Friendly staff, very clean room, nice breakfast & convenient shuttle service to airport.

But they offered all the seats to the airline crew, and we couldn't take a ride to SNA, ended up paying for an Uber. Wish they offered reimbursement.

Upon arrival I was the only one checking in but had reserved two rooms. The two on duty staff members each took a room and sped up the check-in time. Both were friendly and worked very well together. The hotel was clean and quiet. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you!

It is conveniently located for SoCal activities and the Santa Ana airport Clean; great breakfast; and comfortable bedding/room; bar during the week We’ve stayed twice and have not been disappointed!

Were looking for a place close to the Airport because we had a early flight the next day. This fit are needs. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable and the staff welcoming. Pretty much what you would expect from a hotel near the airport I arrived back at the hotel in evening after a day at Disneyland. We had an early morning flight so we started to prepare our luggage and electronic devices so that everything was ready for the next day. Of all the outlets and USB ports in the room (including the augmented lamps) only 2 outlets worked and NONE of the USB's did. We had to MacGyver our electronics, plugs and cords in order to meet our charging needs. Not something I wanted to do after a long day at an amusement park. It was one of the most frustrating experiences. I told the front desk person in the morning and he did comp me the parking fee. But still if you are going to offer charging options they should work.

Breakfast appreciated. Beds were not comfortable compared to other sites and many hotels we’ve stayed at. Appreciate the kindness of the staff and them accommodating a roll out for our son. Overall it served our purpose for our family of four.

I wish I could give this hotel 10 stars. It is definitely Hilton-class, with a spacious, beautiful room artfully decorated and classy everything. Wish we had been able to stay more than one night, but we were on our way home.

The only down side was the sliding door on the bathroom, whose handle overlapped the frame and drew blood. Just be careful and enjoy all of the other amenities. Love it.

The pool was unheated and therefore not usable. I was very favorably impressed by the helpfulness of the staff who helped me get back to the hotel after I turned in my rental car. Everyone on the staff was helpful and professional..

Great hotel for a comfortable, no frills stay. Condition of the hotel is excellent-new and fresh. Room was very clean. Breakfast bar not fancy, but plentiful and better than comparable hotels. Staff weren’t overly friendly but attentive. I could hear the people above me walking around.

Everything was great, if I could say 1 negative thing it would be that the size of the room was a little smaller than I expected, but other than that they had everything we needed and the place was clean and quiet, the area around it seemed well kept and safe, and I’ll stay there again.

I do not understand why I there is a $30 parking fee when there is no garage or security gate and plenty of parking spaces! I think the hotel chain should disclose these charges to prospective guests before they make a reservation.

Half of the USA were under a severe weather warning with thousand of flights cancelled but they still made their money and didn’t accepted to cancel my reservation due to exceptional circonstances. Poor customer support and service.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very conveniently located to the airport and lots of restaurants and shopping. Our room and the hotel were very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were assigned a room on the ground floor near an exit which made coming and going easy.

Hotel was good but the fact the company supports ice and I could had been detained any moment didn’t leave me at ease and couldn’t sleep the entire time

If you have the option - stay here when flying in and out of SNA. We originally booked at a nearby hotel in the same parking lot but swiftly left due to safety and cleanliness concerns. With my very tired family in tow, we were checked in within 5 mins and on our way to hot showers and a very pristine and clean room. The staff here is amazing, they know hospitality and the importance of a “grace note”. Breakfast is always great with lots of options, and they have coffee and tea available almost all day, along with ice water infused with cucumbers and lime. Just top notch all around.

The bathroom sliding door is not user friendly. It keeps bumps into a wall of open closet. We needed to push the sliding door out in order to slide the door to open. Needs management’s attention. Otherwise, the one night stay was fine.

Breakfast had more options than the average Hampton. Room was ok and staff friendly. Main downside was the front entrance to lobby being so close to the street. If someone is temporarily parked at the entrance then you cannot get in and may block the main street. I wish the entrance had more space to drive through.

Marco at the front desk was extremely helpful and truly emphatic to two stranded travelers during the Thanksgiving break. He was so understanding and was able to find a room to accommodate my mom, who couldn’t walk far from a long drive.

Saad (shuttle driver) to airport was very nice and helpful. Room 112 shower water doesn’t drain well and floor stays wet.parking location was good but parking rate is a bit much for self-park. Some Front desk staff have no name tag but mostly nice. The breakfast selection was super and the meal crew was friendly and quick on refills and cleaning tables.

Bath towels were not as bad, but subpar for a quality hotel like Hampton Inn. Back in the latter 1900’s and an early 2000’s, when I was traveling extensively all over the country, for work, Hampton Inns always had quality bath linens. Always above average!

It was a short drive to/from the airport and there were a few restaurants within walking distance. My only complaint is the $30 per night parking fee. However, most hotels in this area charge parking fees.

Had a great stay! Despite it being next to the airport, it was not noisy at all! The room and hotel was excellent and very well maintained and clean. The breakfast was really good for a hotel, and it was complimentary.

I liked everything about the property except the ridiculous parking fee of $30.00 for one night in an unsecured parking lot.

Lovely hotel and shuttle drivers. However, the room was too cold. I stayed on the third floor out of five stories. The guests in the room above me were quite heavy-footed throughout the night, making it very difficult for me to sleep.

We've stayed here before and were very happy with the Breakfast area in terms of cleanliness and attention by staff. This stay was very different - the area was quite messy each day and most days the food was not maintained by the staff so many items were empty while the attendants stood by chatting with each other. One day I had to ask for Orange juice, more potatoes, and more milk all within about 3 minutes.

Had a minor inconvenience of toilet not flushing on our first morning, Room 229. Good thing we had our kids in another room so we were able to use theirs. Maintenance came and fixed it quickly as we ate breakfast. Also, would like to give kudos to the front desk overnight staff. It seemed like a whole bunch of teenagers or young adults returned to their room next to us at 1am and were so loud for almost an hour and it got even louder it was keeping us up. When we called the front desk to kindly ask them to be quiet, the staff was extremely prompt and firm on their warning.

But I don’t like staying on rooms we’re accepting pets I was leaving in the morning and I saw a girl whit a dog uring on the floor

We liked the property overall, very well located, the staff was amazing, we loved Angela! However, the pillows could be improved.

For the area this hotel is considered luxury. However the food/breakfast is mediocre. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful unless it’s late then you can’t find anyone. My kids had a blast and honestly it wasn’t that bad they could clean a little better found last customer hair

This property was great for my stay-central location in OC and close to airport-Only issues for me were-ac/heat wasn't very consistent and walls are a little thin so could hear noise in hallways and in room above me.

This is a great stay for anyone doing business around Irvine/Santa Clara area.

The breakfast was good every day. The staff are very nice. The hotel has free Wi-Fi. The cleanliness of the room was just okay.

Stayed here with my kids they loved the pool. The Staff is friendly and the rooms are nice and clean.

Also, there was an abnormally long wait for the elevators between 7-9 am Sunday morning-maybe only one was in service.

I like them,and Their behaviour, i checked out 1hour later due to my classes and they allow me to 1hour late check out nicely.

The hotel staff were friendly and went out of there way to help.

Did not expect to pay for parking. Even then the rate was too high.

This is our new spot for staying when we go to visit Irvine. We’ve tried a few other hotels, but figured out this is the best value and location for us.

Our room was very quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly, even letting us check in a little early. They scheduled for their shuttle to take us to the airport the next morning. We have no complaints, and if we needed to stay in a hotel close to the airport there again, would definitely choose this one!

The fridge in the room was turned off so I turned it on to store food. The next morning I opened the fridge and was like an oven! The fridge was overheating and all $50 worth of food was spoiled. The bed was very creaky and semi comfortable. Would have expected better quality

I like the front desk staff. I would like to thank Emilie for the best hotel experience ever! I wish all hotels have the same front desk staff like Emilie. The hotel room was not bad, but needs some cleaning walls in the bathroom look dirty. It looked like the had renovation but they did not work on the walls ceiling of both the bathroom and the room. The smoke detector was off and needs to be tightened but it was working fine. The sink in the bathroom was not draining properly. Overall, it is a good hotel but needs some light work.

Great hotel near Newport Beach and airport. Brand new. Very clean. Close driving distance to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Stayed here multiple times and it never lets me down. Super clean and easy to get to the airport UC Irvine OCC and Newport Beach. Breakfast is a plus also.

Quick overnight, departing early the next morning from John Wayne airport. Property is conveniently located to airport, quiet, clean and comfortable. Morning breakfast was; there is not a restaurant on property, but many with a 2 mile radius. The hotel offers airport shuttle, something which has all but gone away.

We were in the area for a family reunion. The location was perfect. Not too far from our relatives and very close to the airport. Plus the hotel offered a shuttle back to the airport.

Then there was a knock on the door from a couple who again tried to get into my room at almost midnight asking if there was a suitcase left in there. It startled me, and I assured them there was nothing in the room. If you left something in the room after you checked out, shouldn’t you have gone to the front desk to ask if there was an item that you left behind instead of coming up to the room you were in to try to get in? Overall, was a beautiful space and I enjoyed my stay. Except for that little hiccup, which was very interesting.

For the price in OC AIrport area, it is the best value of any we have stayed at. Accommodations were real good. Only complaints were the pool needs to be heated and the elevator is slow and you are constantly waiting with many others and STAFF. Need a 2nd elevator just for staff.

We ended up at the wrong Hampton Inn Airport hotel and for some reason the front desk at the other hotel allowed us to check in.

The only negative was that only 1 elevator was working the entire 4 days we were there, so it was a bit of a wait. We had a dog with us and our room was on the 4th floor, so it was a hassle when we needed to take the dog out for his business. The parking was full one of the nights, but after talking to the staff, they moved a hotel vehicle and gave us the parking spot.
