Broken toilet flushing bowl, after contacting maintenance not fixed. I fixed the too-long chain by myself to prevent water from draining all the time. Poor breakfast as well, just toast, coffee, and butter. I will try to avoid this hotel in the future. It needs a strong makeover to be acceptable

I didn't like that they only had 1 sat of towels for 3 guest, I had yo go call and then go down to the front desk to ask for more. The room smelled, had to open the sliding door to air it out. The refrigerator did not work so my food went bad. And they refused to compensate me for it. The breakfast was waffles and cereal. But the beds were comfortable.

Hotel was under construction, had to change room due to the AC not working, the breakfast was very slim to nothing, couldn't get the room clean due to housecleaning leaving in the afternoon, had to purchase washcloths due to there only being 1 in the room

Old wall paper... Old carpet.. old lamps... There was a guy in the hallway a homeless man at 1am on Saturday when I came off the elevator of the 6th floor. The Manager first offered me a refund then she said she was not going to give me back my money. I will not be staying there again.

Absolutely nothing ! The carpets on every floor I was on had a strong mildew smell. The chairs in lobby were dirty and had grease spots all over them . The furniture in the room looked old and was chipped and was dirty inside the drawers .

Convenient and off of 95 The staff couldn’t see my reservation off of booking and try to make me pay again, I’ve stayed here multiple times and this was the worst time I’ve ever been, there was a tampon that was open outside of my door on the floor, the elevator floors were super sticky like they have been mopped with dirty water and stay that way my entire stay, the towels were unusable, and the room was terrible in a stunk, and I’ve never seen this hotel as dirty as it’s been right now. They are only utilizing two floors. So you would think that the hotel can remain clean no I feel like they stopped caring.

We booked a room 2-3 weeks prior to our stay. We were called around noon the day of our stay to inform us that they were closed and would not be able to accommodate us that evening. This left us in a bind to find another solution within hours of our stay. There is nothing that I liked in this hotel The elevator, the hallway is so dirty and stings, the room itself smells like weed daily. The bathrooms are so dirty and the toilet flashes itself throughout the night. The bedsheets were all stained and towels had yellow spots on them. So we used our own towels and lucky we had fleece that we covered ourselves.

The hotel had no hot water, which they told me at check in, I didn't have time to find another hotel so I stayed anyway, the lights were barely working in the elevator. The parking lot was barely plowed from the snowstorm a week earlier

The hotel had no hot water. I was notified about this once I checked in. I was not able to cancel due to my reservation being booked via Expedia. The room was gross and very dirty. Bathroom had dirty toothbrush on ground and finger nails. Would rate it 0 out of 10, not recommend. The room smell was not pleasant either. Hotel certainly needs to be renovated.

The hot water heater was broken, no heat in the first room, no signal in the second room, no heat in the third room, and put me on a smoking floor where it stunk terribly. The draft beer system was not functioning at the bar and the bartender was having conversations with her boyfriend with the speaker on. It was a horrible experience.

I should have believed the reviews, this property is terrible. It is located in a warehouse area, meaning surrounded by warehouses. We felt unsafe, we placed a heavy suitcase in front of the door and barely slept that night. The walls are thin and there's a gap under the door, so you heard all of the hall traffic, throughout the night. I would not recommend this property.

It was dirty, the towels bedsheets and beds, everything. They sent me to a smoking room level where we asked for non smoking. The shower was cold, no hot water. Barely anything for breakfast was basic as hell. Bread, cereal and waffles. They couldn’t find our booking appointment anywhere. Only stayed for 1 hour on the last day, asked for refund and they couldn’t give us anything at all on the day we didn’t spend the night for. The exterior of the property was well maintained, but once you go inside the rooms it’s like a motel instead.

The dirty carpet, poorly cleaned room, broken AC, and maintenance’s careless handling left everything on the floor. The AC didn’t fix, and no note was left. The place is unsafe for children. I highly recommend avoiding this place.

The desk clerk did his best to be helpful and addressed a minor snafu. He was by himself and the phone rang nonstop. So check in was fine. Unfortunately the condition of the room I did receive was less than desirable..parts were so dirty I wouldn't touch them. I couldn't wait to get out of there the next morning. I know the room was a deal, but...wow.

It was clean and nice beside the man that banged on my door to tell me and my wife that our 9 month old needed to shut up other then it was amazing and yes me and my family would stay there again and the lady that runs it kept saying sorry for what happen but it was very clean and everything else

No airport shuttle, cost 35$ to get to hotel. Hotel advertising a free shuttle was a factor in selecting this hotel.

The walls are covered in damage in both the bathroom and bedroom. Checked out almost immediately. Very unfortunate. This is not a hotel for families or female travelers.

Unbelievable. For the price, you would think the place is clean. The hallways are absolutely dirty, not vacuumed, the elevators were not working, the stairway was located all the way in the of the hallway. The hallways were smelly and the room reeked with strong Indian food smell. I like Indian food but not inside my hotel room or hallways. The inside of elevators are worse. They were dirty and looks like it hadn't been cleaned in months. No wonder they were broken for a few hours. I would not stay here even if it were free

Hotel is clearly in need of refurbishing, but it served for our purpose which was to arrive the day before our cruise instead of having to drive 6 hours on the day of the cruise.

Wow, no idea how this hotel is even operational. The entire 4th floor smelled like a pack of newports. Everyone room, caked in filth. It was dark and everything is stained. I almost felt like it was a dystopian reality. So much shady things going on at once it made my head spin. What seemed to be prosecution. Needles in parking lot. It was pure brutality.

Top notch for its class. It's not the Ritz-Carlton, but it's nit a Ritz-Carlton price tag. Clean, comfy, all the basic amenities, friendly staff.

When I got to my room, the refrigerator was working at first, so I put all my food inside. Unfortunately, overnight it stopped working, and everything spoiled. That was a huge disappointment and a waste of money. The staff was polite, but the overall experience did not match what was advertised. I expected better and wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Only thing that could better is hace comfortable chairs and get queen beds.

The hotel was old, dirty, and dingy. There was food left in my refrigerator and a water bottle left on the floor. The room was not clean properly. The air conditioner was not working. They switched my room the next day twice for dealing with similar issues. I would not recommend this place to anyone and I would never stay there again also has been a month and still have not received my deposit back

Everyone was very friendly. I found a chicken piece under the bed, you can smell the water damage. The ceiling is leaking by the side door by the elevator on the 1st floor in multiple spots.

Only one elevator was working and it sounded like it was ready to break down. Decided to take the stairs from the 4th floor and the 2nd floor lights were barely working and the last set of stairs had no lights whatsoever. That is an OSHA violation and a potential lawsuit should someone fall down. Manager told a couple the pool wasn't open. In July? The breakfast was freshly made, that was a good thing.

Roach in my room - room unsanitary dirty hallways were hot - no sanitizer in any of the holders I tried at the front desk in the hallway / won’t be coming back and no referral - can’t wait for the night to be over - I wish I could get a refund!!! Yuck

The place was a dump. I’m sure it was nice at one time but not anymore. There were leaking doors and windows that had clear damage caused around them. Only one elevator was working and it didn’t sound like it was in the best shape. The place seemed dirty. There were two treadmills and neither of them of worked.

My mom went on 4th of July just to go swimming in the outdoor pool. We literally rented a room for the night just to go swimming. When we got there it took us almost 30 min just to check in cause the guy was clueless and hr charged my mom twice which had to be fixed. The air felt like it wasn’t working so it was insanely hot. The room was dirty and humid and hot, and to top it all off the pool was closed. There were signs everywhere about pool hours and nothing was mentioned online or at check in but when we finally found the pool it had chains on the gate. We were there for all of an hour before leaving.

When my son and I showed up, there was a large baptist church service happening in the hotel. It was incredibly loud and i could hardly hear the attendant at check in. They were accommodating for an early check-in. Long story short, they moved us to 3 different rooms because they were NOT clean. I checked the sheets in every room and there were hairs and dirt on the sheets. The bathrooms had small spots of mold as well. We ended up leaving to a different hotel, because we were so grossed out. Still waiting on a refund a week later.

Hotel is very much outdated. Ceiling falling apart. The bathroom had sloppy paint and chunky caulking. Carpet throughout the jolted is dirty . Hotel smells musky. The vents were black with dust abs dirt. No thank you. I would never stay there again. First desk crew is slow. The wait was horrible.

I never actually stayed there as Expedia claimed they had 24 hour shuttle, they didn't and my flight arrived after their shuttle stopped. They reused to refund even though wrong information caused me to make the reservation. They were nasty on the phone. Do not recommend.

Hotel picture on site does not match what is really there. My door was wide open when I went to my room. safety lock on door not working properly, mold on ceiling in shower, Carpet wet around air conditioner. remote not working on tv. Checked the mattress for bed bugs and the mattress had food crumbs all over it under the sheets. The whole lobby smelled like marijuana when I walked in the door. Was not a pleasant experience but I had not other choices as all the hotels I tried to get a room with close to airport were sold out. Definitely a privately owned property but really made me not ever want to stay at a Clarion Hotel again!

Nasty attitude from the young man at the desk overnight. Got to the room and the door was cracked open with the smoke alarms battery beeping. The woman in the am had an even worse attitude. Other than that it was quiet

The room assigned to us was not painted, there were stains on the walls, the carpet seemed very old, the bed made noises when you moved, breakfast had spoiled milk, juice was terrible.

This hotel is a good bargain and has clean and fully prepped rooms. My room cooling system was not adequate (On=too cold; off=too hot and no in between). Also the food options for breakfast were inadequate (no eggs, no fruit). I would return but check the heat/cool first and eat breakfast out.

I cut myself on a rust screw sticking out of the door way. There were blood dropping across the arm of the couch. Their also was a whole behind my bed.Knowone really remained at the front desk. I have photos of everything.

First when we arrived in the cut on a dead end street. Outside looks outdated. Goes inside looks old. Then they printer didnt work to print out our receipt, a piece fell off the elevator the man brought downstairs. Checked us on tried to charge us 2 payment of the security deposit good thing i checked my account. Went upstairs wasnt the room i paid for still looked old. Then they changed our room fridge was very small, tv didbt have much channels and didnt work. So my boyfriend and i ended up leaving checking into another hotel. Expect way more from people who coning out of town to check into that place. Even the lady that checked us in was very nice and said i dont blane yall for leaving . Told then need to update they hotel.

Slow tedious check-in, printer broken, no hand sanitizer in any of the many dispensers, pool not open, bathroom a sight, handyman desperately needed everywhere, bar not well equipped, tender inexperienced, enough said.

Took a very long time to check in, room needed some repairs on the walls and ceiling, AC didn't work, bed was uncomfortable. I travel a lot for work, this wasn't the worst I stayed at, but I don't want to go there again. Other people who stayed there agreed. The staff was friendly, but the hotel itself needs a lot of work.

I was there for the long weekend and while my stay was fairly average, my only complaints were that parts of the hotel carpet in my room were oddly sticky, and the key would only open the door after trying multiple times no matter which key we used.

Honestly this has to be the worst place I have stayed and I travel weekly for work. The place is old and in need of repair - the hallways are very dirty, carpeting very old. The bed is like a box with sheets on it. The room also smelled terrible. I stayed here because of a cancelled flight. I would have been better off sleeping at the airport. One additional note - the listing says that they have an airport shuttle but it only operates at very limited times.

Keys would not unlock the room. Housekeeping tried her master key & still could not get into room. Had to change room. Come back later that night & our tv isn’t working so another change of room. The water for shower took at least five minutes to get hot. No safety strips in shower making it very dangerous & I slipped. Had to hold onto grip bar the entire time in shower.

Check in took a long time. Too many extra forms to sign. Couldn’t get much on TV. Room was adequate and contained necessities. At this point have been billed by Hotels.com and Clarion. Why ?

What’s shown from the website is not what you see upon arrival. The lobby may have had a slight update however the rooms looks like something out of a Motel stay on an old stretch of Hwy. EVERYTHING ABOUT THE ROOMS ARE OUTDATED. I was horrified by the first room, the bathroom alone had me mortified. The paint was scraped out of the tub, the fixtures were falling off the wall, the bed linen was dingy. Rm#2 was no better, yet better than Rm#1. This entire property needs a renovation. THIS WAS NOT A GOOD FIT FOR A FREQUENT TRAVELER LIKE MYSELF, I WAS NOT PLEASED. I asked to Be moved to a new room, she moved me reluctantly so I was definitely appreciative for that and upon inspection I need clean towels and wash clothes due to the condition of the ones that was there 😳😬 I wasn’t all bad, it just wasn’t for me, not up to my standards

It was a great stay for one night. On the 1st floor towards the exit sign, there was banging not sure where it was coming from.

If I wasn’t there for an event I would never have picked this MOTEL. Dirty carpets, odor in the hall, and a mouse was in our room. Elevator felt as if it was on its last leg. Sheets were clean though. This place needs a major overhaul!!
