Sheraton Garden Grove-Anaheim South Hotel

Was really nice, clean and comfortable. I wish I would’ve read the fine print that says parking is $28 a day. Lovely place to stay though. There is a small shopette that literally has everything you need if you forget something . It’s called Moons landing and Moon himself is very kind and was wonderful to talk to.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The only minor downside was the lack of single-use toiletries. I highly recommend that the hotel add disposable items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, and combs to the room amenities.

I booked the Sheraton hotel for a Disneyland visit. The hotel did not disappoint. The hotel lobby / premises and room were spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again for my next Disneyland trip.

This is our go to hotel every time we are going to Disney. Comfy and clean.

Hotel staff was wonderful! I mixed my dates up and when we arrived at the hotel our reservation was not showing. It was for the next weekend. They were very patient and reassuring and suggested we contact Expedia and that the room would be available if we were able to change the booking, which we were. Thank you Expedia! We were rebooked, checked in and headed up to our room quickly. The room was very nice. The mattress had seen its day unfortunately. Everything about the room was good until you got to the bed. Pillows were flat and mattress sounded andfelt like it was going to fall apart. Not the best sleep we have had at a Marriott hotel. So, replace the bed and pillows and get that extra star. Parking was good, we felt comfortable with our vehicle out there. We did not use the bar or restaurant.

The room service was also excellent—quick, convenient, and the quality of service really stood out. Everything from check-in to the overall stay was smooth and enjoyable. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality stay. Looking forward to staying here again!

Not only is that weird, but it wakes up Littles still trying to sleep while parents get ready for the day. Close proximity to Disneyland with convenient shuttle that is $7 a day. The breakfast was meh but something to hold you over until you get to the parks. Overall great stay.

Always a great place to stay. Great soft beds for a great night sleep. Not far from Disney but still take an uber and get dropped off at Tony romas though. Staff is great and friendly. I wish the restaurant stayed open later. They close early. There’s a store there to but they close early. Other than that 5 stars.

clean room, good price considering it’s pretty close to disney, easy check in, needed papers printed for a job interview and front desk helped me out. only thing is walls are very very thin i was waking up to doors slamming every now and then and people talking in the hallway just fyi if you’re a light sleeper. target, raising canes, and 7 leaves coffee across the street is nice!

I’ve been staying at this hotel for years and it’ll be the last for us! Everything about this stay was bad. Requested room facing city and nope got the AC view. Also walk in shower and got tub only. No toiletry holder in shower. One of our beds had no fitted sheet and was very uncomfortable! Beds were practically broken and would squeak with every move, both beds! Shower dripping all day! Only way to bring luggage to the room and to leave is through bell service. Was never asked if I was a Bonvoy member. Doesn’t matter, will never stay here again!!

We were given a handicap room, the issue was my husband is 6.3 and the shower head did not have an adjustable height so that he could raise it for his height. We did not ask for a handicap room and I would have rather left that for someone that really needed it. This made it hard to be able to take a shower. The beds felt like they were small and more full size than queen size. The parking was so compact and hard to get in and out with a larger vehicle.

Couldn’t have chosen a better place for a weekend Disneyland retreat with my wife. It was great to relax in our King bed suite just blocks away, and the rooms were not only clean but also comfortable.

Beautiful room, very noisy night. People next to me kept me up all night, laughing music and lots of talking. Was exhausted from a Disneyland trip with my kids and too tired to move or pick up phone.

The electricity was out in my room when I checked in. Called front desk and a technician was sent up to my room in about 5mns. Problem solved right after that. Friendly hotel staff. Room is spacious and clean. Hotel hallways smell so fresh and clean. Location is pretty convenient. Will stay again.

Excellent customer service from front desk, housekeeping and restaurant. The only issue was housekeeping did not clean the bathroom floor on the third day of our stay. Other than that, everything else were cleaned.

Now the bones to pick: The shower water took maybe 5+ minutes to heat up. There was no ice machine on our floor (6th), not even sure where it was located in the building but I’m guessing they have one because there was an ice bucket in the room. The parking situation is ROUGH. I’m guess that’s a common complaint amongst the hotels in the area but something to keep in mind. I’d recommend parking when you arrive and then taking an Uber to anywhere you need to go. We were in town for an event at the Convention Center, which is a mile away from here. That’s a $5 Uber ride (before late night rate kicks in then it is $11) and all the drivers we had were very seasoned with the hotel pickup situation. Worth every penny. Ordered a little breakfast to go for our daughter, a child’s Belgium Waffle and a bowl of mixed fruit. I’d recommend just getting the regular sized waffle for a few bucks more this thing was tiny. The fruit however was plentiful and nice.

The front desk staff is great! The room was good but bathroom had some dingy towels and stray hairs that did not belong to us.

the process to check in was awesome! The highlight was the mobile key which saves hassles on carrying key cards at the parks or forgetting them and to access them in the phone was much easier! The bathroom was great i loved the shower they offered and usually don’t prefer the bath tubs and prefer showers and 10/10 for this hotel very quiet and very attentive

$26 parking was not mentioned prior to booking ( if it was I'll edit the review). Wife neeed an extra blanket and hotel was not able to provide one. Front desk stated house keeping had left for the night and front desk did not have access to the blankets(not sure if this happened to be just that night). Other than that experience was great. Staff was friendly and hotel very nice. I would book again if it wasnt for not having access to blanket

Shower pressure not so much Tub backed up ART shuttle to Disney was great if you don’t more than one kid. Shuttle comes every 30-45 mins. Kids must be seated for the bus to leave. Last shuttle to leave Disney is at 1230am Room service was okay. But they didn’t vacuum. Overall is was a great stay but if you have kids and decide to stay at the park from opening to closing, I suggest you stay on property or walking distance.

This was our second time staying here in a short period of time, and we’re happy to report that it was another very comfortable and enjoyable stay! I think we may have found another place to stay when visiting the parks now. I can see why Disneyland considers this a “Good Neighbor Hotel”. Definitely recommend staying here!

Room was clean and beautiful, the common areas very nice, and in a safe area of town. Parking and ADA room not ideal for those with disabilities. There was no help getting wheelchair up to the room with all our luggage and no where close to park the car to make several trips. In the room, there was absolutely nowhere to set a suitcase as no luggage racks were provided, the storage unit was too narrow to place even a carry-on sized bag, and not enough countertop space was free to fit a suitcase. This truly was a problem! We also struggled with having to lift legs over side of tub. It would be great to have walk-in shower for ADA rooms.

nice hotel, rooms seem a little outdated , but very nice. oh yea the room I had reserved was no longer available and i had to get something smaller, they comped me parking ( everyone pays for parking) and breakfast.

The room was clean. The bed was a bit wobbly and the curtain had a small tear, but the staff kindly offered us another room—we just chose to stay. Overall, we had a good stay.

Crib for our baby was from 1980 and they didn’t have a fitted sheet. Big safety concern!

Everyone was so kind and friendly, clean lobby and rooms. I was not aware that breakfast was going to be extra (i only needed breakfast for one day) this was not noted upon booking. Regardless, happy with my stay and will book again on my next Disney trip.

The room was very spacious. Bathroom was very clean. No bad odors. Friendly staff. Parking is easy. Although it is 26 a night for parking. No free breakfast. It’s 24$ per person for breakfast buffet. Not worth it. Overall, I like the room size and the amount of space there was. The area did feel safe. There is a target right in front and a canes. Few restaurants close by.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was clean and quiet until Saturday. People started coming in to go to Disneyland, so it got a little loud in the mornings on Saturday and Sunday. It was also a little loud from the cars driving by, but not too bad. Check in was easy and Paola was so nice and helpful. We had plans outside of Disney, so I was happy it was far enough away from that traffic. The hotel is across the street from Target and food spots. The parking lot was secure. You can only enter an exit with your hotel room key. They have room service and a restaurant downstairs. You have to get a copy of the menu from the restaurant if you want to order room service. I’d stay again.

This was our first time staying at Sheraton Garden Grove-Anaheim for one of our many regular trips to the parks. Our stay was without a doubt one of the best we’ve ever had in the area. We were traveling with family and everyone was very comfortable. The parking lot is not the best but the rooms definitely make up for it. Very clean, comfortable beds, nice tub! This is definitely going on the list of places to come back to, overall we were very satisfied and impressed with our stay.

The room was clean but def need a remodeling. And on night 2, I looked at the shower curtain and noticed that there was blue toothpaste on the curtain. I almost blamed my daughter and realized our toothpaste was white…needless to say, it clearly hadn’t been washed. Also the water pressure was terrible! Everything else was okay.

stayed at this hotel over the weekend for my birhtday and, although I had a small issue in my room, the staff went above and beyond to take care of it right away. They were extremely kind, professional, and made sure I was comfortable for the rest of my stay. Mistakes and issues can happen anywhere, but the way the team handled it showed their true commitment to great customer service. I really appreciated their help and would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel! Not as close to Toy Story Parking lot as I thought, so I drove. Which was perfectly fine. Lots of restaurants around if you don’t want to eat in the parks or aren’t going to parks, and an ice cream shop too. The bathroom and room were super clean and one of the first hotels I’ve stayed at in awhile with no stray hairs in the shower. The bed was really comfortable, and lots of pillow choices. I would definitely stay here again.

It's was clean

Clean and quiet. Satisfied there. However, the gated and paid parking that you find out about AFTER you book is annoying and inconvenient. Getting in and out is a hassle, the parking is expensive and friends couldn’t visit without me walking out to the parking area and using my key card to let them out. I wouldn’t book this property again for this reason alone.

The room was severely defective, outdated, and dirty, with broken fixtures and neglected common areas (including mold in guest laundry). Management repeatedly ignored my documented requests regarding cleanliness and the defective room that caused physical discomfort. When I raised these legitimate service failures, the hotel management did not resolve the issues. Instead, they became hostile, denied my requested extension, and their General Manager fabricated a false and defamatory allegation against me to shift blame and avoid accountability. This was a clear act of retaliation for raising complaints. This property provides a hostile, substandard, and unethical guest experience. I was forced to relocate mid-stay due to the unacceptable conditions and management's retaliatory tactics. Expedia needs to take note of the properties it lists. Avoid the Sheraton Garden Grove – Anaheim South at all costs. True Rating: 0/5 Stars

It’s a nice place to stay at

Amazing property! I always love staying here. My boyfriend and I have booked this hotel a couple times and we weren't disappointed. Rooms were very clean, stocked full of amenities, updated, and comfortable. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The hotel is also walking distance to a Target across the street as well as multiple other restaurants/shops. Super convenient and 10 min drive to Disneyland. Highly recommend :)

The one thing I would say is that charging guests for parking is not o.k. The property has enough parking for registered/paying guests. Adding a charge for parking seems a bit excessive.

Room was good, breakfast was okay. Two minor issues, not always someone on front desk, maybe they in back room, sometimes two people. Also requested luggage transport, never turned up. So carried my own bags and left trolley outside.

Perfect spot for a Disneyland trip—spacious rooms, welcoming service, and close to the park.

Great place to stay, been staying here now every time I come to Disney. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

Rooms were clean, updated and quiet. Everyone was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Orange County.

I booked one night. The room quiet and clean.

The stay here was great. The only negative thing about our stay was the original room we were first in. Check in was smooth and easy. Customer service was great. After a long drive we just wanted to relax and enoy the room. But the room had other plans. It was a very musty smell. As if someone left a wet rag sitting out for awhile. It was also very humid in the room as well. We called the front desk and they were immediately on it!!! They got me and my wife a new room in mins and apologize for the inconvenience. The service was beyond great anytime i requested something or had questions. The new room was clean, towels stacked and most importantly…DID NOT SMELL! We will definitely be staying again. We realize things like that happened from time to time and thanks for the quick response.

Always a great stay. Great location, have to pay for parking but all do. Ask for a reduced parking rate, you can get $18.

Internet went down but when I asked the counter the guy doesn’t even tell me when it was gonna be fix .i needed Internet at that moment . Wish service was better

The hotel was fantastic for our stay, the restaurant served excellent dinners. The pool, location, staff were fantastic. We were very touched by the kind gesture of the cake and birthday card left i. the room for my son’s birthday.

About a 5 min drive From Disney is a plus! Props to Chloe for being an amazing host. She took care my girlfriend and I when we checked in! We stayed in quite a few hotels in Orange County and this is our favorite location now.

The hotel room was spacious, spotless. The bed was incredibly comforta. Every detail felt thoughtfully prepared, making the stay truly relaxing and enjoyable.

Asked for towels to be delivered because they don’t do room service while you stay , had to keep going downstairs to grab them . No complimentary breakfast . When asked for room service didn’t receive that either . In total the whole experience was not pleasant . Would much rather stay at another property. With better amenities and service .

Every time we come to this property it’s always super clean with amazing staff. The rooms are very quiet at night and are very comfortable to sleep in.

When I got in the room, the safe was locked and I couldn’t get into it. There is no alarm clock on the nightstand so I didn’t know what time it was when I woke up in the middle of the night. The dark curtains would not close all the way, so at night the lights from outside shine through .

We were very comfortable during our stay. The room was clean, the staff were friendly. The pool, hot tub and workout room were nice. Everything we needed was within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. My room was beautifully decorated and clean. I upgraded to have breakfast and evening snacks, great decision. Took the ART to Disneyland, so convenient!

Friendly staff

Pillows way to soft, charged for parking, and the continental breakfast was a joke. I would have been better off going to Denny's for a better meal and a lot less expensive. I was thinking of staying there in October/November but I'm going to look for someplace else.

Excellent value! Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Convenient location with a lot of restaurants nearby. Easy bus service to Disney. Enjoyable stay!

Comfortable very kid friendly

Great option within ten minutes from Downtown Disney. Right across the street from Target. The only slight thing was that I called ahead to let them know it was our honeymoon and they said they can offer chocolate covered strawberries for us in our room so we were looking forward to that - but there were none. We didn’t ask after because we didn’t want to bother, it was just a minor thing they said they’d do but didn’t. Other than that, chill experience.

However, when we got there, we were shocked to find out they had cancelled our reservation as a “no show” without so much as a phone call or message to let us know. Our room had already been given to someone else, and there were no other rooms available for us. After an hour of waiting in the lobby – well past 4am at this point – the night staff managed to arrange a king bed room for our family of four. I am grateful to the night staff for helping us when management clearly failed, because otherwise we would have had nowhere to stay. Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there. The room was not clean when we arrived, and during our three-day stay, no cleaning service was provided at all. With four people, we only received one bottle of water. We also received no courtesy call or apology from management for the ordeal we went through. Because we finally got to our room so late, we missed breakfast, as it ended at 9am. Overall, the experience was stressful and poorly managed from start to finish. Communication and service are severely lacking at this hotel – I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a smooth and comfortable stay in Anaheim.

Great location for Disney vacation. Less than $10 Lyft ride to and from park

The buffet breakfast was wonderful and Fabian was the best HOST ever!!

Downfall is no microwave in room, had to walk down to the other side of the hotel to use.

Don’t try to park here. There is never any parking spaces available for paying customers that stay at this hotel. The staff and everyone were amazing but they need to fix their parking situation.

They were incredible

The room was spacious and clean. I loved the hospitality of the staff. Also, the pool and hot tub area is a life saver after walking around Anaheim and LA all weekend long!

Being close to Disneyland - without having to "be" there - was a nice change. Quick drive up, and around decent things like Target and Cane's for a quick bite. We did have to move rooms due to the AC unit not working in the first. The second room was much nicer, and beds seemed more new. The first room appeared to be some kind of hearing-impaired unit, with a doorbell that lit up a light inside the room. Second was just a regular room and was in much better shape. Pool was smaller, but nice (it's salt water, FYI - not chlorine). Staff were very friendly and fast in accommodating requests like more towels. Was here for 4 nights, and everything went just fine with family and kiddo with us.

Property was clean and had a nice breakfast. The elevator kept getting stuck and shut down. My daughter was stuck in it twice, I hope this gets addressed!

The property was difficult to drive into. There is a parking area available but you need a hotel room key to open it. We parked at a restaurant half a block away and walked to the hotel to check in, get a room key and then access the parking area. Same issues upon leaving after checking out. We turned in the room key so couldn't leave the parking area. Thankfully someone behind us used their key and let us out. Also one of the elevators didn't work so we made several trips up and down stairs with luggage

Great property with quiet and professional staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Club House offers were significantly lacking substance in comparison to the Bellevue, Washington and Atlanta, Georgia location. The 5pm offering consisted of: a variety of crackers, cheese, fried zucchini, nacho chips with fresh cut carrots and zucchini -no reasonable protein sources just an abundance of carbohydrates and a couple of vegetables. 😩
