Our mattress sucked and the pillows were awful. The bathroom could have been cleaned way better. Toilet was dirty inside and not enough towels. There was a m&m that was there on the carpet when we arrived and asked the staff to please freshen our room. The cleaning people came with new towels but forget to clean the bathroom. Front desk was terrific.

There was a group of men gathered at the entrance each time we entered and exited which was just a bit intimidating when I was not accompanied by my spouse.

Very nice place to stay! The room had a large fridge, two closets, nice bathroom, kitchenette with stove top, and table and chairs. The two queen beds were very comfortable, Would definitely stay there again!

We loved the convenient location and the pool. The room was very clean and had lots of space for our family. The breakfast was mediocre and we didn't even try to eat anything. The hot dishes looked gross. We got coffees and milk but no food. I spoke with another guest who said her family tried it their first morning and opted for eating out the second day instead.

Staff did their job well. Room was clean and comfortable. Drains in tub and sink were very slow but only a minor nuisance. Staff could be more engaging but that's not a negative. Just a sign of the times. Our culture doesn't teach or respect the courteous engagement we knew decades ago. Overall, satisfied. When I return to Franklin , I'll look up Townplace Suites again.

I like the spacious rooms with the full-size fridge and freezer stove, top and microwave.

Rude staff, don’t expect any accommodations if needed. Inedible breakfast. Cleaning person threw away my daughter’s bag of gifts she had prepared. Didn’t recover. By far the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel.

The facility was immaculately clean and organized. The staff was friendly but very professional at the same time. The breakfast was varied with great choices. With the parking going all the way around it was difficult to locate the entrance. There was no drive way up to the entrance, it was all parking lot. Could have used more light in the parking area.

The first thing that stood out to me was the friendliness of the staff! This hotel has the friendliest staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The hot breakfast was fantastic! They even had little omelettes! The room was clean and nicely laid out. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room seemed clean and has a small kitchen in it which we really liked. We didn’t eat breakfast there but the area looked nice. We would definitely stay here again.

We were there for four days with little kids. We had everything we needed. The inside pool was closed for two days but they helped us find other Marriott’s that my grandsons could swim at.

The shower backed up and I messaged I would like a partial refund. There were four of us in the suite - and one of us got a shower. Disgusting things came up in the drain. Very disappointed. This was a special trip for our grandkids.

Room was way better then expected and Terrence the afternoon/night shift manager was awesome. Around 10pm I was looking for some milk to go with the cookies I had and he helped me out and was super nice about it. The day lady manager and even the guy maintaining breakfast were just so genuinely nice. It's the people that make a hotel great to stay at (or not) and this was such an excellent example of that.

The check in person, he was delightful and it was the quickest check-in process ive ever experienced! The hotel is gorgeous and so was our room. The beds were amazing!! They have a nice outdoor space and indoor pool as well. Every staff member was kind and spoke to us. Everything is close by. There is a mall almost directly behind it and all kinds of restaurants within minutes and also a very nice super Walmart. If i am ever in this area again i will definitely be staying here again!! We give it a 10+!!

Overall we had an excellent stay. The bed was super comfortable and coffee was always available. The hotel was conveniently located to everything and the water pressure was fabulous in the shower. The bedding and shower curtain could have used an upgrade, but overall we were very happy and would stay again. The room was also quite spacious!

We were very pleased with the hotel. The only thing were we a little disappointed with was the breakfast. Not a huge selection. Didn’t see waffles or pancakes and not many pastries, if any at all. The staff was very friendly, our room was very nice, and we loved that we were right by the Galleria Mall.

Pros: -Clean pool -Clean workout room, while small, equipped with (2) treadmills and free weights. -Breakfast (free!) included a large variety of options and was actually quite good! -Beds are soft, kitchen was equipped with fridge, stovetop, sink, and some utensils/plates. -15/20 minute highway drive to Belmont University/Music Row -Hotel is in easy walking distance to a few restaurants -Downtown Franklin/The Factory was only a 10 minute easy drive -Area felt very safe and comfortable day/night Con (1!): Thin walls/floors. Overall, if you’re looking for a clean, safe, affordable, centrally located hotel in Franklin but still close to Nashville, I would highly recommend this hotel!

Overall we had a very nice stay. The room was very clean and well maintained. Quiet area close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was pretty good. Comfy bed, but terrible, flat pillows. Pool looked nice, but you could smell the chlorine from the outside of the room and it was very overwhelming when we went in the room so we skipped it. We would stay here again. It’s a good location for visiting Nashville and the surrounding areas.

However, the room itself fell a bit short of expectations. The beds were far too soft for our liking, with noticeable sagging toward the center, which impacted our sleep quality. Additionally, the kitchen supplies were disappointing. The non-stick pots and pans were heavily scratched, and I chose not to use them due to concerns about potential toxicity from flaking coatings. That said, the hotel was quiet, clean, and well-maintained overall. I’d recommend it for a short stay. However, given its extended-stay setup and full kitchen amenities, I believe the hotel would benefit greatly from upgrading the mattresses and replacing worn-out kitchenware to better serve guests staying longer.

The room was roomy with nice features such as kitchenette and good storage. Free breakfast was better than most and adequate, but still was average. Property was clean and inviting.

The hotel is located in the same lot as a shopping center which was great! The staff was really friendly upon check in. I had booked a king room but when we arrived the only king available was next to the boiler room so we were switched to a double queen room because of the noise. I was fine with the room change but the noise from the guests above and beside us almost made me reconsider the room next to the boiler. The overall stay was nice just thin walls.

Stay 3 nights in this excellent property. Our studio was spacious with full kitchen and very clean. Enough kitchen ware provided to make a simple meal. Breakfast was excellent with hot and cold choices. Reception was excellent in providing info and extra room supplies as needed. Laundromat available and not expensive which is a plus when traveling cross country. Many restaurant close by. Supermarket within walking distance. Very convenient location.

I did NOT like that I was charged an additional $100 above what I was quoted pet fee that was not divulged at the time the reservation was made. Also there was NO pet area. Not very safe either as I found room keys hidden outside in various places while dog walking.

The continental breakfast was decent. The quality of the the TV picture in the room was so bad (dark with no way of accessing the settings) that we could barely watch anything on it. The USB port on the desk didn't work, but we did find on on the back of the TV we were able to use.

Room was good size. Bathroom was small and no door in sink area (only for toilet and tub area. 2 negative was Tub drained poorly. (Only there 1 night so not attempt to get fixed.)

It was okay. The service was good. It wasn't dirty. The entrance could use better signage. I drove around in a circle trying to find it. The beds were comfy, and the full kitchen is nice. The location was convenient to a lot of restaurants and retail. The only problem I had was that my door would not close when I was leaving. I had to reach around the door from the outside to turn the handle on the inside to get it to close when exiting.

Booked this stay through Hotels.com and it stayes that the property is pet friendly. I read the policies listed and it said nothing about a required pet deposit. Upon arrival at the property I was informed there is a $100 non-refundable pet deposit.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this place. Very reasonable price for what you get. Good location well laid out. I will definitely stay here again. It even feels somewhat quiet and secluded for being in the middle of the busiest part of Franklin

We stayed at this hotel for a full week, and we have nothing but good things to say about it. It was conveniently located to I-65 and Franklin. The rooms were spacious, thoughtfully-furnished, and immaculately clean. The daily breakfast offered a variety of both hot & cold options - which were rotated, to avoid monotony. There are many good dining options nearby. We highly recommend this property.

A couple of things to note: - The entrance isn’t super clear to find. - The food area is small and busy. We went late and it was still busy they worked hard to refill everything. - This hotel is right near the American Girl doll store. Expect kids. It was very quiet though!

Parking lot was dark. Several men in parking lot drunk. One drunk guy followed behind us as we were coming in the building at 1am. Saw two guys standing in the wall behind the dumpster drunk. This felt unsafe for me.

Comfortable stay. All surroundings in the room so clean. Seems still new. And the amazing view of the mountain and the courtyard. The mall just across the street and the hotel itself was surrounded with bars and restaurants. You can walk to steakhouse and cheesecake factory. King O' Bowl bar and restaurants where you drink while you bowl.

The hotel is located in a very convenient location off I-65 which made getting around to our activities very easy and our stay most enjoyable. The staff was most accommodating; the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable…couldn’t ask for more!

Was a basic hotel, breakfast was good but staff seemed a little frustrated since our trip was delayed the first night we got into town around 11pm but the place was locked up and staff was sitting right behind the glass staring at us, after a little they let us in and was very rushed to check us in, not a big deal and not trying to get anyone in trouble just after driving 8 hours straight it’s not the best walking into that situation. Also housekeeping beats down doors like cops about to raid the place all day long and working nights sleeping during the day was a challenge. Requested top floor for that reason but the rushed check in lady said everything was sold out so that’s hard to believe but I understand. I work out of state 12 months a year and rarely leave reviews it’s just the fact that we used to get a discount for Townplace but now they have stopped doing that as well so paying good money to not be able to rest and welcomed kinda leaves me burnt out on them, not basing this off one experience it’s a collective but there are a ton of great and friendly hotels out there that make you feel welcomed instead of bothered and those will be where I’ll be

Overall, a terrific hotel. However, we called about housekeeping and were told they cleaned the room every other day. When that day came and went we called and they said we needed to ask for housekeeping. So we asked and they were supposed to take car of the room the next day. They didn’t. We finally asked for fresh towels and they brought them to us.

Breakfast items were not replenished to keep up with the demand. Water container empty. Limited number of items offered.
