Reviews
The hotel has varied greatly since a customer's stay 12 years ago, with a decline in hospitality and cleanliness. Despite some positive experiences with friendly staff and convenient location, many guests have reported poor customer service, outdated facilities, and hidden fees.
- Friendly staff

Unfortunately the front desk staff were dismissive and acted as if you are an inconvenience for staying there. I requested creamer & 20 mins later I haven’t received any so I called back & she said it will be a while. Went out into the hall & saw a room attendant next door, overheard the front desk woman I spoke to requesting my creamer over their walkie talkies, so she never did the first time. Went to park & there was an unattended vehicle in the main drive, I went inside & informed the front desk. They stated it is probably a rental vehicle. I asked if it was going to be moved. They said I can reverse my car & exit the property onto the main road & then go in on the other side to park. I informed them people are behind us as well. They repeated to reverse and exit. After directing people behind us & parking I came in & noticed the rental car office is just across from the front desk. So all they had to do was ask the guy to move the car. Yikes, not very good customer service! They have food onsite but it comes from a vending machine or their “room service”, is a 5 restaurant list you choose from, you pay for the food, a service fee, a delivery fee and a tip! This food is also left at your door, no knock or indication it’s there. So check frequently and hope no one messed with it! 😒 Room attendants were all very sweet!
- 3/5
Room was outdated, linen smelt old, bathroom was the size of a linen closet, loud banging on the adjacent room all night….never stay here!
- 3/5
Although a lil dated, the room was clean and the king bed was better than most 4/5 star hotels. Wasn't a fan of the popcorn ceiling or the dirty stairwell but overall for the price it wasn't too bad
- 4/5
Easy walk to airport through airport parking garage. Hotel has nice layout but no snack bar or cafe, you have to walk to the Hilton next door. Amenities minimal. Helpful staff
- 4/5
Every thing was great except for one thing I asked the woman at the front desk when I would get my 150$ security deposit back and she said I would get it the following Monday which I never did still almost 2 weeks later.
- 3/5
The week of June 5th and pool lounge chairs cabanas not set up. Everything stacked like pool was closed. Maybe I missed the details stating it was closed but seems like that would be available in June. No maid service, towels, coffee replacements unless you call. Smoke detector had a plastic bag covering it. Possibly from recent painting. Stairwell was not cleaned and felt sketchy. Use elevator if on second floor.
- 4/5
Great bang for the buck. Easy to get to. Nice hotel, nice staff.

This is an older property but they can do better to keep up on their maintenance $ budget. The room smelled, phone was broken, outlet on the desk didn’t work for the coffee maker, desk chair old and material cracking and flaked, vinyl floor in bathroom bubbled and lifting in spots. You add daily parking on and it’s in the Hilton $ range but far from the cleanness and quality
- 2/5
First off, it smells like a cheap motel, old, peeling paint in the bathtub, no ice machine in the building, the TV didn’t work it didn’t even have cables. I would never stay there again, for the price and location they should really update and refresh!
- 4/5
The rooms were cute and clean No jacuzzi and the pool area was dead . Says there’s an outside bar but there was nobody out there . I believe it was incredible at one point
- 4/5
Very good

The bad: I did find a baby cockroach running on my bathroom floor. Only one but one is enough and apparently common to this property. Not good. Secondly: you will be charged $28 if you park over night. Doesn’t matter if you’re a paying guest…you have to pay. Also, they will take a $75 deposit from you when you first check in. What is wrong is that they won’t refund your deposit for ‘1-2 weeks’…depending on your bank. I’ve never heard of such a delay. If there wasn’t a pool and gym I would give it one star. The room is semi-renovated but still feels like an older property. Altogether I paid $153 (+ $75 deposit) for one night with one king bed. I did not use the parking. Will not be returning. Now you know.

The person on duty was very nice. The location was perfect as it is walking distance from SNA airport and a rental car facility. I checked in around 9:30 PM and when I got to my room there where two bath towels available. One bath towel had brown stains on it. Then I saw a huge roach laying on his back in front of the toilet; it was still alive. I grabbed a bunch of toilet paper and immediately got rid of the roach. I called the person at the desk and she told me they have pest service and offered to move me to another room but after inspecting the room and bed for more bugs with out finding any, I opted to stay as I only had a few hours before I needed to get up due to a very early flight. I thought about going to the Hilton next door but I didnt because I really needed sleep. To keep any bugs in hiding from coming out, I made sure my luggage was zipped closed tight and kept all of the lights on while I tried to sleep. I would have tried to get my money back but I figured I would be wasting my time because I doubt they would give it back and it was so late, I needed at least a couple hours of sleep. Needless to say, I did not sleep well. I go to LA a lot to see my Son and his family. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The only reason to write this review is there was a noise issue. Once at 10:30 it sounded like a party was happening in the hall. It stopped when one of the other people nearby stepped out into the hall and asked them to be quiet. At midnight it was happening again. So I called the front desk, the guy was so rude “we already sent someone over there and they didn’t hear anything “ as a woman staying alone I was not going to step into the hallway to handle. Sounds like I was not the only one who called. I finally heard security come back and knock on a door and it was taken care of . The rudeness by the man at the desk was un called for.

Was clean and comfortable, but not luxurious. Good price, though, for Orange county.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly. rooms were clean but place is outdated. air conditioning was old and loud. good place for one night but not an entire week
- 3/5
The hotel is very old and in bad need of a remodel The only give you one towel one roll of toilet paper The overnight parking is $28 per night which I think is way overpriced they didn't even charge you that much in Las Vegas the stuff was very helpful

We love the Atrium part of the hotel and the fact that every room has a balcony. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained. The room was big and set up with a fridge and coffeemaker. We like the extra bench seating in the room.
- 5/5
Great pool. Our first room had a tiny bathtub that gave us a good laugh when we saw it but then the toilet broke so they moved us to a new room. It was much bigger all around. Both had awesome patios. Not much
- 4/5
We chose this hotel because it’s conveniently located near Wild Rivers, and it worked great for our family trip. The pool area was one of the highlights—it’s large, well-maintained, and has plenty of lounge chairs and space to relax. We also really enjoyed having a balcony. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday during our stay with pizza and cake by the pool, which made for a fun and memorable experience. The biggest downside was the nightly parking fee, which can add up quickly over multiple nights. The hotel is also very close to John Wayne Airport, so there is some airplane noise depending on the time of day.
- 4/5
Lounge was closed, no food service, no coffee bar or continental breakfast, water was a little hard to come by
- 5/5
friendly staff, clean room, overall nice stay.

Never received a receipt for my stay. My questions were answered with, " your guess is as good as mine" Oh my! Not a good response.

Staff very attentive but hallway common areas appear like they haven’t been cleaned in months
- 4/5
Ok for travelers. Nothing special. Was clean, though

Convenient for business travelers.
- 4/5
The pool and area around the pool was extra nice because it was good for the eye among other things but the bad part is you had to go to the Hilton next-door to eat
- 2/5
Had a person walk into our room in the middle of the night, they had given him my room and working keys.
- 3/5
No shampoo or conditioner provided. I was kind of counting on that. Not enough towels. Not enough pillows. Pool area was nice but canopy’s were ripped and moldy. Getting to the 2nd floor was easy but then had to drag my bags down 5 stairs to my room. It was an okay place to crash for a night if you are looking for quick stay from the airport though.
- 2/5
Stayed in room 235 and didn’t realize until after check out that it wasn’t a rash I developed but was being bite by bed bugs. I have never experienced bed bugs in my life. I understand this can happened anywhere but be cautious booking here.
- 3/5
The rooms are a tad outdated but it's worth staying for the location. They advertise having a restaurant but they don't.
- 1/5
The hotel it’s pretty old. The restroom doesn’t have the ventilator and smells humid. The front desk it’s pretty helpful and nice. The parking was expensive.

The cleaning maids on my floor were talking to loud on my floor it was an acceptable and I know Spanish So it was not even about work or cleaning the rooms... I would of said something to the cleaning maids on my floor, but I was not dressed to open the door to tell them to speak quietly.
- 5/5
The front desk staff was excellent! The cleaning maids on my floor were talking to loud on my floor it was an acceptable and I know Spanish So it was not even about work or cleaning the rooms... I would of said something to the cleaning maids on my floor, but I was not dressed to open the door to tell them to speak quietly.
- 5/5
When I asked for my coffee for my room, front desk thought there was only decaf coffee available, next morning I asked a different person & got regular coffee.
- 3/5
No shuttle or breakfast.
- 4/5
The last time we have been charged $150 pet fee which is double what we pay before … disappointed
- 4/5
Good enough for one night stay. Accessible to the airport. Not the cleanest, but tidy enough. Thank you.
- 3/5
There is decent parking but they do t warn you until you get the email the day before that it’s an extra $28/day and half the lot is reserved for airline employees only. There were so many frat parties that it was impossible to sleep. College kids running all over at all hours of the day and night screaming, yelling, and doing things in the hallways and public areas that should have been behind closed doors. The pool was inaccessible due to the raving drunk college kids. They only do room service if you call ahead and schedule it. There is a tiny fridge in the room- TINY. However, there is one public microwave in the lobby, which can be a pain if your room in in the back of the property. This hotel has a large area and access is through exterior corridors and gates. It could have been a nice facility, but it’s just hard to justify the cost when the amenities are spread out so far, the hidden costs are not even worth the surprise, and for what was paid, I just expected something better.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean, staff was super friendly
- 5/5
This is a great option if you want to be walking distance from John Wayne Airport. It’s only a 10 minute walk (if you don’t rely on your mapping app, which showed me a 30 minute route). It’s literally across the street from JWA. Not knowing this, I paid $25 for a cab to get to the hotel and it was less than a mile drive. On my way out, I walked. 10 minutes with a roller suitcase.
- 3/5
Parking was secure but the Ticket reader did not work I had to call the attendant to get out each time. Also, I was disappointed that the restaurant/bar has been closed for a long time, SAD it used to be a fun place! Pool area was and is still great!
- 4/5
Room was clean, ac was good.
- 5/5
Great location, helpful staff. My only complaint is paying for parking.
- 5/5
Ac was loud !
- 3/5
No microwave very small fridge tv lacking nonplace to get food no hot tb and hard to find yourcway around hotel easy to gey lost
- 1/5
The entire property was run down, dingy, dirty & smelly. We asked for a shower cap and they didn’t have any. The shower curtain was ripped and moldy. The entire room was dirty and had absolutely nothing in the way of decor. It was bare bones, old, and dirty. The staff was dismissive and seemed like even though they cared, they couldn’t do anything because of poor management. I called the manager, but she never called back.

- 5/5
Parking was easy
- 4/5
Room was spacious. Bathroom was spacious. Pool area was nice. However, there was a lack of towels. Parking was easy to get to.
- 5/5
The property was really clean. Unfortunately the restaurant looked closed in the morning a sign stated a reservation was needed which deterred me from going there. The overall stay was great.
- 1/5
I was given dirty towels stained sheets. I also had to take my family across the street to use their pool. Because the website didn’t state that the pool was closed. And me and my family were given such a hard time to get in the pool across the street like they told us to do.
- 3/5
There was no one at the front desk either at my arrival or departure. A sign was in place on arrival stating that s/he would be back in 5 minutes but I waited longer than that. When she did appear she was short and relatively unfriendly. On my leaving there was neither staff nor sign, so I said "Hello" and, when there was no response, repeated that in a louder voice. I was told by that staff member, when she arrived, that she could see me (in a mirror or camera I would guess), and that I did't have to yell. I asked her how I was to tell that someone was in the back office, and why a sign was not present to that effect. She told me that I "didn't have to yell," at which point I told her that if she had seen me on camera should have said so at a distance (office around the corner 10-12 feet) and it would have solved the issue.

- 4/5
The room need put more trash can and need to put refrigerator inside room. The room need change new light .
- 1/5
Very disappointed. We stayed for three nights. The first night we couldn’t sleep from very loud music and teens across from our room . They were yelling and slamming doors, no one from the hotel asked them to be quiet. The rest of the two days we asked twice for room service to come and take the garbage and get us new towels , no one showed up. We used the same towels for three days. I will never book at this hotel again.
- 5/5
Quick and easy late night check in. Super helpful guidance on how to quickly get to my room to rest.
- 3/5
Breakfast was a disappointment. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean.
- 4/5
We checked in midnight and Staff super nice. Asked if we wanted upper or lower floor or if we needed anything. The rooms were clean. Easy entrance/exit to rooms.
- 5/5
As a single 76 years young woman travelling alone, I have certain requirements that must be met. Quiet hallways is most important. 24 hr access to eats....they have an insta chef so no matter what time I got in, I could have a regular hot meal and eat it pool side or in the court yard or out front by the fountain. The room is laid out well and comfy mattress good water pressure, excellent lighting. Need something call housekeeping they are there no matter what time of the day or night. Janitor is cleaning the walkway and sees you headed for the elevator with bags, drops what he is doing races in front of you to press the button and hold the door (and no I am not disabled or fragile). The pool area is gorgeous and clean and inviting, There are cabana's everywhere. The lounge is active at happy hour. My suggestion is a second floor room with balcony overlooking the pool although I have had rooms overlooking the parking lot that are also nice to sit and enjoy your coffee with the sunrise. Parking is a little pricey at $28 a night but it is what the market will bear it is right across the street from John Wayne Airport so alot of pilots park there so they could afford to discount the regular guests...just say'n.
- 5/5
Yes, everything and everyone was excellent. Awsome stay.
- 4/5
Very convenient to airport
- 4/5
The staff was great, the room was nice except the heater was extremely noisy, and I had to heat up the room, then turn it off in order to sleep. Breakfast was mediocre: scrambled eggs, pre-frozen hashbrowns, bacon or sausage and bread or bagels. There was fresh fruit in the morning either oranges or apples, but not both. I have stayed there before, and given how convenient it is and how helpful the staff is, I would stay there again.
- 4/5
Clean room, easy access, great location, nice staff.
- 5/5

- 1/5
Rooms were clean and smelled great, and the pool area was beautiful and well maintained. Staff were friendly around the property. Breakfast was the only flop — the bacon tray stayed empty the whole time and the hashbrowns were dried out. Still, overall a decent stay.

It was a wonderful experience
- 5/5
Easy check in and check out. This place used to be the rock star party place in OC years ago. Now it's a quiet and chill nice place to relax.
- 2/5
Breakfast was a bit underwhelming. They offered Cheerios, boiled eggs, a small pot of coffee, and some fruit. The hotel itself had a strange smell and could definitely use some renovations. However, the staff was very friendly, and the pool area was very nice and well-kept. There were also very limited snack options at the hotel just a small fridge behind the counter so I’d recommend bringing food or grabbing something before arriving if you think you’ll get hungry. One downside was that the rooms did not have a fridge or microwave, even though it was listed as an amenity when I booked.
- 1/5
Horrible service staff was so rude will never stay again room is dirty disgusting TV didn’t work
- 1/5
Room was outdated .very noisy with party going on across from our room .loud swishing noise all night long .woken up at 12 to ppl being loud .bed was very uncomfortable.not a good experience

Breakfast was horrible eggs cold and when I asked for hot eggs at 8:30am i was given a plate of not fully cook eggs and was told thats all they had that they were closing, but breakfast was fro.m 6:30am till 10:30am. And in our room we had to kill two cockroach.
- 4/5
Peaceful in spite of being near the airport. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful
- 5/5
Had a great experience can’t wait to stay again !
- 1/5
Atrium by far was the worst hotel I’ve ever booked. It’s so dated and has a weird smell. The tub/shower was very dirty, the shower curtain had stains and walls were gross, the carpet was dirty as well. After checking in after a long flight, this room was so disappointing. This hotel is definitely a 0/10.
- 5/5
Not a lot of choices. But it was goid.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and helpful. In regards to cleanliness of the room, there's definitely room for improvement, minor details like a full coffee station, cleaner tub/shower area and having another trash can in the room.
- 1/5
Wasn't aware i had to pay for parking, first night there found a cockroach in the room, the pool was still getting renovated and didn’t get a note of that until we got there, had to go to the other hotel with no card or nothing to enter, overall not a very convenient experience neither sanitary.
- 4/5
Building is confusing, but overall a good stay. nothing to make it a five star but nothing to bump it down more. it was just good, but not great.
- 3/5
I didn’t use the laundry service. I was a little disappointed that the bar was closed and the rooms didn’t have a refrigerator or microwave and no updated night stands to charge your phone on. Staff however were awesome so nice making the little aggravations small.
- 1/5
Terrible overall
- 2/5
Neighbors upstairs were extremely loud — I could barely sleep even though they were just walking. The soundproofing is basically nonexistent. The pool area was closed, and the nearby gate was broken, so we had to walk around every time. Also, we were charged $28 for parking. Overall, the stay was just okay, but I expected more.
- 3/5
I could not sleep because of a noise, possibly water running through pipes. The places is outdated. The online pictures were deceiving. The pool area was terrible. It was under construction but the website did not indicated there was construction. I booked it because of the pictures, but was disappointed.
- 1/5
Hotel does not look like there photos
- 4/5
Nice hotel, great location. We walked across the street to John Wayne Airport. Staff was nice, it was unbelievably hot, but air-conditioning kept room nice and cool. We would definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Room was clean
- 5/5
Did have any thing to eat there
- 4/5
Breakfast isn’t served until 6:30 am. No shuttle service to SNA despite it being across the street. Front agent gave me walking directions to airport and assured me it was easy and very safe. Maybe for her but not for a disabled senior citizen. Her comment was in poor taste imo.
- 3/5
The pool was under renovation. The breakfast was terrible and meager, bacon and sausages were cold, choices were very limited, no yogurt was offered. One day the breakfast place was closed - employee(s) did not show. It seems only one person is working in the breakfast lounge. In general it seems the hotel needs improvement - may be in management, or major renovation.
- 3/5
Hotel is quite dated. Insufficient desk lighting in room.
- 4/5
Otherwise the room and bathroom and property was clean. Easy parking in and out Lobby was beautiful
- 5/5
Everything was great except the ice machines weren’t working
- 3/5
Staff was friendly but I had to keep going in and paying for the parking even though they told me multiple times it was taken care of for my whole stay. Beds are a full and not a queen with the flattest pillows in the world. The pool was also under construction the whole time so a lot of people were coming and going
- 1/5
The ac is trash not working properly the pool was close
- 2/5
Film clean, Noisy-le-Grand, construction all around, room far from everything , 29$ for parking excessive
- 3/5
Property could use an update. Room was adequate but a musty smell throughout the interior of the property. Was doable for a night and you can walk from/ to SNA airport.
- 5/5
It was nice for the price
- 5/5
Shower curtain was snagged and very worn out and stains were on the shower floor.
- 5/5
Staff was excellent. The only negative thing I can say is that the pool area was under construction and then again not so negative because that only means improvement plus the hotel right next door was open for Atrium guests to be able to utilize their pool. Also a Hilton facility
- 2/5
Shower is tiny and the water took forever to go down so I stood in it while showering, An additional fee of $28 to park on the property, and pool was closed without prior notification also the halls didn’t smell pleasant
- 5/5
The room was a charming, mid-centry modern decked out in teal and white. The bed was comfortable and the sheets very nice. The coffee was nice and the tub was generous.
- 1/5
The pool was closed they charge $28 per day for parking nl free breakfsst and what started as a $258 dollar room turned into a $420 bill
- 1/5
Pictures Not accurate they have been Photoshoped
- 4/5
Room was clean and beds are comfy. Staff is nice and get the job done. However housekeeping does take a while but I do understand they have a hard job so it’s all good. I’d stay here if you need a safe, and clean spot to sleep that’s near everything.
- 2/5
Pool closed for construction. No necessities available or for sale. No change. This hotel is turning into a Motel 6. The hand soap smells bad and you only get one.
- 5/5
Did not take advantages the laundry room. I was only there for a short period of the time, but I’m very much looking forward to return and stay there again..
- 2/5
Very distressed property to say the least . No maid service for a 3 day stay.
- 3/5
It was clean, but it was kind of old looking.
- 5/5
The hotel was great, the convenience of location to the airport is excellent, staff was great, and the check-in process was super quick.
- 3/5
The place was clean enough and literally across the street from John Wayne Airport, which was convenient but I absolutely hate nickel-and-dime charges and this place was full of them, starting with the parking fee. And when I noticed there wasn't a fridge in the room, I was told "Oh, you have a room with two double beds, so it doesn't have one" -- but I could add one for an additional fee. Ridiculous.
- 5/5
Had a one night stay due to business on the Irvine area. This was a fair priced hotel right across the street from John Wayne Airport. Parking was $28 a day but you do have in and out privileges. Plenty of space to park around the complex so you can be closer to your room. It seems to be an older facility but well maintained. Room was nice and comfortable. Normal amenities available in room. All in all a great stay for a great price.
- 2/5
Outdated.
- 1/5
Awful dirty hotel. I left after seeing the room and didn’t stay. It smelled like smoke and was ghetto.
- 2/5
Shower was clogged, broken leaked into closet. TV did not work. Dog barked incessantly in next room. No housekeeping during 3 night stay. We took our own trash out and had to ask for towels. AC would shut off leaving us with hot rooms. No privacy curtains so room was dark with black out drapes always drawn. Staff were lovely and parking was easy in and out.
- 3/5
The room was clean, the toilet was leaking at the base, the bed was massively uncomfortable.
- 1/5
Property is neglected- wasn’t very clean. The bathrooms in the rooms are terrible.
- 5/5

- 4/5
The room was clean and the HVAC worked well. The TV remote needed reprogrammed as it did not function completely normal.
- 5/5
The staff upon check in was fantastic, the room was clean and tidy.
- 5/5
Staff very friendly & helpful with any amenities that was needed
- 2/5
I continued to find beetles in the bathroom during my stay, got lost trying to find my room on the first night, the heating system was loud, and I could hear the bathrooms from other rooms, like a constant banging. The hotel definitely needs some upgrades and touch-ups before I stay again.
- 5/5
Good service
- 2/5
The room was dirty when I arrived, and I had to ask for another one. Yesterday I called to request cleaning service, but no one came. The beds are also very uncomfortable. I don't think I'll be back.
- 5/5
Room was good. Very nice reception. They were able to accomodate a late bed type change without fuss. Airport access was a 5 minute walk to the terminal. Exactly what we were looking for.
- 4/5
Biggest complaint no water pressure or hot water in the morning. Convenient location,

- 3/5
The front desk was nice. But just a few things we didn’t like during our stay were: 1- Had to pay a steep $28 per night to park. Felt as if it should be free if youre already staying there. 2- We killed 3 huge cockroaches in our room within 5 minutes. I called front desk to move us and they did immediately. 3- The soaps, body wash, were super tiny. Overall out of 5 I give it a 3.

It was nice and basic! Much traffic around the area, and in the hotel there was no mini fridge. The beds were very small and uncomfy too. Besides that it was nice. For the price I would enjoy somewhere else that’s more accommodating
- 3/5
Would not hold my device plugs to charge Not enough outlets by bed for modern needs
- 2/5
Room okay but had ants. Had to pay for checking in early.
- 5/5
Very good stay. Excellent staff.
- 3/5
Brown water came out of the shower for the first 10 minutes when turning on the shower.
- 3/5
Hotel is on the older side; the room had a weird shower and the water smelled funky. Clean, but looked a little beat up. No charging outlets by the bed, TV wasn’t working. Bed only moderately comfortable. Could hear the shower from the room upstairs, which paired well with the shouting and creaking springs from their bed. No shuttle. Will not stay there again, there are nicer properties nearby
- 5/5
The customer service and convenience
- 1/5
The hotel charged me for four days of parking even though I never parked there. They have no records to support the charge and refuse to return my calls. This is unacceptable customer service, and we will be reporting the hotel to the Better Business Bureau
- 5/5
Amazing staff, clean room and very comfortable. New favorite hotel for the family and I
- 1/5
The room was dirty, the blankets had bad smell, the TV was out of order. We were moved to another room and it was the same thing, the TV was out of order too. I didn’t like the service
- 5/5
Wonderful, comfortable room clean hot shower nice huge glass, sliding doors open glass door to wonderful deck overlooking the swimming pool right across the street from the John Wayne airport. Wonderful location, easy In-N-Out stay very quiet.
- 3/5
Was not pleased with smell from pillows
- 5/5
Proximity to airport
- 5/5
Very good the hotel!
- 4/5
It’s a nice hotel very close to the John Wayne airport. The hotel is clean, and updated even though it’s older. But it’s fabulous. Great pool, clean rooms and hotel staff was so nice!
- 1/5
If you have Wells Fargo & need to pay the deposit GOOD LUCK, they wouldn’t accept my debit card and basically told me there’s nothing they can do even though I pre paid for the room. I had to take it to Wells Fargo and dispute the $266 stay.
- 5/5
Nice reception all good
- 5/5
Room was large, nicely put together and clean
- 5/5
I always stay here! Beautiful Atrium pool hotel with comfy beds and inspirational art work throughout. Wonderful staff and large balconies overlooking pool. Beautiful grounds!
- 2/5
This property had roaches
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Very good,
- 3/5
The room smelt musty, the TV and bathroom door did not work. Room was just okay for 1 night but not the greatest.
- 4/5
Old building but clean.
- 1/5
The room and stay doesn’t reflect what is shown in the photos. My daughter went to the restroom and spotted “spiders on the floor” only to realize the bathroom was infested with roaches. We were offered a room change, and even thought there were no roaches (thanks goodness) the room was clean like it should be, and there was a rip in the ottoman. This place has potential, it has great “bones” but it definitely needs an upgrade and remodel. This was our choice over the Pixar hotel or Hilton and I regret it. If you want to lay your head somewhere at night, have no kids, maybe this may be a good choice, but as a fun 3 day trip to Disneyland, I do not recommend.
- 5/5
Such a great hotel. Room was spacious and clean. I love the balcony. The decor and set up was a nice surprise definitely had some thought put into it instead of the cookie cutter and sparseness of chain hotels. Staff helpful and friendly
- 3/5
Nice stay but maybe consider adding mini fridge and microwave. There was cockroaches also in bathroom
- 5/5
Great staff and walking distance to great restaurants!
- 5/5
A decent hotel to stay, clean room.
- 1/5
This place smells and is in such poor condition
- 5/5
Very nice stay
- 2/5
The parking situation was not it.
- 2/5
There were baby roaches in my room and I couldn’t even get a late check out and I was coming in from Fresno driving six hours. Breakfast is a rip off. It should be free. They charge 1499 for pretty much nothing. I will not stay here again.
- 5/5
Everything was great. Staff was friendly and hotel was very clean.
- 5/5
Clean , quiet, excellent customer service
- 1/5
Place smells musty. Rooms were not cleaned. Left as soon as we opened the door

- 4/5
The grounds were very nice and the room was comfortable. The property is a little dated with regard to the bathrooms. Although they are very clean I don't feel they have updated the shower for some time.
- 1/5
horrendous and gross. This is a MOTEL by the way, not a hotel. The property is not at all like photos. It is grubby and run down. Smell of must through the whole motel and in rooms. The bathtub was peeling in the center. The chairs and furniture had stains and tears in the fabric. My room did not get cleaned during my stay despite my call and request for it. The warm breakfast items are cold and also an over all feeling of grossness with very little selection. 3 "hot" items that are cold. Do not stay here. The pool also had debree in it and wasn't cleaned. The bedding was clean is the only plus
- 5/5
Clean and helpful staff
- 1/5
There was roaches in the restroom! Room smelled horrible like an old dirty room I still can’t get that nasty smell off our clothes. Definitely not worth the price. Never staying here again. Everything’s looks old and yellow in the room.
- 5/5
Great hotel, very clean, friendly staff, great location.
- 5/5
Great staff, convenient location, comfy bed.
- 4/5
the check in was quick and easy and the room was very clean and cozy
- 3/5
I rought my service animal so they put us in the pet zone . Dont know how to describe the smell not clean but something that was maybe used to cover any smells. I found it rude and disrespectful for putting us in a known designated area while my dog is a clean dog and didn't deserve to inhale that stinch with his asthma.
- 1/5
No clean rooms available. Someone smoked in one room. The other room wasn’t cleaned at all. Had to check out ASAP. Staff said no refund possible with them.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Room was cozy. Entire hotel had a nice vibe.
- 3/5
Amenities
- 4/5
Real good.
- 1/5
Staff was great. Unfortunately, the stay was not. There were many things that were wrong and had most to do with how old this hotel must be.The overwhelming fragrance indoors from the lobby all the way to the room to possibly try to cover up the old carpet smell through out was concerning. The enormous noise the toilet in our room made when flushed was awful. Bathroom was cramped. Small shower. And worse part of it all was finding a live cockroach on the dresser door. Fortunately staff was understanding of this issue when I showed video of this.
- 3/5
The room was ok, but the parking was a NIGHTMARE. kind of a ghost hotel ngl seems like it might shutdown soon or somthing.......

- 4/5
Nice place
- 5/5
Super clean
- 5/5
Seamless quick checkin Room is nice. Clean.
- 4/5
Amenities something else
- 5/5
Very impressed with the hotel. It was spotless and well cared for, with a dedicated staff and warm greeting at the front desk. After staying in one big chain after another feeling completely let down, Atrium reminded me of the greatness that can be achieved when the owners actually care about serving their guests. Bravo!
- 2/5
Super convenient to John Wayne airport and that’s about it. I’m very easy to please for hotels. This one was dated and stale. My room was gross and barely cleaned before we arrived.
- 2/5
The hotel was NASTY- there was roaches coming out my the bathtub and around the room. The furniture and linens were OLDER than dirt! I barely was in the room so I didn’t make a huge deal out of it hug it was so nasty! Will never stay here again
- 1/5
Rooms are dirty out dated not a comfortable experience at all
- 5/5
Clean Hotel and very friendly staff! Would stay again!
- 5/5
good place to stay
- 3/5
Blankets had old blood stains on them
- 4/5
Didn’t like that the bathroom wouldn’t shut completely or lock. Other than that it was a fine property.
- 5/5
💯
- 5/5
We didn’t try the breakfast. Everything was great!
- 2/5
I reserved 2 rooms through hotels.com. when we arrived, i was ill from the trip so when I checked in the rates per room were over 440 each. one room had parking for two nights, but that wasn't the problem. the 2 rooms for 2 nights was $561 when I reserved them. $920 vs 561 is outrageous! when i asked this morning the desk clerk said there was a 150 deposit on each room. supposedly the two deposits were released, but the funds were not returned today.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 4/5
No, the balcony was facing a wall
- 4/5
Good in general, except that the parking fee is high. I think parking fee for guess should be waved or included in the price.
- 1/5
Room was completed neglected during my entire stay. No maid service whatsoever.
- 1/5
The property is a maze. There was barely any parking available. It's more of a party hotel. A lot of noise, and a very confusing layout. It didn't feel very safe especially if you are travelling with children. The staff was not helpful. Would not recommend even for 1 night stay.
- 4/5
Definitely needs new carpet. Very outdated.
- 4/5

- 1/5
Staff was rude at check in. Even ruder when my room smelled horrible and dirty. I belive the towels were not washed just folded after the last guest.
- 5/5
Very nice an quiet.
- 4/5
Got to the room late, needed to leave early, so it was just a place to sleep for a few hours. No amenities were partaken.
- 3/5
Would not recommend
- 4/5
Decent property. Some retro charm. Tough breakfast: soggy tater tots, low quality sausage and bacon, frozen mini omelettes, only whole milk for cereal. Easy to do better for the $15 price tag. But I’d stay again.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
We were pretty happy with everything but the breakfast. I have had better breakfast at hotels for free.
- 5/5
Very professional front desk. Easy check in and out. Comfortable bedding.
- 5/5
So convenient to the airport, clean and roomy!
- 2/5
When we checked in we had to pay a $150 deposit that wasn’t stated when booking, also we were not told that if we wanted our room cleaned we had to ask. So when it wasn’t cleaned we called front desk at 11am, they said ok came back to room at 5pm, was not cleaned. Disappointed in comfot of bed, only 3 pillows , also air conditioning doesn’t work well. Hotel has a weird shape and where the room was at you have to walk down a flight of stairs . Impossible to roll your luggage to your room. I would stay here again.
- 4/5
$28 for parking a night is kinda a lot and my face broke out after sleeping with those pillows for two nights
- 5/5
Everything was great! Very timely. However there was a zumba class at 7am with blasting music that lasted for about an hour. Besides that surprise, everything was super quiet!!
- 5/5
Very convenient to the airport...room was quiet and clean
- 4/5
For the price i thought it was going to be better. We were told it had jacuzzi, it didn't. Towels limited, pool is not even heated, it also said breakfast included and it was not. Very minimal selection of food
- 5/5
Willl be back
- 4/5
But it sounded like the neighbors were talking right outside my door. They were not boisterous, it's just that I could hear every word. I really loved the convenient location near the airport.
- 4/5
Clean room | Staff | Business-friendly
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
no bedding so we called and housekeeping without knocking just barged in. Then after watching him surveil the room darted out speaking spanish. i chased him out to only get more spanish. it took them over one hour to bring the bedding of course missing the pillow sheets
- 2/5
Poor condition poor amenities
- 5/5
It was convenient and they need to up the breakfast game.
- 5/5
Extremely convenient to SNA i literally walked from the airport to the hotel
- 5/5
Sylvia was wonderful at check in! Friendly and efficient! Room was wonderful with balcony overlooking the pool and atrium! Beautiful and a little dated 80’s hotel with great inspirational art work. Beautiful pool atrium. I love this hotel!!!
- 4/5
It an older hotel but still clean good for the price.
- 3/5
Room was noisy due to air conditioner and breakfast served at hotel was dry and hard. I should have eaten somewhere else. Hotel was nice looking but dated.
- 3/5
The hotel need some renovations
- 1/5
Bad service and no more shuttle service but said yes when booking. The breakfast is bad
- 2/5
There is a strong gas smell. There's no one at the front desk. You have tonwait 5-10 mins each time. They will charge you a fee for checking in hours early. No shittle transportation. Shower is small. Its okay for a short 1 night stay.
- 2/5
Dirty pool, stairs smell musty, breakfast was disappointing, overall condition of maintenance was poor
- 5/5
Everyone I encountered was very friendly and accommodating.
- 5/5
The pool cabana area is beautiful! We visited to attend a high school reunion and used the ballroom. It was very nice. The hotel is old but it had a lovely balcony with a table and two chairs.
- 1/5
Hotel was disgusting. Had cockroaches in the bathroom.
- 1/5
The hotel is very dark, with all kinds of insects, ect. In the hotel rooms, and the smell of dampness in the rooms is nauseating. I do not recommend it at all.
- 3/5
Have stayed here many times and in the past, stays have been fine. This time couple issues. Room 157, the AC makes very loud noise all the time when it’s running, makes it tough to sleep. Bathroom sink also very slow to drain. Not huge deals but hopefully they will take care of soon
- 3/5
Actually We were shocked!! The pictures of this hotel are truly deceiving! The hotel on the outside looks amazing, parking great, pool nice, but the hotel itself is very dated. Our first set of rooms were actually not the rooms I booked online they were changed when we got to the hotel to check in. But the rooms weren’t clean they were leftover from the last booking. One did the rooms smelled horrible like a drunken mess! We had to get new rooms! And even the the new rooms didn’t have what I booked not mini fridge nothing in one room worked several outlets out and broken ironing board and iron didn’t heat up I had to borrow from the other room we booked (we booked two rooms big family) the staff however very kind and helpful! Tried to fix as much as they could but really it was not much more they could except give us new rooms again! The tubs in both rooms, were broken. And after a shower the tub was full of water. The breakfast was horrible worse than any motel 6!!! Our selection was scrambled eggs, tater tots, bread slices, butter, (not even jelly) apples (a few oranges that weren’t ripe), tang for orange juice possible apple juice, coffee, milk and hall and half!!! I wish I was brave enough to take pics as we were watched but the kitchen guy lol. He could see the shocked looks. The dated dinning area had literally ripped up seats. We (my family) were greatly disappointed. It could have been great, but sadly it was a two star motel 6 only good to sleep and go! PICS DECEIVING
- 3/5
Needs to be updated
- 1/5
Our check-in experience was not good. The agent wouldnt check my husband in, because i wasn't there with him. No other information about the room or room cleaning wad given to us. We were given a letter, but we were running late to my best friend's wedding so checking in was slow. The breakfast was terrible. There was only one warmer with half of it no eggs and tator tots that were burnt. We waited for the eggs 40 minutes and it was half full and many guests were waiting for mor eggs to be made after the first small batch was made. No ther breakfast foods were made. Just cereal, Tang juice, coffee, half and hald and whole milk. There was bread put out, but the staff working was handling the bread and food with no gloves and she was cleaning while handing food. Certainly, a cheap and terrible breakfast for a hotel that charged us almost $500 for two nights. Housekeeping didn't clean our room because we had to request it. Again, this should have been told to us when we chkd in. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!
- 5/5
Surprisingly good. Not the best neighborhood. But the staff makes up for it.
- 5/5
Had a good time ! Nice room
- 1/5
The night manager, James, assured me that I would receive a refund for three nights, but the hotel has since refused to honor that. This is unacceptable and goes against what was promised at the front desk. I expected at least basic cleanliness and honesty. Instead, I had to scramble to find another hotel late at night and am now left fighting for a refund that was guaranteed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 4/5
Hotel is nice and in good condition. It is a quirky architecture. It seems you have to go through the pool area to get to rooms and parking is inconvenient on getting to hotel. Otherwise room and staffing is very nice.
- 4/5
You can walk to SNA Airport, just across the street. Very convenient.
- 5/5
Convenient access to John Wayne!
- 5/5
The bathtub was not cleaned that well but all in all, the room was tidy.
- 5/5
Really liked the hotel. Clean, comfortable overlooking the pool. Cons—parking was an issue. Our room was far from the parking lot. Also no refrigerator in the room.
- 1/5
The hotel advertises that they have a restaurant on-site. And that they have a bar at the pool area. Neither of these exist no shuttles.
- 2/5
This hotel is not giving you all that is advertised... the rooms are much smaller then photos show also the amenities are not true for there is no restaurant. The breakfast is terrible. The pool is freezing. There is no bar and the rooms are way smaller than the photos show
- 1/5
It was dirty. There was a towel left behind from a previous occupant on the sink( with makeup stains). Toilet had hair on it. Door didn’t close properly so we had to remember to keep pushing it to secure it. Desk was dirty- overall a bad experience.smell is bad- like mildew and old smoke.
- 5/5
I’ll be back
- 4/5
The water in the shower/tub was draining slowly
- 3/5
This property did not have any of the amenities that it stated. It had on there. There is no restaurant. There is a free breakfast that is very not good. And there are not a lot of transportation to or from the airport or even disneyland or any of the other places where you can.You will spend a lot of money in uber fees staying at this hotel
- 3/5
Hotel is outdated. Shower was clearly not properly cleaned before our arrival. Only 1 hand and face towel and 1 set of shampoo/lotion products in tiny bottle although our reservation was for 2 people. Only blackout curtains and no sheer curtains so if you want privacy on the 1st floor from the parking lot your room is going to be very dark. Walls are thin, interior decor is old, but the bed was comfortable. This property is ok for a very short stay, but I probably wouldn’t stay again if I had other options. Front desk staff were nice. No bellman to help with luggage though. Right across the street from OC airport which is very convenient.
- 2/5
Not sure what made me book here, but was disappointed, especially relative to price. The front desk attendant was not welcoming at all and then the parking situation was horrible. Also, the included hot breakfast was sad. Only positive was 5min drive to airport.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet
- 2/5
The pictures of the property online do not match the reality. There is a pool bar pictured online, but the pool bar is never open (according to staff). The owner should update the online advert to be more representative of the property. Several reviews mention the pool bar not being open, the owner responds with a thank you, but still doesn't remove the pictures or online listing.
- 5/5
The check in worker was great!
- 1/5
Ask for a callback from the manager was told we’d call me one to two days after we checked out it’s been three days. No no conversation have not received my 150 deposit back nor any any compensation for the bugs in the bathroom or no water to take showers
- 5/5
It was convenient, the room was clean.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet
- 2/5
We were given our first room only to find bugs on the bed. We were then moved to another room that had bugs all over the carpet. We got moved to a 3rd room and that one had no bugs however the shower had a constant loud leak that never stopped. Not the best experience all around. To top it off they charge $30 a night to park on top of the night rate!!!
- 4/5
Nice hotel
- 1/5
I want a refund. I stayed for one night for the purpose of getting rest and showering after a flight. Got to the hotel at 11pm and the water didn’t work at 7am when I left the property. Couldn’t take a shower or freshen up before the next flight to Mexico. Terrible experience
- 2/5
The air conditioning was rattling all night long even though is wasn't running. The tub/shower ceramic coating was peeling off around the drain. The handrails in the stairwells are ancient and need to be updated to current code. They should have done that when they remodeled.
- 4/5
It’s an old hotel situated right across John Wayne Airport. The location is good and right next to a Hilton. The rooms are okay but a little outdated. Staff is okay too.
- 2/5
Would not stay here again. Worst hotel ive stayed in decades. Rooms smell like mildew. Staff friendly though.
- 1/5
Everything was dirty Had to leave and ask for refund
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
Was great
- 4/5
Bathroom wasn’t that clean. Hair balls in corner of floor.
- 3/5
Rooms are nice. Pool is great. Buffet is the worst I’ve had. Coffee, eggs and tater tots took around 25 minutes to come out. People were lined up waiting for the food. Only for it to come out then run out after the first 4-5 people served themselves. There was water and Tang, not orange juice just Tang. They brought out apple juice once, but no water. The buffet definitely needs some attention.
- 5/5
The breakfast, while complimentary, was poor.
- 5/5
Pay extra for the parking
- 4/5
This was a great location. Great access around the property. There is a lot of potential for the property in the future. Efforts need to be made in the dining area and the outdoor bar at the pool.
- 1/5
Some things in re room, Dosen’t work, and Buffet Not Recommended, Also i don’t understand why they charge Extra the Parking!!!
- 5/5
Very nice. Great experience. Clean and safe. Good location. Breakfast was basic.
- 5/5
A very centrally located property safe, and clean. Breakfast was limited. Everything else was very well. Laid out. Nice pool area. There is no Jacuzzi workout room was a good size with decent equipment. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.
- 2/5
Pillows were very uncomfortable and the Air conditioner made my nose runny and I was not able to breath well due to bad filtration. Free Breakfast was horrible, there was no coffee, the staff doesnt make enough food and it runs out quickly, then you have to wait 30 minutes until they make more. Coffee, tang juice, scramled eggs, tater tots, toast, apples, and cereal is all that they serve for breakfast.
- 4/5
Employees did a great job
- 5/5
everything!
- 3/5
Room has a moldy smell. carpet has stains. bathroom pocket door broken unable to close. ac loud. ice machine on another floor. free breakfast was minimal
- 2/5
Nowhere to eat if you arrive in the evening..
- 3/5
Blood smeared on the inside of the front door. Attempted to change rooms but no one was available at the front desk. Only stayed one restless night but it wasn’t great. Pool area looked nice. Too bad the room was warn out and whoever cleaned it missed the blood smear!
- 5/5
The service was amazing!! Sylvia at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Her instructions to find the room and the position of parking she told us made our stay easy. Santiago from maintenance or engineering was super nice and super funny. These two interactions plus the beautiful pool made the stay amazing. I do recommend staying here.
- 4/5
The location was perfect
- 3/5
Room was clean and spacious. A bit dirty by the pool and had to wait half hour to get pool towels. Breakfast was horrible. Only 3 tator tots and eggs. Parking ticket was tricky.
- 2/5
Shower faucet is not working well and smell of sewage is really bad
- 4/5
The location is ideal - next to gas station, across from Orange County airport. Rooms are okay but no microwave in room and very minimal food options so stay for a night around flying in and out.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 2/5
Was disappointed at the condition of the property considering the area where the property is located. The pool area was run down, outdoor bar closed during afternoon on a Saturday, no pool towels for guest. Had to use our room towels then get them replace by housekeeping. No in-room refrigerator. The room was spacious but had mid-90 decor and furniture. Hallways smelled musty. Complimentary breakfast was cereals eggs and tator tots Areas around the food was dirty. One person working the breakfast area and couldn’t keep up with demand. Dirty tables, food area was dirty with spilled food. Food trays were empty. Wife had a single spoon of eggs. All other warm foods were empty. Seemed mismanaged. The lobby had a food vending machine for warm food. Kind of a novelty but cheapened the hotel experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. They seem to take more pride than the owners.
- 5/5
Rooms clean - the "free hot breakfast" is very minimal - scrambled eggs, toast, coffee.
- 4/5
it was great just a bit of a moist smell
- 4/5
The area is very convenient
- 1/5
A Big big cockroach was on the wall by my bed. Just imagine how my feeling could be that time 😓😨😱
- 3/5
Inability to bring the complementary breakfast back to the room for consumption. The need to have to pay for overnight parking? The need to have to bring the parking ticket issued by the kiosk back to the front desk for validation. Couldn't the front desk provide a validated parking ticket during check in?
- 5/5
Needed room change due to smoke and smell but they were very accommodating
- 5/5
Good hotel, easy, clean, safe
- 1/5
When i booked this hotel I never expected to walk into what i did. The backside where the parking was not well kept trash and overgrown landscaping wasn't very appealing. My 1st room was filthy and had large spiders in the bathroom and bedroom that i quiclky had to dispose of. My wife insisted we change rooms, which we did although our 2nd room was free of spiders but still wasn't very clean. At night the pool was dark and the bar i expected to enjoy was closed and run down and looked abandoned. I spoke to the person at the front desk and she said " Oh we only use the bar for events" which is not mentioned when booking. As for the breakfast, I never expect much from hotels, so lets just leave it at that. I've beem using Hotel.com for all my booking, and never have i had such a bad experience like we did at the Atrium Hotel. We will definitely not be visiting this hotel again.
- 2/5
Pictures and all was beautiful until you actually arrived at the place. Entrance from the street to the hotel was very inconvenient. Hallways to the rooms where old and need some TLC for sure. Has the old dingy smell that some new carpets and paint job will help with. No one ever at the front desk, but when you get someone to help... feels like they're rushing you out. We changed room 3 times, so that should tell you much about the place. The room we ended up with was the best one... even though there where MOLDS all around the tub in our bathroom. Carpets in the room was disgusting, DO NOT walk barefoot on the carpet. Its old and sinks as you take your steps. Worst of all, they do not have slippers for you to avoid walking on their carpets. I love the balcony and wish I can give them a better review.. But it felt like staying at a nice apartment project then a Hotel that cost $200+ per nite.
- 1/5
Room was dirty, limited towels, had to call front desk for additional towels, roaches in the bathroom! Won’t be back.
- 4/5
Its nice
- 3/5
Outdated hotel in need of many updates. Shower had a super slow drain so you end up over the ankles in your own filth after a quick shower.
- 4/5
Bathroom is small
- 1/5
First room bathroom door track was broken so the door was super hard to open and shut didn’t have maintenance on weekends. Second room after coming back from beach and down town wife showered and needed to use blow dryer called and asked for one since current one was broken and that the tv remote was no where to be found they then again wanted to move us rooms due to no services to fix the matter. Called for towels to use at pool and after pool shower the towels where never delivered, over all was a bad experience should have went with the first hotel of choice total waist of money their .
- 3/5
I felt like the pictures were much nicer than the actual feel of the property, beds were comfortable and everything was clean just gave motel vibes so I dont think the listing was super honest. Pool area was nice though. Hot breakfast was was scrambled eggs and tater tots, cereal was Raisin Bran, and there was toast and apples/oranges. I would have liked a little more variety or some meat or something bc it wasn't that good.
- 3/5
There aren’t many good options at the hotel for food but it is conveniently located next to a gas station that you can grab snacks and quick premade foods.
- 3/5
We checked in Friday for a baseball tournament and young lady was super helpful. Our AC was not working properly and one of the managers with funny looking haircut told us there was nothing he can do until maintenance came. I pushed it because our room was extremely hot. Finally someone came and Adam to fix it. Super thankful for him. Also, grab and go finishes quickly and hotel takes forever to restock.
- 4/5
Free breakfast is not great but still free. Property is well maintained, cold ac, interesting tubs, soft pillows and firm beds. Would stay again but they don't have any queen beds for bigger groups.

They include breakfast but had nothing on the breakfast area but a couple of apples

The beds were great. The breakfast was not so great. The atrium needs to work on their breakfast and the quality of the food.

Great location next to the airport and has lots of character!

The actual condition of the place was slightly different from what was shown. The front desk staff were so poker face and made no effort to greet or welcome us. Breakfast was terrible, and the employee responsible for the dining area was so rude, even going so far as to follow us and watch over my girlfriend, which made us feel uncomfortable. Overall, a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this place to anyone and definitely won’t be returning.

Lovely place

Hotel itself was good. The staff at front desk were so unfriendly, also like I was inconveniencing them if I dared to as a question.. But the staff around the place were friendly.

Great place to stay

Lot of rules or does and don'ts, made you wonder if there is a safety issue.

Other than being checked into a room that hadn't been checked out of yet by the previous patron, everything was great.
