We were given a handicap room. Very hard to shower because of the position of the shower head. Shower curtain didn’t fit right, leading to a lot of water on the bathroom floor.

I would give this Hampton a 5 star, but corporate is charging $75 for having a pet stay. That is excessive and out of line with comparable hotels.

The breakfast was great, the staff was incredible, and the location was exactly right for the places we wanted to see. The only negative thing would be that the king size bed was extremely uncomfortable and the window is directly in front of it so with the light coming in and the bed, we didn't sleep well. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back but I'll stick to the queen size beds.

Breakfast was very overcooked, nothing was labeled so as someone with food allergies I was extremely limited. Saw several patrons cross contaminating the food because there weren’t enough utensils.
- 5/5
This is a great option to avoid high-priced Pigeon Forge weekend rates. We stayed here when we arrived in the area on Saturday, then visited Pigeon Forge on Sunday/Monday when the rates are about 100 less than weekends.

Courteous staff, clean quiet room,

Great staff.

The hotel has seen its better days. Example- the shower doors barely opened and one nearly fell out of its tracks when trying to open it.
- 5/5
Everything about our stay was excellent, the staff, the room, breakfast.....will definitely stay again when in the area.
- 5/5
Clean room and great staff.

The room was not 100% cleaned, Bed is uncomfortable and Bathrooms to olds. I don’t believe in the rating 9.8 impossible
- 5/5
Parking was safe and there was plenty of room. The breakfast was amazing. Our bottled waters were super nice and refreshing.
- 4/5
The room was clean and location was convenient
- 5/5
Stayed just one night but was very nice
- 5/5
Everything was perfect!
- 5/5
Only issue was trying to use tv. Found staff in hall and she figured it out for us.
- 5/5
We have stayed here twice and will come back again. Great location, clean, breakfast is great.
- 5/5
Very close to Hwy and local restaurants.
- 5/5
We had a quiet relaxing evening here.
- 5/5
The room was clean. But I don’t care to stay at hotels that allow pets because of fleas.
- 5/5
Very nice, welcoming front desk manager! clean and spacious rooms!
- 5/5
The check in and stay were great. The front desk attendant was very friendly.
- 3/5
The AC did not work properly. Wall thermostat did nothing, and the AC unit did not work consistently. One end of the room was hot while other end was cold. Carpet was not clean. Breakfast was good. Lobby was clean and modern. Staff was very nice and accommodating.
- 5/5
Everything was clean and as you would expect from a Hampton Inn.
- 5/5
The valet service was exceptional! I had a 12hr drive that day and was very weary. They were helpful, patient, and even recommended an excellent restaurant! Well done!
- 2/5
Stinks like carpet cleaner. Feet are sticking to carpet. No restaurant. Website says there is a bar. There is but it’s permanently closed.
- 2/5
Front desk lady was nice but the room was pretty old and dirty.
- 5/5
Could be cleaner (hair on bathroom floor, grout had mildew) breakfast was good and filling. Overall a nice stay.
- 5/5
I had booked rooms for my mom and I and also my brother. We arrived about 5:30 pm and got checked in easily. Our rooms were clean and spacious. We went to eat at Cantina Amigos. We love Mexican food and this place was really good. We were awakened the next morning by the fire alarm. It was scary, but all was well. Every staff member I came in contact with was super nice. I am a fan of Hampton Inn and this stay only solidified that.
- 5/5
We liked the breakfast bar. The only negative would be the short sheets on the bed.
- 3/5
Unfortunately we over payed for our stay here. The room service did not restock soap or coffee and the pillows were not well maintained. I wouldn’t stay at this location again.
- 5/5
Jacuzzi was awesome
- 5/5
Pet fee was reasonable. Don’t usually travel with pet so was surprised by fee.
- 1/5
Letting dogs walk through the kitchen and eating areas. Dogs barking at night, walking dogs through the front entrance to go CRAP in front of the building.
- 3/5
The hotel was in an odd location away from everything, made it hard to DoorDash food, it was dirty and unfinished, very small and the guests were loud! Super disappointed for the price! This was a part of a larger trip several hotels over several days and this one was by far the worst and most expensive!
- 5/5
Easy on and off the highway.
- 5/5
Room was clean, updated and very quiet and comfortable.
- 5/5
Wish they had an ordinary armchair in the room and not one that has a long basr like a bed.
- 5/5
I return twice a year for years now
- 5/5
Check in was a breeze, the room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of free parking.
- 5/5
Staff was polite and accommodating
- 5/5
My husband and I live in Knoxville and we go to this hotel at least every year for my birthday. Their pool is open 24 hours and the big tub in the room is wonderful. Nice clean and friendly place. Breakfast was wonderful too. ❤️
- 5/5
Nice place - good breakfast
- 5/5
Clean, quiet, and modern amenities.
- 5/5
Excellent hotel. Clean, comfortable bed and good breakfast
- 5/5
Celebrating out 14 Year Anniversary and wanted a Romantic Quiet Place to relax and spend time together away from the hustle and bustle of life. This was a great place to do this! We Love the comfortable beds, quietness, pool, and delicious breakfast. The staff were kind and very helpful.
- 5/5
Super nice check-in person! EV charger available, and my name on the TV screen, wow.
- 5/5
Quiet, relaxing
- 5/5
Convenient to the business I was conducting and there is a nice restaurant near by.
- 5/5
Front desk was kind and helpful, and we felt welcomed from the moment we stepped inside. Clean and great location for our needs
- 4/5
Beds and pillows were ok. Breakfast was disappointing. Scorched omelette and sausage, just warm.
- 5/5
Excellent place to stay!
- 5/5
Very nice breakfast.
- 4/5
It was sufficient. It had a cold pool and no hot tub which was disappointing and is inconsistent with our experience at other Hamptons
- 5/5
Lobby and breakfast staff,!! AC was great in room, everything looked clean throughout
- 3/5
The fire alarm (false alarm) went off at 6:30 the next morning waking us up certainly and likely the rest of the building.
- 1/5
We always choose Hilton or Marriott properties and expect those brands' standards. The TV was nowhere close to even 40", let alone the brand's standard size. The walls were dirty and bare except for holes and broken off screws/brackets. We noticed a foul smell once we laid down, and after some searching, we discovered the pillow was moist with a terrible stench. We had to shower again, in the 2nd tiny room we were given, just to get the stench out of our hair! We found out from the extremely rude FD agent that they launder their pillows instead of replacing them! The woman wouldn't even look at us when assigning a second room and refused to speak to us directly. The other FD agent, a young man, was very professional and tried to fill the obvious silence the rude agent was giving us. The second room also had a bad smell, dirty carpet, and stains on the chaise. I called and spoke to the GM. She got loud with me, and I asked her to lower her voice. When she wouldn't, I hung up. We are confused at to why their Google reviews are so high, and we were given this horrible experience.
- 5/5
Check in was easy. Nice young man. Clean hotel. Unfortunately we couldn’t eat their breakfast as my kids are gluten free and there was nothing to prevent cross contamination. But overall very satisfied.
- 5/5
The breakfast was fine typical Hampton Inn breakfast. But the kindness of the staff made up for the other minor issues.
- 3/5
As a side note, the beds didn't seem as comfortable as other Hamptons.
- 5/5
Our reservation was placed through Expedia and even though we got a confirmation that it had been placed and paid for, when we tried to check in the hotel did not have a valid payment certification from Expedia - not the hotel's fault! We had to wait for over 45 minutes while the front deck clerk tried to resolve the issue with Expedia - difficult since the call center representative did not speak very good English. It was finally corrected when Expedia since a valid certificate to the hotel and we were allowed to check in. What a disaster! Expedia is totally incompetent.
- 5/5
EVERYONE was polite and welcoming. Check-in was efficient. After a long day of travel and ready to hit the bed, this was the perfect, quiet place to be.
- 5/5
Nicest Hampton inn I’ve stayed at in a while
- 5/5
Good service, easily accessible from highway, clean
- 5/5
It was so clean and the people were very friendly
- 5/5
It was fine
- 5/5
Great, clean, safe, friendly, great breakfast.
- 5/5
Entire staff very competent and friendly. Accomodating, comfortable and clean!!!
- 5/5
A really comfortable stay. The room doors need new closers as they all slam shut. It seems the guests are aware and hold them back, which is nice and considerate. This problem has been ongoing. Otherwise a super great stay and clean.
- 5/5
Clerk was very pleasant. It was quick and property is in excellent condition.
- 5/5
Really nice Hampton Inn. Room was spacious. Linens were great. Rooms nice and cool in the hot summer.
- 5/5
All i wanted, clean, spacious and cozy. Breakfast was good too.
- 3/5
We booked this hotel because it met the criteria of sleeping 5 people. It was advertised as 2 queens. Naturally I concluded that this means that there is a sleeper sofa or a cot or a roll away or something. Nope. The "sleeps 5 people" advertisement - which is shown on both Expedia and the first party booking website - was simply not true. They advertised five, but it only sleeps four, and we were told that they cannot give us a cot or a roll-away because of "fire code." So one of my kids ended up sleeping on a pallet of stacked up blankets under the desk, on the floor. Luckily he's a trooper and we did fine and he still got a night's sleep. But this is absolutely NOT what we signed up for, paid for, and were promised.
- 5/5
Quick overnight with two toddlers and everything went smoothly!
- 5/5
Friendly staff. 8 minutes from downtown Knoxville. Very clean and welcoming.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Loved it. Very quick sign in. Super good service and breakfast
- 5/5
Friendly service and beds are fabulous
- 4/5
Easy on & off the highway. Very friendly and helpful staff. Only drawback was that our “dog-friendly” room smelled really doggy/ wet dog from the prior tenant.
- 5/5
Nice stay and close to Pigeon Forge.
- 5/5
Great just wish there places to hang up wet towels
- 5/5
This was a clean well kept property with a courteous staff
- 5/5
Clean and nice for our overnight. Staff was super friendly, breakfast was great for the kids.
- 5/5
Amanda was amazing
- 5/5
Comfy bed, good location for us, clean & quiet, good breakfast
- 5/5
Close to the interstate, clean, front desk manager and the employee tending the breakfast area we're very friendly. Great breakfast selection.
- 4/5
Stay was very good. However I had reserved a king size room with a study and received a two queen room.
- 5/5
Excellent staff, especially front desk and at breakfast. I wish I had gotten their names. Friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Nice, clean, good breakfast options, but the pillows were terrible ( size of a throw pillow) and over priced.
- 5/5
Nice and clean hotel
- 5/5
Due to my daughter sport we have been traveling very often and this has been the nicest hotel we've stayed out. The staff was nice and the hotel was clean. Thr breakfast was a little lack luster, but it was still ok (no biscuits).
- 5/5
Pleasant staff
- 5/5
Nice hotel with kind staff
- 3/5
I have stayed here several times and I am not sure if it was the fact we were on floor 5 or if the hotel itself is going downhill but it was not a clean place overall. There was bacon sitting on the floor in the hall the entire time we were there up on floor 5. Our room was dated and had a leaky sink There was water damage at the base of the shower and what looked like mold. The breakfast was delicious and my mom on floor 2 had a very clean and nice room.
- 5/5
This hotel is well kept and the service was great. Amazing breakfast selection included omelettes, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, pastries/bagels/muffins, yogurt, juices and coffee in a very nice dining area. Would definitely return again.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay of 4 nights. Hotel is very clean, fairly quiet, family-friendly, has friendly staff, and nice breakfast selection. Conveniently located near I-40, restaurants, fast food, and gas stations. Our only complaint would be that the nearby RV dealership’s security system was constantly set off every few minutes all night and every night. My son and I managed to sleep through it but it woke my wife up several times. I was well aware of it though because I could hear it every evening when we returned from our day’s activities.
- 5/5
It was very clean; it even smelled clean! The pool was open 24 hours which was so convenient and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast had everything you would want. Definitely will stay there again!
- 5/5
Excellent staff. This hotel is always clean and has friendly staff
- 4/5
There is a lot to like with this facility but our room had issues. The floor going from the hallway into the bathroom has an awkward slope that could cause someone to fall especially in the middle of the night. Also the bathroom door jam is stuck and you cannot lock the door.
- 5/5
Spending the day in Knoxville today but didn't want to stay downtown. This Hampton Inn is about 10 miles away and is perfect.
- 5/5
It was a great stay. Very clean and comfortable. Very friendly and professional staff.
- 4/5
Was a tad noisy in my room but the room was clean and comfortable. The closet door did not work well so I didn’t use the closet. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.
- 4/5
Given my husband is wheelchair bound, booking hotels can be a very stressful task in itself, especially when it comes to wheelchair accessibility. We booked a king-size room with roll-in shower. The overall description was on point, however the creation of these rooms are not well thought out. 1) The weight of the door prevents wheelchair users to open the door on their own with ease. 2) The shower chair provided is a small, hard shower chair that would be perfect for individuals that can sit down from a standing position, but not ideal for a wheelchair user to successfully and safely transfer on their own. 3) The hand-held shower head is great, however the placement of high up/out of reach is not helpful and requires wheelchair user to rely on individuals to assist with reaching the shower head. I will add that we greatly appreciated the height of the bed, as it was perfect for transferring. However, the bed itself was uncomfortable and the pillows were extremely bad with comfort and/or support. All and all, we did like the hotel overall and would recommend to our family & friends that do not have handicap needs.
- 4/5
Understaffed on cleaners. Rooms were halfway cleaned and took while to get ready
- 5/5
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful
- 5/5
One night stay. Late arrival. Friendly desk. Recommended Aubrey’s which was 200 yds away for food. Perfect!
- 4/5
The hotel was very clean and staff was super nice. The room was very nice. The pillows we received for not the best and pretty flat. Also, the shower door took a little bit of work to open and close. As far as the breakfast goes, don’t try it. Worst thing about the hotel.
- 5/5
Warm and welcoming staff made for a wonderful experience.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Was all good
- 5/5
Close to the highway but far enough away to be quiet. Restaurants nearby, including a good sit down restaurant right behind the property.
- 5/5
Very clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Great for University of Tennessee visit.
- 5/5
Every step of our booking and stay went smoothly. Staff were very pleasant, accommodating, helpful. Hotel was clean and safe. Breakfast provided many options.
