Easy area to walk my dog. Would stay there again.

We were disappointed by the quality of the food in the breakfast. The yogurt was frozen, the french toast sticks were dry/stale, no butter to be found.

Loved the room. Great value. It is going to be my official Colorado home away from home

When we checked in they did not have the room we had reserved. Put us in room 303 for the night until a room opened up the next day. The hot water in bathroom sink literally drips out when turned up to full capacity. Moved to 317 next day. It shares a wall with utility room so the wall, bed and nightstand shakes off and on all day/night. There was an electrical cord plugged in the hallway into the utility room that is a trip hazard. It was just not fabulous and won’t be back.

Convenient location, clean and well maintained. Friendly help full staff. A rear access out to the rear parking lot would make it more convenient.

Pool and hot tub THERE ARE NO DRAPES IN THE ROOM!! The shade is not only see-through, it doesn't block ANY outside lights. We hardly slept because of the glaring lights coming in from outside. The breakfast was minimal.

The property was undergoing a renovation during my stay in May 2026. Despite that, it was a good place to spend a couple of nights. Friendly staff, clean room, good coffee, great value. What more is there to say.

Toilet got clogged and the front desk dropped off a plunger for us to fix the issue. Clog was so bad that it had to be snaked. Okay, that kind of @#$& happens, I get it. I wish they had just taken the time to try to do the real fix first instead of us making a mess first. Hotel seems to be in the middle of a remodel. Paint still drying when we showed up. No base boards anywhere. Tape still on fixtures. Real thing I have a complaint about is the "Continental" breakfast. Examples of the poor service: Staff would take a tray of muffins to the back to restock. Tray would come back with two muffins. Milk would be empty, then it would come back and after two kids poured enough for their cereal, it would be empty again. The "cheese" in the cheese omelettes wasn't melted. I could go on and on. We were told several times on each of the 3 mornings we were there that they were out. Breakfast goes until 9. We'd show up around 8ish to eat. Hotel parking lot didn't look full so I do understand why they couldn't keep the breakfast stocked. Final day we drove 15 minutes down I25 to eat a Buc-ees. Booked thru Hotels, but that appently didn't include $50 of additional fees. Just generally a poor experience. It had good reviews for a Comfort Inn. Next time visiting Ft Collins area, we will spend a little more for different establishment.

Convenience to Fort Collins This Comfort Inn had ZERO info, maps, personal recommendations on Fort Collins. I visited FC Tourist Office who said they'd drop maps to CI in next few days. CI has forgotten its obligation to assist travellers sightsee & local communities to thrive ... VERY lazy. I left written message with Stephany at reception, addressed to Manager Darius, asking for response to my email address ASAP but never received a reply !??!

My room was comfy and clean. The staff were nice. The most important feature to me was the 6 EV charging spots.

Hotel in varying levels of disrepair. Our room smelled of smoke and later found paraphernalia in the dresser drawer. No remedies were made when addressed with staff

The hotel is very old and dated for the cost. The room was ok, but the air was not on when we arrived and it was very hot. The elevator is extremely small and we had a baby and lots of stuff to get to our room, not sure you can do much about that.

Everyone from the manager, the front desk, and the cleaning crew did an amazing job. Squeaky clean the breakfast was changed up each day which was nice to not have the same thing all the time. The pool was stocked with towels so that you can enjoy your swim and dry yourself off at your convenience. We wanted to stay an extra night until the manager advised us to put us on the third floor because they were doing some painting on the second floor which is very nice of him too take that into consideration. Questions that I asked the front desk were answered promptly and was very helpful. Amazing place, this is how customer service should look like and this location is an example to follow. Thank you so much for an awesome stay, my wife & I enjoyed it. When we come back this will be our stay.

Hotel being renovated but was clean just didnt like that the beds were way too soft

The first time I stayed here everything went well. Nothing to complain about. Now the second time I tried to stay at this hotel. I booked on hotels dot com like I always do. When I arrived at the hotel I was told I could not check in. The young person at the front desk told me I had to wait until the morning shift to arrive (which wasn’t for another couple hours) because morning shift was the one who “dealt with these kind of things” well seeings as all I wanted to do was check in early basically because I had reserved the room on my way to Colorado but it was after midnight when I reserved it. I asked about early check in fee and was met with no clean rooms as the response. Well it was wee hours of the morning. No where to go and I didn’t feel like sleeping in my vehicle so I went down the road to another hotel and was able to pay an early check in fee and get a room. Couldn’t get a refund even though I made multiple attempts to contact the hotel through hotels dot com message thing where they connected me to the hotel. So I was out the $90 some dollars I had paid to this hotel. Over the next few months I’ll be traveling back & forth to Ft Collins. However I won’t be staying at this hotel again.

I booked my room and paid in advance on hotels dot com when I arrived at had hotel I expected to be charged an early check in fee like all other were hotels have. However I was met by a younger guy at the front desk and was told I couldn’t check in until 3 pm even tho k I explained I had no where else to go. Young kid at front desk told me basically oh well I had to wait for next shift to come on to see if there were any empty rooms. Exhausted as all beat hell I just went and found a hotel that let me pay and early check in fee which I was fine with I was tired and to hear all I had to do was pay a fee I jumped at that so I could go rest. Just very unhelpful all together! I have to come to Fort Collins for the next few months but not looking like I’ll be staying here again

My room was clean. The lighting was not the best but not terrible either. I didnt eat the breakfast or use the pool/hot tub. Staff was alittle hard to find and the one i interacted with was somewhat friendly but seemed like he was in a bad mood or having a bad day. But he was for the most part nice. House keeping were the friendliest smiling faces i saw at the hotel everytime i saw one of them they greated with a friendly smile and asked how i was.

The room had a musty smell, like someone had smoked in it. The bedding appeared dirty and needed to be replaced. The breakfast was unacceptable. Dried out and not edible in my opinion. Will not be staying there again.

The only thing was maybe more towels in pool area. We went in at 9 pm and was glad there were 2 left but no more. Also, chlorine was a bit strong. Still very glad to have the hot tub and it was amazing to soak after a long drive! Rooms were very clean and comfortable!

The whole hotel has a strong smell of marajuana. The breakfast was completely wiped out by a group of kids on a sports team and even though we waited it was never refilled. The coffee was cold and not refilled in the lobby. Just not a good experience at all.

It was a clean, quiet room and the bed was comfortable. We did not hear the interstate, which was a nice surprise considering the close proximity. Our only complaint was that the ice machine had dirty looking ice...but we did report it. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool & hot tub, and missed breakfast. They also allowed us a late checkout for a very reasonable price compared to other hotels that we've stayed at.

Our first room shower didn't have hot water and the card key didn’t work after multiple attempts at reprogramming the cards. Had to move to another room and that toilet didn’t flush. I had to plunge the toilet myself. Then, they ran out of sausage gravy. It was poor customer service. No compensation whatsoever for the inconvenience

The room had poop in the toilet and hair and the bed had two great big end dance, where people have slept for a long time on them. We changed ribs and it was pretty much the same thing don’t ever stay at this hotel.

Saying it has a mountain view, would be like booking a boat saying it has a whale view. You can see the parking lot and building across the street. I think front desk person was new and did her best. We asked for extra pillows, they didn't have any saved for us. Room was nice but everything looks like it needs some minor repair. Phone in the room had no cord. Luckily the maintenance guy figured that out and brought us one. We did love the dual curtains setup. Kept room dark. Vacuuming while people are trying to talk and check in was very annoying. Also, not used to a $50 up front deposit for damages after paying for a room. Bed was nice. They have dish network for tv. Would stay again if it was about $30 less a night.

The room was neglected. The shampoo and conditioner bottles were both empty. We didn’t get any hand soaps. We went to breakfast and their wasnt anything to eat. We asked for more waffle mix to be made and they said it took too long.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The water shut off entirely during showers on multiple occasions. We were told it was because the hotel was full, that’s not an excuse for no running water. Breakfast was advertised but not reliably provided, and staff was hard to find. The room was in rough shape with damaged furnishings and felt poorly maintained. For the price paid, this was unacceptable. I would not stay here again.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Nearly out of what they served and quality of hot items not good at all. Poor front desk staff had to try and do that and keep up with breakfast. Our room wasn’t serviced one day due to them being super busy so we had to go get fresh sheets that night when we got back and make bed ourselves (but I offered to and didn’t mind - again, staff super friendly and they were trying). Hot tub appears old and ugly,,,and water was tepid. Not even bathtub hot. Pool cold (and needed filled lol) . One of our room keys didn’t work but front desk staff fixed: All in all, good stay for price point…but with a few things addressed, could be very comfortable

1st room smelled like animal (cat or dog), pull out couch is old and not in good condition- the top part where you would put your head was angled. Tv didn't work. The front desk staff was great - efficient check in and helped move to a new room. 2nd room pull out couch still slanted and uncomfortable.

It seems hotels have different standards for Expedia reduced price rooms. The shower had a lot of leftover hair before I got in, the refrigerator didn't cool at all. There was only a table & chairs. No soft seating. We didn't try breakfast as we had other plans.

Everything was perfect even the staff. Only downside was out tv service wasn't working but it's ok. But definitely will come back to this one if I come back down

The room was okay, not great, but okay. I didn't feel that the staff was too inviting...at first it seemed like they were just there doing a job, and it took a while to warm up. The breakfast was less than average...no hot chocolate, potatoes were not hot. The motel itself doesn't seem to be in a very good area, not well lit, there were lights in the parking lot that were not functional and it just felt quite dark overall.

Well kept. For the price point perfect!

I was satisfied with overall service the Comfort Inn provides but housekeeping interval is a little bit longer than I expected (three days no housekeeping or cleaning). Should improve the situation if possible.

This hotel was convenient for our purpose. The property could definitely use some updating. Mattresses were not that comfortable but were ok. Our keys needed constant reprogramming - it was comical. The staff was friendly and the one young man that was in charge of breakfast area was very attentive and friendly. Kept the dining area well stocked and clean even during the rush. The hotel was clean. Our room was clean. The price was affordable

We were able to check in early which made our visit to the area more efficient. Front desk gentleman was very nice and accommodating.

Breakfast was 6-9. At 7:30 am no biscuits, very few danish and just water coming from the juice dispenser. Upon arrival just 1/2 role of T.P. in our bathroom and tissue box was nearly empty. Also no clean towels for guests in the pool and jacuzzi area.

Room was clean, but bad oder when we arrived. Luckily we travel with fabreeze. Front desk was very helpful in straightening out the TV.

This is my go to place to stay I love everything about it’s the staff member was working that day I got there was phenomenal no matter your situation is with the wonderful customer service that make my day that’s all I need others comes later. My suite was amazing too appreciate everything

The hotel has a very heavy smoke and mj smell, the room and bathroom had not been cleaned well, it was incredibly noisy with doors slamming and people above sounding like there was a stampede, the bed was caving inward, and the breakfast was less than mediocre. Would not recommend

Hotel is in horrible conditions. There are no close places to walk to from the hotel. I asked for extra towels and I was told if I asked again I was going to be charged an additional fee. The pool was not heated as indicated in the app. Overall bad experience.

This hotel was not a good place to stay.are room 213 had bedbugs.both daughters was attacked my bedbugs on was attacking so much her hole both got bite.plus she 36 week pregnant this is not ok.my 2 daughter got bite on her back and legs.we need a refund.we stay August 8-9 and was to check out but after 1 one we check out on the 9 .i will never stay there again

There was no hot water for the majority of my stay, the rooms were dated and worn down. It just seemed that there was no upkeep on the facilities as they seemed like they were held together at the bare minimum.

The staff was incredibly friendly! Check in was a breeze, and my Silver status earned an upgraded room on the 3rd floor! I booked a Mountain View room, and it was absolutely stunning! I didn’t think I would have much of a view of the mountains when parking, but when we got up to the room, it was a gorgeous view! The breakfast was decent, they offered waffles, bagels, English muffins, sausage, fried eggs, yogurt, and more! My son had a great time in the pool, and the hot tub was actually hot unlike some places where they are only lukewarm. In our room, the closet door was broken and the bathroom lock didn’t work, but maintenance was more than happy to fix the issues for us. Downtown Fort Collins was maybe a 5 minute drive. The beds were comfy, and the rooms were very clean. Something that I found super cool was the fact that you can open the windows! I’ve never been to a hotel where you can actually open the windows. While the property was booked completely full, it was still incredibly quiet and everyone was friendly. Overall, I would be happy to stay here again!

Hotel was convenient to highway. It looked a bit run down in the inside and the suite we had on the 3rd floor smelled terrible. They kindly moved us to a standard room, but the 2 ladies who were staying on the 3rd floor said their room smelled as well.

Disappointed with bed size. Paid for two queen beds, got two doubles. When asked front desk, he said those are what they consider a queen. Headboard was much larger than mattress. Also, complimentary coffee in the lounge area was always empty.

The toilet lacked a lid, and my TV had no connection. I asked the staff every day to resolve the tv, but it was never fixed. The price, area, and facilities were satisfactory.

The property was convenient and easy to get to. Staff friendly. Room was a good size. The only issue was the bathroom above us. When they flush it was very loud. I would stay again.

We have stayed at a few different chain hotels in Fort Collins and have been consistently disappointed. Not this time! The staff were friendly and helpful, the place was immaculate, beds super comfortable. Everything was wonderful!

Checked in late and the staff was amazing. Got our room quickly and checkin was painless. The room seemes pretty sparce decorated. The A/C unit was not working properly and there was maintenance on the entire 3rd floor. The bed was VERY HARD and was very uncomfortable. The sheets and bedding also felt scratchy and like cardstock paper. It was out 2nd time staying here and while the staff was amazing i think next time we will look elsewhere.

They have a nice breakfast! The pool water is too cold. Even after being in it for a while we were shivering, and the hot tub is too hot. You're only able to put your feet in. It's too hot to actually sit in and enjoy it.

Our tv didn’t work the entire time and the room keys wouldn’t work half the time. A pair of shorts were left in the room and when called back to check they said no items were found so housekeeping kept the item of clothing. Not worth the price at all and will not be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. It looked like it had not been vacuumed in forever, the bedding had black smudges all over it, the shower head was broken, and there were handprints all over the walls and headboard.
