Conveniently located .

All the staffs were super nice and helpful. The building is old but they maintained well and kept them very clean.
- 5/5
Everything was close by had no trouble finding things. It’s going to be one of my go to motels when I come through to go to Salt Lake. I always stopping in Grand Junction? So this will be my place of Choice unless something changes.
- 5/5
Great stay for the price. Very clean room, well supplied. Awesome staff and great location. This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed and will definitely do it again.

They cancelled our reservation without notice.

2nd floor had hard time climbing stairs. did not offer disable room or rate

Exceptionally clean! Nothing bad at all
- 5/5
Super clean! Like sparkling clean, was lovely! Nothing bad to say at all

This old hotel also has long-term tenants staying there in the motel section in the back. Unfortunately, they have cluttered the walkways outside the rooms with lawn chairs and trash. There are old cars with flat tires in some of the handicap spots. The pool area is completely trashed and the pool is dry and filthy. They got our reservation wrong (only had us down for one room instead of two) and seemed to struggle getting us our receipts at the end of the stay. Staff bordered on combative.
- 3.5/5
Liked the courtyard, friendly staff. Plumbing needed work. Handles fell off the sink. Temperature of the water in the shower was inconsistent.

Your staff was very wonderful. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was a good value. The property grounds were very beautiful and well kept thumbs up to your groundskeepers. I guess my number one complaint would’ve been that the north side door wasn’t key accessible and then second when I went on the website, the flooring was different in my room than in the pictures

Not much Room was dirty bottles under bed floor dirty alot of spiders and they would not do anything bought it not even switch rooms

The pictures look better than reality. The upkeep of property is very poor. The room was somewhat clean. I woke up in middle of night and there was a roach crawling on bed. When I went to checkout no one at front desk so I could not discuss with staff about the cleanliness and roach. I would not recommend.

Cheap and safe. Staff was nice and the room was large, quiet, and clean. Needed a place to sleep and relax for the night an it did that job. No elevator for my heavy gear. Pool was long since gone and quite an eye-sore. On site residences are living there full time aren't exactly the city's finest. And I couldn't find a single good outlet for my phone. Only outlet I found usable was one in the bathroom. This place needs many updates. Better than sleeping in my car, though.

His staff was helpful and friendly answered my questions when I needed. I’ll be staying there again.

The pictures look nothing like the actual property. The rooms and the hotel were absolutely disgusting. We checked in went to look at our room and immediately checked out. We stayed elsewhere.

The person at the front desk was very helpful

okay
- 2/5
The hotel is definitely showing its age. Not 3-5 years, more like 30-40 years. They put a $50 per NIGHT hold on your Credit Card. Bathroom, clean, almost functional. Shower knobs sort of work. No ability for a bath. No TV, says “Weak or No Signal. Be aware, there is no one at the front desk, ever. No breakfast, but a 10% discount at the restaurant next door — for breakfast. Overall, very disappointing facility and experience.

The lady who helped me check in on the afternoon of Friday, May 8th after 5pm, did not take care of her appearance at all. This is the guests first impression! She repeatedly ask me to write down my cars license number despite me telling her repeatedly that I did not have a vehicle with me. She asked how I was going to pay. I told her I had paid in full. She told me she needed $100 deposit in case “you trash the room or smoke in it”. Management please train employees how to speak to guests & how to convey messages with a bit of decorum. I am really hoping that I can attach photos to this review. - upon entering the lobby there was an very strong scent of bleach. - reception desk looked like it had not been dusted in months - it appeared as though there had been some attempt room renovations but it looked like who had been hired had no clue what they were doing and had absolutely zero pride in their work. I am sure management did not spend a lot on this but even what they did pay was TOO MUCH. - there was an adjoining room door & I am pretty certain it was not a double door as it sound like the very large dog barking in the room was in our room. (Note: the dog only barked three times which is NOT a lot but it was jarring. I will thank you for providing wonderfully crisp & clean linens and towels.
- 5/5
Great job
- 2/5
There were loud fans mounted on the wall in the Lobby. The room AC was not working and very hot in the room.
- 1/5
The down payment for the card they put on file is more than the room itself
- 4/5
Was great but we did have to evacuate cause fire alarm smoking from laundry room but did get back after awhile
- 5/5
Staff has to be called to check in and no one or place to give door cards when you leave.
- 5/5
For the price it was a good place to stay. Good location and clean. Check in was a little strange that at 5 in the afternoon I had to call someone, but didn’t take long.
- 3/5
Yes, clean room, good air conditioning, parking is monitored with cameras
- 5/5
Bathtub facets had minor dripping, The room was used and used and id use it again! Especially for the price!!
- 5/5
We like to stay here when we need to spend the night in Grand Jct. We request a ground floor, it is quiet, with interior entry for extra security. Easy to park and get into and out of the parking lot, and near a lot of restaurants , walkable. Clean, well maintained.
- 3/5
The in room jacuzzi tub was amazing. But everything was old and dated. The tv even had the wrong channel names! For example, Cartoon Network would be playing on channel 9, but channel nine said it was TNT.
- 5/5
Lo malo es que no han logrado hacer el reembolso de mí depósito
- 3/5
The carpet had stains as did the chairs. It's clear this facility is being renovated with most of the rooms closed off and down to the studs. We had a hard time finding our room because either I mis understood or front desk person was not clear but the room was off the lobby rather than having access through parking lot so we went driving around the buildings for probably 15 minutes looking for room. No complimentary breakfast - had to go next door to Denny's if you wanted anything to eat if you didn't bring your own. Sign was not well lit so we almost drive by it. I think I would wait until it was fully renovated before I would stay here again.
- 1/5
The womsn that checked me in was nice up the point where she put me in the wrong room and had to change it. After that she was extremely rude. The hotel is freezing cold and very, very old and outdated, and dirty.
- 3/5
Pretty run down. A/c would just turn off. And never turn back on. Couldn't find no to give the keys to when we were checking out. Tried the phone. No answer
- 1/5
The staff was horrible got told the wrong room at first and then the room smelled like mildew!
- 3/5
Initial interaction with staff was not welcoming but throughout our stay it was better. The room was ok.
- 1/5
This hotel is completely run down, half of it is boarded up, and the whole place did not feel safe or clean. I literally left after 15 minutes of being there and booked a room at a different hotel.
- 5/5
The rooms were amazing and I would continue to stay here over and over again as they do their remodel. No issues whatsoever
- 3/5
Staff is
- 5/5
Amazing room exelent quality for the price exceed expectations
- 5/5
Very nice quiet place while traveling through town.
- 4/5
Nice room, very quiet. Staff nice location convenient off interstate. Will stay again
- 5/5
The Hot tub was very relaxing after tromping in the woods for a weeks hunt.
- 5/5
It’s a great place
- 5/5
Even though it was the cheapest hotel in town, the beds were super comfy, the shower was hot with great pressure, the TV worked and the room was really big. Would definitely stay again!
- 4/5
Under construction After the remodel it will be fab!
- 1/5
Lots of work being done on over half the motel People moving around a lot all night , parking a little sketchy
- 3/5
VERY NOISY UPSTAIRS WHEN PEOPLE WALK.
- 4/5
Room was super clean. Older hotel so older styled bathrooms but didn't matter because general hotel was clean and nice.
- 3/5
Perfectly adequate. This place is in the midst of a big remodel. I assume the room I stayed in was updated. The upgrades are bare minimum, but perfectly in sync with the price range of the motel. That said, the lighting was terrible. From the parking lot, to the ceiling lights, to the bathrooms.
- 5/5
Clean!
- 5/5
Needs a major bath
- 3/5
Property still needs some work
- 3/5
Shower barely working
- 2/5
Nowhere in the advertisement that is say that there were renovating the rooms because of asbestos and that the pool was closed and half of the hotel was boarded ! they didn’t even offer free coffee
- 5/5
Great place
- 2/5
The property is big. The downside is they don’t have elevators and the room was had an odd smell.
- 3/5
I had a amazing time in the area. Hospitality was good. My one concern was not being able to connect to the front desk over my $100 security deposit.
- 4/5
Needs a good update on the whole facility but wasn’t terrible
- 2/5
Booked Economy room and it definitely was economy room. Room was in the back of the property where there was mitigation being completed for Asbestos removal!! OMG does that mean the room we stayed in also was tested for asbestos? Being seniors we stayed in a lower level room. Upstairs guest was dancing on the floor all night. We ate and went back to the room to find a truck running backed up to the door of our room!! Had to ask him to turn off his truck so we were not asphaxiated! 10 minutes later a jeep was doing the same thing! Grr glad it was for one night we were very tired we had driven 8 hours to visit a sick relative in the hospital and needed somewhere reasonable to stay. Not what we planned on...
- 5/5
Great stay and price
- 3/5
Room was clean but very ran down. Outlets didn’t work, toilet was running all night, AC was constantly turning off and on.
- 5/5
This is my favorite property to stay at on my recent cross country road trip. It has a lovely courtyard and is dog friendly. It is also within walking distance of several restaurants. And the spa black soaps shampoo and conditioner are awesome.
- 1/5
Treated rude at check in. Couldn't find the hotel so I called for help with directions. They argued with me that I didn't have a reservation but then found it. When we arrived they made our daughter show id to prove her age. The room door and bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. Very old and outdated. No light switch for over the sink area lights. No breakfast available even though they do have a room for it. They are using it for storage. Run. Go somewhere else.
- 4/5
Unique
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub in the room wasn’t working correctly.
- 4/5
TheyTake a $100.00 deposit and said it would be refunded after the cleaning staff checked the room.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean, and had a courtyard in back. Dennys is right Nextdoor, so we had everything we needed for an overnighter on a cross country road trip.
- 1/5
Very run down, sketchy place. It looked like it was being run as a halfway house. I felt very unsafe there.
- 5/5
Needs more light outside
- 4/5
Nice room for the price. Room was very clean. Beds were clean and comfortable.
- 1/5
I didn't get to see the room as my dog would not climb up the steel grates for steps. I didn't want her to break a leg.
- 5/5
Clean large room.
- 4/5
Mehh
- 4/5
Good
- 3/5
Average room. Clean. Property is generally old and in need of upkeep. Pool is out of service. Appears to be a high number of longer-term residents
- 3/5
Rooms are very clean and welcoming but bed are a bit lumpy and old but overall all was good 👍
- 3/5
.
- 3/5
Broken bed frames and uncomfortable mattresses and bedding. Sink faucet handles had hair and dirt in them. Some of the lights didn’t work.
- 4/5
New time staying here. Front desk ladies were very nice. Room smelled of disinfectant in a bad way. Enjoyed beautiful gazebo outdoors. Lovely olace for children to play in courtyard. Did seee full.time.resident and her dog among the rooms. She was quite pleasant. People above me loud and other outside loud so bad sleep. Bed was very nice though!
- 2/5
The area in which the hotel is located was not very safe. The room had hair on the counter and dirt on the floor. The bathroom light was missing a cover which is dangerous in a wet room. The tub had 2 different handles and the water temperature kept changing. The furniture is obviously old and worn and the bed is lumpy.
- 4/5
Ir was nice to place for yhe night.
- 1/5
Room smelled like mildew. Bed was lumpy. Cords on floor peeling paint
- 3/5
no dining/breakfast
- 5/5
Good
- 1/5
I never got to check in. I drove 9 ½ - 10 hours from my home and needed to to stop for the night. I got fuel in a town 10 miles outside of my reservation. I was very tired and still had 3 ½ - 4 hours to go to my destination. I arrived in Grand Junction early in the morning only to be turned away. Wound up sleeping in a rest area. Very flawed system when the hotel and expedia don't work together. No communication and I lose out financially. Disappointing but a lesson well learned. Thanks a heap. I will warn everyone in my circle of future dealings with said company.
- 4/5
Staff are nice and friendly. Room is spacious and roomy with separate powder room and bathroom. Ventilation is necessary to be installed in the bathroom. Beds are comfortable. Lots of eateries in area. Will go back to this hotel in future.
- 4/5
Ecerythung
- 3/5
Dusty headboard, door and doorjam had been broke, prtmanent residence at motel, working on broken cars, neighbors yelling
- 4/5
Overall it was a great one night stay close to the airport. The mattresses were a little worn out and lumpy.
- 4/5
Staff was incredibly friendly, room was very clean. The rooms and property are very dated...spruce that up and you'll have much bigger draw!
- 3/5
Clean but outdated. Faucets have hot and cold switched.
- 4/5
The property is old, but clean. Its a family run place with a nice garden. And they cost half of what nearby hotels charge.
- 3/5
Average hotel a little old but clean and quiet. No breakfast or pool or gym but price ok.
- 4/5
I really didn’t mind this hotel at all. Just a couple of things though. My car was messed with. Someone removed my gas cap. Not sure why. We were almost empty so if they were trying to steal gas, I didn’t have a lot. Second, lots of sketchy permanent residents. It made me a bit nervous. But overall I will probably stay again!!
- 5/5
Stay here a lot, nice front desk "guy", personable and delightful and engaging.
- 2/5
$100 deposits for a 💩 stay. Couldnt take a bath. Toilet wouldn't flush. Deadbolt got stuck locking us in.
- 5/5
Had a great stay staff was wonderful and helpful
- 2/5
However the walls were so thin we could hear two other units through the walls and it had two shared doors of the room, which seemed unusual and which this was asked if we would be okay with. The shower handles came off while turning the cold and hot water and the longer we stayed the more the toilet started to fall apart. It would run for several minutes after flushing and by the last day it stopped flushing all together. The pictures of this hotel didn’t show the bathrooms for the double bed unit nor did it say it shared entrances with two other units, but these bathrooms are from the 70’s it needs remodeling badly. If you want cheap and don’t care about hearing other people through the walls this may be a great option, but we made the best out of the situation. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone I know.
- 5/5
Very friendly and well kept place.
- 4/5
The hotel was very affordable. Good beds! Great for pets. Good location. Leaky sink, noisy heater/ac unit.
- 5/5
It was a good night away
- 4/5
I booked this room as a mini getaway for myself. I booked through Hotels.com. Online it showed a nice clean room with a jacuzzi tub next to the bed, it also said that there was free breakfast. I’m not a finicky person but I do have standards when choosing where I rent a room from. There’s definitely room for improvement to replace torn carpet, that was also severely stained. Stained furniture (chairs) aren’t appealing to sit on when you want to eat your meal at the table. The room was surface clean only, the view is the back or front of someone’s vehicle & if the fan/heater isn’t running constantly you hear the busy road out front. The front desk woman informed me that they don’t serve breakfast & haven’t since she’s worked there, however long that is. I nicely let her know that they advertise online a free breakfast. I personally would not recommend or stay there again. But you get what you pay for. Pay attention to reviews!
- 5/5
Staff very accommodating
- 5/5
Liked the spa tub room , very reasonable price
- 5/5
We got a ground floor room had a back door to the court,so warm and good air flow. There is a second sink by the door, so you can get into the bathroom and shut that door and still have access to the second sink. Great for more than one person.
- 4/5
Its ok for the price
- 3/5
We were in town with family. We had 2 connecting rooms. One room was clean with really no issues. The other room had an issue with bugs in the beds and spiders and ants in the bath tub.
- 3/5
The room was good enough for somewhere to rest/sleep after a long day of driving. Although I did not feel safe in the property. They did have a large yard where my dogs could walk around which was perfect for us. The room was basic, very dated, but clean.
- 4/5
At first the hotel felt a little sketchy and old, but, it seems more that the nice staff are trying to revive an older hotel.
- 4/5
Aver all . Everything was good. The parking wasn’t the best but is ok.
- 4/5
The property is older, could use some updates. Very few TV stations. The room was exceptionally clean.
- 1/5
Expedia again.. you rated this motel good
- 5/5
Honestly, I LOVED the shower! The water pressure is fabulous and the shower heads are great - I want to buy one! Sounds silly, but I'd be back for the shower alone!
- 3/5
The carpets were dirty or stained. The bathrooms were weird. That blue?? Blood drops on carpet. Lighting was not great. But all in all ok for one night.
- 3/5
A very basic hotel. Everything worked. Limited TV selection.
- 5/5
Great bang for your buck. Really enjoyed it.
- 4/5
NICE
- 1/5
I was deeply disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The property is outdated, and I felt unsafe with multiple devices plugged into a single, overburdened outlet. The carpet was filthy, adding to the overall feeling of neglect. The noise level was unbearable, making it impossible to get any rest. Ultimately, we felt so uncomfortable that we decided to leave in the middle of the night and drive home. I would not recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
Nice property...convenient
- 4/5
Good value for the price. It's a little old/dated, and our room had quite a few carpet stains and big spiders, but other than that it was a perfectly good place to stay. It is huge and has lots of parking. No breakfast, but an Applebees open late and Dennys 24hr are right there walking distance.
- 3/5
It seems that hotels on this street are either housing homeless, migrant construction workers, long-term seniors and / or giving out 30 day vouchers. This hotel was okay for a one night stay. It was obvious they try not to mix the traveling guests with the long term guests, but you can see who stays in the adjacent buildings. The person at the desk was helpful in getting us a room with some special requests, but the overall environment was not great.
- 4/5
I had a hot tub in the room which was nice
- 5/5
Hood
- 4/5
Property is as well as can be expected.
- 4/5
Property is clean & quiet. Staff are nice. Good location.
- 1/5
We had the most uncomfortable experience ever. I will never go back and stay there again.
- 4/5
For the price, the accommodations at Ville 718 were very good. The 50’s decor could use updating (unless you’re really into retro), the front door was had a large crack in it (did someone try to break down the door?), and the pool was “under repair” (with outdoor temperatures at 105 degrees). But our stay was comfortable and the facilities were clean.
- 1/5
Lots of roaches
- 1/5
They have a hidden 100 deposit fee that they do not disclose until AFTER you pay in full for your booked rooms. Due to this I could not stay at the property, did not have my money refunded and slept in my car.
- 4/5
Great customer service, but the hotel is run down, low water pressure, slow shower drain.
- 2/5
This place is way out dated. The room smelled like stale, the carpet was nasty. The only thing that was comfortable was the bed. You could hear everything go in and out there room because of the door slamming. The bathroom looks like something from the 1960’s.
- 5/5
The staff at the check in was very friendly and suggested a great place for Mexican food. the hotel is datetd but comfortable. would stay there again.
- 1/5
Staff was very unfriendly. Our room was filthy. Very ghetto place.
- 5/5
It was very dark around the outside of the hotel , people all over smoking , our room had bugs in it , plus it was just dirty , stunk , the guy who checked us in was nice enough but hard to hear . would not stay there ever and want my refund please.
- 1/5
Do not stay there
- 4/5
This property was not quite like the picture, but was comfortable. I really liked the two bathroom sink area's. When you have two girls tryong to get ready this is important. Would stay again.
- 1/5
No Pool. I believe the other half of facility was like weekly rental or apartments I didn’t think i was at Motel. Room is Fair. Its needs a Renovation. 100 deposit lol . I won’t be coming back. Sorry
- 4/5
Thank you for a good holiday. I slept very well :)
- 1/5
Horrible smell in room. Dirty carpet in hallways, dirty windows, run down. No amenities. Tenants in other areas of the motel. Pool closed, breakfast area closed. No elevator for second floor. Additional charge for damages like makeup on towels, or using towel to wipe up spills.
- 3/5
I could not shut off the water in the tub as the screws were not secure, fortunately, the drain seemed to empty at the same rate. The other bathroom fixtures seemed to be original also, and turned in different directions. I forewent a shower in the morning rather than panic about the water could not adjust as the night before. The lobby had no A/C nor hallways, a window was open at the end of the hall. The buildings in the rear of the property looked a little 'sketchy', including chairs and even a BBQ grille out front. The room was very clean and updated, just secure or replace the bathroom hardware. I would not stay here again, there are too many other lodging options on this street. It is still a Rodeway Inn under some cosmetics.
- 5/5
Nice place. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Very good stay in this hotel.
- 3/5
This is an old tired building. The grounds on the backside where I parked and entered my room were not even swept clean. Bathroom door didn't close. Front desk fellow was dressed slovenly and did not speak clearly. I did like the lack of carpet in my room. It was cheaper than most...I got what I paid for. No breakfast.
- 5/5
The place was overall good but there isn’t a lounge like it mentioned and mostly everything was closed down.
- 3/5
Very strict rules and $100 Deposit.
- 5/5
It takes to long to get your deposit back
