Comfy bed, great for a quick stop

It is tucked away off the main road and quiet. The facilities are nice and the staff made check in easy. There is a complementary breakfast and ample parking for full size trucks. The entire 2nd floor that we were on smelled of old broccoli.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, no eggs, bacon etc but waffle machine was great and other non-hot foods. King size bed was super comfortable. Great value for the price.

The room was clean and the front desk attendants, and breakfast attendants, were very pleasant and gave attention to detail. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but weren’t really bad either However, the sofa bed was not great. The biggest problem we had was with the housekeeping staff. They would not give us clean towels. We had 3 towels for 5 people. They would not give us clean towels until we gave them our dirty towels, even after I explained that we only had 3 towels to begin with. We were all getting ready to shower and only had 3 towels, which we had to share. This happened 2 days in a row and was very frustrating. If it weren’t for that, I would definitely stay there again. However, I will stay somewhere else next time with hopes of having enough clean towels for everyone in our party,

The manager at the front desk was amazing and so helpful! He made sure we had a room near the dog relief area since we brought our dogs. He also helped us to stay another night and keep us in the same room. He was very friendly and attentive. The oatmeal and coffee were a great quick breakfast, and the room was cozy as we also had our infant. We would love to stay again when visiting the Franklin area.

Mold in out bathtub, lobby had an unpleasant odor coming from it. Continental breakfast was underwhelming. Staff was friendly, but the hotel is definitely noisy at night in the hallways.

There was no body soap for the shower. The room we were in was damp. Like if we walked with bare feet, our feet felt wet. It smelled musty. Just felt gross. The man working the desk was confusing and didn’t explain anything well. The waffles in the morning were good.

This was the second time we stayed here while passing through Nashville area. Both times its been very clean, quiet for sleeping, and a safe area to stay. Front desk gal was super friendly. Quick and easy check in. Only thing that was a bummer is there is nothing at breakfast that was gluten free. We highly recommend to stay here.

When you first pull up to the property you could be slightly skeptical, but once you enter it is a really nice, clean, and spacious hotel. It is also surprisingly decently updated. The one downfall I will say is that the breakfast is extremely scarce. They have a waffle iron to make waffles, oatmeal, cereal, and a fridge with a small amount of yogurt cups. I feel like they could at least have small pastries, muffins, or bagels. Other than that it’s a great place to stay and we will return.

The room looked great and it was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I like staying there every time I visit family in the area. My husband, my dog and myself fit comfortably in the king size bed. The breakfast could improve by adding some warm options like scrambled eggs. I had waffles, cereal and yogurt and they were all good.

Felt very safe in this hotel. Perfect location not too far from things to do, and quiet as well. There were some stains on the carpet on the second floor hallway and it smelled like dog. The room did not smell bad, was really clean and I appreciated how cool the room got with the ac. Tvs need updated but I don’t mind the older channels. Breakfast was in a small space but really good. Not too many options to pick from but the quality of the food was good.

Room was clean however we found dirty socks in top of closet shelf and we had no hot water in the evening when returned to hotel after 9pm only warm water temperature. Breakfast was simple and no gluten free options or protein (meat) just fruit, yogurt, cereal and waffles.

Our tv didn’t work and we were told we couldn’t get another one until manager came in that night at 9:30pm. We asked for another room and was told there wasn’t any but obviously the hotel wasn’t full. Breakfast only consisted of cereal and waffles.

The attendant that checked me in was very nice. I believe her name was LaLa. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the mattress was too hard. I didn’t get much sleep. Very uncomfortable.

Eh, typical renovated by a foreign person hotel. Weird smell in the lobby, wall damage painted over, elevator that reminded me of my college dorm. Room and bed were clean enough. My client asked “what hotel are you saying in?” And I definitely did not want to tell them. I was okay staying here because it was a solo trip and was cheap - definitely would not bring my family here.

The location is a great stopping point on the way down to Gulf Shores, AL. The breakfast is simple but filling. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Crappy breakfast options only cold cereal, garbage oatmeal, highfrutose corn syrup juice and low quality yogurt. There were cracks in the ceilings drywall. The host at the frount desk was amazing.

Bugs in the lobby, broken door, no hot water, every towel we got was stained, no hair dryer, no microwave, shower head is moldy doesn’t look like it’s ever been cleaned, tiny pillows, ac barely works and is controlled so you can’t turn it down past a certain temp so we woke up drenched in sweat multiple times throughout the night, the beds are full size not queen, absolutely not worth what we paid and not as nice and upscale as advertised by any means.

I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was more comfortable than the one I have at home. I was a little disappointed that the pool wasn't open since it is quite warmer in Tennessee than in Michigan. Overall, it was a great experience. I have to come back to Tennessee at least three times a month and plan to be staying there. Terrific place! There was a little bit of mold over the tub

Felt very dirty. My son slept on the pull out couch, and the couch itself was filthy, stained, and the mattress was stained/dirty. There was food on the ground underneath it as well.

It was quiet seemed clean and fairly new and the cemetery was fun to look through. The bathroom has a moldy shower. The couch was stained as was the pull out bed mattress cover. It was also incredibly uncomfortable.

Reading all the recent reviews at were 10/10, they mist have stayed at a different hotel - or never at a hotel before. While this hotel was fine, it was way below my expectations. Specifically, the breakfast. It was much poorer than others—again, fine, but not up to par with any others. Terrible coffee, few options, and a waffle maker that clearly doesn’t get cleaned as our waffles stuck to the iron. The add ins for the oatmeal were so old & dried out that I couldn’t even add them to my instant oatmeal. Clearly they were understaffed as no one was cleaning the area and cereal was a mess. I would consider staying here again, but it wouldn’t be my first choice given the previous ratings as my expectations were not met based on them.

Excellent facility, clean and new. Very friendly staff. There was an impending ice and winter storm coming and I had to cancel a three day trip to Nashville and only spent one night. The manager was so kind and generous and issued me an extremely generous refund. I will stay here every time I visit Nashville in the future. HIGHLY recommend.

Hotel is in a safe quiet area a few minutes from the hwy. Rooms are always very clean & amenities plentiful. The staff are all very courteous & helpful we love them & definitely makes the stay much more enjoyable. My only complaint would be regarding the room fridges that they never seem to be working. See ya again soon.

The entire hotel from lobby, elevator, hallways, to the room is so clean. Thoroughly impressed. I did not catch the lady's name at the front desk but she was so sweet and friendly. Cannot recommend this place enough. Phenomenal experience overall.

The lady at the front desk when we checked in at night was so sweet and kind, and she was probably the highlight of the stay. When we got to our room, we discovered that it was not very clean at all. There was food and stuff left under the pull out couch and crumbs all in the cushions. The bathroom was okay, but there was some mold and mildew and general grime in the tub. The breakfast bar in the morning was small, which is fine, but it was kind of messy as well. Dirty waffle iron, cereal despensers were full of what looked like old crumbs, and the decaf coffee was barely warm. I think it has the potential to be a nice, budget friendly hotel, but it just needs a really good cleaning. I probably would not go back unless everything else was booked.

We would recommend it to anyone needing a hotel near Franklin Tenn and that might need a place to stay while going to the Amphitheater at the Quarry. That is a beautiful venue.

We had room 113 and it seemed a little humid in the room. Also when we first arrived and turned the corner from the front desk it smelled like animal pee. They allows animals at this hotel. The next morning though it did not smell any longer.

This property was nice and quiet, but its location makes it challenging to make a left turn out of the parking lot, yet that's the direction of the interstate and restaurants.

I was charged 200$ for 2 bed covers damaged by a dog and my dog sleeps on the floor! Also there were 2 dogs next door conveniently they charged me ,my dog has always used the bathroom outside, I will never stay there again!

The front desk had a will be back in 10 minutes sign on the counter. I waited more than 30 minutes before anyone came back. When leaving, the front cashier was counting money and did not say hello or ask how the stay was. Very disappointed and tarnished my opinion of the hotel brand. I will never go to a Clarion again,

It's just OK. Rooms were not gross but definitely needed some better cleaning. Breakfast needs some serious help, dirty and nothing to choose from. Couch had stains all over it. If you are just looking for a place to sleep it will do.

Very clean, comfortable bed! We were just passing through in route, but would definitely stay again when in Nashville area. No gluten-free breakfast options, but that is usually the case at all hotels...

Stayed for 2 nights. I got a good rate booking though orbitz so i wasn't expecting much but when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised. The checknin process was quick and easy. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean as well as the linens, towels etc. Housekeeping was great as well about changing out trash and towels. Thenlocation was quiet but still conveniently located near pleanty of stores/ restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

We stop here when we visit our daughter because it is about halfway. LaLa at the front desk at night is wonderful and remembers us every time we come. We just need a clean, quiet place to stay for the night and this is it. The king beds are very comfortable. It seems like most of the rooms have been remodeled. It would be nice if there was an extra blanket in the room for people like me who get cold because the air blows on my side of the bed but my spouse is hot!

Lala was the best but all staff were very nice. I left my USB in the room and they found it, called me and are willing to hold it for me to travel back. I wish there was a little more food options but everything and I mean everything else was the best.

We stopped for the night on our way to Alabama. The run was clean, the staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast could've offered more of a variety.

The overall stay was decent and served its purpose but improvement is needed. Upon entering the room, my family and I noticed that there was an odor resembling mildew. The trash can had not been emptied from the previous occupancy and there a bright pink stain on one of the comforters. In addition the window looked as if the thermal pane was damaged or just ineffective as there was fogging that never subsided. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.

The hotel was in a great location. We needed a pet room so we were put on the 3rd floor. (Hard to get pet outside quickly ) The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. However they did not clean our room on the first night of our stay. So we needed fresh towels , shampoo, and toilet paper. The front desk was nice when I requested it. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Only dry cereal , waffle, yogurt , and oatmeal as choices. The coffee was in a pump thermos and was cold. I had to microwave it for a minute before it was warm enough to drink. Orange juice machine did not work. No protein options at all.

Other than the fact that we had no washcloths during our stay, everything was excellent. There were plenty other cloths to use. We must have a room with a roll-in shower. We stay here often, and this is the only hotel which gets that right EVERY TIME. All other hotels tend to mess that up. Love the staff, room, and service.

Traveled on Thanksgiving. Basic hotel, nothing fancy, and no frills. It was a nice quiet and clean place to stay for the night, and the staff was freindly and respectful.

An hour into our stay on the third floor, the elevator broke. We had to lug our things up three flights of stairs. Strong odor in the stairwell and broken equipment sitting around the steps. Awkward and weird

Every time we are in the Nashville area, we stay at Clarion Point in Franklin. The people are so friendly, rooms are spotless, the area is safe and convenient to everything. The pool is always crisp and clean when we are there in the hot months. We do not stay anywhere else in that area except Clarion Point. Delores Mullings

However, when I returned later on that night, my shower still wasn’t working and I wasn’t even offered another room since my shower wasn’t working the first time. I had to take a bird bath during my visit.

The hotel that that smells of old and dirty when I checked in, same smells in the room. On the way to my room there was a lot of trash outside the doors. But the location is quite convenient and the price was low, so I guess you get what you pay for

We were very pleased with our room! It was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. We would recommend it and we will probably be back the next we are in the area.

Property was near interstate. Easy off easy on. Great wall art. Location is next to a 1800 cemetery, including civil war soldiers resting place.A simple breakfast, no protein. On the negative side; toilet paper holder was ready to fall off. Mentioned to lobby manager and he blew it off. If its not on floor yet then its still ok. ????? We mentioned it again on way out.Room 107.

Breakfast was good. Waffles were made fresh and all other choices were good. Beds are comfortable. Staff was friendly but it needs to have more maintenance like clean elevator doors and microwaves. Overall it was fine.

Location is great. Close to major interstate and highways. Quite a few dining options. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff is courteous and helpful. Will stay at this hotel again.

Clean Rooms Family Friendly

You get what you pay for. Breakfast is a joke as it’s only waffles and make your own instant oatmeal.

The only thing we were disappointed in was quality of the breakfast. Only thing available was waffles and cereal.

This was a nice, fairly priced hotel that is convenient to almost anything in Franklin and the FirstBank Amphitheater. The room was a nice room that was unfortunately pretty humid and damp and had a slight mildew smell. The hallway also had a foul smell but it was only noticeable on the way to or from the elevators. Overall, I felt very safe and the bed was pretty comfortable. It is a good value for the price and location.

The property looks great. But two things turned me off: 1) The smell of food constantly through the hallways and elevator, and more importantly 2) I found a roach in my room.

Stayed for one, the king bed was comfortable but did find a hair in the bed once the sheets were pulled back. The water pressure and temperature was great. Wish the breakfast was a little better, they had boiled eggs, yogurt, a variety of cereals to choose from. Also, you could make your own waffles but it had leftover burnt waffles in it

I visit Clarion Pointe often and the staff are always super nice and helpful . They always know my name and room number. Everything is always nice , clean and quiet . Housekeeping makes sure I have everything I need each day . Very nice affordable stay .

This property was clean

The room smelled like something dead was rotting away in there. The bathroom vent didnt work to help vent out the smell. Because of how unbearable the oder was I would have to rate this the worst hotel ive ever stayed.

We've stayed here a few times now and it's better each time. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very nice and clean and newer. LaLa at the front desk was a doll! Not much selection for the breakfast, but I'm not there for the free breakfast anyway. Will definitely stay again as this is the halfway spot to visit our daughter and we just stay overnight.

It’s off Murfreesboro exit 65. Sits behind a storage building so it’s nice and quiet. Clean rooms.

Hotel smelled musty, you could smell that ppl have had pets. Floors were damp, forst room floors were wet and smelled. 2nd room was better but still had a smell.

The front desk people didn’t really speak much english ( or clear english ) however it was clean, nice, nice looking pool, they were sweet people, and we slept soooo good!!

This stay was for overnight located in a convenient location for our travel. Had it not been for that, we would not have stayed. The room was musty, and very worn out.

Upon arriving and checking in the front desk clerk was friendly and professional. The lobby was clean and inviting. I checked in very quick and easy. I went to my room to take a look and was very pleased. It was a very nice and pleasant experience.

Loved that the room didn't have carpet The staff was kind, helpful and attentive to what I needed assistance with. I would definitely stay here again

The hotel room was wonderful, the beds were comfortable enough the pillows are small and very soft( I prefer firm). Our only problem was that the first two nights we had no hot water. We called and complained and finally had someone come and check, they tried to fix it, and the last two nights of a 5 night stay for a softball tournament we had adequately hot water.

This was a very clean and quiet hotel. The desk clerk was very nice when i checked in, and was nice enough to let me know that there was a softball team staying and it might get noisy. But we didn't hear them at all.

The gentlemen at check out desk, was hard to understand his English, and he could not understand my name, as I spelled it out. Better customer service at front desk would be useful.

3 night stay with my daughter. Great location, convenient to the interstate. Quick drive to Nashville. Hotel was clean, comfortable room with plenty of space. Staff as friendly. Great stay, would definitely stay here again.

Room smelled like mold. We had to go buy air fresheners. Eating area smelled awful. Bed was very uncomfortable.

As a group of 6 that came to town for a nearby family reunion, one amenity we looked for was a pool. While this property does have a pool, it is closed and condemned by the Tennessee Department of Health. However, this didn’t stop the hotel management from removing the health department “closed” sign in the evening after inspectors were unlikely to catch them. We didn’t realize this on day 1 and assumed they were given the all clear to open it. But suddenly on the morning of day 2, the health department sign was back on the gate. When I asked at the front desk, he told they would open it at 5 when the inspector was off work. I was shocked and angered that they put our family’s health at risk the previous day. We promptly checked out of this hotel the following morning, ahead of our planned departure. I also reported their shenanigans to the Health Department supervisor. I hope the hotel is issued a big fine.

Very good value, for the money. Clean, and in a good area. Staff was very helpful and Rooms had a nice touch to them.

We were able to swim the first night, then noticed a sign on the pool the next day that it had been closed for health reasons. Breakfast options were very limited as well

Had a nice time. Our kiddos enjoyed the pool the most. We’d stayed here before & the kiddos were happy to be back. Clean rooms & friendly staff. This hotel set off from the busy streets, so there was no noisy traffic.

Very comfy beds, was difficult to get hot water in showers. Small breakfast(only hot item was waffles and oatmeal) Normal cereal, fruit and juice selections.

The staff was the best!
