!!

BED BUGS! The fact was there less then 5 min an asked to be refunded an tjey agreed to contact expedia. An didnt a now I camt get a refund dispite the health violation an tje pure disgust. I feel they over looked it so another bad review wouldnt make it on their page i dont indorse this hotel. Plus its multiple hotels in one.

The facility is old, tattered and smelled. It appeared to have been largely transitioned to weekly rentals. We felt unsafe and left despite having paid for the room

2nd saw cockroaches on table in my room 3rd pool tile had scum that people were writing in with finger nails. 4th bad smell in hallway 5th had a water leak in hallway 6th parking lot in need of repair 7th eco my behind. Note saying they come after 3rd night. We said 4 nights and our room was never serviced.

It was descent for what u pay

The smell was unbearable! It was dirty. In the hallways. The room was gross with bugs in the corners of bathroom and sink/closet areas. I paid for a room with 2 beds and a sofa bed. At check-in I was told they don’t have any sofa beds or rollaways. They suggested the floor. We’ve got 4 kids, 1 being special needs. and there’s not a chance in hell my kids are laying with bugs. We were not in the room more than 20 min when I went back to the front desk telling them that we can’t stay with the conditions like that. I was told that there’s nothing they can do. That’s over 150 I spent for filth. False advertising at its best

This place was so disgusting, I checked out immediately after going to my room. The filth is every where, my room's number was scratched into the wall with a ballpoint pen, it smelled like BO (not just my room, the entire place), the security doors were all broken and propped open with rocks, my sheets were obviously not changed (even though I didn't dare touch the bed) and oh year, the shirtless crackhead walking his dog who asked me for a light was the best. This place should be shut down or call it what it is, a crash pad for drug addicts. The GM then lied to Orbitz and said I never checked out and they would not refund me - regardless of losing the money, it doesn't matter because the place is seriously that bad. Under no circumstances should anyone stay here. The only reason I am giving it one star is because there isn't and option for zero stars (or negative stars).

It was cheap.

Entire hotel from lobby to hallways to room is extremely dirty. Pretty sure all carpet has been in there since it was built 50 some years ago. Panels falling off ceiling in various places. Black mold all over bathroom ceiling. Room stunk like an ashtray, no smoking room. Shower was dirty. Was told 3 times over 2 days they would bring extra pillow and never did. Couch in room was covered in burn holes and stains. Lots of drug use in parking lot after dark. Lots of homeless hanging around.none of the exterior doors to property lock at night so anyone can wander in in. No restaurant or complimentary breakfast like advertised. Will never stay there again.

They did not have the room reserved. So they put me in another room and it was flooded with water. So they offered me two rooms since they didn’t have the room I initially reserved with enough beds, then they tried to charge me for that. I told them that was unacceptable , and they asked me to leave. They were not willing to refund me, now I have to get a third-party involved. The staff was incredibly rude as I had four children with me. Just trying to get a room for one night.

Run down motel should be demolished. It has outlived it life span

Staff was nice and very helpful during check in and out. I am not the type to complain. We had 6 of us. I had reserved 2 beds with a pull out couch. Only got to beds. We made do with the space. One of my children had to sleep on the floor. The room had this very strong musty and mold covered up with chemical smell. Smell was so strong and bad that we had to keep the sliding door open our entire stay. The sliding door was near impossible to open and close.

Dirty rundown

Couldnt even close the patio door. Was staying in town with my daughters. Was charged by expedia when i made my reservation and than told i had to pay again once ariving at motel. Upon wntering room realised door couldnt be locked and looked down to see police arrive to remove a man who had broke into a room. At that point decided to leave and find a new hotel. Would not refund me my room at the motel. Claimed it was against owners policy. Luckily expidia was able to refund me my initial payment.

It was nothing like advertised. They don’t do breakfasts, the pool was indoor but colder than Alaska. The door to the balcony needed a strong arm to open and close and was almost off it’s hinges. The bathroom/toilet door you couldn’t close otherwise you’d be locked in there for eternity if you were by yourself. Questionable looking towels on the floor next to the ice vending machine. Apart from the bed sheets everywhere looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since before the First World War.

The hotel advertised breakfast on front billboard, but we were told they stopped serving breakfast, just a couple weeks earlier. Rooms smelled musty and mildew. Hotel was run down and deteriorating. Staff was not helpful, short, abrupt and y informative. I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone else.

Advertised a nice breakfast but there was no breakfast. Even the marquee out front showed a breakfast but it must have been for the hotel next door. My boys were excited to have a room with a balcony, but the sliding door had so much dirt in it that we could barely get it open the morning we checked out. The hallways inside were sooooo hot. In July it was miserable to even walk from the elevator to our room.

First the advertisement lied about the pool and the hot tub. Neither of these were working . No breakfast served. The rooms rug was filthy. The sheets on the bed were marked up with stains. The couch was marked with stains. The Easter this furniture was all scratch and dirty. The TV remote was not working correctly. The sound would not adjust. The air conditioner was not working correctly. It seem to have lost some power. The price of the roof was OK. The new sex and granite counters were nice. The colors chosen for the rooms was atrocious.! We stayed in Fort Collins, CO.

Stained mattresses, mold under the sink, no promised breakfast, laundry service out of order, no hot tub, broken and missing items in the room, doors left propped open and unsafe.

Felt like we were staying at a homeless shelter. Furniture was outdated, couch in the room had stains probably from the 90’s. Walls were paper thin, heard people’s conversations as if they were in our room. Front desk staff looked like they were out of a episode of twilight zone. I’d recommend staying at another location or your car if that’s an option.

This was by far our worst hotel stay experience we've ever encountered. When we pulled in to check in, there was a police officer that had just pulled in to speak with 2 women in the parking lot. At check in, the first woman told me that they didn't have rooms with a fold out couch even though the booking stated they did. The other woman working corrected her and told her what room to put us in. By the time we checked in, that officer was gone but another had arrived for a different incident. We pulled around to the back side of the hotel to where she told us to go in at, there were multiple questionable characters hanging around outside the hotel. Lots of marijuana and cigarette smoke inside and outside of the hotel. The doors state that doors are locked after 5pm and a room card must be used for enter but that was never the case. None of the key scanners work and none of the doors lock. The room was very old, stains on everything and dirty. No phone in the room. Breakfast never happened even though it was advertised on the sign outside and online and no one told us at check in. The manager we spoke with was very rude and aggressive. Police were at the hotel daily. People live here! LOTS OF DRUGS AND TRANSIENTS/HOMELESS!!! I told the girl at check out all of the issues and she made every excuse possible. We were stuck here for 7 nights and couldn't leave due to the no refund policy. Worst experience ever and it fully deserves a full refund! CHOOSE A DIFFERENT HOTEL!!

Very noisy

No breakfast, no hot tub, room was dirty with very dirty walls. No power outlets for microwave and coffee pot and no fridge. No remote for the TV and when we did get a remote we had to figure out how to program it. People standing directly in front of your room smoking and doing drugs, also people in the lot playing dice and gambling. we asked for the room to be cleaned better and that did 't happen either.

Well traveling with a handicapped child in a power wheelchair is hard enough! The "accessible" doors were not working. At all! Then our first floor room was a step up! We were unable to be swithed to a walk in room due to "being full" yet we saw almost nobody during our stay. Also the bathroom/shower had peeling paint, the toilet ran constantly, and there was coloring all over the walls!

I did not like the way the pictures of the rooms are misleading. And it felt almost like we were bothering the staff with our presence.

Said free breakfast and then got there and was told no breakfast. Dirty furniture, desk was sticky and wobbly.

We booked this property for 2 reasons. Free breakfast and it was cheaper than most motels. When we arrived we were not told that the free breakfast buffet was no longer happening. We had to find out for ourselves the next day. When we checked out, they told us that the free breakfast was no longer " a thing". No explanations as to why. The doors leading into the property were not secure. They had key codes that you used card for, but not one of them worked properly. The whole place smelled like a mixture of urine and cigarette smoke. Meth heads and tweakers live permanently on site. They are noisy, rude, and are full of drama towards other tenants at the property. Our room was dirty, no vacuum had been used before we arrived. The couch had stains on every cushion. We did not feel comfortable letting our child sleeping on the pull out couch. The mattress to the pull out couch was disgustingly dirty. There was a fork and trash behind the entertainment center that you could see as plugged in something to the wall. The bedside lamps are a fire hazard. The plugs on the lamps that you would use to charge youre phones are loose and janky. The entire place is falling apart. If you are looking to experience the meth head ghetto version of a motel than this place is for you. Otherwise spend a little more money for a better hotel room and overall experience. We learned our lesson on this one and next time we will spend more money.

No breakfast as listed on the wrb site. As desk for a remote that works and didnt get one. Ask for a wakeup call and didnt get one.

Pictures old. No bar/restaurant. No laundry. Old. Did have breakfast. Tried check in at 2. Was told no rooms yet they had lots empty rooms. Given room that had connecting door that didn’t lock- but they changed our room. Overall ok just disappointed nothing like the pictures.

All I can say is the beds are comfortable, but the building is run down.

When we checked in I discovered I had only reserved for 1 night and we wanted 2. I paid with Credit Card for the other night and we proceeded to our room. We discovered that the refrigerater was not working, and the TV was not working and the phone didn't work. I used my cell phone and called the desk and they said they would have maintenance come and fix it. We waited and waited so I called again and she said he was working on something else and would be there. I told her we were going to dinner and would be back. When we returned, we discovered the TV and refrigerator were working. We knew they wouldn't replace the phone as they had already told me that. We hear lots of noise and people arguing outside our room or outside. I felt unsafe and uneasy with the entire place. Yesterday 6/14 we went for breakfast and the lady took our ticket which was supposed to be for 2 days so we went to the desk and got another ticket. They also remade our keys When we got back in the evening, our keys wouldn't work. My husband walked back to the front desk, There was nobody there so he called me and asked me to call the hotel. He then came in from outside. To keep it short that eve, we had to call the desk and the sherrif to get the people in the next room to quiet down. There is much more to this story and I WOULD LIKE A TOTAL REFUND!! This place is terrible and YOU should not be recommending this place to anyone. The language was terrible. PLEASE Call me.

Beds are broken down. I heard a spring pop when I sat on the bed. Room had a odor to it. The staff was untrained. Each day I was locked out of room and had to have key recoded. I had to go through the check-in process on two occasions because they lost my reservation in the middle of my stay.

Nice building and the man at check in was super friendly. Perfect place for our little family to spend the night during our drive.

They overbooked the rooms and the room they gave us could not sleep all of us. We asked if they had a rollaway bed and was told they didn't have any and they didn't have any rooms with two double beds and a double sofa bed so they were unsure of how we booked it. My husband showed them the reservation which clearly states two double beds and a double sofa bed. The gentleman Justin was not accommodating at all and did not try to be either. Shayla a worker that had just got to work apologized and was at least willing to try and help. While we were at the front desk trying to figure out what we could do 2 other customers also came to complain. Not a good sign!! Apparently the information on their website False and don't expect Justin to help you out at all!!

Left property after single evening. Room was not clean/sanitary. Questionable people that approached us in the hall way. Pool has a bridge that's falling apart into the water. Experience overall was not great.

Perhaps one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. Doors won’t close properly. Beds are full rather than queen. Very noisy - didn’t get much sleep. Smell so bad - the chemicals made my whole family very sick. Bathroom door could not close - so no chance of privacy. Will not be staying at a Quality Inn again - I wish we had just left in the middle of the night rather than staying on only to have breakfast not start until 7.
