Room was clean. Breakfast options were varied. Hotel laundry was great, one dry cycle is always appreciated! Staff were all super nice. Kitchen had settings for 4 people (with lots of cups), 2 different sized pots and pans, and even 2 glass containers that saved the day for leftovers. Fridge was nice and cold. But the sofa bed is not recommended.

The facility was very cozy with a nice bar and relaxed tasty breakfast. Our coffee pot wasn't working and the grout in the tiles in the bathroom was starting to look a little dingy, but not too bad. The layout was like a small big city apartment- a nice change from your typical hotel space. Parking was pretty convenient and the location was easy to get to.

We booked last minute due to chemical explosion evacuation in Garden Grove last Friday . 2 hours later we arrived at the hotel , the front staff told us they didnt have our reservation even though we showed them confirmation from booking.com. They didn't try to help . Just plain simple we don't see your reservation we don't check u in. U have to talk to booking.com yourself. It's like taking to robot. No feeling no empathy or en effort to try to find solution. We were too tired to even argue so we went back to our car and tried to call booking.com only to talked to AI. We sat in our and gave up and decided to go back home. The front desk came out and suddenly tried to help by saying I will check u guys in and we will charge u the same price as shown on booking.com Here we go. He got his humanity back as we almost drove away. This could have been handled better from beginning with understanding and little empathy for paying customer in this urgent situation like this.

We got the double queen suite and there was so much room for my family. It was amazing.

Nice, clean, comfortable room! A little surprised that we were charged a parking fee even after the description said parking was covered when we made the reservation. Saw a sign posted when we were checking out that this was "new" within the last month or so.

The rooms don’t have bathtubs. The pork sausage for breakfast was kielbasa. Staff was friendly.

The room was clean and spacious. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and we were able to check in early. Our bathroom door came off the track and when we came back from lunch it was fixed. The bed had a slight down hill slope to it and the sheets were a bit scratchy.

Breakfast menu was recently good. The eggs were not quite fresh but the overall breakfast was nice. Hotel is very clean appears almost completely. New service was good.

We were so impressed for this price point. The staff was so great and accommodated our extra needs traveling with a big group for a wedding. We were so grateful. The breakfast was well done and the hotel was so clean. Definitely would stay again!! Great access to freeways and airport as well. We didn't use the airport shuttle, but what a nice amenity.

Perfect, everything about this place is excellent. From the Staff to the carpet. Bed was extremely comfortable. Water pressire strong. They only had decaff in the room but the breakfast had everything. Breakfast starts at 6 am which is great for the time zone travelers. Will look to stay here again. Great price Sunday going into Mon.

I initially booked a 1 night stay for a weekend getaway. I decided a few days prior, I wanted to stay an extra night. They were able to message me and informed me I could book another reservation for the additional night and they would make sure I stayed in the same room without having to check out, which they did. Upon check in, you enter the lobby which has a large variety of seating and a bar. They do have a happy hour menu which I thought was great. They do also offer complimentary breakfast in the morning. It looked pretty popular by the amount of guests that would pop in for breakfast. The room itself was clean, spacious and I loved the whole kitchenette. They have a a small gym that is available 24 hours, and a pool. Parking is $28 per night, but given that you are literally central to everything, I didnt mind it at all. Usually in the mornings you hear vacuums going and the commotion of room cleaning going on, which can make it hard to sleep. I didnt hear a thing! I also love that you need your room key to enter the main entrance at night. Just a bonus security feature. Everything about my stay was great. I would most definitely come back!

We were met by a nice, neat, and clean property both outside and inside. The hotel staff was courteous ands friendly. The room was well appointed with all the amenities we needed. The complimentary breakfast was a nice buffet with a variety of choices. We eat on the healthy side and we found good options get breakfast. The kitchen staff was very helpful and assisted my need promptly. I would return again when I’m in the area.

The breakfast is gross

Room was clean so was the bathroom. Loved the blackout curtains. The breakfast buffet was my son’s favorite part. Bar was nice and had ur Bartender Steve remembered all of our names and conversational. Gym was nice and clean great machines.

The staff was a bit uninformed about the amenities. When i asked if the room had usb hookups they said yes all over the room. There was usb hook ups only on the clock. A better attitude at the desk would have been nice. Breakfast was mediocre at best. The oatmeal ended up being the go to. I usually stay at the hilton. I will from now on.

The rooms were excellent, very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and I was surprised to find a kitchen in our room it was so nice and had everything you could ever need if you made a meal in the room. Best experience 10/10

The room was not ready upon check in at 3pm due to room not cleaned, staff never notified us when room was ready due to a system error” so we did not end up checking in until almost 8pm.

This is my new Irvine hotel. It was clean, room was nice and there is quiet time from 9pm to 10 am. Although I could see car lights on the road below my 3rd floor room, I didn't hear the cars. The breakfast had lots of options.

The hotel was clean. The bed wasn't very comfortable: the pillows and blanket were all lumpy. The sofa folded out into a bed... terribly uncomfortable!!! The bathroom didn't have any toiletries/vanity items. The breakfast wasn't hot and didn’t taste good. The service was extremely unpleasant.

The Hyatt House Irvine was very clean, with a comfortable bed, great view from the room, and a large selection for hot or cold breakfast. Very friendly staff at the front desk.

I totally loved this place. Its super clean, the room's layout is different and really cool. The breakfast is great. The pool is nice and the location is perfect. The only downside is the parking fee.

The room is big

This is one of the cleanest hotels I've been in as of late. I have this impression because you constantly see staff cleaning. Even after breakfast the place looks like before the rush. The studio suite was spacious and had a range and college sized refridgerator with separate freezer. The staff from front desk on was welcoming. I wpuld recommend this to families as well. The pool is overlooked by the gym and gets sun only to the mid afternoon in the summer so you can enjoy the nice Irvine weather without too much direct sun.

I have made numerous trips to the area and found Hyatt Irvine the best option overall. There is a kitchenette in the room so I take advantage of the local Whole Foods and Mothers Market to have small meals in the room before or after a busy day.

Despite our attempts to adjust the settings or even turn it off, the noise persisted. This has been a frustrating experience, especially since restful sleep is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel. I cannot recommend staying here to anyone seeking a peaceful and relaxing stay.

The heater/AC fan was so loud very difficult sleeping

Since we were just visiting for a quick appointment in town we didn't rent a car for the visit so didn't explore the area. Though it was a last minute booking -- we chose it for proximity to airport, courtesy shuttle option and complimentary breakfast (early flight) -- we were more than pleasantly surprised with the property. Everyone was so nice at the checkin. Room was very clean. A little stain like a marker was on our blanket but it didn’t bother us, the bedding and mattress were so comfortable. Definitely would come back here again. We love staying at the Hyatt Houses. I must say though the parking here very affordable because other places they are just to expensive.

I stayed here for 2 weeks to recover from surgery! I know more about these rooms than anyone lol. The rooms are basically spacious apartments and even though they have free breakfast, I chose to cook my own food in my rooms kitchen. The staff were so sweet and helpful especially Lou! Housekeeping would check on me and organize my dishes, they didn’t have to do that. There’s even a little walking area across their parking lot if you want a walk or to walk your pets. Overall I felt safe and at home. Thank you!

It was an older hotel. Carpet was older, rooms were smaller than newer hotels. No luggage racks, had to request, and only a few hangers. Not the Hyatt stay we are used to really.

We spent four days at Disney and then came to the hotel to spend one night before flying home. It was exactly what we needed. Clean, calming, and low key . Really great squishy pillows! Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, with nice soaps, shampoo etc. 10/10 would recommend!

My stay at Hyatt home was swell. Everything was smooth sailing from check in to check out. Clean, staff are hospitality, breakfast is pretty good, quiet area and just overall very comfortable. I would definitely book again.

Pretty new, nice and clean. Easy access to business. Quite area at night even with close proximity to airport. Much nicer than Nearby Crown Plza which really needs an update.

My family of 3 stayed here for the night. The property is well kept and is a short drive to a lot of restaurants. The free breakfast isn’t bad at all and offers the convenience for all travelers who have an early flight. This hotel is 3 miles from the airport but I did not hear at all airplanes passing by. I would definitely stay here again.

It was nice that they had their own parking garage due to the small amount of parking spaces around the hotel.

Upon arrival the older gentleman who checked us in was passively rude. He acted as if he was annoyed with us, it was odd. Other than that interaction, the rest of the staff were amazing and helpful. The pool was the perfect temperature and I was lucky to have it to myself while I was there. The rooms were clean, accommodating and they felt spacious. I loved that they had a water filling station on the bottom floor, on top of all their other offerings. Overall my party had a very enjoyable stay.

Outside sounds at night like loud cars could be a dealbreaker for some!

The room was nice and spacious. The main thing that stood out was the personnel. Every person who worked there was so nice. I had not had such nice engaging people from every dept before. The least personable was the front desk they were nice. It was nice having an outdoor seating area off the dining room was very nice to have with small kids and not one used the area but us. It was a nice patio.

The staff (front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance) are super friendly. They’re hands down fantastic! The hotel, itself, needs updating. The carpets need cleaning, lots of dirt stains. It has seen better days. The bed mattress needs replacement. Ours would sink down. The pillows have no support. Need to be more firm. For $219/night, I had expected a high-end room suite. My suite was not high-end. Definitely needs a lot of TLC.
