    Good price for what we needed since we only needed one night. Breakfast was OK, but having said that some hotels only offer muffins, fruit etc for breakfast. When we went to the room, we immediately noticed a strong odor that smelled like someone had a dog in the room. We promptly went back to the front desk, and we were given another room.

    Honestly the rooms were out of date, very small, and the cleaning staff were not the friendliest. Tried contacting the front desk multiple times could not get an answer. We left the first day to come back to the room and neither key worked, we had to go down to the lobby to find out that our keys were deactivated due to the staff not placing the number of days that was paid for on the key. Overall no it is not a hotel I will stay in again not worth the money spent to be rushed out that Sunday after numerous attempts to contact the front desk to ask for a late check out! Honestly the rooms were out of date, very small, and the cleaning staff were not the friendliest. Tried contacting the front desk multiple times could not get an answer.     Just dated and nasty. First time I put the address and it sent me to La Quinta. Walked in there and it was like wow! This is really nice. And then got the address to the correct property and walked in and was like wow! What a dump

    They don't tell you on here but when you get there you have to pay a 100$ deposit, but it is refundable. Only stayed for one night. The door didn't work at first, the lady literally had to rewire the door. But eventually it did work, and she was very nice. It was very quiet, very clean. The breakfast was sad but if you're just going for a quick stay, it was good. I would stay again.

    a big thank you to whomever assigned us our room. We were away from noise except for the commode. When we flushed it the screech lasted for awhile after. We also had to hold handle down to be sure it flushed. We did call for toilet paper in the am and had to re call again that late afternoon as it had not been delivered. The young man delivered it immediately that afternoon. The lady at the desk on Thursday 1:30p and Fri morn could have been happier to be at work. Sat. desk lady was great and check out was easy.

    We didn't use the AC . No problem with parking.the main problem was the room itself broken countertop in the bathroom, the hair dryer had a cracked plug with exposed electrical, there was a hole in the wall, there was no wardrobe or closet to hang clothes

    I had changed room first room having bed bugs.when they moved me . They move me near one of their workers . Who said that me and my girlfriend was noise when I know that was a lie we left the room at 5:00 in the morning to go to work and never returns about 7 to 8:00 that night. But then lie and said that they had complaints of us being noisy even the first room we had God we supposed to be noisy but it was late when we got there so we went straight to bed because we have to be up at 5:00 to go to work. I got woken up at 12:24 in the morning due to bed bugs biting on me call the office and told them that was going on he told me he couldn't do nothing until the next morning so I had to lay in the bed that had bed bugs. This was the world that scares I ever had been in a hotel and the woman that told me that I couldn't get another day is the woman that was sent beside me and come to find out she worked there so she had all opportunity to put in the computer whatever she wants to put in their phone not to be able to get another room for another night. I sent a email to the manager and never have got a response due to what happened

    The rooms where very clean. Shower handle was odd but gave hot/cold water when needed. Staff are very nice and helpful the ones that can speak English, ones that dont do so try to help. Parking needs better spacing my opinion spots are too close together. Hard to open door when another vehicle next to you. As for breakfast, not much to chose from for what we pay for a room but waffles, cereal, maybe muffin or yogurt not too bad... If needing a place this is not a bad place at all an do recommend to stay if needing a place.

    I thought the location to where we needed to be for our soccer tournament was perfect we were only around five minutes from the Soccer complex. Our room had no running water in one of the bathrooms the pool was not open and the ice machines didn’t work and their continental breakfast was horrible not only was there a line to use the waffle maker because they only had one and we only had a small window to go eat breakfast before we had to get to the soccer games.

    I think the breakfast could be better options. The choices are terrible. the muffins are old out dated along with the yogurt. the bread stale. Fruit has no options. just apples everyday. Need orange juice/ apple juice. Not jus coffee. Overall the breakfast jus needs to be updated. The fact that they went into my room without permission while i was gone to work. And cleaned/tidy up my room. Was VERY UNACCEPTABLE. I did not ask for house keeping. And they moved things that i had went shopping and purchased off my bed to the floor. My jewelry was out. I had money in the drawers. I mean it was jus too much. THEY SHOULD HAVE NEVER WENT INTO MY ROOM WITH MY THINGS IN THERE WITHOUT ME PRESENT PERIOD. I FELT VERY VIOLATED. Because i had to then try to make sure nothing was missing.

    They advertise a continental breakfast, but it falls well short of that description. The juice machine dispensed rancid-tasting juice. Food options were very limited, consisting of a few oranges, small store-bought muffins, bread, yogurt, make-your-own waffles, and two cereal options (Raisin Bran and Corn Flakes). Overall, there was little variety, especially in the cereals, and only one yogurt flavor was offered, which was poor in quality. Even the waffle batter was not tasting right. Staff did not greet you upon arrival for check in or check out. Bathroom is very small.

    The staff were awesome very kind, good check in and check out process. Very quiet which was much appreciated. I was in a smoking room and im not sure if those are the cosmetically worse. The room was clean but worn down, need to replace lamp fixtures and paint and putty bathroom door and wall above the closet area. Alot of black spots under sheets, Toilet stopped working Saturday evening sometime.

    Check in was not the best. Took over 20 minutes to get checked in. For someone who has trouble standing because of pain it was not pleasant. The room (106) was as you would expect from a 2-star hotel. Clean but needed work. There was a hole in the ceiling above the bathroom sink from the sink in the room above leaking. It was an active leak that was near the coffee pot. Needless to say, I did not get to use the in-room coffee service. The room also needed paint. The wifi was good. It was nice to stay for a few days and keep up with email and such without having to stare at a cell phone screen. For the price overall I cannot complain about the place as it was $60.00 a night and that was a weekend. I did not use the continental breakfast that was offered or the pool. I only used the room to sleep as I had full days planned all three days I was in Goodlettsville.

    Staying here was pretty great. It wasn’t that bad at all. The microwaves could be better but other than that still a pretty good location I liked how there was a Kroger just right outside your door with many other restaurants. This hotel was in a good location. :)

    The room stunk it was dirty. There was stuff on the cabinets. The toilet didn’t flush right and then it finally quit flushing at all and the staff came super early to clean the room and knocked on the door prior to 8 AM to clean our room even though we were staying another night there was junk cars, and trash all over around the outside of the hotel and then spills everywhere in the driveway the pavement the sidewalk was filthy

    Should just be turned into an apartment building as most of the “guests” literally lived there. The room I stayed in could use a serious update. Walls are filthy, lamp shades discolored with cracks and holes, the silver finish chipped off the bathroom fixtures, a broken wall hairdryer that looked like it came from 1980 something, an ironing board covered in stains, and the carpeting was so nasty and sticky feeling I had to keep my shoes on. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and clean, the A/C worked well and it was located around several stores, gas stations and places to eat. Easy to get in and out of the place because it’s not an extremely high traffic area. I wasn’t expecting luxury for the price but don’t be fooled by the words “savings” or “deal” because even the reasonable price is overpriced.

    This was false advertisement. Online it says 3 star hotel and it is a 1star. Drug deals in the parking lot, nasty unkempt rooms, floors turned your socks black in 5 mins...the staff was not helpful when asking for another room or a refund because I booked online. The room was damp, had to buy scrunbing bubbles to clean the sinks, tub, and toilet. Wouldnt give towels for the pool... at least the pool was clean and has a 7 brew close. We don't recommend this hotel and will never book here again. Highly disappointed amd feel ripped off.

    Receptionist was not friendly at all , plus the door was closed and i had to wait for more then 10 minutes outside for the lady to come from the resroom.i was assigned a non smoker room , when i walked in it was like someone had smoked there minutes before, bed sheets had cigarette holes and red stains , sofa was disgusting. I went back and asked for another room. The second room was not that bad , it was 2 am already and i just needed to sleep. I wake up at 8 am to see bugs crawling on the wall next to my bed. I went to the office and requested a refund for the other 4 nights that i was booked for. They told me to contact expidia to cancel the booking. The lady told me that after they inpect the room if no bugs was found they wouldn't return my money, but she didn't know that i got pictures and videos. I Regret not reading the reviews before. STAY AWAY

    This hotel was disgusting. We walked into the room and immediately found another hotel to stay at. There were pubes all over the toilet, stains on literally every piece of furniture, cigarette burns on the blankets, and so much worse. Did not feel comfortable sitting anywhere because clearly there were stains from sexual activities to be polite about it. Find another hotel and save your money

    Bed was broken. Room was disgusting with tar marks sliding down the walls and rusted appliances. Hair all over the bed. Handprint on the bed frame that didn't even get wiped off. Would've asked for a different room but with how packed it was, I didn't even attempt it nor risk having our deposit not given back. Who knows what another room would've looked like. Dog poop on the sidewalks to the rooms. Would never stay here again.

    The obviously have full-time residents living there who sit on the stairs and smoke and you have to walk around them. Breakfast was good everything else seemed good we don't have any complaints. There was a hard rain and instead of the rain going down the gutter, it dumped a lot of dirt and debris onto my windshield other than that everything went well

    After paying online i needed to cover the deposit. I was traveling with grandson that just had surgery. The clerk wouldnt give room and allow me to bring back the deposit. I waited for a friend stuck in traffic 2 hrs before laying my grandson down.

    We were here for a long weekend. One of the main things I will give them credit for is being willing to allow my husband's medical supplies to be shipped and delivered a day before our stay. This was a huge benefit for us and we are grateful. The hotel is clearly a bit run down with peeling paint, broken items, but the attempt to keep it clean was evident. Staff were all friendly and the area was good. Many places to get gas, groceries and food nearby. Easy access to the interstate was also a plus. We only made it to the free breakfast once and it was very limited but coffee, juice, a couple of cereals, a waffle maker and some hot pocket like breakfast options were available to microwave, better than nothing. Would it be my 1st choice to stay again? Not necessarily but it worked for our needs this time.

    Desk person was quoting $250-300 a night to walk in customers because they were nearly full. He was amazed by my rate (bookwd a week in advance) that was 1/3 the price. And still WAY OVERPAID. Room needed a LOT of remodeling and painting furniture was damaged. Couldnt adjust hot/cold on shower. Hair dryer dirty Unpainted patched walls Just aweful Wasnt worth $50 ! Night.. 3rd floor room s.elled like smoke and aas a non smoking location. I told desk about it. Had to climb outside stairs to 3rd floor - no elevator. Stairs and railings covered in bird poop.. disgusting. I have NEVER given a bad review on a hotel, until this one. Tried to add photos snd below wont let me.. smh

    We had a very dirty room. Found hair clumps in the bathroom floor & hairs in the shower right as we arrived as well as a partially painted door. Mold was also in the bathroom & I am allergic. Did not want to even shower here. We could see greasy spots on the headboards on the beds where other people's heads were- probably while sitting up to watch tv. The plus side was that the sheets & towels were clean & the breakfast selection was surprisingly larger than expected.

    There are paint blotches everywhere. There is mold everywhere, walls, ceilings bath tub. Long black hair everywhere. Many places the ceiling is cracked and peeling and has water damage. The air unit is dirty and disgusting. Everything metal has rust all over it. The refrigerator finish is peeling off and is covered in rust. Here I sitting on the phone for over an hour waiting dor someone to answer to get a refund! Seriously!?!? Never again. This place is trash

    When we arrived at the hotel there were no outside lights. We did not feel safe, not knowing the neighborhood and the doors opening to the outside. Once we could not get a refund or move to another hotel, the lights eventually turned on. Lots of smoking outside the rooms that drift into your room through the outside air conditioner vents. Was not very clean and overall very disappointing

    My only issue was the carpet. You HAVE to wear shoes in the room (at least our room) because the carpet would blacken the bottom of our socks & feet. I mean black, not just dirty. Reminded me of mold residue. Not saying it was. Other than that, the property was great.

    It was a nice stay. This was my second visit as I had previously stayed there back in June. I didn't spend much time in the room either time as I had things to attend to in Nashville. Clean & Comfortable stay & a nice place to get a good nights sleep. Parking was great, as I was able to park just outside my room door & it was easy to carry my bag straight into the room. Only tried the Continental Breakfast one time. Limited options- Only waffle maker, toaster, cereal. No proteins ( bacon, sausage). So the next day I went to the Shoney's Breakfast Bar.
