Quality of rooms standards low. Breakfast was cold and had to ask to be replenished. Had to change rooms because the air conditioner was broken. Furniture was in poor condition. Rooms poorly cleaned, dirt and used water bottles behind tv cabinet. Bathroom sink slow drain. Pictures and reviews were deceiving.

The hair dryer did not work but they did replace that and brought us a bottle of conditioner as the one that was left in the shower was completely empty, the ac kept kicking on and off and there was hair in the shower

Breakfast menu was very good, different things every morning. Very fresh, good quality items. The decor is a bit dated, but it seemed clean. They did have trouble in the lobby with the roof leaking during a rainstorm, there were buckets and trash cans out to catch the water.

We always stay here when combining a show in Annapolis with a trip to Maryland Live. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Over the years the property has declined somewhat. It is clean but is ready for some room updates. Common areas are nice and the breakfast is adequate. Love that they keep coffee, tea, and even hot chocolate available all the time. We will stay here again.

For my short two day stay, I only ate breakfast once and it didn't have french toast which is a favorite when traveling, but did have bacon, sausage, fried potatoes, scrambled eggs, danishes etc., which was okay to me. However the dark roasted coffee left an after taste which lingered in my mouth. The hotel was crowded and not a lot of parking 😒 😑 maybe because it was on a Friday thru Sunday. Also, when me and my guest got up on Saturday and went about my day, and came back, my room wasn't cleaned, beds not changed, bathroom not cleaned and trash cans not emptied was very disturbing to us. I called the front desk, to make a complaint and the lady (name unknown) said I had to request cleaning online. I said, I didn't know that and never heard of this since I've been traveling. Before arriving at the Hampton Inn/Arundel Mills, checked the website and said nothing about requesting for house cleaning. Therefore, my room was nrver cleaned.

It is very hard to turn left out of the hotel parking lot to get back to the red light and on to the main thoroughfare. The Hotel Parking lot is actually right next to a large mall/outlet area and it was difficult to go against that traffic.

I gave “good” across the board, but I believed my stay would had been better had I not been across the maintenance and staff rooms on the first floor. Lastly, the room smelled of smoke which I took from being on the ground level and one particular guest was a chain smoker, whose room was next to mines.

It was loud during the day

When I first arrived waited awhile before someone came to front desk. I take that to the young lady being on her phone and had ear phones in. I arrived alil early was hoping I could've been granted a early check in. But she wasn't accommodating at all. Said she would text me when I could. Never received a text. Thus I had to take a nap in my car cause I had worked all then drove 6 hours.

My stay was okay. The bed was a bit squeaky and the morning front desk staff was very unprofessional and rude. I’ve seen a few other reviews that there is a sewer odor in the bathroom and it’s true. Please find out why there is a sewer odor coming from the bathroom sink so it can be fixed permanently. Breakfast was okay.

The room was clean and the front desk representative was friendly and courteous. The only negatives were the heating unit. It was finicky and didn't work all the time. Also, the shower drain was clogged. Simple maintenance issues.

The temp in the room was either sweltering hot or freezing and we tried several times to regulate it. I left a message for the front desk to find out how to make it better and did not get a response. The hotel is in need of an update as well. Stained and worn carpets and bathroom was old. We’ve stayed here several times and it is just getting worse, I think it’s time to find another place to stay.

Wasn't able to bring the blinds down. After finally getting to sleep because people were arguing in the halls, was awakened by the bright sunlight. Cleaning staff was talking loud outside of my room even though "relaxing" sign was on the door. Probably the worse Hampton Inn that I have stayed in.

Stay overall was good bed could be more comfortable. Breakfast was very good, but due to a bus of individuals staying at the hotel, all eating breakfast at the same time took all available seating. That group should have been set up in a seperate room as not to inconvience other guests. We do this when ever we travel with ous schools students.

There was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and stains all throughout the carpet of the room. When I notified the front desk, they did not offer to do anything about it, but rather wrote the manager's name on a card and told me to call the hotel manager when sometime the following week. This is inconsistent with the moto of the hotel. We felt very under appreciated, overlooked, and uncared for.

When checking in they did not have the rooms available. I rented two king suites and paid a premium for this selection. They only had two double bed standard rooms available. They still charged my credit card for the king suites. They told me that I would have to call the manager on Monday to discuss if I wanted any kind of refund. Very frustrating. My family and I were traveling with a two year old and needed the extra space for a crib, however the rooms were too small to accommodate a crib.

The bed linen wasn't changed the 3 days I stayed. They only left one wash cloth the entire time. I inquired why they didn't change the sheets and was told you had to request them. I've never heard of this when staying in hotel's.

The property was convenient in terms of location for my visit to MD. The property wasn't as nice as I like, its a bit outdated. The property was clean enough and dining options were limited. Should include some beef/chicken products for folks who don't enjoy pork.

I left my bracelet in the room and the desk manager was not very helpful and passive in speaking with housekeeping until tomorrow. This is very disappointing since I know for a fact I left it in the room and forgot to put it on, rushing to the airport. This is very sntimental gift from my husband for our annivesary. I have contacted corporate.

My stay at the Hampton Inn Arundel Mills Cir. was amazing !! The place looked better in person than the photos online. The entire staff was friendly. The place was super clean. The food was good. I was very comfortable. The only thing I didnt like was that I wasnt able to stay longer lol... When ever I'm in Maryland again I will be booking with them or another Hampton Inn.

Exactly what I have come to expect and love about Hilton properties. Clean rooms, great service, decent, continental breakfast, and great staff. This particular location is also extremely convenient as it is right across from outlet mall, casino, and lots of entertainment. Will definitely stay again the next time I’m in the area.

Our first room had a leak,from the ceiling, in the bathroom. We got out of bed, packed our items and moved to another room. It was midnight. The overnight front desk, young man (I don’t know his name) changed our room and brought the keys to us. He also found a room that was on the same floor and only a few doors down. When speaking with the morning front desk lady she did not offer an apology for the inconvenience of the midnight move nor did she care.

The check-in was good. The hotel lobby was clean and modern. The drain in the tub was broken. When we woke up the entire carpet in front of the air conditioner was soaked.

We had alot of spiders and silver fish in our room I took eight dead spiders to the front desk nobody seemed to care when we first checked in I found somebody's ear buds under the table in plain sight we got there at 3 pm check in time and still had to wait over 30 minutes for our room no sorry for the wait nothing this hotel used to be a lot better we have stayed here plenty of times

The room was not spacious and the bathroom did not have ventilation and it was easy to hear someone in the bathroom while in the living space of the room. The breakfast was good and I like that it ended at 10 a.m. I appreciate the early afternoon check out time.

I loved how everything was in walking distance and that there was complimentary breakfast.

Also, the hotel is convenient since it’s about 12 min walking distance to the Arundel Mills Mall. You can even cut through the mall during mall hours to get to the Live! casino and Hotel.

Front desk staff was so nice!! Location was great for things to do being right next to the mall. The hotel felt very comfortable and I slept great. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and tub was old and didn’t drain but the service and safety was worth the stay.

Pleas read this carefully: This property is special. The staff is incredibly helpful with a cordial and respectful vibe. I booked the stay here believing they had an indoor pool for my daughter to swim in with her friends for her birthday. When the front desk found out that her birthday bliss hung in the balance, the manager on duty called a sister hotel nearby and arranged for the princess squad to swim as long as they could handle at that property. Furthermore, in a nod to the overall quality of Hilton property staff, the front desk associates of the indoor pool site were so welcoming, you would have thought we had reserved our stay there! The icing on the cake was the wonderful breakfast that came included with our stay at Hampton Inn. My sincerest thanks to the workers of this awesome hotel. You went the extra mile for my princess, which resulted in a terrific experience for me and my family. Affordable, comfortable, kind, efficient, and dad-approved! Go Hampton Inn! Peace to everyone reading this.

Staff is very nice. The room was very clean. Housekeepers were nice. Breakfast was delicious. I suggest they get more than one waffle maker because you have to wait a little over 45 minutes to use the waffle maker.

Over all cleanliness is fair. But the property is showing its age. Corrosion on the door handle in the bathroom, bathroom tub isn’t draining properly and the main room door has screw hopes form I’m assuming the old door locks. Lastly, the majority of the staff was great except for the one in charge of breakfast. She was mean and stared at me and my plate of food when I went for seconds. I felt like she was annoyed by me for getting more food.

When we got into our room, it was clean and very nice. The problem didn’t start until our 2nd day. We stayed Friday and Saturday night because we were attending a wedding. Saturday night we got back to our room after the wedding reception pretty late, and drove 7 hours the night before so we hadn’t slept much. We wanted to come back and just get ready for bed to sleep, but the room next to us was being extremely loud and was blasting music. It was about 12:30am, so we called the front desk to make a noise complaint and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude, interrupted me and said “I’ll give them a call” and hung up on me while I was in the middle of saying something. The noise coming from the next room didn’t get any better so we called again about 30 minutes later. It is now 1am so we are just frustrated at this point, so I had my fiancé call the front desk again. The woman, again, disregarded our complaint, cut us off mid sentence again and said “I’ll call them again”, and hung up. This was our main problem staying at this hotel because of the disrespect and rude behavior from this employee.

The window hvac unit should be better insulated. The area at the bottom of the unit was drafty and the top of the unit was cold to the touch. Substantial operational savings could result.
