Very clean room and helpful, polite staff. We enjoyed our stay!

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast selection was limited.
- 5/5
Great location for what we needed. The local amenities were within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!
- 3/5
First room smelled like cigarettes and had ants in the fridge. Staff quickly switched our room. Unfortunately the couch cushions had some weird markings and the fridge defrosted in the night. However the staff were amazing and accommodating.
- 5/5
Love this place
- 3/5
The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was great. The room did not look clean aside from fresh linen. There were fingerprints and marks on the fridge, tables and mirrors. The ice bucket lid was absolutely disgusting. They were great for accommodating people with pets, but I had to wash my hands constantly after touching anything in my room. The curtains also had food stains on them. So great staff and accommodations but there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to the housekeeping.

The location is great, a bit off the highway if your just passing through, but located near lots of shopping There was a suprise "damage deposit" that was not listed on Booking. I choose not to stay at hotels that charge these and at check in the price that my card was billed was higher then my Booking rate; the check in clerk said because it included the $40 fee that would be returned "a few days after I checked out." I also had to sign that i acknowledged I would be charged $250 if anyone smoked it the room: as non-smokers this was not an issue...until we get up to the room that smelt horrible of old stale cigarette smoke. The wall between the sofa and bathroom was also damaged. Back down to the desk to report smell and wall, told hotel was "fully booked" but they would "make a note." Water pressure in the bathroom was terrible with soft water that made getting shampoo out take forever. The 1 button on the elevator was broken so you had to take the stairs down or (as the clerk instructed "call the lobby and we will push 1 for you to come down.") Sofa bed had dirty sheets in the closet and the mattress was stained - requiring yet another trip down to the desk for clean sheets.

We had a great stay. Very dog friendly, fenced in area for dogs to go to the bathroom. Very clean and great breakfast.
- 3.5/5
Price We booked a king bed, and got a room with two beds that seemed smaller than queen size. One of the beds was pretty worn.

Beds were comfy. Room was clean. TV service is outdated. Breakfast was normal. Overall a good stay. Would stay again for sure.

I usually stay at Quality Inns. The customer service was poor. They billed me $25/night for my dog. They also charged a $40 deposit which they said would be refunded. The housekeeper was very snarky and said we weren't staying a second night which wasn't true. I prepaid for two nights. They charged my son repeatedly $40. He may have received one refund but the other two deposits weren't refunded. He should never have been charged at all.
- 5/5
This place was fantastic. Very clean, staff and owner were very nice and accommodating. Great location plus there are restaurants close enough to walk to and a Target just down the street. The area felt very clean and safe as well.
- 3/5
Exterior looked good, parking was easy and free. Staff was nice. Rooms were spacious for a budget hotel. Bathroom unfortunately was very smelly of mold and had lots of urine around the toilet. It smelled very strong. We were only staying one night so it was not worth mentioning but I did take a picture to warn others who may stay longer. The tub was also very discolored and chipped all over. It did not look clean or like a place we wanted to shower in. The size of the bathroom was good.
- 5/5
Hotel staff were courteous. Room was clean and breakfast choices were many. Kids loved the waffle maker and the choice of cereal. We liked the eggs and sausage links. Hot tub has been broken for 2 years according to front desk clerk.
- 4/5
Anything we needed was provided. Parking was easy. Check in and out were easy as well. Staff were kind and helpful.
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast
- 5/5
breakfast was great, parking was close
- 5/5
Stay felt like it was worth the price!
- 4/5
Up too early for breakfast
- 5/5
We only wanted for a room safe.
- 2/5
There was blood all around the pool for two days that never got cleaned, and it was friends when I seen it so it was there for longer than that. The breakfast staff was not very friendly, and the beds sucked
- 5/5
Very clean rooms. That was all we used!
- 5/5
We had booked 3 nights as we had a pet needing surgery at CSU. The surgery was postponed for a few days and the manager was able to accommodate us with a very nice clean and comfortable room. We really appreciated everyone on the staff as they are warm and friendly. The room was large and the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was standard for the price range. We would like to thank the manager and his staff for being so friendly and accommodating!
- 5/5
Very nice hotel
- 5/5
The staff was friendly, the breakfast was excellent. There was an awful lot of smoke smell for it being a smoke free property though.
- 5/5
Lots of shops nearby. Walking and bike trail behind hotel. Easy access to bus line. Quite even though there is a train track next to the hotel.
- 4/5
Affordable, clean older building, comfortable bed, nice breakfast. Nice clean pool. Broken hot tub was disappointing. Only complaint would be no working hot tub otherwise great. And older dated smaller tvs. This place for the price point was as good as other places I've paid almost twice as much for per night. Thumbs up. Call and ask about the hot tub in the future. Who doesn’t like a good hot tub?
- 3/5
No pressure in water or shower. Terrible!!
- 4/5
Breakfast was a bit meager, but great value for the money.
- 5/5
Great location and wonderful staff.
- 3/5
Staff was very friendly, room was clean, bathroom was spotless. But, swimming pool was not open. And, the beds seemed quite old and lumpy.
- 4/5
Great location and comfortable beds.
- 5/5
Close to stores, public transportation, restaurants yet quite, peaceful
- 3/5
Bathroom plug did not work, internet went down, breakfast only so so
- 5/5
This is a nice, cozy hotel at a fair price. The room is a little larger than most, making is extremely comfortable. I’m sure we will stay there again.
- 4/5
Good everything except bed was a bit uncomfortable. Probably time for a new mattress
- 5/5
Clean comfortable room
- 4/5
Great room. Great location. Quiet.
- 5/5
Friendly, efficient, clean and quiet. All you could ask for.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly and okay for the price, but definitely needs some updates. Room was not super clean (found a sock behind the nightstand, door knob to bathroom was dirty, TV remote didn’t work and fridge smelled), bed was hard and pillows totally flat….. but also, it’s a 2.5 star hotel the was $90 per night. So I wasn’t expecting much. We weren’t going to spend time in our room so didn’t want to spend a lot on a hotel and this worked.
- 5/5
Helpful staff
- 5/5
Clean room... friendly staff.. the entire hotel was spotless. If I had to say anything negative it would be that their coffee at breakfast tasted like ardbiard.
- 5/5
Very spacious and clean rooms. Great breakfast and the pool was actually warm enough to use. Nice location a block off of College Ave. Be sure to ask for a room away from the railroad tracks. We did and it was nice and quiet. I heard others say the trains were pretty noisy
- 5/5
Robert at the front desk was great. Comfy beds and quiet.
- 2/5
Housekeeping lis upon request so i requested it and not sure what they did other than make my bed and fold the towels. Honestly dont know if they were new towels. Didnt vacumm didnt even sweep the bathroom because i tend to shed and there still was some hair. I poured my coffee in the sink and they didnt even clean the sink.
- 4/5
Rooms are starting to show their age.
- 5/5
Very clean room, nice building, easy free parking, good breakfast. It was perfect for a quick one-night stay while visiting CSU.
- 5/5
The staff was fantastic. I stayed in a very nice clean room for two nights. Every time I seen any staff they would ask if these was snything I needed. One of the staff members maintaning the outside building seen me struggle to get inside. He droped what he was doing to help me. My entire stay was very pleasant.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly, and the room was clean - will stay again.

Front desk person was asleep in the back and didn’t attend to the desk. Had to wake him up to check us in and redo our swipe cards. Stains on carpet, shower drain not working, and show tub messed up.
- 3/5
Parking was good, staff was friendly, pool was great ! Breakfast could be a little better
- 3/5
Very convenient, comfortable room. Breakfast was adequate.
- 5/5
good location
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay everything was clean and very quaint
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The beds are a little uncomfortable.
- 4/5
The hotel was clean, quite and close to everything
- 5/5
I extended my stay. This is a great hotel
- 4/5
Our stay was great! Clean, quiet, and a great location to get to places.
- 3/5
Dated. Staff was very nice & efficient. However, limited parking on busy days, amenities were average & no cleaning services provide unless requested (we stayed for 5 days). Location good to College Ave
- 5/5
Room is nice and easy
- 4/5
Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff.

Really good clean stab
- 3/5
It was ok
- 5/5
The staff were kind and helpful
- 5/5
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. Excellent location, quiet and nice pool and area. The only bummer was the hot tub was out of order.
- 5/5
Clean quiet room nice breakfast.
- 5/5
Very pet friendly....good staff!
- 5/5
Front desk was terrific. Room perfect! We stay here whenever we come to Fort Collins!
- 4/5
The breakfast was adequate, but repetitious after a few days. Pillows were tiny, but we made do. The furnishings were scuffed and tired looking. Probably would have been happier with a higher level of hotel.
- 3/5
Room is very clean. Desk person was personable, helpful, and accommodating.
- 5/5
Clean,quiet, comfortable
- 5/5
Front desk staff very friendly. Clean and comfortable beds!
- 4/5
The staff are great here! They really need to fix the hot tub. The rooms are clean except for the carpet. The sofa bed is unusable even for a child. The beds are comfy. I love the triple sheeting and the location is great. We always stay here when we come to foco. The price is right.
- 5/5
Staff was great, convenient location. Good value.
- 5/5
Good stay.
- 5/5
Great place to stay.
- 4/5
Great place for the price
- 5/5
All the staff were super at meeting all our needs. Breakfast food was refreshed often. Had a stay during the week and it was very quiet. Cleanliness of rooms was outstanding. Would recommend to anybody.
- 5/5
The price was more than reasonable. I will return.
- 5/5
Close to town, plenty of parking available, front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms have everything you need, quiet and comfortable. It was perfect for our one night stay to see a football game.
- 4/5
The only issue was a sta
- 4/5
convenient
- 4/5
Great overnight stay after coming in late from Denver Airport. Staff was friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable and breakfast had a fair choice for different palates. Rooms probably could use some carpet updating as they smell kind of wet and musty, but otherwise stay was pleasant.
- 4/5
The hotel had a strong smell, like Indian food type. Could be a bit more take care off in public areas. Carpets very stained.
- 5/5
Thank you for the great stay!
- 2/5
The bathroom was awful. The shower was old and had cheap plastic patchwork. Needless to say, I did not even think to go barefoot into that disgusting mess.
- 5/5
Nice place for the price
- 4/5
Room was a bit dated, but very clean and had a large fridge, microwave and coffee setup. I would stay here again. Very quiet area but very close to EVERYTHING.
- 5/5
Rob was great ! Friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Came to visit my daughter, a CSU student. Lots of great restaurants to choose from. Check-in was super easy, very friendly staff, and it was nice to have breakfast provided in the morning.
- 5/5
Clean
- 3/5
Older motel. Dirty carpets throughout. Bed reasonably comfortable. Limited breakfast. Pleasant staff.
- 1/5
I was furious being a former General Manager for a Choice Hotel in Kansas. Even my little Roadway Inn was cleaner than this! There was NO manager on-site to help with anything, and I found 4 pubic hairs in the bathtub and had to personally clean the floor and tub. When I showered, the water didn't drain and was disgusting!!! VERY UNHAPPY!! Nobody has taken care of this yet!
- 4/5
Clean room comfortable bed hot tub closed pool open but cool Olive Garden next door for easy dinner option.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet! Great price!
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, dog friendly and spacious
- 5/5
The hotel is in town but various shops and a quick drive or nice walk to down town. The staff is friendly and attentive.
- 1/5
The hotel is dated and run down. If you offer a sofa bed. It should actually be somewhere someone can sleep. We had to buy a mattress topper so we could use the sofa bed. The mattress was old and torn. The beds were hard as a rock.
- 4/5
Pillows were not clean. Smelled of previous occupant.
- 5/5
This room was plenty big for my partner and I, as well as our friend. The staff was nice, comfortable bed and good location in Fort Collins.
- 4/5
Just needed a room for one night and this was just the right combination of price and convenience. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
- 5/5
One of the very few mid scale hotels that I felt comfortable sleeping because of the quality of the bed and pillows! The staff are the gems in this hotel. Shout out to the person who checked us in who went out of her way to accommodate us and make us feel welcomed.
- 5/5
This hotel was great! Zero complaints. An extremely comfortable bed. You can not do better for the price.
- 4/5
no review added
- 3/5
The rooms need to be cleaned better. The front desk staff was too busy to answer the phone. They need more than 4 coffee pods in room, because getting them after you check in was not possible due to front desk unavailability. The pool looked nice, the location was great and the beds were comfortable.
- 5/5
After getting to our room, he came to tell us we had left our lights on... and at this point we realized we forgot phone chargers, so he loaned us his, and then searched through the lost and found and found another one we could use! THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!
- 5/5
We’d stay there again.
- 4/5
Clean, good location, friendly staff.
- 4/5
Hotel staff was very nice, however when I booked I asked for a non smoking, non pet room. I was told the 3rd floor was non pet and all rooms are non smoking. After checking into my room I found pet hair on walls, doors & in corners. So I asked the manager and was told that they use the 3rd floor for overflow and allow pets if the lower 2 floors are full. The hotel wasn't full.
- 5/5
Quality hotel!
- 5/5
Everything is great. But the stuff is the best. Monica is very nice and helpful. 5 stars for her. I will be back soon!
- 5/5
The front desk people Rob is a great person, very nice and thoughtful. He made the living experience 5-stars.
- 3/5
The property was clean but in need of an update. Carpets looked tired and worn and overall appearance needed to be freshened up. The worst part were the beds!! Minute we sat down on the beds we knew we would miserable. Very uncomfortable and worn out coil springs mattress’, and we were right. That night had a horrible night sleep
- 4/5
Everything g was as expected and good. The one negative is that the in-room air conditioner was very loud all night. We stayed in another Quality Inn the night before this location and it wasn’t near as loud
- 5/5
We will stay here again - nice staff, great breakfast, clean, updated, and safe property.
- 4/5
Numerous train passing by during the night. Quit noisy.
- 3/5
It was ok.
- 5/5
All the staff were very friendly, the breakfast is pretty decent for a 2-star hotel, the room was quite nice and everything was quite clean. The parking lot could use a little bit of love. The internet is maybe only technically "high-speed" by some people's standards, each device is limited to 10 Mbps so streaming and everything is okay, but downloading games I would recommend be done before you arrive.
- 5/5
It was a comfortable room, thank you.
- 5/5
Staff is extremely helpful, Facility is clean. Lima Coffee is just a few steps away.😊
- 5/5
I just found this property very cozy, clean and safe. I would come back.
- 4/5
The stay was enjoyable and hassle free.
- 5/5
Awesome value & super friendly staff. Our double-queen suite was perfect for our stay Sunday thru Wednesday. Breakfast was decent & hotel is very clean. Will absolutely stay here again when visiting our son at CSU!!
- 3/5
The water pressure both in the sink and the shower was horrible. The hair dryer also didn’t work very well. There were black markings in the bathtub and I requested a mat to put down. I was told they didn’t have one but would send the cleaning services up to see what they could do. The cleaning services did come, didn’t help and left their cleaning brush on the tub.
- 3/5
The first day we got in we received a room that had ants in the beds and also had pink stains on the comforter on one of the beds that was new because upon trying to wipe it off it came off. The staff was great and moved us to a new room where we didn’t have issues.
- 3/5
Convenient location, easy friendly walk in
- 5/5
Excellent clean & well-appointed room, friendly staff, on-site parking and breakfast. Will absolutely stay here again!
- 3/5
Mid. Old and worn. Was clean. Staff was young, not very friendly.
- 4/5
Hotel location is good and stay was comfortable.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet.
- 2/5
The property looks nice enough…but the room was not clean (dust in corners, dirty walls in plain sight, etc) and had an odd odor.
- 1/5
The room my daughter was in had ants. She called the front desk to change rooms and they didn't let her nor did they come to the room to rid it of ants. She woke up in the morning with ants on her!! The next day I got her room changed and that toilet didn't flush!! Terrible experience. They didn't even try to give me a refund of any kind. Extremely disappointed in this location. Also, the jacuzzi was out of order.
- 3/5
The only thing i didnt like is that it says "university" so i assumed it would be by the campus of csu, it is not, but it was an ok room, a little dated , but clean!
- 4/5
Good
- 4/5
Comfortable, decent breakfast.
- 1/5
Unfortunately the experience we had here was not good and there was no refund given. The shower was dirty, there was a bug in our room, and
- 1/5
Bed was hard as a rock, one of the 2 plug-ins in the restroom worked, water pressure was terrible, keycards only worked when rhey wanted to, coffee maker in the room with NO cups...went downstairs to get some and it was awful! I would not recommend this hotel, and will definitely not be staying there again.
- 5/5
Excellent staff and service
- 1/5
Was double charged during checkin and they would not have done anything had I not caught it, then the room was full of ants and I had to fight for a refund.
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, comfortable. Easy checkin & out. Nice breakfast options
- 1/5
Bedbugs!!!! Had to take daughter to the hospital. Disgusting
- 5/5
Our stay was wonderful. Every thing was clean and up to date. Definitely a good deal.
- 5/5
I liked that the parking was free, no complaints.
- 4/5
Our first room was musty smelling so we talked to the front desk and they apologized and moved us to a new room. Apparently that room had had the carpet cleaned and it hadn't been aired out long enough. Excellent customer service.
- 4/5
Only thing I didn't like was no disinfecting wipes in the gym. I wasn't a fan of breakfast, but everyone is different in their preferences.
- 4/5
Hotel is several miles from I-25 on a quiet street. Rooms are nice relative to price point. Nice coffee shop 5 minutes walk down the street. REI across the street. You can drive to restaurants in 5-10 minutes. This was my second time staying here in one week. I would stay again.
- 5/5
Only downside was the hot tub was not functioning, pool was still working. Hopefully just a temporary issue.
- 5/5
Absolutely no issues.
- 5/5
I love this hotel. We stay here every time we are in Fort Collins (which is often). It is clean, affordable, and in a great location. Staff are friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Only reason I did make it 5 stars was because the shower drained terribly. Told the front desk when we were leaving and they were apologetic and responsive.
- 4/5
Very good at price point. Quiet. Rooms nice. Walkable to some places and short drive to more restaurants. Included breakfast nice. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Great hotel and great value.
- 3/5
Stayed for 3 days and received no housekeeping services. Apparently you need to request upon check-in, but this was never raised with me. Very surprised that no one checks after two days. When I raised with the front desk, they could care less... very disappointing stay.
- 4/5
Overall I liked the experience of staying there, except for having fascist regime propaganda playing on the TV in the breakfast area. Will probably not stay there again because of it.
- 4/5
Great location, helpful staff, large rooms.
- 5/5
Very clean and peaceful. I like that they don’t come in to clean the room unless requested. There is a train rail right behind the building but it is not that loud.
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 3/5
The pullout bed needs to be replaced. It was too old and worn out to be considered an optional bed.
- 3/5
Will never stay there again!!!’
- 4/5
Nothing specific
- 2/5
Pulled back the covers to go to bed. Bed hadn't been changed from previous guest! Hair and who knows what! Disgusting. The good thing about the stay was Robert. The front desk clerk. He was run ragged trying to keep up with complaints! Came and changed the bed himself. Wouldn't stay again
- 3/5
The breakfast was of very poor quality. The hot option was recostituted egg scrabled with the consistency of cardboard and the breakfast meat was boiled and sliced / chopped hot dogs. It took cheapness to a whole new level.
- 5/5
Nice clean property. Staff was extremely helpful. Bit pricey for what it’s worth but we travelled during weekend so acceptable.
- 2/5
The staff were extremely nice and very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. But there were two issues: the pillows, and the air conditioning unit. The pillows may have started out at some point as solid foam pillows. But they have ended up as random balls of lumpy, shredded foam. They were the most ridiculous pillows I've ever seen in any hotel/motel. I strongly urge this establishment to replace their pillows. They are begging to be released into the afterlife. The second issue I had was with the air conditioning unit. No matter how we set it it was either freezing cold or off. We tried every temperature setting, and it was simply no air conditioning, or absolute zero. The fan also blew very strongly, no matter how we tried to adjust it. I spent each evening huddled in a hoodie, hood pulled down, wrapped in the extra comforter, shivering and sneezing my head off. I suspect the strong fan was blowing all kinds of particulates and allergens around which led to my constant sneezing. In spite of the very nice and friendly staff, the pillows and the air conditioning are enough for me not to want to visit this property again.
- 1/5
This place has a really bad bug problem and when I brought it up to the staff they wouldn’t do anything about it. Asked for another room and they mentioned they were fully booked out, they offered to provide a discount or a room comp but the manager has been dodging my calls. You would honestly be better off renting a motel. Please avoid this place at all costs.
- 5/5
Great staff
- 1/5
Very old hotel in desperate need of update. Pool was disgusting as well as very limited, bland breakfast. Do not recommend.
- 3/5
Quality Inn was just ok in our opinion. The positives--hotel felt safe, staff was friendly and it was easily accessible for our needs. Cons--flooring in common areas was very dirty, flooring in our room had a variety of stains, room had an odd odor(main lobby of hotel did not smell fresh either), bed was just ok, pillows were to small and poor quality for a king size bed. All in all it is an adequate place to stay for business or medical stays but not somewhere I would feel relaxed or comfortable staying for a fun trip.
- 4/5
Visit was as expected. Low point was very hard and uncomfortable beds. Parking was also a bit of a challenge. Other than these, we had a good stay.
- 5/5
This was an extended stay due to medical issues. The room was spacious and comfortable. The location is near a Target with a pharmacy, a Natural Foods, and a Barnes & Noble, to give easy access to fresh and prepared foods and prescriptions and medical equipment. It’s on a back street so traffic noise is muted.

This place is ok very basic, breakfast was edible. Area is kinda sketchy with homeless. The front desk staff when we checked in late and out the next morning were great. Very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Not sure if we would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay, however, we were in room 211 and although the majority of it was clean, underneath the couch that was in our room was pretty dirty. There were several items and dust/dirt under there.

Nestled away from major thoroughfares. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Had to borrow a bottle opener.

Excellent value and location. Great staff… would be nice to see some modern upgrades such as usb charging ports in the rooms. Well serviced breakfast in the morning.

A nice clean place with pool with good access to restaurants, Barnes & Nobles, REI, etc. Main drawback is high $25/night for dog, which seems exploitative.

Perfect place for our family, 3 generations, for a family wedding. Good breakfast, clean and our grandkids loved swimming daily. Highly recommend!

It was a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. The price was decent and the continental breakfast was good. The hot tub was closed due to some kind of maintenance issues. That was disappointing since that is one of the amenities we value when traveling. Wish we had known ahead of time, but understand that these things happen.

We stayed in a suite I don't believe it was much different than staying in a regular motel room . Staff was very friendly and helpful customer service was great. There continital breakfast was okay I do have to say it was nice not having to go anywhere else to grab breakfast.
