The room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by quickly issuing me a new Live card and moved me to the same floor as my friends. The casino had a fantastic, lively energy, and the live music was a wonderful touch

Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the bed was not comfortable to me at all. My fiancé didn't mind it but it was too hard for me. Everything else was wonderful! All of the staff we encountered were nice. The place was very clean. Bathroom in the room was gorgeous with a huge tile shower! Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Cheesecake factory is always good and the sushi place was really good as well. Another plus was it being right next to the mall! We don't gamble, so can't really comment on the casino games. We would definitely stay here again though.

I was a stain on the mattress cover and a dirty bath robe in the closet.

At the casino, free parking Found a pubic hair in my to go coffee cup and glass doors in bathroom were very dirty . Windows were smudged with fingerprints . For the expense of what you pay for…could be better

Location is great. Right inside of casino...Clean rooms especially bathroom. I had an accessible room for my mom and the shower was perfect. Parking lot and elevators extremely dirty. Bathroom floor beautiful but very slippery when wet.

Convenience of casino. Desk snd Bellhop were friendly. 1. Parking was difficult. 2. Booked two rooms which were on different floors (5 and 12). Without a room key card we could not go up to the 12th floor to check on our daughter. 4. Had to pay $50 each room for late checkout (1:00 pm) , yet housekeeping knocked on door at 9;00 snd again at 11;00 (do not disturb sign on door).

Signage for the hotel parking entrance is hard to find And signage to the hotel once in the parking lot is almost non-existent. The casino entrances are well indicated. We walked across the casino to find the hotel lobby after asking for assistance.

This hotel cost me over $700 for two days. Not sure if it was just my room, but the bed sheets and room itself was nice; however, the bottom walls were warped from water damage, the floors near the bed leading to the bathroom stayed wet even after wiping four times. I placed a towel on the floor and when I returned from the casino it was soaked. Water rises from in between the wood panel floors. This is with or without taking a shower. I didn't notice it the first night because thought i just tracked water from the shower myself. Make sure you check the floors and walls when you stay here and look for water damage. I now have to use my inhaler daily from the mold exposure, when I haven't had to use it at all this year. The casino is nice, but For $700+ I couldve just stayed at a cheaper hotel nearby with better rooms. The house keeper knew about the issue; impossible not to know. They shouldn't have allowed anyone to stay in that room health wise. I didnt report it because I only noticed the next night after coming back to the room because I Spent most of the day in the mall so I just stayed that one more night. A mistake on my part because my lungs are irritated. I dont usually leave reviews, even when I get bad service, but have to in this case because this can impact someones’ health. The Staff are friendly and nice but this is unacceptable.

The hotel was clean, active and fun! I had a very wonderful and relaxing time. However, they need more activities such as shows, 24 hours eateries during summer hours especially with ppl taking short and long term vacations. Overall—CASINO LIVE AND BALTIMORE CITY WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

Great place for gambling and entertainment. The mall is close by if you get tired of gambling. Over night stay at casino hotel always a excellent choice.

Front Desk was terrible Check in was at 3 but didn’t get checked in until 4:30 after contacting management

Check in is supposed to be at 3. We were not allowed to check in until 6:30 because they overbooked. We asked for a late check-out and we were denied. Once we got into our room we dropped our bags off and were going to head downstairs. We came back to find that housekeeping had returned to finish cleaning our room. The front desk said check-out was at noon. The next morning at 11:00 am house keeping was knocking on our door to leave.

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The t.v. wasn't working properly. The casino had a major malfunction whereas for any pay out from the machine meant a long wait for staff to cash you out, manually. Overall we found the staff went above and beyond to compensate. A special shout out to the front desk manager and George ( the ones I remembered from many others ). My stay ( over $500 ) wasn't refundable. The t.v. in the room wasn't working nor the games in the casino.

Yes the room was spotless. But the room wasn't ready when we arrived. We were told they would text us when the room was ready but we never received that text. I just felt there could have been better communication.

We tried to check in at 4:30pm qnd was told the room wasn't ready. Our check-in was at 3pm and we had plans for the evening, so not being able to check-in and get ready for the dinner show was an inconvenience.

The room was reasonably clean, but previous spills were still evident on the drawers. Very little customer service to speak of. The spa was nice, but not excellent. The only real amenity at the spa is a steam room - no pool, hot tub, or sauna.

We attended a wedding there and so many guest said they didn’t know where to park in the garage and they ended up having to walk the length of the casino. Those with children had a worse experience because they couldn’t walk through the casino. So, a sign saying what section to park for hotel and Event Center would’ve been helpful..

We left prior to eating breakfast so I can’t say anything on that. We were only there for one night, but the room was comfortable and the shower was nice. The only issue was the pipes rattled in the shower and the sink when you turn the water on.

For as expensive as this property is you would think that the beds would be more comfortable! They look for every opportunity to charge you for things and their in demand movie prices are ridiculous! Property is nice but nothing spectacular…

Lovely stay, very clean room. The Lobby area introduced you to hotel immediately, it's attached to the casino. Check was fast, I prepaid and called ahead. Rooms are spacious and clean, love that you get a robe but for a double occupancy room, 2 robes would be nice. There was a fridge, coffee and tea, water as well but no microwave. Double check restaurant hours during your stay. Came in late and wanted food, a restaurant in the casino advertised open until 2, got there at 12:45am and they were closing. Other than that, I do recommend this hotel for solo travelers.

At first i was annoyed by the no refund policy, but its worth every penny. I didnt even gamble. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are pure heaven. The casino restaurants were underwhelming, but the staff was super helpful. Staff and room quality are what puts this place at the top. Also GREAT dj's on certain nights.This will be my go to for Baltimore

A/C in the room didn't work very good. Fridge didn't really so well. Wasnt able to take a cup of coffee from our room to the casino area.... if you didnt purchase from property it was considered outside beverage!! On Sundays there's NO bell hop service. The smoking lounge area was extremely Hot!!

The Live! Hotel and Casino is very nice, however, there was not an option for a bath tub- this is difficult when you have to bathe a child. The hotel was very comfortable- and accommodating.

I amazing and accommodating we were a late check-in and we felt very valued and attention to detail was had the front desk and the valet were phenomenal. Very thankful for those who were assisting. It was a very busy night and I felt like the only guest they had.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were nice. The expense wasn’t bad for the night. However, they do not offer food service and they don’t have simple toiletries if you forever something like floss or a toothbrush. Minor complaints. The rooms are spacious and classy. The hot water could use some more heat, but all in all it’s a nice hotel.

Great location and amenities. Rooms were very nice especially spacious shower. Even if you are not a casino-goer, there is plenty to do by way of shopping and dining in adjacent mall, and very accessible by car, to other Baltimore area attractions.

I always enjoy staying here, it's easy access to downtown Baltimore and has lots of stores nearby if anything is needs.

We had a check in time of 3:00 pm, arrived atound 3:15 to find that our room was not ready and they couldn't give is a time. The room was booked 30 daus prior, so wasn't it ready? We had to wait 1.5 hrs. before geing to the room. This made us an hour late for our 4 pm event that was held there. Not professional nor acceptable.

We liked everything in one olace. It was an attractive decor and comfortable. People were friendly. We witnessed a theft in front of us while in the gift shop. We had to wait a while for our valet service when we left. More staff was needed.

The coffee maker leaked, the door to the bathroom entry made a loud bang and became stuck every time you closed or opened it. When you pay 300.00 a night you expect everything to be perfect.

Found staff a bit rude…, a little inefficient…10 min wait for valet, 30 min to check in and then little things wrong, (only decaf coffee in room, only one robe)? Otherwise food was good at David’s…good pours on the drinks. For the price there is better value elsewhere.

Rooms are extremely nice. Fanciest hotel I've ever stayed at. Quiet. Very clean. Nice beds. Convenient to get to casino. Love that need key to go up to rooms. Only wish there was a microwave in the room. Refrigerator is not cold and not adjustable.

When we checked in front desk person was not welcoming. When staff cleaned our room one of the bed was not made up and and same dirt when we left was still on floor, dirty towels where only half taken away

The hotel is lavishly decorated and is simply beautiful on the inside. The room decor is amazing. However, there is no microwave in the room. Also, they have a separate resort fee which you pay upon check-in. The beds are very very uncomfortable. It seems as if there is no mattress. The refrigerator is a part of the room and should be checked and cleaned. My refrigerator had a hair in it. I reported this to the front desk to make sure housekeeping is aware. We need housekeepers that love doing their jobs. Maintenance should be checking every room. My shower smelled like mildew and had water stains on the ceiling. There were also stains behind the shower handle. For a hotel like this, this should not be the case. Things like mildew smells and water stains should be rectified immediately. They should not have checked me into a room with water stains on the ceiling. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel until they get new mattresses, install a microwave, and fix the water stains on the shower ceiling.

The day of check in they have over 60 people waiting for rooms witch they didn’t have it I have mine at 8.16 pm from Ty in the worst aggressive way he all Most hit me no one care this is an real Solo Hotel and lucky if you don’t get hurt 😔

I will definitely be back! From the staff of the concierge, to the security, to the staff at The Prime everyone is absolutely wonderful. We stayed on the 17th floor and the view was lovely. The amenities at the hotel were endless. I would definitely recommend staying a few nights so you could take advantage of the spa and the several restaurants they have. The room was beautiful, and every detail was thought about it was designed perfectly. Parking was great! There is plenty of free parking. I recommend parking in the Costco parking lot. It is owned by the hotel and you will not get towed and it is free. It’s a lot closer than parking in the garage to the hotel. There were families there with small children, but the noise was at a minimum. The hotels located near Arundel Mills Mall, and there are so many additional restaurants and stores nearby. You will have plenty to do!
