Such a nice and relaxing hotel, absolutely loved it! The rooms are very clean and modern. Loved the pool area, very relaxing and spacious. The staff all around were extremely helpful and attentive.

The hotel faces the 405 FWY and the noise is awful. The breakfast included in our room rate was limited to two choices and not very good. Room service asked to make up our room at. 11 am per our request and never showed up and when we returned to our room at 3pm we had to call again. See above. In addition the room was small with a tiny closet and two drawers and the bath was so small the two of us had to take turns.

Expedia was terrible! I tried to cancel this reservation as the company I Work for did another reservation on my name, and surprisingly I couldn’t make it. There was always a system error every time I wanted to cancel my stay. Of course that was until I had to pay for cancellation.

Every time I use Expedia and stay at this hotel, I always get a room by an elevator. I asked not to have one, but they told me it was the only room they had left. Also, my room was not very clean with dirt and hair on the bathroom floor. No extra toilet paper. Not the best day I’ve had at this Marriott.

Staff was wonderful, Parking was secure and the rooms were clean. A beautiful hotel with plenty of amenities.

Unfortunately we will not be returning to the hotel. The staff at check-in was not friendly at all. The fee for parking is ridiculous. The rooms are really small. The beds are uncomfortable. We booked an hour for the Top Golf suite and we lost 10 minutes of time due to no staff member letting us in. Once we were in, we were told that a server will keep checking in on us for drinks and food after our first initial order and not once did someone check on us. We ended up leaving early since we were hungry and left the hotel to eat elsewhere. It’s really unfortunate because it looks like a great hotel and seems to have great amenities but it just wasn’t a great stay for us

The shower had a really low ceiling, which was odd. I liked the place but the problem was the room service. I order pancakes and bacon for my daughter and they tasted awful. I had asked for crispy bacon and it was soggy. I called the front desk and i was sent another breakfast. I received fluffy pancakes which looked fresh and not as if they were in a freezer. The bacon was crisper, but the taste was still horrible. The bacon tasted like they fried in a fryer.

Good hotel for family stay.

Room was very dusty and the safe didn’t work. Biggest gripe is they put charge of nearly $1200 for deposit when it should have been $250. I pointed this out to the front desk on the first day and was told it would be corrected immediately but it was not corrected until one week later — after I checked out.

Room good - too little storage closed dimutive. Wife did not like it. Marketing should make clear larger rooms are available ( maybe promotion ? When we go again will check into larger room wit more storage for longer stay

Honestly this is not a high end hotel but they sure make you feel like you are. It’s very clean , staff friendly. Pool is clean , jacuzzi is pleasant Pool is open until 11 pm. Also they have a game zone ( ping pong , Atari , Pac-Man ) both kids and adults enjoy , restaurant and bar open late. I really do do enjoy this hotel.

Overall is good but the bathroom is too small. They need a fan in the bathroom! They have too many events at the same time; therefore, there was a parking issue both times we were there.

This is a convention hotel that is perfectly located near the John Wayne airport, and within driving distance of the beach and Disney. For either pleasure or business, this location is great. The food options in the hotel are good, with more options within walking distance. There is only paid parking which is the only downside as the cost is a little high, but it is almost offset by the convenience of the location.

I liked the place the last time I stayed. Unfortunately they were completely inconsiderate this time. Worst 130 euros I have ever spent and suggest everyone to stay elsewhere.

AC kicks on every five minutes and is super loud. The elevator was out of service and had to walk down six flights of stairs with my luggage. The bathtub was leaking the entire stay.

Isamar, was fantastic, and really made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. 5+ stars.

The stay at the Marriott was comfortable, very friendly staff greeted us when we arrived offered bottled water and also took the time to look up my Bonvoy account so we could have complimentary wifi during our stay. Hotel lobby was clean, inviting and spacious with several cafes and a restaurant located convienently by the front entrance. For those who are interested they have Top Golf as well inside the hotel within the lobby by the pool area.

This is the 'hidden fee' hotel! $45 a day parking, $15-$20 a day in internet access, and a mandatory $60 a night 'deposit' even if you don't intend to actually spend anything/room service with the hotel. The hotel is busy, crowded and the rooms as average. There are SO many better hotels around for less price including with the same hotel brand.

I stay here frequently and the last two times there have been issues in the hotel rooms. Last month the toilet was not functioning and a couple of days ago the TV was not connected for streaming. I had to wait both times for someone to come and fix these issues. I do not know why the maid service does not report issues or check the TVs.

The hotel itself was great! I was quite disappointed they did not have a microwave in the room.

Love the stay room was a bit smaller then expected and the parking pricing was a little steep but over my stay was comfortable and check it was a breeze

I stayed at this property before when it was first remolded and it was nice! Since then, the upkeep has declined. You can see visible dirt marks on the wall. The mirrors were dirty. Our toilet wasn’t working upon arrival and our iron totally obliterated when trying remove the cord from the coil.

The staff at the Irvine Marriott were amazing, especially Lucio from the hotel restaurant. We would highly recommend this hotel for any family.

Now that I live in San Diego I stayed here one night after attending a baby shower in the area. Hotel rooms are okay nothing special…. Unfortunately if you are a light sleeper like me you will hear EVERYTHING. So many doors are opening and closing at late hours. I found it very odd to have a drop ceiling in the bathroom with no ventilation….

Nice views. But outdoor pool isn’t warm enough to swim when it’s chilly out. Heard it was heated so disappointing

Staff was incredible. My only and major complaint was the “queen” beds were too small and not very comfortable. If I had other suggestions it would be a fire place in the lobby and also the fire pits outside don’t work well because the flame is too far from the seeting.

This is a great hotel to stay at. We were there for an event the next day on property, and it was so nice being able to just go downstairs the next morning. The ac worked great and the room was clean. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 is because there were children running up and down the hallway yelling and pulling on doorhandles until around midnight. We didn't call down to complain or anything, but it was very annoying.

Every staff member was exceptionally kind and helpful, from check-in to the impeccable service at the restaurant. The food was outstanding, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The gym had a Peloton, weight machines, and free weights—better than most hotel gyms. We will definitely stay here whenever we're back in OC for work.

It was a quick in and out day, but definitely enjoyed it! I loved the fitness center!!!!! Updated machines and so many options and clean!!! My favorite part.

Nice hotel

Only disappointment was the construction right at the pool area. It was open, just not aesthetically pleasing. I also called to confirm they had a fire pit and I did not see one, maybe I missed it? Either way , I didn't get the chance to use it. I love the pool and hot tub hours and the comfort of our beds.

I baby sat my grandkids on Saturday 25th:so i checked out of my room and moved in with them#1402. I order dinner using the QRCode. Very sissapointed that the kids menu, which offered hamburgers & quesadillas,told me that they were not acailable. If they are not available, they should be taken out of the menu!!! Then i ordered a.n iced tea and got none. But i paid for it. Then i asked for a cesar salad but got no dressing for it. Got 2 container of parmessan cheese but no dressing. I tried calling the restaurat but nothing. I tried calling the front dest but nothing. Technology is great, but the QR order screen has no space for reporting thing wrong or missing in your order. Maybe someghing could be added to the QRCode set up that if your order is incorrect you can otify the restaurant and they can fix the issue.

The room rate was a good value. My only complaint would be the cost for parking. At $42/day, I chose to park elsewhere. Fortunately I had that option. I would have considered a different hotel had I not had that option.

Perfect location to stay. Can go north or south to the beaches. Lots of options to dine at. The beds were super comfy!

The information on Expedia did not match availability at the hotel. I paid extra for the m club and the featured amenities were not available at the weekend during our stay. The breakfast was not 4 star standard and boring. I thought I was in a 2 star hotel. I would not pay extra for m club again.

I didn’t like paying $42 for parking. Whatever you don’t make up with a decent room rate you make up with the parking fee. Disappointing.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. We had a mobile key to our room but walked in on another family at 11 pm. Once we got a new room, there was a huge pile of hair in the shower. The staff were friendly but didn’t offer much to address these issues.

was at room 302, the toilet hard to flush, and then the shower has no hot water, I have to re-dress and call the front desk request room change, said some one will come up deliver the new room key, 30 min later, no one come, I went down ask for help, the front desk said there is no one check in at 302, after giving my name said was at room 406
