    I liked my room and its location on the property. I needed some items and the man in charge got them for me immediately . The lobby was closed and there was no breakfast but the price and cleanliness more than made up for it. I spent 3 days here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

    worst hotel i have stayed at they gave us a dirty room dirty towels in the room it smelt soooo bad and the staff were not helpfully or nice at all we got a new room but they made it a big deal they wouldn’t give us clean towels the other days because we were not at the hotel when they knocked on the door to clean they were just unbelievably rude and it felt very unsafe the hinge on top of the door for the second lock was broken so i felt like i had to barricade the door since it was filled with creepy men that don’t stop staring and also no breakfast like advertised

    That I was able to book the room with zero payment and was able to pay for the room when I arrived on the property. But I had to give them a $50 cash deposit for the room, which they kept after saying that I had smoked cigarettes in the room and refused to refund the deposit. That they didn't refund the cash deposit for the room due to the made up fact that I had been smoking in the room and I don't smoke.

    Not one thing. I had a family emergency had to leave. I’m a mineral and Jim dealer and left inventory there. It has been stolen the hateful woman at the front desk that I just called hung up on me and won’t even speak to me politely.

    The staff was nice As soon as we arrived the door wasn’t easy to open, it would get stuck and you had to jimmy a certain way, upon entering the room the smell was awful, the phone didn’t work, the AC didn’t work, the remote didn’t have a back to it, the bedside lamp wouldn’t turn on, then it did on its on about a20 later(so….fire hazard?), we hadn’t even unpacked our stuff because we didn’t know if we would even stay at this point, then the decision was made when a giant cockroach ran across the TV stand left right then and there, wasn't there even 2hrs.

    After paying for the room through expedia we didn't even check in. Upon arrival we were ask for more money as a security deposit. The clerk had the work attitude ever. It was a total waste of money and time. After dark the parking lot becomes a hangout full of people drinking etc. 00/10 never again

    We had called ahead for an early check in Friday and called again on Saturday to remind them as the clerk told us to do on Friday. When we called around 10:00 to check in at 1:00 we were told ago and there would be a 15.00 charge which we agreed too, upon arrival there was a different clerk who would not let us check in at 1:00 and she was very rude. The room was also very unclean, will never stay there again we left for home at 4:00 am because we were very uncomfortable there

    Went to the wrong location n they told us we never booked one for ur company. So we went to a different hotel n googles it ourself n found that it was only 20 minutes away. But we had already paid to stay at the other one because we was told wrong. So i paid for two hotels room n only used one. Very upset n will not use u or refer u to anyone.

    I booked my stay here for 2 reasons: free breakfast and swimming pool. When we got there, the pool was shut down. The lobby was completely locked, and no breakfast. All communications were down through the night window. I paid ahead of time, and still had to pay a $100 non refundable deposit when i arrived. I checked out a full day early because i was so disappointed. I did not get even 1 oenny refunded. I contacted corporate, and they were no help. Do not waste your money here.

    The heater never got the temp in the room above 55 to 60° Ended up having to run the shower with the hot water only just to get the room temp up to a tolerable temp. The floor was dirty and sticky. The side walls was covered with ice all the way around except for the front side. I would recommend informing future guests about the security deposit by updating the info on all booking site platforms. It’s not good business to inform guests of the deposit upon their arrival. And to future guests don’t pay the security deposit with a debit card bc the hotel isn’t capable of putting the deposit back by issuing a return credit. Debit cards will get charged the $50 twice once when you pay at check in and out nice when the hotel attempts to do a return refund. My bank said all 3 attempts they made to issue the return refund where coming thru s $50 charges. On the bright side the bed was very comfortable and clean and all in all it was better than sleeping in my car. Have a blessed day.

    The ice machine was gone. Not just a broken machine with an "Out of Order" sign, but just a machine that was removed. When I asked about it, I was given a "run around" excuse. I had to go the the gas station next door and buy a cup of ice.

    The guy up front was friendly, and new he was asking how i was going to pay, and told him my booking was already paid online when reservations was made. He still ended up calling the room again to ask me about my payment when it was clearly already taken from my bank account when i had looked to make sure. They should also turn some heat on before guest arrive because it was very cold, and the heater took forever to warm up on 90, and still was pretty cool. The tv came on but im guessing the cable box or cords was messed up so we had to watch tv on our phones.

    The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had a long drive and they were able to get me in my room at an earlier time. I was able to take a nap and shower before I headed off the see the Vols that night. The bed was amazingly comfortable and was surprised to see the size of the TV. Plenty of lights and outlets for all of my charging needs. Bathroom was tiptop clean and a big closet. Big desk that was helpful along with fridge. Everything that I needed.

    This hotel is a simple basic motel that is perfect if all you need is a place to spend the night. The lobby is closed, so I had to wait for the manager to help me at a little window, but he was extremely welcoming and very efficient. The room was clean and had the very basic amenities.     Easy location to find. Short commute to Pigeon Forge. Had to call the front desk 1 time and they immediately came to the room and fixed an issue. Very clean bathroom. Room was clean. It was quiet and peaceful even being close to the interstate. The only minor issue we saw was the wiring on the lamp was spliced together but it still worked. Would definitely stay there again. Friendly staff!

    The room overall was gross. It had a bad musty smell, the dust ruffles on the beds had unknown substances/stains on them, as did the desk chair, but the bathroom was worst of all. None of us even showered that night because the bathtub was so disgusting we didn't want to touch it and there were brownish spots splattered on the walls. We honestly didn't want to touch anything in the bathroom (or most of the room for that matter.) While we were in the room, we pretty much had our kids sit on the beds and not touch anything they didn't have to. The rest of the bed linens did appear to be clean, but the beds were so uncomfortable that we barely slept and my husband and I both got up with aching backs and hips. There was no breakfast and the pool was closed thanks to Covid, but they wouldn't even let people into the lobby to check in, made us stand out in the extemely hot overnight check in area waiting to get checked in. The gentlemen who checked us in were both nice and polite, but that hardly made up for the awful room. I wouldn't stay here again even if they paid me to do so.

    I enjoyed my stay at the Rodeway Inn. Customer service at the front desk was excellent. My room had a comfortable bed and included a tv with access to basic cable. Wi-fi is available but connection was spotty at best for me. The only thing I didn’t like was that I found a couple of bugs crawling on the wall near the ac/heater. This did make me question the cleanliness of the room, but from what I could see overall cleanliness is decent.

    We came for an overnight stay. Guys at the desk were super healthful and friendly. First our room key didn’t work. Had to get a new one. The beds has a couple strands of hair on them. There was some mold in the corner by the door. Our room never got fully cool. The bathtub was gross. The free breakfast was ehh. A group of people already there kind of took over. It was cheap and only for sleeping. For overnight not bad. Would not do more than a night or two.

    This was the second worst place I have stayed. The other was a desperation room during a hurricane when everything else was booked. Rocking, crooked toilet, mildew, hairs, rust and mismatched stained furniture, ancient carpet, holes in the walls, wires to trip over coming in the door. Although I didn’t see any, I went to sleep worrying about bed bugs because of the overall condition. Breakfast supplies were barely stocked and very minimal.

    Check in was quick and pain less, the outside of the motel is less than desirable, but the room was clean and neat and did not smell. There were not enough towels or wash clothes in the room, it was either extremely hot or cold in the room, there was no stopper in the tub to take a bath. The really big issue was that at 2AM when we returned back to the hotel our room key would not work. we went to the front desk he gave us another one, still did not work. He came upstairs with us the second time and the entire card access lock stopped working. He had to run back down and get the key key, and we kept trying the door and it just opened. No key needed.     This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed. The worst was our bed - we both kept rolling towards the center. I felt like I had to hang on to the edge of the mattress to not disturb my husband. The next morning, he said he was having the same problem. Terrible night!!! Breakfast the next morning was continental, which is fine, except all the tables were full and there were signs hanging all over telling you not to take food from the breakfast area.....felt like I had to stand to eat my banana and coffee, although there was a lounge within 20 feet with a table and couch. Usually continental has fruit other than bananas- not here. Usually, continental has bagels, etc., not just toast - not here. We stayed here because I had a free night with hotels.com - and it met the criteria - but it was the worst experience we have ever had and would strongly recommend picking one of the venues next door!! You'll at least not have a broken down mattress in which to try to sleep.

    Very good stay experience. The price is cheap, that is, the sleep is gone. Breakfast is normal, you can fill your stomach.

    terrible stay got in late man at desk was rude want to pay cash told me had to pay 50.00 deposit told him we had service animal he said I needed proof which I provided I guess he thought I was upset he said to me why did you put the card down that hard I said just process my reservation I was tiredand he said that's not my fault I did not tell you to drive all day room had a smell and the heater was real loud had to shut down to sleep would not stay again

    I was pleasantly surprised by the clean and excellent condition. Everything worked well and seemed fairly new. Staff was pleasant. I had a good night in the comfortable bed. Breakfast was typical motel fare. A real bargain overall.

    It was a nice hotel the breakfast wasn't bad the service was good the beds were a little stiff if I have to make any complaint but for the price it sure beats a tent

    1. Ants come with the room. Mentioned to front desk and nothing was done. Bought insect spray to take care of the problem. 2. TV was on ZOOM display mode and there was no way to change it. Ask the front desk to have someone to fix, but nothing happened.

    The stay was comfortable, and the desk was extremely friendly. We showed up early as we didn’t know the exact time of check in and they were extremely apologetic and reassured us we were in the system and reserved. The boyfriend and I were fine with it as there’s no check in time told here which it’s 3pm by the way. So we went to Knoxville which wasn’t far at all and enjoyed walking market st. and gay st. When we went back at 330 they had everything ready. The bed was perfect, WiFi worked great, the bathroom needed some help but for a one night stay it was perfect for us. I wouldn’t recommend here for more than 2 nights but for a quick lay over its perfect.

    First room we were assigned had rotting food left in a filthy fridge. The second room they gave us had black mold growing behind the wallpaper. The maid service was beyond subpar and when we told them to NOT enter our room to clean it, they came in any way and left a roll of toilet paper and new soap on the microwave. The beds were rock hard and if they’ve really remodeled any part of the hotel I’d be completely stunned. I regret saving a few bucks to stay here and will never come back.

    The room was O.K. for an inexpensive stay. Everything (including Wi-Fi) worked but doors and A/C had the appearance of being slapped together. Simple amenities like a clock and stopper for the sink were missing. No complaints with bathroom. Breakfast was juice, coffee, waffles, bananas, and breads. (Cracker Barrel is nearby.) Acceptable if you're not expecting much.

    It was an Absolutely great experience. The place was Very clean. The staff were friendly and have professional service. Perfectly maintained. Great hot breakfast with waffle maker and bagels and much more. It reminded me of an at least a 4 star hotel. Much more than you'd ever expect from any motel.
