Reviews
The hotel reviews indicate a general sentiment of dissatisfaction, with guests frequently mentioning issues related to cleanliness and maintenance. Many guests, however, appreciate the friendly and helpful staff.

- Inadequate maintenance and outdated facilities

The place is ok,the kitchen has 2 electric stove top and a full refrigerator and a mini microwave. Only can cook very simple stuffs there ,no room service ,you only allow one room service per week per request but you can bring your used towels to exchange clean towles at front desk ,the room door need use oil so won't have squky sound and refrigerator make funny sound ,fire alarm was on twice, someone burned something while I was staying there .The bed is very comfortable i like it very much, my personaly didn't like the shower head ,the water sprinkler is weak didn't feel like my body is rinsed well for me ,I have to use the cup or pot to rinse my body .lol , but it is a good location, lots good restaurants near by and watch out dog poop 💩 on grass 😀 oh the bathtub need replace a new one ,lots peel off marks on bathtub wall .

Great location right next to the John Wayne Airport. Good access to buses. A pretty good neighborhood with a lot of tech firms around.
- 1/5
Very dirty ad staff inefficient
- 1/5
The hotel was Very bad smell, dirty room, short staff manger was not there to help. I have to leave and get another room in a different hotel and expedia team was not understanding or comparative and refuse to refund the money. Not recommend to use expedia try to use the hotel directly to get your case solved in a better way.

Mel was great! She upgraded my room! She made sure I had all the cooking items! My meal was great they had everything! I will go again! Bathroom shower needs to be reglazed otherwise excellent,

Disappointing
- 2.5/5
The location was nice with free parking. The listing said there would be complementary breakfast and there was no breakfast. Room was very hot, and hallways smelled like cigarettes.
- 2.5/5
It was close to the airport since we were flying out the next day and it offered free parking. It was very dirty, the room had multiple stains and chips in the tub, broken metal on the window, the door looked like someone had previously tried to break in and the fridge kept rattling all night. Beds were extremely hard.
- 5/5
it was a good experience

Andrew went above and beyond in assuring that our payment acknowledgement issue got resolved The rest of the staff was very friendly and accommodating Thank You!

Exceptional

The landscaping was beautiful. Internet for the TV could have been better. Also light breakfast was served but there should be bowels to eat the hot cereal out of and not a cup. However the room was clean and comfortable. Will stay again.
- 2.5/5
bed was very ... "used". The mattress was way too limp and soft.

The staff at this hotel were wonderful — very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Unfortunately, when I came back at night to go to sleep, I discovered the bed sheets had clearly not been changed from the previous guest. There were pee stains and hair all over the sheets, which was honestly disgusting and very upsetting. After I called the front desk, a staff member did come and change them, but it was still a really bad experience and something that should never happen at a hotel
- 1/5
Very poor

Location and customer service are exceptional! Mel (I think she’s the manager, she was very helpful nice and friendly Hall way was smelly also the room. And for the second time fire alarm was activated at 3am it interrupted my sleep

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Thank you.
- 1/5
The room was not clean and ready during check in. Had to cancel the booking at midnight and looking for another hotel nearby.
- 3/5
I then asked if it would at least be possible to stay until 12:00 PM for a fee, but her response was cold and dismissive. She told me I had to be out by 11:45 AM or I would be charged for the entire day. And I was going to be charged $ 15 for every 15 min until that. Even after agreeing to leave by 11:45 and pay the fee, the staff failed to communicate with housekeeping, and they knocked on the door repeatedly while I was trying to get ready. The breakfast was also very disappointing, with only coffee and oatmeal packets available. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised. For a similar price, there are nearby hotels with much more comfortable rooms, better service, and a far more professional staff.
- 4/5
That said, a few things felt a bit misleading in the marketing. If we had stayed longer, we likely would have wanted more amenities. Having to request shampoo was new to us, even though I usually travel with my own. The advertised “breakfast” was really more like breakfast snacks: pre-packaged oatmeal, bars, and muffins. Also, “coffee and tea in the lobby” was only available in the morning, not throughout the day. The pet area was helpful, but the poo-bag stations were empty, and unfortunately some guests used that as an excuse not to clean up after their pets. Come on, folks! Overall, I’d still recommend it for a simple, clean, quiet overnight stay, but I do think the marketing could be more transparent.

They wouldn’t let us check in an hour early, the room they assigned was dirty, there was barely a breakfast. Staff was cranky and hotel really needs a full remodel.
- 1/5
Gave me a room that smelled like bleach at first which I could not stand. Changed to another room that had a strong perfume smell almost like someone just sprayed it. Requested another room. The 3rd room didn’t smell but had an unclean undertone. Meaning that every surface had a film on slime on top it. It was not relaxing at all and frankly cannot recommend this place. I must say that this had been one of the worst experiences from just sanitary standpoint. I would not expect to find this in Orange County. I highly recommend to the staff to thoroughly check and clean each room and surface and so forth located on property.
- 1/5
Breakfast is a joke. Only coffee and granola bars. Once the coffee runs out, you have no more.
- 4/5
The room itself is ok. The ac is not the strongest. It cooled the room enough to be comfortable, but a little more.chill would have been nice. The water pressure of the shower is poor. When u turn on the faucet in the tub, there is a very strong outpouring of water, but once u pull up for the shower, it is barely a ahower at all. I was on the first floor so it could play a factor but it was really bad water pressure.
- 1/5
room was assigned to me but also to other guests
- 3/5
This location was very clean. The “breakfast” was tea, instant coffee, nutrigrain bars, vending machine type muffins and instant oatmeal. Parking was free. Everything needed to be checked out at the front desk even shampoo bottles. There was NOTHING in the kitchenette, no plates, no spoons no bowl or even cups. The bathroom had one roll of TP per day and no shampoo or conditioner. This place was very clean, but very, very bare bones.
- 2/5
Always out of kitchen sets. Not very
- 5/5
Tv was nice. Staff nice. Easy check in process
- 3/5
No pool
- 3/5
I stayed at this hotel for business purposes. The price was decent and parking was free so that was my main attraction to this hotel. It is a bit of an antiquated property but gives you the basics for a short stay in the area. However, my room was not very clean (floors not totally swept or wiped down as I could see debris and light dust in areas under counters so definitely not a very detailed cleaning of the room) and there was a bug infestation. I would warn others to inspect their room for cleanliness if you choose to stay here as they could do a better job cleaning overall and ensuring "bugs" are not in rooms. The lack of cleanliness and invasion of bugs in the room is highly disappointing and due to this I would not recommend staying here based on that.
- 5/5
They are helpful and everything is just as it says.

Nice staff amazing experience
- 3/5
Room was tidy but floor was in need of a mop. We had babies so floor was important. Everything else was clean. Staff was great!
- 4/5
Staff was excellent! They called the room to make sure everything was in order. I called late in the evening for a toaster and they were out The only suggestion is call early if you need any amenities before they run out. The stay was perfect, the rooms were quiet and the update is nice.
- 3/5
Rooms were clean but very aged and worn down. Staff was friendly. Not very many amenities. Breakfast offered was packaged muffins and granola bars.
- 2/5
Only soap was in the bathroom, carry everything else. No water, coffee or tea. No. Paper cups. Napkins in the suite.
- 3/5
Bed on spindly legs a little wobbly. Long black hairs on bathroom mirror and bathtub. Big Dog barking in room across hallway. You can hear normal conversation in the next room.

- 5/5
Great motel
- 3/5
I was disappointed that staff said all rooms are the same when that is not true. A 1 bed suite did not have a desk. Another room did. Another 1-bed had a reclining chair. The last 2 bed suite had no 1-person couch, etc. I was disappointed that I upgrading to a 2 bed suite because I didn’t want to be on the 1st floor (only 1-bed suite left) and discovered I had no sofa at all.
- 5/5
Quiet, had everything I needed
- 5/5
Quiet and reasonably priced for what you get
- 3/5
It was clean and tidy. A complaint would be that there was no shampoo or soap in the shower. A sign said that we had to walk to the front desk to request it. Annoying.
- 4/5
Hotel staff was great
- 4/5
Staff was friendly, great location, easy parking. My bathroom was not clean - hairs were in the shower, sink and floor. The kitchen could use an update but everything worked. For the price, everything was good.
- 3/5
The fire alarm warning on my door without prior notice (before I checked in) would have been nice.
- 5/5
Room was Nice and Cozy. I would stay again.
- 5/5
Good hotel with friendly staff and good amenities like a kitchen
- 5/5
Very accommodating
- 5/5
GREAT SERVICE AND FRIENDLY STAFF
- 3/5
There was no shampoo or conditioner in the shower. The fridge was rusted out and nasty. The room had an odd smell.
- 4/5

- 5/5
Room service comes in every two weeks to clean so that is good.

Due to overnight transportation issues at Newark Airport, we were directed to the shuttle pickup area. Although the hotel shuttle was advertised as running every 30 minutes, we waited over an hour before it arrived. As a result, we did not reach the hotel until approximately 6:00 a.m. At that point, the room was effectively unusable, as we had no opportunity for meaningful rest before continuing international travel. The front desk check-in itself was fine, but the shuttle service — which was the primary reason for booking this property — was unreliable overnight. Travelers arriving late at night or early morning should be aware of this limitation. I would ask for refund because I could not get use of the hotel.
- 2/5
Staff was excellent very accommodating. Floor in whole room not clean. Outside of tub not clean black with soot. Toy & lighter under the bed.
- 1/5
Got a room with half cleaned bathroom with wet towels on the floor from previous guest with trash can still with trash leftover. No shampoo and soap front desk clerk extremely unhelpful asked her to deliver the shampoo and soap to my room and she refused
- 4/5
Have been here many times before. Room is on first floor so easy to get in and out. Clean and quiet.
- 4/5
Super nice little hotel can cook a whole meal if you want to !
- 5/5
The room was clean, the manager was really kind and helpful during check in
- 5/5
Very clean and maintained and staff was very nice. I got to meet the "famous" Mel everyone raves about and she was super sweet and accommodating to all customers. I just moved from another location in Lake Forest that was the total opposite. So I appreciated the refeshing change since I was paying twice.
- 2/5
Odor upon walking into the room. Burners took a long time to heat up. Peeling paint on refrigerator doors. Peeling paint outside shower. Peeling ceiling paint in shower. Bed not comfortable. Pillows are flat. Flickering desk and night light. They don’t have a stainless steel option for who are more conscious about their cookware. Breakfast option is a joke. Only positive option is parking which is convenient and ample.
- 3/5
The shower got cold after 5 minutes. Ended taking a cold shower!!! Room 113
- 5/5
Always a pleasure clean, economical and pleasant sraff
- 1/5
This was not a good dtay. There were dried paint dropping everywhere and when i went to take a shower, the shower head fixture was broken. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, and would not recommend this place for people with back issues.
- 4/5
Yes, staff courteous and room clean. But it took a while to figure out the in the wall air-conditioning system. And we did not have any in room entertainment due to ongoing work, ? upgrade on it.
- 1/5
Beds are dirty. Kitchen was dirty. Refrigerator was dirty.
- 2/5
Rooms where half ass cleaned. Check in was horrible. And they still charged me on top of way I booked because they couldn't get me the rooms I reserved. They gave me a key to a room that was occupied already and they had the nerve to charge me for an room that has an extra bed.
- 1/5
The kitchen looked like 100 years old very rusted he gave me a different room it was all the same, I told them I’ll sleep in my car before I’ll stay in this rooms They gave me a full credit And went somewhere else
- 2/5
Good
- 3/5
Old interior with a dirty floor
- 2/5
Dirty refrigerator, tv not working, no couch, hardly any room to put my toiletries;
- 1/5
Room was dirty not clean
- 4/5
My room was clean but there was no desk in the room as was stated in the description. Besides that, it was quiet and I had a pleasant stay. It was worth it for the price.
- 2/5
The smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming everywhere.
- 5/5
Great and clean
- 2/5
Water is cold, doesn’t even get to Luke warm, hair in the shower walls upon arrival, hallways smell like cigarette smoke
- 2/5
One of the nastiest hotel chains I’ve ever stayed in and this one was no different. Lobby smells and water in the bathtub came out brown before clearing up after a few seconds.
- 3/5
Good price, kitchen was okay but its good to have for long stays and cheaper then airbnb, the bed was ok but needs more bedding and pillows for sure
- 4/5
If there was one surprise it was that this hotel doesn't automatically stock each room with shampoo and conditioner. You have to ask for it. Also, nothing in the kitchen but again, if you ask at the front desk they can supply plates and disposable silverware for you. In general I would recommend this hotel. There was nothing bad about it!
- 5/5
The rooms make it so you can prepare simple meals they provide kitchen ware and coffee machines on requests helps reduce expenses especially with children and they are pet friendly
- 4/5
Room was outdated refrigerator was gross and shower head was gross
- 1/5
The room had dust all over the place, the bathroom skin wouldn't drain, so I took out the blockage and see it had hair stuck which was causing the clog, the bed was so uncomfortable, upon checking in I asked the reception if it's ok to check out by12pm and he said shouldn't be a problem but in the morning we get a phone call saying we need to check out by 11 and when I told them what I was told they said it will be a $15 fee to check out at 12, no where it says in the description or the guy never mentioned anything about $15 late check out fee, overall just pathetic experience and not worth the money.
- 4/5
Only issue was the floor. There were paint stain and sticky spots, like glue around the bed.
- 3/5
Yes
- 3/5
Very outdated inside the hotel . Looks a lot better in curb appeal. Very cold plain feeling . Would not go back again
- 4/5
The AC, shower, and kitchen were nice, though the property didn't smell great.
- 1/5
The worst place I’ve even stayed at. You could tell the sheets had not been changed, they had stains and hair. I had to request clean sheets from the front desk. Towels had stains and the shower curtain smelled like heavy mildew. We stayed here as an emergency, but I will never stay here again. The only good thing about the place is the area where it’s located.
- 3/5
The staff was friendly enough, but when I arrived I felt like the front desk person was hurrying me. The hotel room that I was given was not at all what I had thought it would be. The beds are uncomfortable. We didn’t get maid service, and had to request toilet paper. When I turned on the water in the shower, rust came out. There was a mildew stain on the drain. The toilet paper seemed used already, not the usual fresh roll you find in a hotel room. It was gross! Then the power went out for minutes, but still. I guess you get what you pay for. I recommend that if you need a cheap hotel, go to a super 8 or motel 6 rather than this Extended Stay. I’m disappointed.
- 5/5
Staff was extremely helpful and kind.
- 4/5
Thank you
- 1/5
I was charged $99;00 for a carry on that weighed 5 pounds
- 4/5
Price is reasonable but there’s some smell around the walkway
- 3/5
The lobby is pretty shabby feeling.
- 3/5
It was clean and safe and quiet
- 5/5
Friendly service at check in. Comfortable room with great kitchen. Very quiet even on the first floor.
- 3/5
Clean room .Pleasant staff .4 th floor hallway smells like Garlic and wet dog Hair .Carpeting needs to be changed ASAP .Front desk staff could smile a little more .
- 3/5
The motel overall was run down, I wasn't expecting much honesty because I knew I was going for a value accommodation. From the outside it looked decent, it is airport close, however as soon you walk in to the lobby it smells like weed. The rooms were very basic, didn't even provide you with shampoo unless you asked at the front desk. The worst part was when I turned on the facuets (shower and sinks) rusty, brown water comes out. The refrigerator was painted white multiple times and was dirty on the outside, the beds were not comfortable either and I really just questioned the hygiene of the sheets. I would not recommend staying here unless you are prepared for these type of issues.
- 2/5
The front desk staff lady was great. Then we got into our room and went to use the bathroom and noticed dead bugs in the bathtub/shower and they hadn't cleaned the floor. There was stuff on the floor, sticky spots, etc. It was gross. I went downstairs to inform them they needed to address it asap while we went out to grab dinner. They said it would be taken care of. We came back and there was long black hair all over the floor and it still wasn't clean. I took a collection of the hair downstairs in a tissue to show them and they apologized. They said they'd be bringing it up with housekeeping. I worked as a maid for 7 years and as a manager. They had no quality control or room checks by the looks of things. It was run down and their continental breakfast was a joke. They had coffee and a few packaged muffins and instant oatmeal. Never would I stay there again.
- 3/5
No more clean in the room,
- 4/5
I would stay there again less the shower. Internet was slow and turned off a little.
- 5/5
I very much enjoyed the quiet and yet convenient locale. The staff were wonderful and professional.
- 3/5
Pretty "tired" property, not well maintained (dirty windows, noisy bathroom fan and refrigerator) and cleaning was subpar when I checked in. However, they did scramble o correct cleanliness as soon as I alerted the front desk. Super nice people, time for a top to bottom maintenance and appliances refresh.
- 3/5
Good air conditioning. Plenty of parking. I felt safe & I didn't hear no neighboring noise. Pretty quiet.
- 2/5
The room was not clean, no working bathroom fan so it was so humid nothing would dry. Hotel is advertised as “recently renovated” but it’s fairly rundown. Overall, a lack luster experience and would not recommend staying at this hotel.
- 4/5
Totally worth it. No complaints. Front desk staff very friendly and smiling. Value for the money.
- 3/5
For a short stay, it gets the job done. Bed is comfortable enough but nothing to rave about. TV works. The kitchenette is nice if you plan to self-cater. There's hot water out of the shower and an ironing board & iron if needed. Kind of in the middle of a bunch of office buildings with the only immediate food being a Carl's Jr. two lots away. Breakfast supplied is adequate for a quick bite but not really a full meal.
- 5/5
Great location. Really nice staff
- 5/5
It was a pleasant experience. Near the airport, UC Irvine, and a variety of restaurants.
- 3/5
It's a very average hotel, can't complain since the price was very reasonable. The TV remote had major issues, no volume control, on/off very sketchy had to plug/unplug.
- 3/5
Dirty floors, dirty shower
- 4/5
Everything it’s okay
- 5/5
The staff was great. Thanks for everything Mel.
- 2/5
One room smelled like paint and the bathrooms were dirty with hair and paint peeled on bathtubs
- 1/5
The room was very dirty, the bathroom has the soap from the previous person. the whole floor was sticky. we have had wear sandals all the time.
- 2/5
Its downtown business district but the naked singer outside was a bit much
- 2/5
It was very dirty and old place. The curtains in the room had holes. The bathroom was dirty and there was hair scattered around. The noise from the AC and bathroom ventilation was extremely loud and disturbing because they were very old. I will never stay at this place again.
- 1/5
Stains all over floor in room, I was sent to a room that was occupied
- 3/5
It was fine
- 3/5
AIRCONDITION WAS TOO NOIZY. AND I CANNOT STOP IT. IT WAS COLD IN THE ROOM.
- 5/5
Was good enough for a one night work trip.
- 4/5
I liked how they provided a free
- 2/5
The hotel smelled like someone was using pot. The room needs to be updated as the cabinets look worn and dirty.
- 2/5
The room was ok. the location was poorly chosen by the staff attendant. We were at #201, right above us were a family with kids running and noisy. Outside of the building, people smoking marihuana, it was stinky. The electrical plug in the bathroom falling off the wall...wouldn't go back nor recommend this place to anyone.
- 2/5
Strange individuals hanging around, Smokers next to entrance and in the parking lot, Terrible smell in the hallways of some rotten cooked food. Felt like the hotel was housing some transients u see the state programs. But the cherry on that cake was a thing they called “breakfast” I’m still wondering HOW can it look this nice from outside and be that dilapidated inside?! Definitely NOT WORTH the $160.00 i spent!
- 3/5
Sheets were clean. It smelled like a smoking room. If we ran the air cold enough, it helped get the smell out. The shower had hair in it. We rinsed it down the drain, but it made our skin crawl. lol The counter was dirty. We just wiped it down. On night three there was a live cockroach on the kitchen counter. We caught it with a cup and flushed it down the toilet. The breakfast is nutrigrain bars, 2 different flavors of instant oatmeal packets, prepackaged muffins, hot cocoa and coffee.
- 3/5
Food left in room fridge. “Free breakfast” sparse pickings
- 3/5
Hotel was adequate but was a no frills stay. Nothing in the kitchen, no blanket, no toilet paper or paper towels, no breakfast but coffee with no cups. Only 1 elevator worked so there was always a wait. Hall carpets were nasty.
- 5/5
O
- 2/5
Tv and fridge did not work.
- 5/5
Stayed there a few times. It’s very close to the airport. Parking is easy and I’ll stay again.
- 3/5
This property is adequate for business or leisure travelers on an economy budget who are fine with very basic accommodations. It’s definitely a no-frills type of property. The location is convenient to SNA airport and UC Irvine. I’ve stayed here many times, and have never been impressed, but also never had a bad experience until my most recent stay. This was related to a specific employee, and I understand that this property probably has difficulty recruiting good employees. The young man with the mustache that looks like a 14-year-old who just hit puberty working the overnight/early morning shift could use some customer service training.
- 2/5
The room had clearly not been vacuumed and the bathroom had not been cleaned. There was hair in the sink and the shower and I was afraid that the beds had just been made and not changed due to those findings. ugh. I did tell the front desk and they gave me a 30% refund which is nice but a full refund was really in order. I won't stay there again.
- 1/5
Do not book this place
- 3/5
Bathroom wasn’t so clean
- 1/5
The staff was not helpful and not good service. The room was not very clean. The door of the refrigerator was dirty.
- 2/5
Just a nope. It smelled, there was hair in the sheets, no shower curtain in the bathroom. It made me feel gross. I couldn’t wait to leave. The room we were given looked NOTHING like the photo.
- 5/5
The staff were very nice! And attentive! Not bad for the price
- 4/5
Bed frame needs to anchor to floor or wall; slides out when leaning against pillows.
- 4/5
good
- 5/5
It was nice for the price.I didn’t like that it said breakfast was served. The only breakfast they have is cheap coffee and baby muffins.
- 2/5
I wouldn't stay here again. Room smelled dusty and whenever any of us used the bathroom the smell drifted to the rest of the room. The bathroom fan needed to be replaced. No fridge in the room. Place was ran like they are used to people stealing everything from the rooms. I booked this place to sleep for the night before returning home from vacation. Couldn't sleep due to the noise-elevator or people walking down the hall. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. At 7am no fruit just oatmeal packets, nutrigrain bars, coffee and tea.
- 2/5
Stayed four days. No house keeping, no shampoo and body wash. Bath towels have to be exchanged at front desk. Breakfast muffins and oatmeal only. Coffee just for morning, but color lighter than tea. Okay room and facilities, otherwise zero star
- 5/5
Low water pressure and not very hot but the stay was very nice.
- 5/5
We wish it was a nicer hotel with a full breakfast. They didn’t replace towels, or supply shampoo or dishes unless you asked. It felt unclean because of stains and wear. The carpets felt very dirty. There was trash in the hall the 3 days we stayed.
- 4/5
Serves the purpose
- 5/5
Excellent location and very safe. Hotel acomodations very good.
- 2/5
Floor of the room was very dirty, even sticky. It clearly had not been washed in a long time. The so-called breakfast was weak coffee, cellophane wrapped cakes and imstant oatmeal packets.
- 3/5
Easy parking Clean room Comfortable beds Big fridge and cooktop Con: The "breakfast included" was a big deception: they had coffee and tea bags. For food there were a few bags with instant oatmeal and some packaged muffins full of sugar No shampoo or conditioner Broken sink
- 3/5
You get what you pay for. Decent room.

Yes, we were very comfortable, thank you. I wished I could have stayed longer. However, financially it was not possible at that time.

Clean and affordable! Spacious as well with a little kitchenette !

Let’s start with the room: • The floors were black and sticky like they hadn’t been cleaned in months—there were stains all over. • The bathroom was a disaster. The plumbing was barely functional—the toilet was clogged and kept running. • Dirt and dust everywhere and mystery stains that made me feel like I was at a strip club. I reported issues to the front desk, expecting at least a basic apology or an offer to switch rooms. Instead, I got nothing but dismissive responses. The front desk clearly didn’t care and made no effort to fix anything or accommodate me in any way. Zero professionalism. Zero hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. If you value cleanliness, basic functioning amenities, or even the slightest bit of respect as a guest—STAY FAR AWAY.

The floors in the room were super sticky and there were crumbs all over the floor under the bed. They didn’t even have an ice machine. The breakfast was stale old muffins and breakfast bar.

Was given a 'special' corner room, but there were no dishes, silverware, or glasses. Didn't matter because I didn't eat in.

Great place to stay for short term or long term.

In room floors were filthy.

Great room

it was just okay. You could tell it's in the need of a refurb. Things in the room were well worn. Burn marks on the counter, etc. But for what I paid for what amounted to 6 hours, and that it was 5 mins from SNA, made it worthwhile

I had the worst experience checking into this “Hotel” I’m to tired to write out all that happened but I was locked out of the hotel-I almost peeped on myself-the room smelled like it had not been properly cleaned, there was random as people walking all night-it say pet friendly but it’s more like Pet Unfriendly!! My dog barked all night due to bad vibes OH!! My husband fell down in the rain the next morning due to No-Wet Caution sign!! Run for the hills because this place is the definition of Texas Chain Saw Massacre it’s just located in Newport Beach!! Whole stay was straight outta a horror movie!! Bye!

We checked in late and then went to room to find out the bathroom was flooded. Came back to complain at the front office to find out that was the last room they had. I paid in full for 5 nights with my Canadian credit card and then she refunded my money. Unnecessarily charged $40 for conversion and then she book us to lake forest location which was another nightmare. Why they accept booking when they don’t have rooms.

Check in process was quick & easy but once you start walking to the elevators, the smell is so bad. It only got worse as you get in the elevator and up. The hallways leading to the room smelled so bad. All kinds of people with their doors wide open, cooking, yelling, dogs barking. I felt like I had just walked into a slum lords building in the middle of new york city. People arguing, music going on, loud ass TVs. I know it’s an extended stag but come on. There were people going up and down the hallways and slamming doors well into 1AM. The room itself was ok. The bed, horrible. Kept shifting and moving all over the laminate floor lol. It just felt so uncomfortable and even unsafe at one point. So disappointed.

But I didn't like about the places that they had prostitution going on and the manager is involved and there were cigarette hole Burns and the sheet and they lied plenty and they violated my Ada rights and I'm going to bring food per part 2 section 504 with a 88 regulations state that I can have my dogs because I'm legally disabled that law was enacted in 1986 it's mandated by the supreme Court and I have recorded him violating my civil rights and I have a case with the department of Justice currently against another hotel for the same exact thing they don't think they they can be food that's it

There was used soap in the shower from guests before me. There were stains on the sheets. The cabinets in the kitchen had black scuff marks all over them.

Didn't like having to go to the counter for everything. It seems like shampoo and a hairdryer should be in the room.

Staff was amazing, easy check in. When asked for something was provided what I needed.

I’ve always wondered what Extended Stay America hotels were like so decided to try one. We were planning on staying a week. Had we not arrived so late in the day I would have walked back out and gone somewhere else but we were tired and decided to stick it out for one night. The place was so dirty! The floor in my room was extremely sticky throughout and when I asked for someone to clean it I was told that housekeeping had already gone home. The young man I spoke to disappeared into the back to find a mop for me so I could do it myself but he couldn’t find a mop so he handed me a towel and told me to get it wet and wipe the floors with it. Ick! I did it because I had no choice. In addition there was trash littering the halls and my room - just under the beds, under the desk, and all along the edges of the walls. To top it off, my sheets were stained. Not dirty, just stained. Also gave me the ick. All the community garbage cans were overflowing, trash and tons of beer cans littered the halls outside people’s rooms. There was a crazy amount of noise fueled by all the alcohol people were bringing in. This place will never see my family again.

The beds were not stable , non carpeted floors

Stated there was a brekfast included and that was not the case; coffee and wrapped muffins

The price was good. Our room was clean it had a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. But I walking to our room the halls had debri so did the elevator. Also the bed in the I room moved around it was not bolted down i have had better stays at other places better night sleep. Also breakfest was just coffee, murffins, Nutri-Grain bars and oatmeal.( If that bothers you)

The room was ok. I requested two beds and they gave me 1 bed and were unable to meet my needs until the following day. The grab and go breakfast was scarce and the second morning there was nothing but instant oatmeal. I went at 7:30 and the coffee was empty. I won’t go back.

We can’t believe this kind of hotel is still existed. Very old and dirty, they said they are on remodeling process but we don’t think they will. Hotels.com please take them of your listing. It’s nothing good about them and we don’t want to recommend to anyone.

No shampoo but otherwise fine
