    Room was ok. The air conditioning blew air that smelled of smoke. The parking was minimal near room due to boats extra vehicles and other items cluttering up the grassy areas. Staff was nice but would only refund me 1 day after I checked in and left 30 minutes later. Two characters were tweaking and possibly doing drug deal paranoid and left after they saw me looking at them. Trash all over the walkways including condom wrapper. Smelled of marijuana was prominent.

    Nothing The women at the desk was very very very rude She had the ugliest behavior, There should be a better person with a good attitude, that could cover the other things The room was smelling like a tobacco smoke I couldn’t handle it but when i told the rude lady dhe made faces and behave like she is my mom I wanted to slap her There was no shampoo in the bathroom when my husband went to her to tell her she argued that he is lying. I washed my hair with body wash , and the body wash was also almost finished

    The first room they put me in had baby oil all over the floor bed was dirty and roaches running around. Second room the a/c didn’t work well and room was musty and also had roaches. I had a 3 day booking and left after 5 hrs. Asked for a refund they that was with hotels.com still haven’t received it after 48hrs. Will never stay at red roof inn again

    The room smelled very stale, like old ashtrays. The bathtub was dirty so I didn't take a shower at all. Thankfully I was only there for one day to attend a funeral nearby, so I just bird bathed. I wouldn't stay there again.

    It was close to where we were going for the night The first room smelt like a musty old basement , there was key cards left in the room , the bed had two huge sunken in dips and is thin as 2 inches . There was no fridge . There was rooms that ppl must live in and they were outside like it was an apt complex.

    Woman attendant at the front seat at check in was so friendly when checking in!!! When got to the room it was nothing like the pictures on the advertisement for the hotel. All was outdated inside and not as clean and fancy as the pictures lead you to believe. Then once there was lots of noise from dogs barking, staff because of the are where the cleaning staff kept their equipment. The their were big dogs barking that were in the property and then a balcony room party of at least 20 people in and out of the room. When leaving after bout only 6 hours there the younger man never said a word to me when handing in the key cards. Paying that mic for a room for a few hours and or if it’s over night stays to get sleep or for whatever reason the level of comfort from the outside is as not acceptable m. The inside was clean but outdated compared to the false leading pictures in the online if the hotel itself. Old furniture, heat burn marks in the vents, paint on the bathroom floors, bathroom sounded like it was ready for take off when you turned in the light. Best feature of the whole room was the updated sink!!! There was no mini fridge or anything for this being a 600 some square feet king size room. A little unhappy with this stay. Would like to see something to make this better for a future visit thank you

    Rating: -10 stars I confirmed a bed bug infestation here. After bites and finding a bug, I made the mistake of staying another night (using the seemingly-clean second bed) and was bitten exponentially more. The front desk was unhelpful and accusatory when I asked for a new room, blaming me for not reporting it sooner. When she mentioned a refund, I asked if the new room would also have bedbugs; her knowing look confirmed my fears. Getting the refund was a nightmare due to her attitude and the tedious process involving Hotels.com, wasting an hour of my time. Avoid this location at all costs. The bed bugs are bad, but the dismissive and unprofessional service made a terrible situation infinitely worse.

    This property is dirty nasty bottom of the dumpster trifling. The staff is rude and nasty. The sheet has stains all over them. You don’t know if you sleeping on clean sheets or dirty sheets, the room, stink, and reek of cigarette smoke. The tub was brown. I couldn’t even give my baby a bath. The sink was nasty like someone dirty washed up in the sink before and didn’t rinse it out. the room was just disgusting smelled is someone may have urinated in the room and I had two rooms one smelled like urine and the other smelled like cat or pet or whatever it was just nasty. I would not recommend this to my Enemy. Just disgusting then the icemaker has spiderwebs and dirt all in it is nasty. Then every time I leave when I come back I have to go to the front desk just for them to unlock my car because I couldn’t get into my room so just imagine getting off work at 4 AM and you can’t even get in your room you gotta come back down the steps just to go to the front desk just to get your room key unlocked for you to be able to get into your room and every time I have to do that the Lightskin girl with long hair and light eyes. She has such a very nasty attitude with me every time as if it’s my fault that the keys just stopped working the other young lady I believe her name was Kim. She was nice other than that. The other lady at the front desk was so rude. I’m professional and had a bad attitude

    The front desk guy was nice at beginning offering to give a refund. When I came back it was a whole other story he got frustrated and acted like I just went to the room for a quickie.( I had my family) the room smelt musty and was pretty dirty and run down. Another coupe was there complaining about bed bugs. He gave me the paper with the refund but hotel. Com didn’t want to refund. It’s currently in dispute with Mastercard what a nightmare this has become. Stay away.

    The ac knob is broken instead of fixing it. I guess they rather come and stick a pencil in it to turn on. I'm sure this wasn't the first time. The bathroom walls paint is peeling off. The room was suppose to be non smoking. I don't smoke or drink and i can assure you. Somebody have smoked in that room. The room floor was sticky. The front desk lady was okay. The outside parking have trash laying around the building and be aware of nails. I got a flat. This location is close to the mall and lots of options of food. Just know almost everything you're looking at for food that says close by is the mall. Fyi

    When my plane landed a little after 3:00 I called the Red roof inn for shuttle the shuttle. The extremely rude person who answered the phone said we ain't got no shuttle. Then I said your advertisement of Expedia said you had a shuttle at which point they hung up on me. I called Expedia and they said too bad for you you did not cancel before 2:00 pm. After arguing with Expedia for over an hour at the airport I was exhausted and booked another hotel room. With the live chat with Expedia they offered to give me back 65 Expedia dollars. I've said I want a full refund because you are a partner to fraud with Red roof inn BWI South. They said we'll get back with you just got my email today July 4th and they offered me $25 in Expedia cash. I'm reporting Expedia and this hotel for fraud to every consumer protection commission I can think of I am extremely disappointed with Expedia. Prior to incident I have never had a problem with Expedia they have always been excellent to work with I am extremely sad. I suggest everyone call the hotel before you bopk to confirm anything you check in your filter section.

    Easy access from highway. Absolutely no friendliness from staff. No greeting checking in or out. Check out lady never got out of chair. No microwave, fridge or coffee maker. Room was somewhat clean but needs more attention.Smoke smell was masked with air freshener. Water was shut off on my last morning. Parking is an issue on weekends. Might look for somewhere else to stay next time.

    When I returned, the door to my room was fully open most of my things were moved but about 5 items remained in the room. When I inventoried my property, I was missing my handgun and gold jewelry. I called 911 to report the missing handgun and the other property theft. They're under investigation by CPL Latta of Anne Arundel County Police. They will be interviewed by detectives this week.

    What I liked: it had checkin service after midnight. The vending and ice mechines were stocked. What I didnt like: the attendent made entire experience a 3. I had to return to the front desk 4 times because the key given was to a room already occuiped. The rudness of the attendent was out of this world for a mistake I had nothing to do with. Instead of being apologetic she threw the key at me thru the window. Beside that the room was okay, clean and it had towels.

    Beware if you have lung problems! The cat and dog dander so bad as to cause breathing problems even while sleeping with a mask. Unbearably strong cat pee smell. Room key stopped working and the front desk person was nowhere to be found for 20 min. NOT a 24 hour front desk like Expedia says. Locals living here congregated loudly in the parking lot at midnight with behavior that made me scared.

    Checking is was a breeze. All the issues didn’t start til late night early morning. After working a 16 hour shift, I come back to the key not working , no big deal. I walk over to the office it’s a sign that saids be back in 20 mins but call her personal number for assistance. The agent comes from wherever and gives me the key. This morning around 9:30 am house keeping barges in my room without knocking or anything. Then dis the same at 11. I’m familiar with red roofs policy and check out is at 12. So to keep barging in on me is unacceptable.

    It was a decent Motel as far as cleanliness. My TV didn't work and i couldn't figure out the internet. When i called the front desk, the gentleman was less than helpful. The ice machine was also broken and the rooms did not have refrigerators. I didn't see any critters, so thats a plus. If you just need somewhere to lay your head without big expectations, i would recommend.

    Terrible on all counts. Front desk daytime staff - totally rude - doesn't come to the window. speaks from the corner in the dark. Asked a question and told me to check out if I didn't like it. I coudn't get early checkin so I came back later at night. she acted annoyed, never asked my name - just put cards on the tray. There are 2 buidings never told me which building. Then started yelling at her child

    The young man helped me log my tabletin eith the wifi....with a smile. He gave me a handicapped room.....ĺ dont know if he notice my right had an ace bandage on it....normally I would've felt insulted because im only 44. It was such a blessing. This is not my first stay here .It is the best stay I've had here!!!!

    I checked out immediately as the room had broken locks. I spoke to the manager who stated there were no more available rooms and I could check out and receive a full refund. I sent in a request to be refunded for this stay.
