My go to is the Embassy, I will choose one over most other hotels because I like the amenities and the setup. This one not so much. First off the parking is awful. You need to scan yourself through a gate and park in a parking garage that is not connected to the hotel. Therefore you’re dragging your suitcase literally up the ramp to the hotel since the other choice is hauling it up stairs. Yes you can park in front to check in and out if there is room which there was not. The hotel is old and kinda run down. The couch in my room had seen better days and the cleanliness of the room was marginal at best. One square of TP left so I could immediately change the roll, water on my bathroom floor, toilet not super clean. And I’m generally not a picky person. Later that night I went to walk in the bedroom and slipped and fell in water from the fridge. It was all over the floor. I called down to the front desk and they wanted me to file and incident report since I slipped. I said I would rather find out why I have a pool on the floor. Maintenance came and said it was melted ice since they unplug the machine and someone left ice in the fridge. Didn’t help clean the water just left. Oh did I mention the grate that covers the furnace was not attached to the wall and one corner was hanging out and if you had a small child or walked too close I hope you had your tetanus shot. I’m really disappointed and will not EVER stay at that location again.

But the staff was amazing room service was the best and not to mention it was just a very convenient location for me to stay super quiet. The breakfast in the morning was great.

My stay was amazing!! We are a family of 5 with young children and it’s our new favorite hotel. We will be staying here any time we’re in town. The staff were so friendly and accommodating when I requested for a lower level. I had forgotten her name but I’m so glad she mentioned the hotel perks when signing up for Hilton rewards like free parking and WiFi. The room we had was a one bedroom 2 queen suite. The room was very spacious. It came with a pull out sofa bed, mini fridge, and microwave. There was also free breakfast buffet which also had an omelette station! We still can’t get over how beautiful the hotel is. Thank Hilton for an amazing time!
- 5/5
Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was amazing
- 4/5
Good restaurants within walking distance. The person at the front desk when I arrived ignored me for several minutes before another person came out and immediately helped me. Front desk staff the following day were very nice.
- 5/5
Good location- on site parking extra$$- room nice and clean. Breakfast is good- only issue is coffee not available 24 hours.
- 5/5
Great breakfast! The room was really big enough for a family of 5

Great place to stay. Breakfast was great too though would have liked it to be available till 10am during the weekdays too.

Could be a bit cleaner, I found used lotions behind my door and the room isn’t vacuumed well. You can tell they just clean around areas.

We asked for towels and an extra pillow on two different nights and never received either. It was a very busy weekend for the hotel but we ended up not getting things we asked for multiple times.

I liked the omelet. The sink in our room was not draining down. The ac unit in our room did not have air coming through to the bedroom. For the price we paid we were expecting a clean pool and jacuzzi. Very disappointed that all it had was a pool and it was not maintenance. The water looked dirty, towels were everywhere, people's left over food was all over the seats, and again no jacuzzi for the size of this hotel and price was a disappointing. The breakfast lines were horrible and had no structure as to where the lines should go. The omelet lines were ridiculously long. People should get what they paid for not turned down because staff wants to make sure they close breakfast down before 9am. Kids were running around everywhere and the breakfast food always ran out. There were not enough seats and people had to wait to sit and eat.

What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Excellent breakfast, excellent customer, service, excellent landscaping, fun little pool, great location!

Great place to stay. Rooms are a bit dated, but extremely clean and well maintained. I had my dog with me and there was some nice places to walk him surrounding the hotel. Would definitely stay there again.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Staff for bar and food were really nice and helpful. Had problems with mobility van with ramp/handicapped parking spaces. They have a lot of handicapped spaces, more than most, but still had trouble snagging one after coming back from dinner. Desk clerks were okay but not great in assisting with the problem.

The suites were big and spacious. It was very clean. Parking was easy. The staff was nice, the happy hour was a good deal and the breakfast was great. My favorite place to stay when I’m in the OC
- 5/5
We've stayed here 5 or more times now and each one has been pleasant! When traveling with younger kids it's so nice having the bigger separated rooms that give them a little more independence! The same goes for the breakfast each morning! They've got plenty for everyone to get something they like, and as early risers we couldn't ask for a better way to start! We will continue to book this property for any stays when doing something in both OC as well as LA

The room was clean and spacious, the food was delicious and I liked that my car was protected in the garage. The only downside was the $37 parking fee each night.

Beautiful lobby. Courteous staff. Old, lumpy mattress gave me an extremely sore back. Have never slept on such a horrible mattress. Also, TV situated on opposite side of room. When in bed one has to twist head all the way to the left to watch TV. Also found print over toilet disturbing. ( Photo attached)

We had a later check in and our AC wasn’t cold at all. Kids were tired and by the time they slept it was too late for us to call engineering. I let the front desk know the next day and it was just an “I’m sorry”. No attempt to fix it or offer some sort of compensation. Sleeping in a warm and musty room is very uncomfortable. With all the hotel competition around I can tell you we probably won’t be coming back here.

Non transparent overcharging of over 380$with no clear explanation and no incidental holds of 50$per day were returned in any form as promised.I won't be back.
- 4/5
Great hotel. Parking is expensive.
- 5/5
Updated and clean. Good food for breakfast and restaurant. Great staff and convenient to freeways and airport and UC Irvine. Highly recommend
- 3/5
We were appalled at the cost charged for parking. $37 a day is almost 1/4 of the room price we paid. We were very disappointed at this unexpected cost. Probably won’t choose this hotel again.
- 2/5
The Ac didn’t work. I had to get moved to a new room at 11pm. The new room air conditioning was still not cooling down. Paying over $200 for a room. I would think the AC would work properly. It was a bummer.
- 1/5
Our room was dirty. I don't recommend that room. We never found the pool, and there were multiple parties with teens all throughout the property the whole time we were there. We were not comfortable and tried to check out, but they charged me for the room anyway, even though we were not there.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast has so many great options.
- 4/5
Room was great. Air conditioning didn’t work which sucked. But good other then that
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel, amenities and location!
- 5/5
We only stayed at the hotel for one night, so we were unable to utilize all the amenities that were available to us. Our room was small, but it was comfortable. We had a good night’s sleep and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

The room had uncleaned marks on the walls in spaces that should have been cleaned. There was spilled coffee under the mini coffee bar area of my room.
- 5/5
Embassy Suites is always excellent. We always look to stay at one when possible. Staff was very friendly, check in was easy.
- 5/5
I was hoping for a jacuzzi. Free late lunch snack and breakfast buffet were average. Our family of 6 enjoyed the large eating/ sitting/ lobby space. Parking was convenient. Good location to access stores and restaurants in the area.
- 1/5
On the second day of our stay we received a knock on the door around 8:20am on Saturday morning from someone that kept saying they were security. I walked to the door and before I could open it they had used their key card to open the door. I asked what the employee was doing and he said sorry he didn’t hear me and left. I then called the front desk to report the incident and they said I had called about a tv not working and he was maintenance staff. I never called about a tv not working and I asked then why did he pretend to be security. The whole thing was odd and made us feel uncomfortable. The front desk could care less about my concern. I tried to reach the GM Jonathon and he never replied to my text message. The creepy thing is my girlfriend had been in the room all day by herself the day before while I was out with clients. A hotel staff member posing as security and entering our room made us extremely uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Suite was spacious, room services daily! Negatives pool is extremely cold and too small. They also need a hot tub.

Not worth it. Dirty ghetto and no amenities. The pool was dirty and not usable.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, good breakfast, great location.
- 5/5
CLEAN! Hotel is beautiful and the room was fabulous. Staff was very courteous and friendly.
- 4/5
Breakfast options were great. The facilities were kept clean. When asking about complimentary airport shuttle from the hotel, I was told that I need to arrange my own as the driver was on lunch break. I was surprised by 1) no backup driver 2) unwillingness to arrange rides for customers. This was the first time I experienced this in a Hilton Honors hotel - ending with a not so pleasant note.
- 5/5
The stay was great! Thank you

From the time I checked in, I was greeted by the front desk staff who had a great attitude and welcoming spirit about her. The property was kept well and the atmosphere was family friendly. I traveled with 5 kids, my husband and myself. Everything was kept well and clean. The breakfast was one of my favorite parts. Buffet style and offered a kitchen staff that made additional type breakfast fresh off the griddle of course there was a wait but it does warn the times of when it’s the busiest & we so happen to go mid busy to the busiest times. Overall great place to stay, clean, family friendly, loved the indoor pool, gym and good front desk service.
- 5/5
My stay was excellent! And yes, the breakfast lived up to the hype.

The room was clean, breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.
- 5/5
the staff was very nice. Good accommodation, breakfast, amenities and location.
- 3/5
The staff were polite and courteous. The room was acceptable; however, the doors were quite old. The bathroom door and the closet doors opened toward each other and would collide if opened at the same time, which was inconvenient. While the room was clean upon arrival, housekeeping did not service the room during my three-night stay, no cleaning, bed making, or garbage removal was provided. Although breakfast was included with the room, the quality was very poor. The selection was extremely limited, and the ingredients did not seem fresh or of good quality.

Clean room, nice lobby, restaurant area
- 3/5
Room was nice. Hotel is great. However, we asked if we could check in a couple of hours early. They said our room was ready but we would have to pay $75. I have never been told this at any other property before. Usually if the room is ready, hotels are happy to offer you the room early. We had been traveling and just wanted to put our stuff down before attending our event.
- 5/5
The only complaint I have is that one morning as we were rushing to meet up with friends, some guests (the university of Hawaii female sport team) parked their cars on the exit lane at the main entrance, waiting for their students to check out and get into their vehicles. The entry lanes were also full of cars, so we were stuck there for a little while. Fortunately, one of the entry lanes got cleared up, so we got out that way. If this happens again, please direct them to wait for their students in the garage or somewhere without blocking other guests. Their strong athletes can push their suitcases to the garage like everyone else. Thank you!

We stayed recently in room five one four. My wife opened up the blue wool blanket from the closet and placed it on the couch. It wasn’t until the last morning that she had detected a bug crawling on the blanket section that was over the right arm armrest. She had killed the bug, we kept it, and I notified the front desk at checkout. I informed them that I would be getting this bug tested. Once home, I emailed the operations mgr and front office mgr. I reported said incident and informed them that I would be notifying the OC DPH. The species testing results identified the insect as a bedbug. In further follow up conversations, the operations mgr informed me their pest control company inspected the room, but did not detect any evidence of an infestation, and the company performed some spot treating. The OC DPH technician had gone in and inspected, but did not find anything. To all the guests who do choose to stay, if you have a similar incident, resist the urge to inform the front desk / hotel mgmt. First and foremost, inform the OC DPH at seven one four, four three three, six zero zero zero, or you could file electronically and upload pictures to https://ochealthinfo.com/services-programs/environmental-health/report-issue-or-contact-us. Let them inspect first to confirm the findings. This way the hotel doesn’t go in, treat, and destroy evidence. Let OC DPH find evidence so that this hotel will be held accountable. Tip: avoid all this & stay elsewhere.

No shampoo in the bottle. No coffee in room as advertised. Room smelled musty and there was mold around the bathroom countertop. Not to mention the restaurant closed at 10pm on a Friday night.

They have an AC problem in their facility. The room was too warm and I called the front office and they sent a technician to fix but that didn’t work. I then changed the room and it felt okay at the beginning but over night it was too hot inside like the first room.
- 1/5
Rude staff, uncomfortable rooms, and poor service. We were not allowed to use the lobby tables to eat food we purchased due to a restaurant policy, despite the restaurant being closed. The rooms were hot and smelled unpleasant. Very disappointing experience.
- 5/5
It was nice. The room was spacious and clean. I like the high floors. I would definitely go back to this hotel.
- 1/5
I was charged an additional $136 and was never notified by the hotel why I was charged. Was never provided any receipt of the charge

Friendly staff, big and comfy room, great free breakfast!

Room was dirty, I found trash under bed from the previous guest, door lock was broken, old and dated.

No exhaust fan in the shower and it made it very miserable while getting ready. The staff at times was quite rude when we asked for help. (Not front staff)

Great stay very nice hotel in the business district. Allowed for our family of 6 to enjoy the time and rooms large enough to accompany our family. Loved the complimentary breakfast!
- 5/5
Enjoyef time with staff. Everyone was conversational. Not the fanciest place by any means but it was clean, my suite was large, and the big screen tv in the badroom was a nice touxh.

Horrible specially the front desk
- 5/5
Everything great, breakfast needs turkey or chicken sausage not pork only
- 4/5
Room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the lovely atrium w plants & waterfalls. Room service and breakfast was wonderful. Being centrally located in Orange County, we appreciated being able to travel to many locations quickly. We will b staying here again. 👍
- 4/5
Front desk staff was very helpful. Bartenders were awesome. Made to order omelets were delish and nice breakfast selection. Bed and pillows were comfy. Hotel is a little dated and could stand to be updated. A couple restaurants across the street but everything closes at 10pm as does hotel restaurant. We were told we didn't have to reserve space on hotel shuttle for ride to airport which ended up being incorrect. However the shuttle driver made a special trip to take us. Much appreciated!
- 5/5
Excellent services and staff
- 5/5
Everything went as expected. I don't understand the need for a parking fee when in an industrial area with no other businesses open after hours on the weekend.
- 3/5
Feels like Las Vegas.
- 5/5
Check in was fast and they gave us a goodie bag with 2 water bottle. Parking is extra $37 that you can pay at the hotel. Room was clean and ready and pretty quiet at night. They had a great breakfast with made-to-order omettlet station, hot tea, coffee, juice, hot menus (scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal), cereal and fruits. It was a beautifully decorated property and we loved every single things while stayed. Recommend to everyone!
- 5/5
The room and the hotel was really nice and well maintained
- 4/5
Room was spacious, simple but clean. Fulfilled a need nicely
- 4/5
Fresh breakfast was awesome!
- 5/5
rooms are nice and spacious, I love that you get an extra sitting area. I didn't remember my passwords to any streaming apps for the TV so we were constrained to the free channels they provided which were limited. the evening reception is just ok, its a nice bonus that other hotels don't offer, but it's basically crackers, fruit, chip and salsa that was way too spicy to enjoy. for beverages I think it was one or two beers that was on tap and any cocktail you wanted with the cheap variety of alcohol provided. The selection reminded me of the stuff you get when you are underaged and don't know any better, but it's better than nothing. they do provide discount food from the menu but I feel like since it's half the price you only get half the food. I ordered the deep fried coconut shrimp and a loaded chicken quesadilla, each was around $18 on the menu but paid $9 happy hour price. It was 5 shrimps on a bed of spinach with dressing, and my son said the quesadilla looked like it was from the kids menu, so glad we didn't pay full price. However, the restaurant is good. We ordered food the day we arrived. It was late and surrounding restaurants close at 10. We ordered a burger and french dip, both came with fries, total without tip was close to $50. There is a laundry facility on the first floor near the pool which is also a nice bonus. It's $4 per wash load and $2 for the soap. I hang dry our uniforms so I didn't see how much the dryer was, probably the same price.
- 5/5
Great room
- 5/5
Pay attention, because parking its not free,or 15 $ a night,is almost 40$ terible experience with that
- 3/5
Some stains in the room, on the sofa bed and in the bathroom. Most staff were friendly and helpful but some of the restaurant employees were rude. Overall experience for our kids was nice.

The room was clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was delicious. Staff was awesome!
- 5/5
All in all, we had a wonderful weekend at this property. This is our 3rd stay here and it's predictably excellent. Thank you, staff.
- 4/5
Clean room and good staffs.
- 5/5
Michael at the front desk was welcoming and provided excellent service.
- 3/5
The room was lovely, however the voucher they give you upon check in for happy hour drinks was unusable because many of the non alcoholic drinks were unavailable. The pool was filthy and the food from the restaurant and breakfast was not good
- 5/5
Nice staff Bed super comfy/ pillows/ blankets Room felt very spacious for a family of 4, has microwave, sink, mini fridge Parking was ok, $37/ night parking fee, no entrance to the hotel from the parking garage. I hate paying for parking if I am already paying to stay there.
- 5/5
Nice room and great amenities for guests. Snacks and two free drinks per night were amazing perks.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
The staff were helpful and courteous
- 5/5
Clean room. Good breakfast options and parking was easy.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Irvine Orange County Airport The location? Meh. Parking $40, because apparently your car needs luxury accommodations too. The building is modern, sleek, and updated, making the price feel slightly justified. Drinks are outrageously priced; two free bottles at check-in, after that $5 each. Hydration optional, wealth required. Rooms were strong: clean, separate living and sleeping areas, comfy beds, and TVs everywhere. Bathrooms? Forgettable. Shower move on with life. Check-in staff were excellent—flexible, accommodating, even rebooked rooms so ours were adjacent. Checkout? Standard. Amenities underwhelming: indoor pool not warm, no jacuzzi. Gym yes! Highlight: BREAKFAST BUFFET. Full spread plus made-to-order omelets—enough to emotionally heal all other hotel misgivings. And finally… housekeeping. Please, for the love of privacy: HANG YOUR DO NOT DISTURB SIGN. Housekeeping entered our room between 6:30–7:00 AM, no knock, no “hello,” and almost caught my wife and me in a moment that did not involve room service. Extremely awkward, completely unacceptable, and definitely screams staff needs in-service training. 7AM C’mon! Final verdict: Modern, clean, comfy rooms. Amazing breakfast. Overpriced drinks, cold pool, no hot tub, and an early-morning jump scare courtesy of housekeeping. Would stay again—but only with my DND sign taped on like it’s protecting state secrets.
- 4/5
I was just pissed by them charging me $37 per day parking. I wasn't aware of it until I saw my final receipt after checkout. Felt little sneaky on their part.
- 4/5
It was nice
- 5/5

Breakfast options were limited and the wait time and space to sit and eat are extremely limited
- 1/5
Breakfast wasn’t that great overcharged for Parking the room smells bad. It’s not clean, but the staff are nice.
- 3/5
Staff was nice. The breakfast was good. My only complaint is that everything is needs to be updated. The indoor pool is cool but needs an update and the rooms could us

- 5/5
Absolutely pleasant / stayed on the 10th floor. Absolutely, amazing views of the mountains rain and snow quiet wonderful staff. Excellent free breakfast wonderful experience.
- 2/5
As the staff was clearing the breakfast supplies, I asked for tea and a woman by the name of Jenny replied "you have been down here for a long time" and walked away. My daughter was standing ahead of me and chose to address Jenny after the room was cleared. My daughter told her that she was rude in her response to me, rather than offer her the tea as she should have in the first place, Jenny lied and said she did in fact get some tea and gave it to me. My daughter had asked one of the men in the kitchen after they had closed, Eric, and he was polite and without even hesitating walked over and pulled out the tea tray and let her choose what she liked to have. Needless to say, we are aware that some guests can be rude and ask for too much or demand a lot, but simply asking for two tea bags as the tray is getting put away is hardly demanding of such rude behavior or response.

- 5/5
Staff friendly and welcoming great breakfast near airport
- 4/5
Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was fresh and had omelets. The beds weren't great, very stiff
- 3/5
The air does not work. It only went down one degree. The beds are not comfortable at all. The only good thing is it is quiet and not a lot of noise
- 5/5
Amazing hospitality food and roo.. Tha k you!
- 5/5
The hotel is great, rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly. Loved our stay
- 5/5
Checkin staff was so helpful in upgrade and knowledge, discrete in sharing room info while others were around waiting to be helped, which is important for safety while traveling, cleanliness and welcoming lobby. Hotel feels safe getting to room with no hidden corridors
- 1/5
Disappointed. 0/10
- 5/5
Clean room, great breakfast, quite stay.
- 5/5
nice staff, good breakfasts, clean rooms
- 5/5
Rooms are very clean and modern. Lots of space.
- 5/5
The room was very nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
- 4/5
Local and good
- 4/5
Property was remodeling so not all the rooms were up to its potential.
- 5/5
Felt like we were "away" even though we were in rhe heart of High Rise
- 1/5
We were in 2 different rooms and was bitten by bed bugs both times.
- 4/5
Room was clean but pillows were awful. There was no ice in the ice machine on our floor.
- 5/5
This facility was perfect for our trip. Clean, close to what we were doing, and quiet. Great breakfast as well!
- 5/5
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, the room was very clean, and the staff were all very friendly. The pool was also easy and convenient to use. I would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Parking price is a bit much but other than that everything was wonderful.
- 5/5
Everything was great.
- 5/5
Scotti was amazing from check in on. We had a great stay. We will be back.
- 4/5
Clean room, nice staffs and good breakfast. Expensive parking.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly fast check in and out.
- 5/5
The staff was professional and attentive to questions. The hotel was clean and the breakfast wasn’t exceptional!
- 3/5
Kind staff. Need to redo the bathrooms
- 2/5
The facility has been redone in part but the bathtub, and the faucets and toilets are old and broken down. The heater did not work in my room
- 5/5
Love staying at Embassy Suites. Great value and love the breakfast. We did enjoy the UCSD location more. Had a much better variety for breakfast and the pancakes and waffles were fresher.
- 5/5
Love love love the breakfast! Everything is always clean and smells so good! The bed is so comfortable, and it doesn’t look run down! Love coming to this chain of hotels!
- 5/5
My daughter and I stayed at this particular Embassy Suites due to the fact I was recovering from surgery and it was near my surgeon's practice. The hotel was very accommodating to my situation - they accepted packages for me that were shipped in advance and the staff knew my situation. We were able to book a 2 queen bedroom suite on one of the lower floors and away from the elevator. The fresh cooked breakfast is always appreciated and the chef was able to cook me an egg white omlette to my preference each morning. The on site restaurant that offers room service was very welcomed. There is an excellent Italian restaurant right across the street that we can recommend.
- 5/5
The location for traveling around Orange County was great. It’s just blocks away from John Wayne, 15 minute drive to Newport Beach, 5-10 minutes to popular malls & close enough to Disney. Would highly recommend this property.
- 3/5
* Friendly staff, * very nice included breakfast. * $37 a night parking is extremely annoying. * Two bottles of water which they present as a huge compliment is almost mocking guests. room (612): * clean and comfortable room * had flickering lights. * Bathtub was clogged
- 5/5
Convenience was great, staff was friendly, breakfast was great
- 5/5
Front desk staff professional and helpful. The restaurant has a good menu, food was excellent. The cleaning staff was very courteous and helpful, always said hello and/or good morning.
- 5/5
Clean room, staff are nice, food is v. good
- 5/5
Everything is great
- 5/5
Staff was super friendly, everything was clean.
- 4/5
The staff is always friendly. Scotti checked on us the minute we arrived, the bar service was excellent and the overall customer service made our stay enjoyable.
- 5/5
Omelette station was awesome for our kids. The variety for breakfast was great and replenished as needed for the guest.
- 5/5
Beware parking is very expensive. It’s not included. Made to order omelets.
- 4/5
Most of the front desk staff wete truly great. My flight arrived late and they made sure I got a free Lyft to the hotel. The airport shuttle had stopped running-----I was exhausted, hungry with an early day day the next day. The front desk person stayed on the phone with me until my Lyft arrived. When I gor up to my room it was freezing cold! I went back down to lry the front desk know. The new person pn shift switched my key and placed me in warmer room ASAP. The food and service at the small bar/restaurant was also excellent. Food was piping hot and very tasty. WHY JUST 4 STARS I only gave 4 instead of five stars because the gift shop/food area next to the front desk doesn't have many healthy grab and go food choices. Even the granola had red dye 40 in it! It:s So Cal after all! Some whole foods (ie apple or banana or a couple of ning there, so choices were limited (they open at 6am). Its Free so I didn't make a fuss when the omelet kitchen was still closed after 6:15am. I left the way I arrived-----hungry. My flight was early and ftont fesk called the shuttle driver to take me back (its less than a 7 minute drive from the hotel) to the airport. I said 'I can call a Lyft". The front desk person said "No he can take you" . When the driver came to get me there were no bags for him to carry. Instead of saying Good Morning or staying silent, he reprimanded me for taking his shuttle early instead of hashing it out with his coworker.
- 5/5
The check-in staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the facilities were well maintained. The breakfast was great and the omelette chef did an amazing job! My only complaint would be the pull out bed needs to be replaced. I know that pull out sofas aren’t the best, but the one in our room needs to be replaced.
- 4/5
Service is ok, no one come to clean our room for 3 night stay. But after we asked for clean towel, they come fast. Room is clean and spacious. Bed is not good quality, pillow is not in great shape.
- 1/5
Woke up in the morning with several bed bug bites all over my leg
- 5/5
Everything was great and comfortable
- 5/5
Clean staff was very nice
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable and the breakfast is decent

This was my 2nd time staying here and once again it didn’t disappoint. Every single staff member was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned and maintained daily. I will be a return guest.
- 3/5
The bed was okay comfort level, the A/C made loud reoccurring banging noises, and the parking charge was outrageous!
- 5/5
Hood
- 5/5
The breakfast was delicious and the front desk was very professional.
- 5/5
A/C had a hard time keeping the room cool after showers. Other than that I’d still stay here again in the future.
- 3/5
Breakfast and the staff serving were quite good. Had difficulty with shower that stopped working and needed to take a bath (as a less desireable option). Sink was pretty clogged up and the room on my 4th day was not cleaned and bed not made up even though I was gone for the day from 9 am till 8:30 pm
- 5/5
We enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and good food
- 4/5
The only problem was the pool was closed for several hours for cleaning.
- 5/5
They have wonderful front desk and kitchen customer service. The room was clean and comfortable for a family of 5. We will definitely stay here in the future.
- 4/5
Conveniently located.
- 5/5
Checked in with my family, the staff were great, the cleanliness of the room were great. The breakfast included was a bonus! Buffet option. The space in the room has enough for 5-6ppl. Will definitely come back!
- 1/5
Very bad
- 4/5
I’d originally have rated our stay a 3.5 out of 5 ... but Scotty and Alyssa at the front desk completely changed that. They were honestly two of the most amazing staff members we’ve encountered anywhere. Despite long lines and a stressful situation, they stayed calm, kind, and professional, making every guest feel respected and cared for. Their positive attitude and genuine effort turned our experience around. Scotti and Alyssa, you two rock! You turned my 3.5 stay into a solid 4.5. Thank you!
- 1/5
Everything was bad horrible experience.
- 5/5
Clean room, cozy
- 4/5
Erika at the front desk was great! Helpful and very polite
- 5/5
Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Could use some updating in the rooms for the living room area (couch and chair were outdated but that was minor to us, as we didn’t use them). We couldn't hear people in the hallway or above/below us so the quiet was appreciated. The area is nice and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Property grounds were well maintained. Inside common areas were clean. Breakfast was great with a variety of options. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
The property is nice clean and quiet the receptionist was annoyed and it showed when the parking rail broke not letting us in the self parking garage
- 5/5
Perfect
- 2/5
It’s a shame because the room was really nice.

- 4/5
Front staff very accommodating at check-in/checkout. Great location. Conveniently located to either John Wayne or LGB airport always enjoy their breakfast.
- 5/5
I stayed at the hotel so that I could take a 9 hour test away from my busy, loud family. The room was very quiet, although in the early evening I did hear some noise from the downstairs restaurant area--but not a lot. The sitting area in my suite was spacious, the table was almost the size of a desk, and the fridge, microwave and coffee maker worked great (one cup at a time--I brought my own grounds and filters so I could drink it all day). The bed was very comfortable, the TVs worked great, and the couch was fine--not amazing but fine. The hotel's hot breakfast was satisfying. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel (with 2 free drinks per person at happy hour), but I don't think anything outside is within walking distance. There is an indoor pool and a small gym. You have to pay to park there, which is annoying, and the sheets were very wrinkly--not necessarily like someone else slept in the bed, but it's possible? They were very wrinkly, hopefully just not taken out of the dryer in time. Oh well, it was really comfortable and nice. I would stay there again.
- 4/5
Expensive
- 5/5
I have a soft spot for these classic atrium-style hotel layouts. NOTE: Expensive parking is expensive.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great.
- 5/5
The breakfast is, BY FAR, the BEST in the industry! When I travel, Embassy Suites is the my 1st choice. When you stay at this location, in addition to the free breakfast, each guest receives FREE drink tickets in their lounge area that includes hors d’oeuvres.
- 5/5
Clean Room
- 4/5
Its a old hotel. Disappeared with the reception hour. Poor snacks and plastic cups. Hopefully breakfast will be better.
- 5/5
It’s a very, very nice hotel. Some of the furniture is a little bit old like from the 70s, but the rest of it is very modern and very very clean.
- 5/5
All was great
- 3/5
Nice breakfast with omelette station. Hotel was busy over the weekend and sound travels up through the atrium to the front living space. It did quiet down by midnight.
- 5/5
Good property all around. Nice and clean. Staff friendly and helpful
- 3/5
Electricity went out all day of one day of our stay. No accomidations were made and really put a damper on my schedule. They were very unsupportive at the front desk.
- 5/5
Staff welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is great.
- 5/5
Great staff, very comfortable and very nice room. Exactly what I needed after a long day of travel! Highly recommend
- 4/5
love that we get to have breakfast in the morning.
- 1/5
Bath room shower is just hand shower so could not take bath. Refrigerator is not working and hence spoiled my all food
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Safe
- 4/5
The hotel had no power until 7:30 tonight, so check in was tough for the staff.
- 2/5
They let the guests know on Saturday that the power would be out most of the day on Sunday, they shut the power off at 9AM and it was not restored until 7:10PM that evening. The hotel did not offer any refunds to the guests for the major inconvenience. Sadly this will be the last time I stay at this property.
- 4/5
Great for the family
- 3/5
Hotel was experiencing a power outage when I checked in which meant I had to get dressed for a function in the dark with no AC. When I returned to the room later, the power was on but the room was 80 degrees. I couldn’t sleep and tossed and turned all night before it finally got cold enough to sleep. Worst stay at an embassy suites ever
- 5/5
They had a leak in my room they told not to worry about it but the leak got worse
- 4/5
This hotel is very nice and clean. The bed is uncomfortable, my husband and I sank in the bed and it was not able to move without sitting up first. The bathtub had a very strong rubber smell. Other than the hotel is really nice.
- 4/5
Dining option is very limited. Breakfast is not old Embassy Suite any more.
- 2/5
Pretty bad. Old, worn, tiny, cramped room, saggy mattress, AC struggled to cool the room. Will not choose this hotel again.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great!
- 5/5
We had an amazing stay, the staff’s are very nice. The hotel is very clean and peaceful. They also have a lot of walking distance restaurant outside the hotel.
- 4/5
Good location near the SNA airport. Close to the 405 freeway. Decent place, large rooms, decent internet and good places for dinning near by. Overall a good stay.
- 1/5
The room was very dirty, like they didn’t wipe anything down.
- 2/5
Everything was good EXCEPT the swimming pool water looked gross. I chanced going in it because my daughter was really we excited about a swimming pool and I got a skin infection that I'm still dealing with 11 days later. The dermatologist thinks I got it from the pool.
- 4/5
My room was hot someone came to fix it however the air did not stay on. My kids wanted to swim but said the pool looked dirty so they didnt. The pool was the reason I chose this place to begin with. I would also recommend your sales team to not stop by every table during breakfast to get people to take trips or become a member really bad timing.
- 3/5
Front desk in the morning had too much attitude. Probably because it was too early for her or didn’t get that much sleep
- 5/5
None
- 3/5
We checked into our room and the room was not made. There were trash all over the place and feces left in the bathroom. Worst place I had ever stayed at.
- 5/5
We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area. The whole staff is amazing, but I want to give an output to Michael he is very good at his job and was so friendly and helpful and always smiling.
- 5/5
We stay here while we’re in the area and it doesn't disappoint. The cleanliness, the service, the quality of rooms, and the parking are top standards. Thank you!
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay
- 3/5
They gave us the key for the wrong room. Waited 20 min and had to go ask about it. We were exhausted after flying all day. When we walked in hardly greeted.
- 5/5
Great Hotel. I will be back next month.
- 5/5
Great bargain
- 5/5
Over all it was GREAT... Only negative response is that one of my vents wasn't working so it got hot in the room... I got a fan for the mean while n the next day, they got me a different room...
- 5/5
It all was amazing!!! I’ll be back for sure
- 5/5
They need more parking for guest.
- 5/5
Really clean and had a good breakfast
- 5/5
Hotel is great. Too bad the parking is sooo expensive. Extra cost hidden when you arrive at the hotel
- 5/5
Excellent service
- 2/5
Loud noises all night long;something in the room got black marks all over our bodies and belongings; both TVs were barely working. Would not stay again.
- 5/5
I would stay here again. Thank you,
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Very good for the price. I will definitely book again
- 5/5
I highly recommend this hotel, one of mine and my husbands fav hotel.
- 5/5
This is my preferred hotel when in the Irvine area. Great hotel and staff
- 5/5
Embassy is the best choice for a family stay! The couch that pulls out as a bed comes in clutch for a family of four on a budget and the amazing breakfast with made to order omelets are always a must for us all! There was a small leak on our toilet but their maintenance team was on it right away! Can’t wait for our next stay with Embassy!
- 1/5
Found a dog poop in the corner of our room, they tried to make it right and accommodated us to a nicer room. Honestly the rooms all have lil bit of grime, house keeping really just cleans on the surface cuz there were candy wrappers and grape stems underneath our bed and sofa on the “new” room. We appreciated the solution though and tried to forget the dog poop incident. On check out we realized we were missing items since we switched to 3 rooms during our stay. We called from desk only for Karen to be rude and tell me “to better not leave my stuff behind anymore” lady had the audacity to scold me on top of everything. Only great thing was the area was safe and the omelettes. Other than that housekeeping was awful, and Karen was truly scum of the earth. We won’t be back.
- 5/5
Emma 8/16/25, and the front desk staff who checked us in 8/14/25 were so awesome! They all helped make our stay so much more enjoyable. They were so attentive, and very professional and always w/ a smile!
- 5/5
Excellent stay
- 5/5
We had a nice stay here. Great experience.
- 5/5
I like the plants and waterfall and breakfast.
- 4/5
Check in process with Karen was very efficient and she was so kind and pleasant. It’s nice to be welcomed after a very long and busy day.
- 5/5
Really cute design! Staff was very kind and the breakfast was not half bad! Really enjoy our stay, would recommend for anyone on a quick trip!
- 5/5
Great stay. Clean, staff was friendly.
- 5/5
A good location, friendly staff, famous breakfast, and good quality rooms
- 5/5
Karen is a very kind, helpful, compassionate person and would be an excellent manager or trainer for reception staff. The gentleman maintaining the pool was also very kind and compassionate. He also has great management and/or potential for training new hires. Do you have a formal Hilton employee training program?
- 5/5
Very clean and large rooms. Would recommend to anyone.
- 5/5
Food was good
- 5/5
Great area
- 4/5
The downside to the hotel is the large atrium that extends upwards in the center of the building. It is beautiful, but if anyone is loud in the atrium, it carries throughout the floors. Highly recommend asking for a room far from the atrium.
- 5/5
This was one of the loveliest Embassy Suites we’ve been to…modern and super clean. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. TV’s in both rooms were huge. I did not like the mattress nor pillows. The water pressure was low
- 3/5
The location is in a very quiet clean area on Irvine. Check in went smooth and easy and the parking garage was very clean and close to the from door. The only bad thing about it is that when I walk in to my room I could smell humid like not a good clean smell. Most of the furniture had a lot wear and tear. Couches and carpet were visibly dirty. The other bad thing was the breakfast staff. There were not friendly at all. Not one staff made me feel welcome. Overall was an okay staff it could of definitely have been better
- 1/5
Poor customer service, dirty furniture, broken shower top nuzzles. And was reported to the front desk, nothing was done, management didn’t care. we like to travel, and sometimes we encounter hotels with bad costumer service, but never like this one😡 very bad experience.
- 4/5
The walls were very thin. I could hear my girls laughing, talking, and when having to use the restroom next door . . . and vise versa. Please incorporate vents in the restroom for better ventilation; otherwise, rooms were clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
love the breakfast
- 3/5
Food was not good...very noisy...property old
- 3/5
Property is very clean and tidy. Nice breakfast each morning and facilities and room were clean. The exercise room and pool were also very nice. I was disappointed due to the staff charging me for two extra nights that I didn’t use because I booked with Expedia with wrong dates. If you book with Expedia you cannot change your reservation in any way so make sure it’s right.
- 5/5
Amazing service!
- 4/5
Clean, staff were friendly and nice area. There are various spots for dining near. Also, easy access to the freeway. Did not get to swim in the pool but it was clean and a decent size. Free breakfast was served every day.
- 2/5
Room 806 was dated and dirty. We had to change rooms in the middle of the night due to water backing up into the tub and smelling bad.
- 5/5
Great services.
- 5/5
Great stay. Loved having the separate room. The free Happy hour and breakfast were icing on the cake.
- 4/5
.
- 5/5
This hotel was very crowded but very accommodating, clean, and spacious. I would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
I have always loved staying here. I just wish that their parking wasn't so expensive. $37 per night isn't exactly cheap. Also their happy hour drinks and snacks could be better.
- 5/5
Wonderful experience!! Food amazing!! Ordered the steak and wanted to kiss the chef!!: )
- 5/5
Wonderful experience!!
- 4/5
Its good
- 5/5
Great stay.

It was great stay
- 3/5
Looks great we had 2 Rooms one was great no issues but the other one was not se clean stained sheets and a pretty big spider also upon checking in there was a huge water bug in the hallway
- 1/5
Stolen bag which was thought to be a secure area with no cameras
- 5/5
The location was great, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The dining area nice and inviting.
- 5/5
Staying the weekend for a wedding and accommodations were lovely. Nice hotel, location and space.
