Really wanted to like this property because the front desk staff at check-in were very friendly but everything went downhill from there. The bathroom had dried blood spatter near the toilet, the shower would be amazing but is poorly planned and your arms literally hit the metal soap dish everytime you move, the parking is often full because many people park in two spots and the elevators were constantly broken with no signage. The housekeeping staff were very thoughtful, apologized, cleaned the blood spatter and the front desk staff gave me a free breakfast but were noticably unfriendly after I reported the blood. Overall, the hotel feels cold, unwelcoming and that basic maintenance is ignored. Could be a spectacular place if the staff were friendly and maintenance was done, seems like a waste to not make this hotel one of the best and care more about it.

We love staying here!! The fitness center is large and has many cardio machines, weights and a few machines. The staff is friendly and helpful. My son loves the indoor/outdoor pool so I booked the first week of June for 3 days. The pool was closed the entire time for maintenance the first week of summer so he didn’t get to sw at all. If I would have know this I would have just chosen another hotel.

Everything was great with the exception of the restaurant signage saying it was open when there was nobody around.

Elevators were slow and water pressure was a little low. Otherwise, the rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Beautiful property, no complaints. We were only there one night, wish we could have enjoyed the amenities more.

Nice and dark at night. Found it unusual that there wasn't a clock in the room, however it was nice not having to worry about an alarm that I didn't set going off.

The indoor pool was open and calming for my morning swim. Nice that there is now privacy glass so people in the elevator cannot see into the pool. Thanks for that!

When we got there, the sheets on the bed were stained. I called the front desk and a young lady came to the door and handed me the sheets. I called again and she came back to remake the bed. One of the days we were there, our room was never cleaned. We had no towels or toilet papery. Again I called and someone came to the door and handed me towels. The workers in the lobby bar are very nice and helpful. The hotel is kept neat.

Friendly staff, clean, rooms are large. Only complaint is the bathrooms are really small. Otherwise, a nice place to stay for the value.

Toilet was overflowing so maintenance came up right away. The bartender rescued us from a very talkative and somewhat obnoxious patron. This is our favorite hotel in Ft. Collins.

The pool was poorly run and only half open. The whole outside was closed. The available pool was so small. We requested an extra blanket for the pull out couch and were given a very thin blanket instead of a comforter like the other beds. There is no breakfast available. For the amount of money this single mom spent to impress her kids for a staycation, this Marriott was the worst choice. I worked hard for this vacation and was so unimpressed… guess you have to be a rewards member to actually feel treated well at Marriott’s these days.

Very expensive for what little you get. Suite is nothing more than a double with a couch stuffed in the same room. Air Conditioner did not work. Amenities were under construction and not advertised or informed about upon booking or check in. I would book property again for 30% of price I just paid, otherwise surrounding options are much better.

Hotel was great. Clean and nice. It was really hot outside and the ac wasn’t working great but they sent someone to look at it and it got better (still not super cold but cold enough to bare the heat). Pool was perfect. We booked hotel for the pool and we enjoyed it.

Booked a king room with Expedia and got a double. When we asked about it, they advised that they will not guarantee rooms booked with anyone but Marriott. So if you book with a service, you may not get what you booked. The staff was not very friendly about it either.

We had our AC go out last n the hottest day. Our kids really enjoyed the indoor & outdoor pool. This place is really nice. Very clean!

We didn’t have hand soap in the bathroom but used the soap in the shower instead. The fridge made a crazy bit of noise and the hot tub was out of service. The room was super clean, quiet and the beds were clean and comfortable.

Check-in was great, rooms were ready early which is always appreciated. Newly renovated, however the rooms have a lot of awkward space and the layout is strange, you have to hang up your clothes in the bathroom. The shower had very little water pressure but the towels were nice and thick. Great lighting in the bathroom to get ready. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. The pool was nice but unfortunately the hot tub was out of order. The biggest issue that I had with the room was the noise. The rooms are poorly insulated and you could hear everything. Conversations in the hall, people walking by and in my case, the ice maker all night long. I would not stay here again for this reason.

I wish this was a little bit more affordable for single parents. The pool also was not available during my stay so that was inconvenient. I wish there would’ve been some notification after I booked, as that was one of the main reasons I booked at that hotel. And then I ended up paying to take my kids to an indoor waterpark.

This place is always wonderful! We were disappointed that the pool and hot tub were out, but we know they will be even better next time. Service is always excellent, whether it's the front desk, bar, restaurant or room service. And the room was spotless.

Stayed here for CSU Graduation and the staff, rooms and bar/restaurant were wonderful ! The beds were comfortable, the room was updated and quiet. The location was perfect! Close to campus/restaurants, shopping. The staff was so inviting and asked why we there and made us feel welcome. Thanks for honoring the Graduates with your decorations and excitement. This made it extra special.

Great location and close to historic downtown. Loved the free parking. Rooms lack storage and bathroom is small. Disappointed there wasn’t a microwave in room or coffee available in the lobby. If you’re a Starbucks fan you are in luck. They sell Starbucks at the bar. No free breakfast, but you can order breakfast from restaurant in lobby.

Picked this hotel at the last minute and it turned out to be really good find. This hotel spotless and clean and actually looks quite new. It has one of the biggest workout facilities for a hotel this size. The staff was really nice and friendly and the room was great. Can't believe I got it for under $100 a night...

My mom loved her handicap accessible room, and we plan to have her stay there again in the future. Nice staff, great area of town, and a modern facility.

The pool/hot tub was closed on the property for maintenance the next 3 months but we were not told through Expedia, the Marriott website or in emails in advance to checking in. Big disappointment especially when traveling with 2 kids!

This is the 3rd year I’ve stayed at this hotel for the same conference. There’s definitely a change this year. The food was definitely not the same.

Room ok…expected more options on bed choice…no one ever wants to sleep on a sleeper sofa. Kids running up down the halls all night long. Restaurant way over priced for selections. Crunchy French toast was a total grease bomb….disgusting

Check in was a mess and they had given our room to another customer. Instead of the king bed we had paid for months in advance, the only available room upon check-in was a room with two queen beds.

This was just for one night, however, the staff were all very accommodating as I came in early to meet with my son in college and was allowed to do an early check in. The dining option was so helpful and convenient as a walk up and order so I could get dinner and a glass of wine to go and bring to my room. In the morning had a lovely swim in the perfect temperature pool and then jacuzzi. Room was a great size with a view of the mountain and bed was very comfortable. Everything was great!

There was a construction project happening in the hotel but we didn't even notice until the staff apologized. We will definitely stay again!!

Each afternoon flavored water was provided a different drink each day. Watermelon/basil,cucumber/melon orange/pineapple. They were delicious. Our room was very spacious and clean. I love that they update their motel and keep it modern.
