    I have gotten a room there a couple of times, the laundry room has been broken both times and that is one of the amenities that I looked for when booking the room. And there was never enough room for parking.

    The "orange juice" was definitely NOT orange juice! And tastes horrible. Undrinkable. Staff was not friendly. Even if you can't speak English, a smile or even a nod would be nice. I booked this hotel because I expected a good, pleasant breakfast.

    This is an older property in need of renovation. It is pretty beat up, but you can tell that the staff works hard to keep the property clean. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast area is nice, but the selection is just okay. Also, they have Fox news blaring in the breakfast area. I don't think anyone needs TV on while they eat breakfast considering most of us have mobile phones.

    We’ve stayed here two years in a row while participating in a softball tournament, and we will return. The beds are very comfortable and rooms are really clean. The area is quiet and safe. You can walk to McDonald’s and Cookout. It’s got easy access to I-40. Breakfast is good and well-managed. There’s a very nice indoor pool and adequate parking. Also, fresh cookies are available near the vending area. They’ve added a Folgers coffee machine which makes great coffee. It’s accessible all the time. Will return.

    Location was good. Breakfast was good. Room was clean, but a little outdated. Our keycard never worked. Every time we returned to our room, we had to ask to be let in. If there was a line at the front desk, we had to wait. We were told it would be fixed and it never was. It was a simple fix, the batteries needed to be replaced in the card reader and they never were.

    This hotel is very ran down. It would be perfect for a haunted house. We had roaches in our room. The handle on the sink was barely holding on had to push it in to adjust the water temperature. I told and showed the man the picture of the roach and he said he couldn't guarantee that it wouldn't be in another room.

    We got a dirty room first- leftover food in the fridge & hair all over the bathtub walls. We went downstairs & asked for a new room. Was put in a clean room, but the toilet ran constantly. We had plans so stopped at the desk on our way out to ask maintenance to go fix it because I wouldn’t be able to sleep with a toilet going constantly…just to be informed that there is no maintenance. The front desk lady was so hateful and rude when I just asked for a refund to go somewhere else. Definitely will not be back.

    Our room was clean and the breakfast plentiful. The staff are friendly. Those are the positives. Our room should not have been rented. The walls were significantly water stained, The carpet was worn, torn and stained and the curtains were stained. The beds and bedding had been replaced and were fairly comfortable. It looked like they had started a renovation on this room and then stopped and rented it for the graduation season. There was no way to adjust the thermostat. The air did work, we just had to turn it off when we got cold. We asked for a different room (3 times) for a 3 night stay and were told that they were sold out and to ‘check back’ to see if a different room became available. Since we prepaid through Expedia we seemed to be stuck. I have never stayed in a room in such poor repair. I will think twice about pre paying and staying at any Radisson. I do not recommend staying at this one.

    Breakfast was pretty good. Juice machine was out of order and replaced with individual juices that were frozen solid. Other options were waffles, oatmeal packets, scrambled "eggs", sausage, and potatoes. Room was clean and decent size and beds were comfortable. Carpet in hallways was old, wrinkled and stained and water in shower did not get hot.

    Very dated! There was no where to hang a towel in the bathroom. All the equipment in the gym was torn up. The cleaning staff walked into our room without knocking. It honestly was not a pleasant experience.

    Spent the weekend at the Cedar Bluff Country Inn & Suites. Room was very clean and well kept. Even the mini-fridge was in excellent working order which is something I look for! Breakfast was ample and area was quite clean. I will visit again.

    I would not recommend any stay unless you just need a clean bed for the night. The sheets were poor quality and the shower was lukewarm, at best. The workout space was nice; however, the two treadmills were not operational. The elliptical worked, but the attached screen did not. Breakfast was included and was filling, but not tasty. The biscuits were hard and it was difficult to make a waffle that didn't stick to the gridle. The cookies were a nice touch, but were hard. I will not choose this hotel for future visits.

    For starters, it’s in decline. There is no hot tub. The pictures show a hot tub and it claims to have one, but it has been concreted over and they only have a small indoor pool now. They do have nice, big, newish… Samsung Smart TV’s in the room. However, the TV’s “are NOT” connected to WIFI, which means they’re worthless. No apps available. Can’t screenshare or project. All you can watch is 2000’s style cable. Also, they as of my stay on 03/28/2026, only one of the two elevators was working. And it’s a slow, old, elevator. All that being said, it was still Also, the spring mattress was not very comfortable.

    Our room door would not latch, anyone from the out side could just push our door open. I went to the desk to ask them to fix it, they said no one was there that cold fix it. They could down grade us and move us to a smaller room with the wrong type of bed. They could not give us the room we paid for and would not refund us any money or down grade the price. They did not care and did not want to take of us. After packing back up and moving to the new room we found it smelled and was no cleaner than the rest of the hotel. After getting settled into our second room we decided to go the the indoor pool and at least decompress and swim. Oh how we were wrong. The pool was so nasty you could not see the bottom of the pool. It stunk as if there were bacteria on the pool. They also had a fan put into a window that was pulling freezing cold air into the indoor pool room. This place is nasty, I will not stay here again.

    Closed even though we site said it should be open after may of 2024. Lady was nasty. Igor to room. The remote does not change channels. Then the big part. Used bathroom. Would not flush called for maintenance same lady said I should come down to desk for plunger. I hung up on her. I wanted to leave and sleep in car but I paid already. I want to complain to all management . I am sick over her come t it was so belligerent. I did not clog it I don't think it was even clogged. It did not swirl..nothing went down to clog it from me

    This hotel should be shut down. We had to move rooms 3x, and it's only 12:50a.m, so hoping for the best, but this has by far been the worst hotel experience of my adult life. The first room had a broken handle in the tub, and no water would come out, and there was a beeping sound coming from the outlet between the beds. The 2nd room next door had a leak from the ceiling and not one drip, but about 20 drips coming from the entire width of the room's ceiling along the window, so we could not sleep. I had to drag my children out of bed to move to the 3rd room. I drove almost 500 miles today, am exhausted. This hotel looks like it hasn't had any updates in 20 years. The linens were clean, but furniture is scratched and worn, carpet in halls is filthy and worn, and I will never stay with a Choice hotel again.

    Despite the very shabby condition, the room and bath were both quite clean with no odors or air fresheners, so kudos to the housekeeping staff. My biggest complaint is that we paid $523 for 2 nights, presumably because there was a UT home game that weekend. This was the best price I could find at what we consider a decent hotel with okay ratings.

    Do Not Stay Here! Absolutely horrid! We booked this room for Parents Weekend at UT. The reviews were mostly 9/10 and 10/10 so we booked based on that. The room was absolutely disgusting! The carpet is probably 30 years old, covered in stains and what looked like black mold. The walls are water stained. The toilet seat was disgusting. The chair in the room was old and stained. The room was so dirty I couldn’t even sit on anything. We asked for another room and the that room was just as gross. We were give a refund from Hotels.com thankfully and after arriving from the airport at midnight, we left and went and stayed at Hilton!

    This hotel needs work. I'm disappointed that the room we had is not even remotely close to what I saw in the photos when I booked. I am losing trust in this booking app. The window curtains are torn. The TV is broken. The screen appears to have received a blunt force impact and is severely damaged. I could not watch tv. The parking lot was full of Dump Trucks and a Semi. I had to squeeze my car into a slot in the back of the property. The pool is closed. They are using it as a staging area filled with furniture. If the hotel is going through renovating, fine. But put that in the listing.

    As a solo female traveler, I didn't feel safe getting to and from my vehicle after dark. Limited parking in well lit areas. Rear and side doors were exit only and there were multiple people loitering around the property. These people did not appear to be guests of the hotel.Staff was unconcerned when I mentioned my feelings about walking from my vehicle to the building at night. The hotel itself was very rundown inside. The sprinkler system was leaking and garbage bins were set underneath them. The elevators were always wet due to people exiting the pool area. The hallway carpets were loose and appeared dirty. The walls were scuffed and dirty. Curtains in my room were ripped. Overall lack of care and upkeep. I declined the free breakfast offered due to concerns about cleanliness in the rest of the building. I would never stay at this hotel again and recommend anyone else to avoid it. I knew it wasn't going to be a 5 star facility, but I certainly expected better, especially with the Radisson name attached to it.

    We stayed on the way to pick up our son from College and stayed again on the trip home. I take long morning walks and the area was very safe. The breakfast was good and the pool was clean. There is a great Thrift Store across the street if you like Thrift Stores.

    Great room. The only thing that i think they could improve on would be in the hall way from elevator to the room it was stiffling hot. Not sure why but it was horrible. Room had great ac though.

    I understand the hotel tries to save money, but put a note on the small refrigerator, that it has been turned off to save. I put food and drinks in last night only to open to warm beverages, someone turned it off and I woyld never know its not running. Otherwise great stay!

    Check in was seamless as well as check out. I was so very impressed with the cleanliness of the room and was happy with the service, including the breakfast in the morning. The pool was closed at the time we went, which says to me that they care that the ph of the water is where it should be and clean. It seems cleanliness was top priority here and it shows. Very happy with our stay.

    We drove 8 1/2 hours, check in easy,rooms ok but Kids unable to swim- pool closed, dripping water in hall by elevator- extremely hot in the halls. Breakfast was actually ok.

    It's a nice place, comfortable to stay, quite with a helpful staff. I stay here frequently And the only improvement I would suggest is it'd be nice to be able to get the room a little cooler if you'd like and to be able to run the fan constantly for background noise.

    Most guest are hard working migrant tradesmen, who are great people but wear out a property quickly due to work boots and work clothing (dirt) as compared to vacation and businesses travelers. The gym is a danger zone of broken equipment.

    Staff was incredibly friendly. The rooms were loud if the room above you flushed or if someone made noise in the hall outside the door you could hear it clearly. Pool towels were hard to come by. The improvements they made really work for the hotel overall they just have to continue making them. Obviously it’s a process so I don’t fault them for it. Overall a good stay though, if you’re looking for something a bit better than a motel but not quite an expensive 4/5 star hotel this hotel will fit your needs.

    The whole property is on the older but acceptable side. But the carpet in our room not only looked old (and frankly gross), but it was actually WET. I took my shoes off ready to fall into bed when we arrived at 1 am and I could feel my socks getting soggy. It may not have been the whole carpet, but it was a large area from the ends of the beds towards the bathroom. Tried to sleep and forget about it, but the humidity from the wet carpet was also annoying. If only one upgrade was done to this hotel, new carpet would make a huge difference. Beds were OK. Bathroom was clean and everything worked.

    The linens and beds were clean, but the window in out room was severely cracked and could easily be a danger to anyone who pressed against it. Also, there was a burn in the carpet of our room and a burn mark that had been bleached over in the hallway. The breakfast was very nice. All in all, I would give this a 3 out of 5 because the beds and breakfast were good, but there are some maintenance/upkeep issues to be resolved.

    They only use certain rooms for pets. Which i could care less except the room smelled of pet pee and had stains all over the floor. I took pic of the room on arrival and again when left to prove it was not our dog. We only slept there and our pet was not left in the room by herself. They make u sign a paper that say they will charge for damages. But then don’t clean the floors after another pet leaves and during its stay peed on the floor. Discussing. They have a policy that they only clean the rooms every three days. Which again not a problem. But we need more towels. Went to ask for them and had to beg for them. Then they counted them like we were criminals. Things I don’t tolerate: being lied to and treated like I want to steel their thin small towels. Needless to stay I told them I would never stay here again and they were like that’s ok. We don’t care. With that attitude they will loose a lot of business. I didn’t complain about the room because we were just there to sleep. We take care of rooms that we stay at. Service was poor.

    Very good. Google has a little trouble locating the place but it's a very nice hotel. Large, well-maintained rooms. Breakfast could use some fruit and we're not fans of the fake scrambled eggs. Desk clerk morose and mumbly. But vastly better than the economy hotels.

    Terrible Don't waste your money. Felt like it was a road side Motel.. Room was dirty, Bedding was stained, curtains and furniture were stained. Paint was pealing all through unit. Just a terrible experience. Staff was not helpful at all and argued the condition of the room. Looked like they tried to cover some of the issues up with paint. We immediately didn't even take our bags off our cart went to front desk and checked back out. Staff would not answer the phone when hotels.com tried to call them. When I went back down to desk she was sitting there on her cell phone. Just a terrible experience. We were put on the 4th floor not sure about other rooms but they didn't look anything like the pictures listed on hotels.com not even the same furniture. It was just unbelievable. Bugs inside the sign on the wall.

    While it was very convenient to I75 the condition is poor at best. I stayed with my pet cat and I understand that the pet rooms are likely to show more abuse. This room was in terrible condition with carpet heavily stained, killed a bug too. Other areas also looked worn and dirty.
