Maria front desk was nice and helpful. Front desk Gina was crazy and rude. Called from my room to ask for towels and amenities kit and she sounded like I’m begging her for it. I’m sorry that you’re old and working at hotel front desk but girl your eyes bags gotta go.

Parking was very very inconvenient (a long walk back to the hotel) to make it worse parking was $29 per night. Elevators was a hassle as well. Need a key to operate which work half the time. I will not be staying here again

No handicap parking available. I had to walk a significant amount what felt equivalent to two blocks away. Air conditioning was not working in my room, sweated all night.

We were moved a total of two times due to the cleanliness of the rooms. 1st room bathtub was not clean. Second room it smelled like a sewer and the sink had some kind of backflow going on. Third room the window was cracked as if someone shot a bullet through it. When asked the front desk about the charges it seems as if there is a script they have to go by. The “Manager“could not explain the “ why” an item was charged or the structure of the charge. The guest should have a comfortable understanding of what is being charged and how it will look on the statement so there is no ambiguity.

Had some complications with booking and the receptionist was wonderful she helped me figure out the next steps and got me into a room and settled in, in no time at all. Took lest than 5. My stay was great and the beds were soft. Will love to stay again soon.

Honestly I reserved 2 queen size beds and they said they will upgrade me to 2 kings and I ended up with 2 full size beds. Was not happy, the carpet had stains and bed.

Traveled with our two children ages 1 and 5. Property was well maintained and clean as well as our room. Was only about a 10 minute drive from Disneyland. Did have to pay an additional $29 a night to park on property. Parking spaces were tight, if unable to park in the front additional parking available behind the hotel but also super full and long walk back to the front.

If you are looking for a refreshed overnight stay, this is not it. I knew better than to book a Marriott room with Expedia. I was charged an extra $10 for a 3rd person in a 4 person room. The parking was $29 and was in the back no monitored. We had to walk what almost seemed like a whole block and walk around the hotel to enter the back. Not to mention, we checked in at 1:00 AM after a long drive, and there was a LINE! The thermostat was also very old. Disappointed in Expedia for allowing Marriott to give its loyal customers the worst rooms. I will attach a picture of the multiple stains in the carpet floor. Disgusting. Please do not stay here especially if you are trying to make a magical stay in Anaheim.

The hotel was a little worse for wear. At first glance, it seems modern and updated but as you look more, it’s a bit disheveled and dirty - not as polished as you would expect from a Marriot company hotel but I suspect it has to do with how high traffic and family oriented it is. Stay was pleasant enough, we were only there for a night. Pretty noisy but again, if you’re with family or friends I think it’s doable. I *would* stay here again as nothing was outright terrible but I would definitely lower my expectations.

Good facility, quiet stay. Great location to the things we did- Angels game, Disneyland. Some cleaning to exterior/parking area would have made this a 5 star stay. Bathroom was very nice size but had water continuously running from shower/tub, rust to tub because of it. Overall would stay again, but would love to see a little more TLC to these particular areas.

Gina at the front desk made my stay spectacular !!! My only complaint is that the carpet in the room had stains . Also the toilet needed help!! Gina made everything excellent!! She was friendly and helpful about getting the shuttle to Disneyland and also helpful on ordering Grubhub.

Loved the stay here. Pool was a great size and clean (and open late). We didn’t eat the breakfast buffet but the selections looked awesome. Only thing I’d say is I wish the coffee shop was open later as it had some great snacks. Perfect location being right across from target and walkable to several restaurants.

Parking matter was not good, especially for person with disability. You were having a vendor event that made it very difficult to find parking. Day was bad with the heavy rain, especially having to walk from your back building parking.

This is not a matter of preference — these are basic cleanliness and health concerns. I provided photo evidence and requested a refund, but it was denied. Offering $25 in compensation for these conditions is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying at this property.

I went there with just me and my two young boys and it was perfect. I got the standard room and there was plenty of space for us. They loved the pool and also the breakfast buffet, which is a big deal.

Location was nice. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores. The pool needs a lot of work and pool needs to be maintained daily. There was a lot of debris in it. Our shower in our room was clogged we had to call the maintenance guy twice.

We enjoyed our stay at the Delta Marriott in Anaheim. It was a pleasurable experience. The rooms were clean. Amenities were great grounds were well kept. We will return again and recommend.

Breakfast is overpriced and has very little options. They charge 30 bucks a night for parking which is ridiculous because you’re already paying for the stay. Everything else was good, it’s nice and clean.

The pool was heated and a nice size. The jacuzzi was nice and hot. Breakfast is not included but their buffet offers a good variety of food and is priced reasonably. We also like the close proximity to restaurants, Target and Disneyland.

Jorge in dining and the kitchen staff and cooks in general are AMAZING. HE and everyone else treated us so well. They brought out such fresh and delicious food. I was pleasantly amazed at how well everything taste at a hotel dining and bar. Jorge kept the bar and dining extremely clean, accommodated my family, and I checked in on us to make sure we Had everything that we needed. The hotel itself was extremely clean and accommodating. We just had such a great experience thank you all so much. Definitely going to be in our favorites for future Anaheim trips.

One thing I really enjoyed about this hotel was that it was considerably more quiet compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at near Disneyland

The room’s walls were very thin so we could hear conversations from the next door rooms. The room felt very updated and the beds were very comfortable. Parking is a mess because the front is limited and the ones in the back are not well lit. The doors also slam and squeak a lot.

Great channel to watch on the television when I go on vacation and book this hotel I don’t wanna leave the hotel because the best part of the vacation is the hotel. This resort was in a good location. Close to Disneyland (not close enough to walk), across the street from Target and other stores/restaurants. We had two different mattresses in our room. One was very comfy and the other was not at all. The pool was nice; however, it needed cleaned or stronger filters.

Okay hotel, get ready for Upcharges. I would expect that if I have to pay for parking, I would not be put in the back of another building that does not have parking lines. So make sure you plan for the additional 30 a day in the total price. Nothing is special about this hotel.

During our stay the property was having multiple events which caused parking to be very limited. When we expressed that we had to park at the next property over because they had nothing available the manager was kind enough to waive the parking fees. This is our go to Hotel for Anaheim even when we are not going to Disney so we were happy to see they cared about us. I always love how well taken care of this place is.

Rooms were renovated except for the bathroom looks a little outdated still (floor tiles older looking and sink was small). Overall the room was good enough and clean. Elevators were fast. Attitude as "I'm working minimum wage here, I careless about this stupid job" 4. Verifying information 3 times that made me walking to my vehicle 3 times. Why not telling the first time all the items that I need for your verification... I never want to see that receptionist/border patrol again.

The condition of the room was unhygienic. There was a dying cockroach on the floor and stains on the carpet. The front desk couldn’t care less. They did not apologize or offer to help in anyway. What’s worse they have refused to give me a refund. Expedia has made many attempts to obtain a refund and they can’t be reached. I will never stay here or recommend this place to anyone.

My daughter really enjoyed the pool & jacuzzi.

Rooms were just ok. I was very disappointed how thin the walls were. I could hear everything in the room connected to mine. The people in room next to mine were up at 4:45 am loud , laughing and it woke me up. I had to call front desk to have maintenance come let them know. The Starbucks area was not clean. I did appreciate the rooms being cleaned daily.

The room wasn’t very clean. The floors needed to be vacuumed as I saw stuff that was missed and the bedside lamp hasn’t been dusted in a while.

The parking that is the closest to the entrance is very limited. Although there are spots way in the back, this makes it inconvenient for people who are in a rush or prefer closer parking. Not only this is inconvenient, but they charge us 29 dollars a night for parking that is sometimes taken by people who are here for certain events for the whole night while people who actually pay for their hotel rooms don’t have the chance to have closer parking. I drove around for almost 45 minutes to find the closest parking. The only available ones I found were way in the back but the area felt unsafe and empty. This is very disappointing and inconvenient.

Clean room and hotel. Felt safe at the hotel and like that they have a Starbucks. The only bad things I saw was the carpets on the floor and the room were a little run down. I thought 29 dollars a night for parking when you have to park in a big lot far away from the hotel and walk a long distance to the hotel is kind of high. If it’s a nice covered parking close to the hotel 29 is fine but in this case should be 10 dollars a night. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

we were unhappy with our experience due to lack of hospitality, shower continued to leak water outside of the tub, we used numerous towels and it still kept leaking, with the result of getting the floors completely wet. no mirrors and no microwave.

The staff was always available and helpful when we needed to know where places were and how to get there. The rooms were clean and the cleaning people were always helpful and gave us what we needed. The only thing I had a problem with was the bathroom sinks were to small.

Better entrance from the back parking lot. I had to ask a family that was staying in the same hotel if they would wait for me while I rushed to park my car because there was a guy that gave me a creepy/evil smile (this was at night time) as they were heading to the hotel. I didn't realize how we had to go to the side of the building then go through a side door that was by the pool. I was fortunate the family waited for me, i parked and ran to them so i was not a inconvenience. I thank them profusely because it was dark.

First and foremost, the room was clean but the carpet is very stained. The beds were supposed to be queen beds but they were not. Very uncomfortable to sleep in because we expected queen size beds and they were size full definetly not queen size as advertised so we did not sleep very comfortably. Staff was amazing though.

He said he was Suprv raised voice totally embarrassed me it was not his job I should go to my rm that’s housekeeping job but I cleared my own room for the entire stay. And that was just 2 water btls. I travel a lot 30 Days in Philippines/Bohol/Hawaii. just rtnd for Thanksgiving being a Marriott Member. This was odd. Never has it happened. BEWARE! $29Fee 20+Cars Walking Distance Dark/Dangerous ground in back lot and unsupervised. Staff all have mixed ways of knowledge and Don’t hear A Word You Tell Them.

The room was not spotless but the minor flaws are drowned out by everything else. The staff is BOTH helpful and ALWAYS kind. I have chosen to stay here by a landslide in comparison to other competitors i've stayed at the last 3 times I've visited because tthey are consistent in service. The breakfast that is an extra fee is yummy and the coffee stays strong everytime. The shower pressure rocks and the beds are the most comfortable for me. I can't wait til my next stay.

Clean room and amazing experience

Our overall experience in this hotel was Meh... Our saving grace was a woman named Gina up at the front desk, who provided my husband and I, vouchers for the free continental breakfast as we were celebrating our anniversary. The hotel is located about 10 to 12 minutes away from Disneyland and you can easily get there by requesting an Uber or Lyft to pick you up in front of the hotel. The overall lobby area is nice and they do have a Starbucks located within the facilities, but as soon as you go upstairs, the carpets are a tad dirty, and the rooms are not really kept up. I didn’t feel like they were modern or squeaky clean. Granted my husband and I were only staying there for one night, but would I stay for longer than that ever again? Probably not.

The room was clean, check in was fast & it was close to Disneyland. The daily parking free is a bit steep at $29 per day & we opted to eat breakfast somewhere else since they wanted to charge $27 per person. I love that they do house cleaning every day & check out is at noon. We will definitely stay again!

I stayed here with my friend for one night for a Disneyland trip.ill start with the good, check in was fast and smooth, beds were comfortable, shower pressure was great and there’s a Starbucks here. The cons is there’s limited parking so you have to park at the Marriott which is far after spending a full day walking at Disneyland, the sink had stains , carpet was a bit dirty and there was a cheese stick in the fridge.

The property was clean and convenient to shopping areas and restaurants. The only thing was it was not very close to Disneyland, which is where our family was going. We had made our decision on this Hotel as when I had googled parking and costs, it had stated in many reviews that is was free parking and not $29/night which we felt was a bit pricey and we probably would have booked closer to Disneyland.

Everything was perfect the room was spotless and the staff was great. The parking was a little bit much but overall a really nice place to stay at. The walk to Disney is about 38 minutes and they have a bus stop right out front of the hotel too if you want to use that as transportation to the park.

Easy check in, the lady was wonderful. Room and bathroom were clean! Bed was comfy and shower had good water pressure, it had a regular head and a shower hose.

Why can’t a fire alarm handle steam from a shower? Also, there parking is horrible if the lot is full in the front you have to drive all the way in the back to a dark parking lot and have a long walk to the hotel lobby.

Staff was amazing the rooms just need a remodel but it’s clean and convenient to Disneyland.

The hot water wasn't enough on the 9th floor. Plus, it would have been nice to know beforehand that there's a parking charge of $29 a night and very limited parking. Overall though it was a good place

The room was nice and clean but in the bathroom all the towels we’re covered in makeup making them unusable and when we went to flush the toilet the flusher fell off.

Pool was big and clean but not too crowded. Rooms were pretty basic but large and seemed pretty clean. Overall a very pleasant stay for the price - would definitely stay again!

No hot water in shower. Toilet was running for 2 days/nights and was never fixed after I was told it would be fixed.

I was here for a conference and the facility was wonderful! Target is right across the street and walkable dining options abound. Although I didn't use this service, thrre is a shuttle to Disneyland that's $6 round trip...worth it, since Disneyland parking is $35.

The parking was difficult. There weren't a lot of spaces. The parking area wasn't clear and concise and needs to be painted over. The lobby is pretty nice and big. We didn't eat breakfast there because it wasn't complimentary which it should be with the price you paid for the hotel. The room was clean and always clean every day which is pretty nice. The pool is nice and big and nice to use during the day. The area around the property is pretty safe. There are a lot of amenities for the hotel like rooms to use for a convention or a wedding. Other than a pretty good stay considering it's a good distance to the Great Wolf Lodge and Disneyland.

Always a great place to stay at, one of my top picks anytime I’m in Anaheim. The only things that has changed here is the parking fee, it use to be free a few months ago but the rules have changed and they now charge a nightly fee for parking.

The only bad thing is that the sheets weren’t the cleanest. I had to has for new sheets due to them have stains.

The carpets needed to be replaced or at least cleaned. The air conditioner blows cold air all the time to regulate the temperature you have to turn it off. More maintenance on the room equipment is needed. Not a 4 star hotel, but it was fine for the price. Friendly staff, good stay all in all.

The parking fee per night was way expensive $29.95 and should have be disclose but it was surprise when check in. I wouldn’t stay there if I knew the about parking fee.

Rooms are clean and the staff is on point with any requests from customers. This place has two great restaurants and a Target within a short walking distance. They also don’t charge for parking if your a customer staying over night.

Parking charge is excessive and in my opinion, ridiculous. Can hear rooms next door very clearly if you have a loud neighbor like I did even with headphones in.

Lotion can be improved, only 1 small bottle for 3 day stay is not enough. 2 free water bottle is nice and please keep it up. Parking can be an issue as the space is tight and limited in the front. The back parking area is not keeping up clean as it should be for Marriott brand. Thanks,

It’s a nice hotel with great service and amenities, but it’s starting to feel a bit outdated. Still, everything else was good!

The entrance makes the hotel seem like it might be pretty but the rooms dingy and worn and have an unclean smell.

It’s located about 15 minutes from the parks so it was a good option for the purpose of our stay. When we arrived the lobby was pretty full with loud teens, didn’t think much of it. Once we got to our room it was initially a nice room. Looked clean and tidy. We later realized the carpet is pretty stained and the tub in the restroom also has stains and doesn’t appear to be clean even if it was cleaned prior to our arrival. Restroom door squeaks pretty loud. The tv is on blast every time you turn it on even if you lower it before turning it off. We didn’t mind the self park option but it was frustrating that they hosted a wedding the Saturday of our stay and the wedding guests took up a lot of the parking spaces. Loading trucks and vans blocked one side of the road the whole day-we left our room around 10am and returned around 11pm- so getting in and out of the parking space was extremely frustrating. The back entrance from the parking area to the lobby was also not available due to this event so you had to walk around the hotel building. Wedding guests also blocked the driveway entrance of the hotel. We had ZERO clue of this special even happening the week of our reservation otherwise we would’ve booked elsewhere. The restroom light also blinds you every time you walk in, crazy bright in the middle of the night. Walls are very thin! First and last stay with delta, I’ll happily pay more elsewhere.

Parking in absolute disaster

I tumbled back over the tub due to the bottom being very slippery. I did report it to the front desk. Though very sore the next day I didn't suffer any major injuries.

I stayed at Delta Hotels Anaheim Garden Grove (07/18–07/20/25) and found a live bed bug crawling on my clothes after sleeping in the room. I have photos of the bug and bites. I reported it immediately, and while staff initially responded, I was not allowed to be present for the inspection, and their “expert” dismissed it as not a bed bug without identifying what it was. I was told I’d hear back from management on Monday—no one followed up. I had to bag all my belongings, discard clothing, and treat items myself to avoid bringing an infestation home. They offered to refund parking, but not the stay. I have documented everything and submitted it to the health department. Unacceptable handling of a public health issue. Would not recommend staying here.

Property and staff is very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Carpet can be updated but overall clean.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff very rude not to me and my spouse specifically but there was a lady infront of us who called and asked for a trundle and when she got there the lady in the front told her they could not put one since room was to small and it wasn’t there problem since she booked with Expedia. The lady asked what to do since she called the hotel and they said that they would have one. The staff member proceeded to tell her well I don’t know what to tell you I guess somebody’s gonna have to sleep on the floor because I don’t have any availability and there’s nothing I can do for you. Definitely left a sour taste in our mouth. Also, the parking is horrible. Everyone looked like sharks driving around looking for a parking and if you have to park in the back walk towards the front of the hotel, don’t do the back entrance. It’s very sketch. Last thing if you have a rental car and need to park, just know that it’s $29 a night.

I booked in advance to pay at property, which is a option on hotels.com went in and they said the card on file could not be charged even though I don’t have a card on file cause I pay at property or use Apple Pay when booking hotels so they canceled my reservation mind you went to Disneyland on Friday until 12 midnight had my children was gonna stay two nights and they told me they gave away my room for nonpayment which I was gonna pay at property the rude front desk person said that’s what happens when you book with third parties that the hotel has different rules where you can’t pay a property you have to have a card on file before checking in then why is that a option on hotels.com? I don’t understand anyways they were fully booked after I asked if I can have a room cause I had nowhere to go and of course they are no help and fully booked Super disappointed will never stay at that hotel especially cause of the rude front desk person clicking his nails on the desk telling me it’s my fault I booked with hotels.com and to read the fine print.

Hotel was clean but toilet tank wasn’t working. Air conditioning will take time to start running after we turned it on. No slippers to use by guests.

Also didn’t like that inside my room there was another sketchy unknown door but yes it was locked that probably connected to another room. I kept hearing close sounds coming from that side of the room/wall.

I liked that it was very clean, smelled clean and the receptionist and staff were very friendly and polite

I love this hotel. I stay here with my grandsons because it’s close to Disney. I feel safe here. This trip was great the complaint is there was long strands of hair on the toilet and in the shower. I asked at the front counter if they could clean the bathroom, but when we returned after dinner, the hairs were still in the bathroom.

Called front desk at night due to an arguing family across the hall, then had to listen to the rude customer arguing with the manager. Next night called Room Services to ask if we could order coffee since our room didn’t have any, was told that the bar didn’t brew coffee. Was then called back by someone else to tell us we could make it ourselves with the coffee machine in our room. Had a great view of the city and got to see and hear fireworks for hours! Hotel is at a convenient location. I’ve stayed here several times, but the service has gone downhill. Unfortunately I wont be returning.

Requested to be switched from room as we found what appeared to be green snots in sheets, staff was friendly and did offer another room, no questions asked which was great. Noisy place, we could hear arguments in hallways most nights. We will probably not stay here again
