The room was nice and big with good amenities, but after being there for an hour we noticed our sons feet were black because of how dirty the floors were.

The kitchen was well stocked and clean, it was nice to have a bigger room than a usual hotel space. Beds were clean and comfy.

The chairs were uncomfortable, too. The long desk/counter was really nice but the bar of the office chair cuts into your legs. They only give you two of each towel etc and while that’s just adequate, it would have been nice to have just one set extra as I forgot my face washcloth and there was no makeup cloth and an extra towel for my hair would have been nice. The sound wasn’t bad but you could definitely hear banging from the upper floor and car doors closing even over a noisemaker.

This all-suites hotel is well situated with access to Old Town as well as Horse Tooth reservoir and the nearby bike and walking paths. Our suite was spotless with all of the in-room needs met. Great for a weekend or longer stay.

Also had to get ice from gallon baggies in the “shop” so no ice machine anywhere. No water machine to fill up water bottles was my biggest complaint.

The accommodations were exactly what we needed. Everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen was even better equipped than expected. The staff was excellent, so helpful and kind. We were traveling from 6 hours away to bring our dog for specialist care at CSU and our departure date changed several times. Everyone, especially Kelly, was so helpful, kind and made everything so easy during a very stressful time for our family. The wifi was not great, but this is common in non-luxury hotels. We were unable to stream smoothly on our devices. Not a huge issue for us personally, but some may find it a problem.

The room was clean and large. There was a slight smell that was difficult to get over (probably from air freshener or cleaning supplies). It was a nice stay.

The staff was very unhelpful and attempted to charge us again even though the room had already been paid for. This resulted in over two hours of unnecessary delays before we were finally given access to the room. Additionally, the listing advertised wired internet; however, when we attempted to use it, it was not working. Instead of assisting us, the staff member simply gave us a phone number to call, which caused us to spend another hour trying to resolve the issue ourselves, which never ended up getting resolved.

The staff was awesome! The room was just what we needed.

I didn't get to stay!! Motel wanted to hold a couple hundred dollars from my account for over a week and that was not feesable. So we could not check in. Upset kids, late at night drive back home, only way of charging devices was a wall changer. It was HORRIBLE and should have never been booked but wiped out my account of course.

The room had a noticeable smoke odor, although it was otherwise clean. There were several questionable individuals staying at this location, which made me uncomfortable. I would not choose to book here again.

We had a two and a half day meeting and it was an excellent setting for a small meeting group and we were able to cater in food and have a dinner as well as nice clean rooms close to shopping and anything you could need. The full kitchen was excellent for being able to eat what you'd like to make for yourself and when you wanted it so I appreciated that

The location is good. The entire 2nd floor smells like cigarettes. Management did nothing. The only coffee was decaf because they were waiting on a shipment of regular coffee. The mattress was like sleeping on concrete. So so uncomfortable Housekeeping was standing in the hall playing games on her phone. The phone in out room didn't work. If there was an emergency....it would be really bad. Never never again

We have stayed at this property before and found it fine. However, our last stay was not. They were nice enough to get us in a little earlier, but it went downhill from there. We extended our stay to 3 nights, and on the second night, someone at the front desk called and chastised my 54 year old husband like a child, about all the noise he was making (I was not in the room at the time). The person did not investigate whether they had the right room, just launched into a lecture about being respectful to those around you. He was in bed watching television, half asleep, and didn’t know what to say, other than “what?”. This is just really poor customer service. I’ve worked in high end hotels, and while I don’t consider this one to be that, I certainly expect staff to be well versed in proper customer service protocols and how to at the very least, establish if you have the right guest before accusing them of bad behavior. One other issue, a cabinet door was broken and a staff member cam during our stay to fix it

The room was clean and appreciated the kitchen for the bigger coffee pot. It was a super early morning for us and it allowed for some coffee without leaving the room until we checked out.

I walked into the lobby, and three staff members were in some sort of discussion at the front desk. I have no issue with this except no one even looked up to acknowledge me and say a quick hi. I checked in, but received an email from my CC an hour later and the total charge was over $100 more than my original booking price. Inquired next morning and was told there was a $100 incidental fee that would be removed when i left, and additional state fees. This should have been communicated to me at check in. Not a good experience at all.

All staff I interacted with were excellent! We really enjoyed our stay. Coffee every morning was nice. The room was spacious and clean, and the layout was perfect. Pet area was well-lit and in a convenient location.

Room great condition and staff were awesome… my only complaint is that the bed was terribly hard and I woke up in pain every morning with a restless night. To me the most important part is the kind of sleep you get… and because the bed was so uncomfortable I will not make it a point to stay here again.

Nothing special. Room needs a serious facelift and so does the front desk hospitality. They are not friendly and careless about any needs or comfort.The manager is not friendly and I found her to be unpleasant and unprofessional. I guess she trained her staff to be a reflection of her.Awful!

I love staying here because it is really quiet every time. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. The room was as clean as they come. My one issue was the bed was soooo hard, I ended up taking out the cushions of the couch to put on top of the bed so I could get to sleep. I’m sure they could have let me change rooms but I was already upgraded and didn’t want to risk losing that. I love that the full size refrigerator makes ice. They don’t charge for parking either. Which is a rare find these days.

Clean, comfortable rooms. One of my favorite things is the walls and doors seem solid, so less noise comes through. The staff is all amazing, from the GM to maintenance and housekeeping, everyone has been kind, accommodating and professional.

The rooms are clean although a bit outdated. They could use new set of towels as they seem a bit worn. The staff is great, super helpful. The hotel cleans the room once a week only and I think that is a bit too long. WiFi is OK. And it is nice that the washer and dryer are free to use when staying longer than a few days.

The room was nice but I wondered why the direct TV box in the room was unplugged. Turns out the fan (I assume) makes a loud buzzing sound. I too ended up unplugging it.

Been gone from home for a week and this hotel had the best and most comfortable bed and pillows and we sure needed them. Didn't want to get up the next morning. Front desk lady was also kind enough to come up to our room for a tv problem. And--they have the best free coffee i had in a week. Hotel in a great location and easy to find. If we ever come bavk to Ft Collins, we will stay here.

We were only given a DirecTV remote, not a TV remote so there was no way to set a Timer for the TV to turn off

We were traveling between N.Dak to Las Vegas and want to see our granddaughter who goes to college in Ft. Collins. We travel with food we haul and were so delighted to find a full size fridge and freezer! The room was nice and bed was good. We will remember it for next year!

USB ports in electrical outlets or at the base of the lamps would be nice. Better quality toilet paper. Softer closing room doors. I would gladly stay again given the opportunity. 5 stars

Nice room & very spacious, however, there was an odor in the room. Not too sure what it was but otherwise a very pleasant stay. A little on the pricy side, but, nonetheless still a solid place.

The hotel itself is very nice and was super clean. The room was large and had everything you needed. My only complaint was that the A/C didn’t work in my room so the temperature was 75 at night which made it hard to sleep.

Not for me. No water besides in the gym, beds were weird and kind of rubbery, layout was a little odd. I liked stay ridge more in this hotel chain but choice is a little limited in Fort Collins this time of year. No breakfast. Pantry is nice to have but unhealthy choices. Ok for longer stays as room has ability to cook and a large fridge. It just wasn’t what we needed

We stayed for 2 nights, the room was spotless, the bed was clean. The bed itself was just ok, not incredibly comfortable but I've stayed in places that were worse. The pillows were fine. The kitchenette was great the bathroom was clean. The staff were very friendly. We come to Ft Collins for comic con every year and I think we've finally found "our" hotel for all the next conventions!

Trash on the carpet and dirty

It close to target, Walmart, Starbucks and Dutch bros. And they have a lot of good options around.. the bed was comfortable and the laundry was free.

Had a stocked kitchen, but only one small trash can for the whole room, bathroom, kitchen, etc.

Staff member altered contact after I signed it and did not notify me that the changes were made. Didn’t have the original room I had booked and charged me 140 which I was supposed to check out on July 31st per receipt, and in the system. Check In said it’s at 3:00 which I thought was AM. We checked in at 4:00 am. After being there for 6 and a half hours

This place was conveniently located to most establishments. Very friendly and clean. My only complaint is the smoking area right outside the entrance. The smell wafted into the lobby and hallways. Maybe relocate the smoking area.

The staff was excellent. I tried to check in early and the room wasn’t quite ready but they gave me a call when they were. Felt very safe. Was located close to shopping and dining but was also very quiet. Would stay here again!

This was a great quick stop on our road trip to Rocky Mountain. The area was nice. The room was big and spacious. A nice kitchen.

The bed felt like you were sleeping on a board. Very hard and uncomfortable.

Front desk is very hospitable and pleasant. The only downside is that house keeping cleans the rooms after seven days of stay. It is not a daily thing. Though, I understand that this hotel is meant for long term stays because it does have a small kitchenette which it was a plus for me since I stayed for 6 days.

I loved that they provided dishes and everything was very clean. Is the bathroom a little dated? Yes, but they take such good care of it and the cleanliness was awesome. We had a King room reserved but when we got there it was changed to a Queen room. Was told because we booked through a third party they were allowed to do that. That has never happened before in all our traveling. Will never stay there again

When a customer called in trying to book on a night that they were completely full, the front desk staff worked to find them another hotel in the area to stay. On my way out I mentioned I was staying in another city soon, and the front desk clerk started looking at what they had in the area that could help to accommodate me as well. When none of their hotels were within 10 miles of my planned location, she gave me other alternatives of places that she thought would be quality to stay. It was truly an exceptional experience with exceptional customer service.

Everything is always good when we stay here. Anything that we need they are always there to help us. We get a one bedroom suite and it feels like we are in a one bedroom apartment with all of the amenities.

It was great acces to all the shopping, grocery stores, mall, but yet it was quiet. Great pillows, compy bed. We had to wait for our room because they had been busy so they upgraded our room. That was nice. Just a great experience. Good price, very friendly staff. Just stay there, you wont be unhappy.
