The room itself was basic but lacked some features I expect from a hotel in this category. There was no in-room safe to secure valuables, and the television screen was very dark. The remote control did not allow adjustments to improve the picture quality, which made watching TV frustrating. The hotel does have an outdoor pool, but it is located behind the building adjacent to the parking lot. The pool area lacks privacy, as guests and people from surrounding hotels can easily see into the area. In my opinion, this is a 3-star hotel that serves its purpose for travelers on a budget, families looking for an inexpensive overnight stay, or business travelers who simply need a place to sleep and clean up while on the road. However, if you're planning a vacation and are looking for a hotel that feels modern, comfortable, and relaxing, this may not be the best choice. Overall, the excellent staff helped make the stay pleasant, but the hotel's dated condition and lack of amenities would make me consider other options for a future leisure trip.

Location to who we were visiting. The smell of air freshener or whatever they used was SO overpowering that it made me think they were desperately trying to cover up horrible smells (mold, musty carpets, etc?). It literally punched you in the face when you walked in and through the hallways. The carpets were so old and some were sopping wet in the halls. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls and you could tell there was water damage to them. The room smelled musty. The staff was nice, but this place can use a face-lift for sure.

The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was unfortunate. The building had parts that had been recently upgraded but the hallways could still use some love.

Please was dirty and had a terrible smell that make us sick . Front desk staff was uncooperative and rude. We didn’t stay but The hotel still charge my credit card even that they did provide any services. Place smells so bad that I got dizzy and can’t check in . The condition of the place was unhealthy .

I received an automated text instructing me to simply respond to the text if there was anything I needed to help me settle in. I asked for another towel and a pillow. No response. The entire hotel smelled musty and like stale cigarette smoke. The lobby smelled like fresh cigarette smoke. Rooms are tiny. The outdoor pool looked nice but we limited our time there due to the creepy men at the motel behind the hotel creeping on my preteen daughters. If you’re a family looking for a place to stay while you’re passing through, just keep going.

Unable to stay unfortunately due to an illness so no bad or good review

Excellent hotel, especially in that price point. Very clean, very comfortable bed. Appears to have been renovated recently. Furniture seemed new. Front staff was very friendly and helpful. A great stay just 15 minutes from downtown at a fraction of the price.

Our room was very clean, updated, a very comfortable bed, and perfect room temperature. It was set at a perfect sleeping temperature. The bath room towels were all fluffy and seemed very new, which we don't always see in hotel rooms. We didn't have to adjust the AC at all. We slept well because it was far enough from the highway traffic noise. The breakfast was a nice choice of items. I don't have any thing negative to say. So I highly recommend it. A-plus from us !!!

Shower head needs fixing in the room we stayed in. It’s basically a pipe sticking out of a hole in the wall. Everything else was wonderful.

The WiFi was non existent all weekend and there was zero cellular coverage.

Staff was nice but I came in late and woke up to ants crawling all over the place and in my luggage and bed. Terrible experience!

Cons: The complimentary breakfast wasn’t great, but it was a standard offering. The bathroom door is a sliding door that opens up towards the beds which is a bit strange. Overall we’d stay here again!

Pleasantly surprised by the quality of this property, especially for the reasonable rates. Clean, friendly and courteous staff, convenient location to highway and Nashville. The breakfast was very good, and excellent coffee service!

Do not stay here... Black mold everywhere. When I brought it up to the front desk they didn't seem surprised or seem to care the health implications of mold exposure. I doubt they even clean it up. If it was in my room it was elsewhere as well. It looks like they attempted to wipe it off, but not actually clean it.

The front desk person took a minute to acknowledge me as they had an earbud in. The checkin took some time. He asked for cash as a deposit which made me uncomfortable. We ended up doing a credit card which is normal. The attendant did not tell me when checkout was, when breakfast started. I had to ask him about parking. The rooms were damp and there was hair in the bathtub. We did not receive WiFi information and were not able to connect to it. I will not stay here again.

Breakfast was excellent. Lots of variety lije waffles, eggs, sausage, cold cereal, juice, peanut butter, and more. The room was clean and spacious. Location is great, right across the street from a major grocery store. Many shopping centers close by.

Our room was uncleaned. We found someone’s AirPod in one of the unchanged beds. The bathroom door was literally disintegrating onto the floor. The front desk staff was not helpful. The photos they provide are very misleading. We chose to leave and find a new place to stay.

Carpets in hallways were stained, walls had water damage. Bedding was very thin and had to turn up the heat to keep warm. Hotel has an odor that was trying to be covered up but smelt sour. Staff were very nice tho!

This was a very enjoyable stay! So clean and the bed was so comfortable! Very peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely be staying here again. The staff are so friendly and very helpful recommending dinner accommodations at a local place very close by with the most amazing hot chicken salad and cannot begin to describe how delicious the banana pudding was.

Beds need new mattress

I had no problems with my room! It was cleaned. Obviously the building isn’t a new built so you can tell remodeling maybe needed but my room was cleaned everyday and cleaned with new towels everyday. Staff was great. Food was good.i will say the hallways of people talk loud and slam doors you will hear it so unfortunately it’s not totally sound proof!

Stayed for one night: comfortable bed, decent breakfast, nice area of the town, friendly staff, clean room, would definitely stay here again!!

We had to shower in standing water as the valve did not fully shut off water to the bathtub. Yuck! Upon waking there was a pool of water on the bathroom floor surrounding the toilet, that wasn’t there at midnight. Unsure if the toilet leaked or a result of the water not properly draining from the shower the night before. Either way…disgusting!

It was an average stay. If you're looking for a safe place to stay and save money, this works well. It won't leave you thinking, "Wow! This is a great place!" The breakfast offerings are meh. Not bad, but not great. It was a great place to sleep—and that's all I was looking for.

We enjoyed our stay and found it to be a great value. Parking was easy and well lit at night. Beds were clean and very comfortable. Sheets were either new or well starched. We had double queen room with large tub and soaker [we didnt use jets but would have if had time]. Room was slightly larger then avg hotel room. Also had outlets to plug in all of our stuff. Breakfast was good with eggs sausage waffles cerial etc. Lastly staff was friendly.

Negatives - Poor breakfast (specific bad biscuits but great yogurt), good eggs and gravy. We had some unusual circumstances due to the ice storm. Paid for early checkin but room wasn’t ready. Electricity was off for 3 hours due to the ice storm or a wreck about a block away. Some ass decided to set the fire alarm off during the lights out. The hotel had no control over these issues.

After a 12 hour travel day I was hoping for a hot shower, but the water was only mildly hot. The mini fridge didn’t work right so all our leftovers we were going to eat on our drive the next day went bad. The toilet paper was inconveniently placed so my younger children couldn’t reach it.

Fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Breakfast looked amazing, even though we didn’t get a chance to try it. I accidentally left an item in our room after checkout, and the staff went above and beyond by locating it and keeping it safe until a friend could pick it up. The location is perfect—just minutes from the Grand Ole Opry. I would absolutely book a stay here again and highly recommend it!

The hotel is convenient to downtown Nashville, with it being only about 15-20 minutes away. The room was very clean and the staff was very attentive. I had a couple of small problems with the room, but they were satisfactorily resolved in a timely manner.

Room was clean and nice. Hallway walls on our floor were in terrible condition. I asked for a receipt at check-out and had to wait more than 5 minutes because staff member was uncertain what to do.

Housekeeping did a good job each day of my 3 day stay of keeping my bed made and room clean. Breakfast was good except for the stale muffins.

On the negative side, slow draining shower and a weird smell in the hallways which fortunately did not follow into the room. Also the fitness room is more like a fitness closet. But these negatives aren’t a deal breaker. I would stay here stay here again.

The couch cushion was torn. Lamp shade was damaged. Bathroom door was coming apart at the bottom. Ice machine on the 2nd floor did not work. Breakfast was cold. Coffee ran out and it took the man at the desk over 10 minutes to bring fresh. I guess he was too busy with his phone.

Everyday I had to go to the front desk to get my key reactivated. I asked the housekeeper to change the soap in the shower, and she caught an attitude. Shook her head yes then closed the door to the room she was cleaning. This was an experience enough to not want to stay there anymore.

A point going into the bathroom there was a piece of gum wrap, and a piece of chewed up gum sitting in the bottom of the toilet. I have requested a late check out yet. Housekeeping steel was banging at my door at 10 AM. Disturbing my rest. The car was apparently also parked outside of my room door and I kept hearing a ton of noise, doors opening and closing and talking so since I was able to get uninterrupted rest for the last couple of hours, I ended up driving another 8 1/2 hours home sleepy!

The room was very clean and modern. The staff was friendly. The hallway outside my room was overwhelmingly aromatic. I'm one of those people who doesn't handle strong perfumy smells very well but it was just in the hallway and not in my room. And that's better than a stale smoky smell to be sure. Breakfast was not bad but I think the eggs were powdered and when I went to refill my coffee after I finished eating the coffee container was empty. Not a dealbreaker but a little annoying. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

They also charge a $100 deposit on your credit card which you don’t find out about until you check in. Check in is at 3pm. I arrived at 3:30pm and my room wasn’t ready, came back at 4pm and they gave me the room closest to the elevator when I specifically requested to be far away from the elevator. I didn’t even go in the room, just went downstairs and asked for another room. Spend a little extra money and stay at the Holiday Inn Express across the street. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Lady put me on the bottom floor all the way in the back and had an attitude that I wanted to use the the other entrance. It was pouring down I had to walk all the way around the building just to get to my car.

Bed was kind of like a water bed, very bouncy! Everything was good. We did not have breakfast. I security lock on our door had screws hanging out. A good kick would open the door, but that would wake the whole building up so i wasnt concerned.

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. While the facilities were generally okay and I felt safe throughout my stay, cleanliness and maintenance definitely need attention. The air conditioning in our room had a musty smell, and overall upkeep of the premises could be better. On a positive note, the bed, pillows, and linens were comfortable—no complaints there. However, the breakfast experience was very disappointing. Although breakfast was advertised to end at 9:30 AM, I arrived at 8:55 AM to find the dining area completely empty: no eggs, no sausage, extremely runny waffle batter, and empty dispensers for both yogurt and coffee. The staff member handling breakfast was noticeably rude, but I sympathize with her situation—she was also managing the front desk at the same time, which suggests the hotel is understaffed. Overall, the hotel lacks organization and sufficient staffing, and cleanliness standards fall short. Despite feeling safe, I don’t plan to return.

The rooms look exactly like the pictures on there website. I have been surprised many times with the rooms not being as described. I would recommend this hotel.

My only complaint besides lack of snacks (most spots were empty) is the fact I can get better deals on 3rd party apps so half the time I don’t book via Wyndham app. I got tonight’s room $20 less than if I booked directly. Disappointing that 3rd party apps offer better deals makes me wonder how being a member helps

This Hotel was amazing. The room was really clean and really big. The bathroom and shower were really big as well. The room smelled really nice when we walked in. The Man that checked us in was really nice. We will definitely be back.

Everyone was very nice. Easy checkin. I only had 2 complaints that weren’t that big of a deal but noticeable. I had to turn the air down a few times. I normally have my air set at 72 at home but in the room I ended up turning it down to 69. So had moments where I was a little warm. Secondly the water wasn’t hot hot like you expect when staying at a hotel. It was suitable but I would most definitely like it hotter. These things wouldn’t prevent me from staying there again though. Again, for the price, location, and nice room it was worth it!

We stopped by the Wingate...Goodlettsville overnight, from the Nashville airport, on our way into KY. Very pleasant staff, clean and comfortable room. It was most convenient to walk to nearby dinner restaurants (we used Cracker Barrel). The breakfast options were fine. It was accident all the way I like the girl at the front counter when we got there on the 10th she was like respectful and everybody was really nice

It was all right. I love the staff when I was gone. They put everything in order what I used and fresh clean towels, but I don’t know if it was me or something else. I think the sausage was a little bit undercooked cause I had like food poisoning and my stomach wasn’t like feeling too great that day. Everything else was fine.

Friendly staff, breakfast included

We enjoyed our stay here. The bed was so comfortable. They kept us stocked with fresh towels daily. The staff were kind & professional. The area is closest to many stores and restaurants, which we loved. The only down side would be the breakfast. It didn’t seem fresh. We only had it one morning while we were there and made up in my mind that we’d get breakfast elsewhere. Other than that, I think this place is well worth the price.

Upon checking in, staff was friendly and accommodating. Area is great! Several food & grocery options VERY close by. Room is spacious and efficient. Hotel seems newly updated and modern. We feel very safe as a family, traveling with our child.

Also another major issue is that there is very little privacy in the room. Rather than a standard swinging door they have a strange sliding door. There is no privacy in the bathroom at all.

The air conditioner didn't work. And the breakfast was a joke

We enjoyed our stay overall. This hotel was clean, safe and in a great location. The only thing we noted was the shower did not keep a steady temperature but wasn’t a dealbreaker for us.

Room was clean, everything worked properly, beds were comfortable, no loud noise or smell of smoking. I have no complaints. It was a pleasant night stay.

I enjoyed my stay and rested well. Rooms are clean, ample space, comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is good; I enjoyed the biscuits with gravy. Plenty of parking and lots of dining options in the immediate area. There is a park closeby with walking trails and exercise equipment.

Good location off highway, safe, near food and grocery. Halfway to Franklin casino and downtown Nashville.

There were people slamming doors all night. The floors all over the hotel are twisted and buckling, as are the walls. There was a very musty almost mold like smell in all areas. Several adjacent properties with better name brands of hotels, but all properties in the area had several transients walking around them and multiple small gatherings of people sitting outside consuming alcohol and being loud. We arrived at approximately 11pm on a Thursday to put things in perspective. Thankfully the staff upon arrival and at checkout were very friendly and listened to my concerns. I would not recommend staying at this property though. It honestly needs to be condemned due to the structural integrity of the building.

The 2 people I met, at the front desk were nice. The hotel is completely run down and dirty. The shower in the room had hair all in it. The soap and shower gel dispensers were completely empty. The lady at the front desk said she had been there by herself all night, so I didn’t even bother telling her about the room. I just noted, I will never stay there again. I was worried about my car sitting in the parking lot. The hotel had you sign a paper saying they are not responsible for car damages.

Smelled really good, clean rooms and free internet

Dirty carpet, stained sheets and walls, loose wallpaper in hallways and rooms, cracked baseboards, a busted lamp shade in room, overall quite dirty and unkempt. The desk attendant was forced to pay for two drinks I added to my room bill because apparently the owner doesn't allow charges to the room, so the attendant was punished for not knowing by having to lay for my two drinks. This place is an absolute JOKE.

The room was decent but had a slight odor mostly from the hallway that smelled and creeped into the room. The room felt remodeled and it was clean.

The front desk clerk was disrespectful in a disturbing way. The room was also dirty.

The second thing which is why I titled my experience 'A bad accident ' is because upon the day of check out, my granddaughter and I were doing last checks to ensure that we didn't leave anything behind, she said, "I almost stuck myself." I said, "Huh?" That's when she said that there was a needle in the couch and she almost stuck herself. I asked her to show me and she pointed to the corner of the couch. I lifted the seat of the couch and there it was, a syringe with the needle which was bent still attached. I asked her if she was okay and if she was stuck? She said, "No." So, I alerted the housekeeper that was cleaning the floor upon our leaving and showed her after I took the picture. When we got to the desk for check out I also showed them and let them know that I was extremely upset that my granddaughter was very close to being injured.

The room was nice and clean. We did have to get a light bulb for the bedside light. Bed and breakfast were ok.

Property was simple and clean. Staff was polite.

The hotel was affordable and in a great location. We loved the pool. We spent a lot of time in it. The hotel itself was dirty. Elevator floor was dirty, hallway carpets were stained. The air in our room was working but not great. The bathroom door is a sliding barn door that has no lock. The back door was kept propped open, which we saw as a safety hazard. We removed the rock a couple of times but it always reappeared. The front desk was very helpful and sweet. The hotel could be great with a good cleaning.

Great hotel for the price. The room was clean, the hallway had a very strong perfume smell and the outside elevator area had some spills and trash. Breakfast was ok, the lady was very polite and nice. We were just passing through on a long trip from Florida.

Great choice for us as we had an early AM flight the next day. East check in process, room was comfortable.

Friendly staff, tidy room, bed was fairly comfortable and had both soft and firm pillows. We enjoyed an evening swim. There were mold spots on the ceiling and I woke up with asthma. This is probably due to high humidity from not having an exhaust fan in the bathroom

The faucet in the bathroom was not attached to the counter. There was a big dent in the mattress. I felt like I slept on an angle the entire night. Very disappointed.

I liked it. It had bard door for the bathroom which was a unique design. Most importantly the bed was comfortable and the shower was hot!

Hotel and room was ok, big enough to accommodate my family of 6. Room was not cleaned good prior to us staying there. When I pulled out the sofa bed, there was a banana peel underneath, still yellow. I didn't like that the bathroom door had no lock and was just a sliding door. Room had no microwave and only one sink/faucet.
