Most everything If I had to complain about anything, it would be that the room we stayed in, did not have enough bathroom counter space…very inconvenient for most…other than that, it was great !

The Comfort Inn was nestled in a great quiet area with easy access to I65. The bed was comfortable. Walked across the street to a great restaurant. Then drove a quarter mile to the Galleria mall for some walking/shopping. Would stay again.

Also liked that there were charging ports on each side of the king size bed for your electronics. There was a bright street light glaring into our room at night and there was no way to block it out with the partial drapes on each side of the window since they were not movable.

My daughter had an appointment in the area so we decided to go up the night before. We loved the indoor pool and the breakfast was amazing!! The rooms were really good. The only thing I didn't like is that most of their rooms are adjoining rooms. Since it was only me and my daughter it made me a little uneasy, but nobody bothered us.

Breakfast was OK Really needed to do laundry while we were stopped here - spent $6 on the dryer, only to found out that it had no heat. Let the front desk know and he simply said there wasn’t anything he could do. Later, we discovered, that there was a dryer on-site for housekeeping that he could have maybe (?) offered - just so our clothes didn’t have to travel 5 hours home with us, still wet. This employee wasn’t easy to be found most of the time - and was always away from the front desk. Another guest showed frustration with this as well…

It’s a place to stay but not ideal. It’s clean “enough” but definitely needs updating and the staff could use some lessons in welcoming with a smile and good service. I won’t stay here again it was just what I had option of in the area.

We stayed here back in November. The beds were like clouds with soft mattresses and fluffy comforters. Price was ok for 2 nights at $330. So we booked another 2 nights. We work the local flea market 4 times a year. Fast forward to April 2026 beds hard as rocks, comforters heavy and stiff, bathroom was fitted with the wrong shower curtain so taking a shower left the floor drenched, I almost fell getting out, plus they charged me $100 more than our last stay. We wont be back!!!! And i doubt I'll use Expedia again either!!!!

The mall is directly behind the hotel. Plenty of food around. Did not like how the staff treat that my elderly parents as they were waiting for their ride. They're in their mid 70s so they were not walking around much but they told me they felt unwanted and uncomfortable how the south treating them. Breakfast was very mediocre.

The hotel is well positioned, well maintained, and well staffed. The indoor pool was excellent compared to some other places we have stayed. Our only complaint would be the quality of the hot food available at the free breakfast. There was a sweet lady tending to the area so well but the breakfast meats were clearly low quality microwave options.

I was not able to stay due to the expected weather and was not able to cancel. While I know that I didn’t have insurance, this was an act of God therefore being out of my control. When I went to cancel, Expedia’s virtual assistant told me that no refund or help was available. That is extremely disappointing under these circumstances. It does make me not want to book with Expedia in the future.

Literally the perfect location to everything. We came down for a volleyball tournament and it was only a 6 minute drive from the hotel. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and was happy I could sleep in

We Had an excellent Experience here! So convenient to the Cool Spring Mall! We walk there 7 times during our 2 day stay! Great Restaurant and stores! We will definitely stay here again for our next Cheer Comp in the spring! The staff was very nice! And the rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable!

Lighting in room was dim. Had to remove lamp shades to read. Bar in bathroom meant to stabilize entry/exit from tub/shower located next to toilet thus inadequate room to use it for its intended purpose. Breakfast area very very crowded. Poorly planned. Shower head also loose making it hard to adjust shower head. Also tv should be in front of the sofa so not watching it at an angle

Everything looked well maintained and all including room was very nice. A very large 2 room accomodations, with sitting room/ extra sleeping area with TV along with one also in bedroom area. Sausages were very greasy from continually being reheated! Harley Davidson shop all day long very noisy!! Had to leave 2 days early of our booked 4 day vac because we both contracted the flu and had to go to the ER ! They told us to go home ASAP to recover! This is a very noisy location! Motorcycle shop next door, housekeeping came knocking at 9 am, and people waking up and down hallway could be heard easily. The beds were hard as rocks. Not a huge deal breaker, but late check in and receiving our Choice Privileges water and snack would have been nice. Mark was just ready to go back to the back room and resume his phone activities !

Customer service, both desk clerks were never up in the front. They were always in the back and you had to almost scream to let them know you needed something, when they did come out you could tell they were sleeping back there.

All motels should but 4 towels in a room with two people booked in the room. I have been staying at the motel several times. It could us a little update. It is clean, just needs to be updated a little.

Right next to the mall. The breakfast during the week was fruit, yogurt and bagels. No hot food. Will not clean your room unless you ask. The tv cannot connect to streaming, has limited channels and no guide. You also have to log in to WiFi daily. The first night I arrived the front door was locked and no one at front desk. I had to wait outside until employee returned to open door. No number or anything to call to open. It was before 8 pm.

Never again! We usually stay at Marriott properties but decided to deviate due to reviews / cost. You know the old saying you get what you pay for! Upon arrival at 10:30pm there was a man lurking in the back corner hiding behind a UHaul and other cars. We alerted the front desk, they totally dismissed our concerns and said they would take care of it. We later went to check on our vehicle and the man was as still out there and hid when he noticed my husband was with me. The hotel itself is outdated and smells of mold. When we entered our room it was even worse! I woke up the next morning and couldn’t even breathe due to how bad the mold smell was. Breakfast was not kept filled…empty and people waiting! Just overall a not good experience. Again…lesson learned you get what you pay for! Marriott it is!

There were a lot of good reviews on this hotel, so I took a chance. The customer service was great. It is an older looking hotel but it is incredibly clean. My only complaint is that they have "half" pillows to sleep on and I didn't sleep well.

My wife and I had really a relaxing stay in this hotel. It was strategically located in the Franklin area where food, shopping, grocery and utility items are just a short drive or even just a walking distance. The room is spacious with a small living room and two TV's.

Easy access from I65 . Easy to access shopping and dinning.

Quick stop but perfect place to stay with dining options close and able to walk to.

Mattresses could use an upgrade. Pillows too thick. Need more options. Breakfast was good.

I stayed one night, and it had everything I needed. Wanted to note how exceptionally kind the staff were!

Very clean and updated

The hotel was lovely- clean, quiet, friendly front desk. Newly renovated lobby, and a really nice room, with everything you would need. The negative? The pool's towel shelf was empty, so we were two towels short, which was inconvenient, as my little granddaughter and I had to go to the lobby (wet) to ask for more, and then go up to my room to get the two used ones that were there. The bed was incredible- comfortable mattress and gorgeous pillows! Crisp and super clean. Lovely. My only issue, other than the pool towel shortage, was that my room looked out onto the Harley-Davidson motorcycle sales store, and at 7:45 am they were testing them outside, which made a constant revving. Not good for a morning person. I was in 410, so I strongly recommend you book a room with an uneven number, which means it will be on the opposite side of the hall. Then you won't have this disturbance. Other than that, I highly recommend this Comfort Inn, and would have no hesitation to stay here again (across the hall and down the hall!). Comfort Inn is a terrific choice!
