- 5/5
A nicer mattress would have been nice but it was very hard bed everything else is great
- 1/5
the only room they had was a smoking room and it smelled like 100 dudes came to make it it a day. i left and went to a hotel down the street because they wouldnt give me a different room.
- 2/5
Beds where dirty and room didn’t look clean
- 3/5
The staff we interacted with (front desk and o he housekeeping)
- 1/5
Rented 2 room both bathrooms were filthy. Room smelled so bad. Beds were hard as a rock definitely would not stay here
- 1/5
The door lock barely worked, but somehow it still kept the door closed. The overall condition of the room was unacceptable for the price we paid—$130 for a night that felt like staying in a dump. The next hotel we found was under $100, in much better condition, and definitely a more pleasant experience. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere!

When we arrived an older, drunken gentleman had to scoot his chair over, so my husband could unlock our door so we could enter the room. Upon arrival, the smell was quite musty. Stink Bugs lined the corners and ceilings of the room. The sheets looked like they hadn't been changed in multiple nights of use. Hair and grime, mildew and mold were all through the bathroom area. You could see the "built up" of nastiness along the walls and baseboards. We never even took our backpack off! Walked straight to front desk and told them we were not saying there, and ask politely, for a refund. They would not. And he said, Stink Bugs were no big deal. Well, I say, There should be NO bugs, in NO spiderwebs, in my room! Don't waste your time with this place!! Not worth it!
- 5/5
it was good
- 2/5
The room had a broken door frame on main door and broken doorknob on bathroom. Walls were very damaged with water and ink. Water pressure was good and the staff was efficient.
- 1/5
The room had a dirty, musty, smell. The metal box & frame for the bed were were extreme noisy every time you tossed or turned. Area reeked of Marijuana. A child was screaming in pain or terror & I was so concerned I ran out in my robe to render aid. Appears that a family w/ young children that work there also lives there. The children & their mother were also playing w/ toys in the parking lot, blocking access
- 2/5
Old and dirty room, cheap hotel, but I hope they should have a clean or upgrade their hotel services.

Great staff

This place was disgusting. Dirty, stains on sheets and bed clothes. Floors was never cleaned walls had dirt all over them water stains on the ceilings. roaches. We went to the desk clerk and wanted more towels to put on the floor so we didn't have to walk on it. He refused, said we had the 3 towels that we were supposed to have. So we told him about the floor and the bugs. Told me the bugs were stink bugs. I told him I said I know the differences between stink bugs and roaches. Told him I would bring it to him. He didn't want to see it. So he said that he would make sure that our room would have a full service 1st thing in the morning. We left about 8am and didn't come back till 11pm. The only thing they did was replace the 3 towels. Didnt make the bed, mop the floor. Nothing. Now im sure you ask we did we stay. Well its 6 hours to get there from home. We called every Hotel-motel in a 30 mile area from where we stayed. Everyone was completely sold out. I would have paid double the price if someone would have let me, because I offered. This hotel should be completely closed till its up to code because its not. The pictures that are online are very very deceiving. Looks nothing like them. They had to have been taken at another hotel. I will never stay with hotel chain in my life. Econo Lodge. It was so disgusting that we left without taking a shower. We waited till we got home. Please take this off your list of places to stay. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
- 3/5
Hard bed pillows were wet needed to be dried longer. Had stink bugs in the room.

Mold with a side of Mold...it was everywhere. Bed like sleeping on a lumpy noisy rock. stay away...they dont (owner) care
- 1/5
The room was dirty and there were cockroaches
- 1/5
Nothing
- 1/5
The price seemed good, but when we got there people were drinking outside the rooms. The room itself was beat up. It smelled like stale cigarettes but we booked a non-smoking room. There were scratches and scuff marks everywhere on the walls. We left without staying the night because we didn't feel safe there.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 1/5
If I could give zero stars I would. There were dead roaches in the floor. Walls disgusting. Pillowcases disgusting. Smelled awful. I was offered another room, and even after speaking with Hotels.com was only given one nights refund but I was not staying there. Hotel said it was hotels.com policy not to refund me and then hotels.com said it was the hotels. Either way I still haven't gotten my refund of one night and was very inconvenient to have to find another hotel such short notice in a SEC game weekend. Wouldn't recommend EVER!
- 2/5
When I arrived there were no friendly smiles at the reception desk. I got checked in easy enough, though. When I went to my room, it looked okay. But, on one bed I was sitting it felt like there was dirt and dust crumbs. It could have been from the ceiling since it was that popcorn stuff, or it could have been from a person that had a cat and it would have been kitty litter. So I went into the other bed, which was better. But, the place smelled like urine. Not fun. No breakfast like I was hoping. But, I may have gotten it mixed up with another hotel. Overall, I probably won't stay there again.
- 4/5
Rooms were old and dirty, floors were filthy.
- 2/5
Staff no friendly
- 2/5
Rooms were just nasty. Things on the wall, down the dressers on the sides of the bed, on the mirror. Nothing looked clean or wiped down. Clean hard bed. Comfortable pillows..
- 5/5
Goid place

Stay was great. I specifically needed a smoking room. Everything else met needs as well. Clean bed clean shower, refrigerator, AC/heat and TV. No complaints

Our stay at this hotel was horrible. When we got there we had reserved two rooms and the girl that checked us in asked if we would like adjoining rooms which I said yes because my older kids were in our other room. When we went upstairs to our rooms my daughter opened their room first and their was peoples stuff in the room. Thank goodness no one was in the room. I went back downstairs to figure out what was going on and they had no idea what had happened and just said they would have to give us a different room. We then asked for more towels because we only had three towels in each room and in one of the rooms we had 4 people which they knew because I put how many we would have when I booked and they would not give us an extra towel. They said that they would give us towels when they cleaned the room the next day. We did not want anyone going into the room without us being there. When we were taking stuff down to our cars the day of checkout, we were being watched by a man in a white van and my husband asked him if he could help him. he asked what rooms we were checking out of. When I went in to turn the keys in they asked if we had taken their pillows. They saw my son carry out HIS pillow and I guess he thought it was their pillow. So I guess the man in the van told the girl at checkout that we were taking their stuff. Would not recommend to anyone. Not clean, my kids sheets had to be changed when we got there, horrible beds, bugs in the room, being called thief’s.

The sheets and comforters had cigarette burns in them.
- 3/5
price matched stay never felt that was door was of much use. only one small chain. staff had cash only policies for deposit. did get my deposit back. i could see around door. site was clean but showed its age.
- 5/5
It was pretty good
- 1/5
Beds felt like prison beds, worst sleep i ever got. Whats up with a deposit???
- 2/5
I would have rated this property higher, since the room was comfortable and in good condition, but I had a problem with the general manager when I checked in. There is a $50 cash deposit, which is not a problem, but the GM refused to give me a receipt for the money (which I would have returned in the morning when getting back the cash). He then canceled my reservation. This was extremely inconvenient, since it was late and was raining. After profuse apologies on my part, he reinstated the reservation and became friendlier. However, such behavior only rates two stars from me. Otherwise I would have given four or even five stars.
- 2/5
There was a cockroach crawling on the wall, you could see outside even with the door closed. The bed was not comfortable almost as hard as the floor. I would not stay here again no matter the price. The night rate was the only perk unfortunately.
- 2/5
.
- 4/5
Room was nice and large...bright and comfortable. Only issues were the bed was hard (for us) and tho there was a fridge n micro we wpuld have liked a coffee maker. But for the price we would stay again
- 4/5
Although the clerks were a bit rude, but for the price this hotel has, it is quite decent.
- 5/5
It was reasonable quiet given that it's located near an interstate. The room was very clean and reasonably updated. I loved my long, hot shower.
- 1/5
The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Bathroom ceiling is covered in mold with a dislocated fan to help. So you wake up puffy and congested. The entire wall is coming off from mold in the bathroom. Bed blankets had old visible stains… And of course there is a bug problem due to the moist condition. Old dead bugs from previous days that never got cleaned up and lots of new ones to keep you company in your bed. Had to literally flick off three on my pillow before we went to sleep. This place was so disgusting. Wouldn’t stay here for free. We are NEVER staying in an Econo Lodge ever again!
- 3/5
Friendly staff. Hard beds.
- 4/5
Was good
- 5/5
The room is large and clean. Was impressed with the stay.
- 1/5
Did not enjoy it at all
- 2/5
Not gonna lie this was one of the sketchiest places ive ever stayed. Creaky rock hard beds tv didnt work leak in shower head fixed with a trash bag etc....on the upside its a great location
- 5/5
The only complaint is I wish they offered coffee in the lobby.
- 1/5
Room had cockroaches. We killed six large ones within 5 minutes of being in the room. There were also nymphs all over the place. If it hadn’t been so late we would have left. We slept in our clothes with the lights on and left first thing. Strong smoke smell in the morning as well. Would never stay there again. Didn’t bother calling the front desk as we saw the roaches are an ongoing issue in the reviews—we had mixed up places when booking :/
- 1/5
No
- 5/5
Very clean and has some age contributing to the overall condition. The price reflects this, though. Clean as a pin. Friendly staff. Convenient to I-40.
- 2/5
Very gross. Room had not been cleaned well at all. Mold, hand/face prints all over mirrors, drink was spilled all over nightstand when we came in the room, floor was full of dust and dirt.
- 4/5
Good, quiet little place. Did well for what was needed
- 1/5
This is the absolute worst place that I've stayed in... The cost of the room is higher than the Baymont downtown. I will never again stay here. I Wish I had gotten the Baymont
- 1/5
Upon entering the room itvwas infested with roaches. About 15 -20 dead ones but also some crawling on floor all over and walls in the bathroom. Switched rooms to a similiar state in second room. Ledt and asked for refund but told it was a no refund policy. Room wasnt for prisoners nevermind wary travelers. Place should be condemmed.
- 2/5
Room was old dirty and bad shape. Cockroaches in the room. Bed was like sleeping on a rock.Asked for a room 1st floor being disabled he wouldn't give it to me There was over 100 rooms on the first floor empty. The only good thing that worked was the AC,tv and internet
- 5/5
Comfortable, peaceful & affordable. Clean. Did not get extra towels requested but it was late when I requested them so no complaints.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly, and the room was clean. Some amenities needed updated and i hate that the pool was closed.
- 1/5
Our door barely shut and the whole door frame moved when pulling on the handle. Already used toilet paper. Bugs
- 3/5
There is no coffee in the rooms not every room has a microwave so you can't heat up leftovers if you're hungry. Beds are a bit hard and if you move to turn and try to get comfortable you hear a metal squeaking under the bed or popping..
- 3/5
When we got our keys we checked out the rooms before brining out stuff in. There was a stain that looked like blood on the bed cover and a couple places on the wall. We went and told the front desk and they said that would just come change the cover because the room was just cleaned that morning and then didn’t understand the problem. I will not be back to this hotel. Ever.
- 2/5
It was 80 degrees the whole time. We informed the front desk and informed us that it was a new AC unit so it might not be working properly. Then 5 minutes later the man guy came in without knocking and took an old AC unit from our room and replaced it with a new one. we left for a couple hours, and came back, it was really hot still. Mentioned it again to the front desk and he said it’s because it was hot outside it wouldn’t cool off in the room until dark. it was miserable.
- 5/5
Just fine and dandy
- 3/5
It was ok for what we pay for.
- 4/5
Property in safe and quiet area. Rooms were clean

😉
- 1/5
Has and the bed is so hard and awful, pillows were yellow and so useless worst one I’ve stayed at so far
- 3/5
Staff was kind and helpful.
- 1/5
Started out bad. Arrived at the hotel to be told that I had called at 3pm to cancel the room which was not true. Clerk said the number that called was actually Expedia which is not who I even booked through. This should have been my sign. But no we went ahead and took another room. We left 15 min after arriving and went back home almost 2 hours away. The king bed was hard as a rock and had 3 small throw pillows. The tv wouldn’t work. The bathroom was nasty. My husband arrived before I did and he was treated very poorly by the clerk who came out to his car and harassed him about being in the parking lot. Never never never again. I would rather sleep in my car.
- 4/5
Was comfortable and they took care of all of our needs
- 1/5
Front desk clerk felt it was wise to argue about an emotional support dog and try to charge fees. Then stated he didnt like my attitude and was cancelling my reservation. Im actually looking at persuing legal action.
- 5/5
Very clean and quite I stay here all the time I highly recommend it
- 1/5
The bed was made, but the sheets were wrinkled , leaving you wondering if they were or were not washed. I always check the bed sheers and mattress fir bed bugs, no what WHAT hotel i stay in. Pulling back the wrinkled sheets, showed a fitted sheet with at least TWO cigarette holes burned in it. But oh...it gets worse. .. A sure fire way to check for bed bugs, is to slip you hand beween the mattrrss and hix spring. They like living in dark spaces. If your hand comes out with a rust colour on it, that is from the bed hugs. Well, no, i did not find bed bugs, but my hand DID bush against .....a CoNDOM...yes , thats what I said. USED, I cant say, but not in a package.needless to say i sent to the desk, the clerk was very appologetic. Gave us a different room, this one had not condoms, but still not clean, i would say. I did not sleep well, thinking about my experience, although, thank goodness, we brought our own pillows, or i would not have laid my head on that bed. Had a shiwer the next morning standong on a towel, just to be safe, and as i "shimmied" across the floor on another towel after i stepped out of the tub, the BLACK left behind on that towel made one wonder if they EVER wash the floors. If so, with WHAT...cant be SOAP. Absolutely disgusting hotel. Dont book this EVER. Should be ashamed.
- 5/5
Everything
- 3/5
TV not hooked up
- 4/5
The rooms I stayed in needs to be painted and a few repairs it was clean and it was quiet. The only recommendation I would make is ask if someone wants an adjoining door to the next room first before giving them the room. Mine had a joining door to the room next-door Which often makes me uncomfortable when I don’t know the person in the other room
- 1/5
Worse hotel we ever booked!
- 5/5
The staff are always extremely friendly. The facility itself is very well taken care of in my room is always clean and comfortable I will be staying again
- 3/5
Needs updated
- 1/5
Extremely dirty floors! Roaches in the room!
- 3/5
There was no breakfast and there was pople living in the loby
- 2/5
At the booking, it said free breakfast. At the check-in, I was told there is no breakfast. I was disappointed and felt cheated. Not happy at all with this dishonest.
- 4/5
Check in was smooth and the room was pretty nice. However, mattress was very hard and base was a metal one that creaked and thumped like an empty metal barrel when you were on the bed and moved.
- 3/5
Hotel awful
- 3/5
Close to stores but not for shopping
- 1/5
The smoke detector was covered in plastic, which seems illegal.
- 5/5
Ok
- 4/5
The staff took time to listen and help with any complaint I had. They also was very nice and professional lwith any request I had
- 2/5
No breakfast.
- 2/5
This motel room had a LOT of bugs, like little roaches. I killed several. When I moved the tray that the ice bucket was on, it had a lot of bug "left overs" and looked like that part of the counter hadn't been cleaned in some time. The beds were not very comfortable and made a lot of noise. Every time my friend turned over in her bed it woke me up and my turning over in my bed woke her up. All in all, I will plan not to stay there again.
- 3/5
It was fine.
- 1/5
DO not stay here. Terrible hotel. Filthy and unsafe
- 5/5
Hotel is very clean and the staff is great and very friendly making sure they can get anything u need
- 2/5
The fridge didn’t work, the bed was uncomfortable and pillows were flat.
- 1/5
This place is filthy with rock hard beds.
- 2/5
The room was not clean. The floors were very dirty, the bathtub didn’t look like it had been cleaned and in my non smoking room there were cigarette holes in the sheets. Not a good experience overall.
- 3/5
Just a overnight stay nothing crazy
- 1/5
There was nothing that made my stay pleasing. Our “non-smoking” room had a foul odor to it. The walls were just plain disgusting. Our socks were literally black after walking on the floor. Rust and mold in the bathroom. Blood stains on the bed sheets. Cigarette burn holes all over the bed, sheets, blankets, chairs etc. inside microwave was disgusting and covered in food.
- 3/5
The stay was ok. The room looked clean as soon as you walked in. But as we walked our feet turned black from the dirt on the floor. There was dirt and nasty stuff under the bed and fridge.
- 2/5
Not a bad location to get to The Tennessee Volunteer game. Check in was friendly. It's just an older hotel that really needs some love. Dirty walls and floors and even though our room was non smoking there was still a stinch. They also had construction going on and there also seemed to people that lived there. I would not have felt safe if I was traveling alone.
- 3/5
Arrived at 12 noon for a early check in and was denied access to a room and had to come back at 2 pm. I had paid for a 2 night stay but only stayed 1 night I think I was charged for the 2 nights total approx 165.00
- 1/5
flies all over the room, the manager said there weren’t but refused to go inside. i have pictures of the flies.
- 2/5
The bed was so hard and miserable. Everytime u moved on the bed it was sooo noisey. I've never been this sore sleeping on a bed
- 5/5
Had a smoking room and burn holes in covers.
- 3/5
Room was average. I was In nonsmoking room but there was a very stale odor. No bugs which is #1 on my list. I won’t stay where their are bugs. Roaches especially. Rate was cheap. Worth the $58 rate I paid.
- 5/5
Well worth the price. Very convenient area. Worked perfectly for me.
- 2/5
The electric plugs did not work. It was a no smoking room that smelled of smoke. The bedspread had a burn hole that drove me crazy. The bed was comfortable. I went to eat and came back and my nieghbor was smoking in his underwear on the poach. I was not comfortable at all here.
- 4/5
Typical stay
- 4/5
My stay was good the room was clean I asked for an adjoining room but didn't get it other than that it was a good stay will book again
- 5/5
My wife said she felt something biting her but never could find anything. Beds felt hard as a rock. Nothing else really bad. The pool looked really dirty but we really didn’t go there for that.
