Hotel was clean and breakfast was wonderful. When we arrived the hotel didn't have out reservations. I showed them confirmation on my phone but I was told they couldn't help me and I had to contact booking.com I was offered to book a room through the front desk for $200 instead of the the $158 that I already paid. I was able to contact someone after searching for some time for a contact number. They were able to contact hotel and find my reservation.

Nice hotel in a convenient place. I stayed with my medium-sized dog. We paid a pet fee. The breakfast was fine, but even at 6:30 am, they were out of fruit and yogurt. Relatively quiet hotel. There is a restaurant across the street.

Second time i've stayed there and had a dirty bathroom. There was hair in the tub, vanity on the countertop and even on the refrigerator. Front desks response was basically Oh OK.

Upon arrival, there was no one at the front desk. No one. 10 minutes later Richard walked in from outside. Red eyes, wreaked for pot. The guy running the front desk was out smoking a joint in the middle of his shift. He then proceeded to charge me for my room when I had pre-paid. I asked why he was charging me for the room, so he went in the computer and realized he shouldn’t have. Got to my room and the room was so moist/humid the sheets were damp. The bathroom floor had black curly hair all around toilet and tub. Was gross!

All of the hotel staff were helpful and very courteous. With the number of rooms and floors in the hotel it would be helpful if there was a second elevator or at least speed up the one.

It seemed new, nicely decorated, staff was pleasant. Breakfast was fantastic! Our bathroom in our room was poorly cleaned. Hair on toilet seat. Only 1/2 roll of toilet paper. Shower gel needed refilling. Very disappointing because it is so basic and important.

Helpful staff, breakfast was tasty and hot and fresh coffee 24/7. The dining area is a little tight, but everything else was great.

The rooom had a lot of noise coming from behind the walls at the shower for hours long from 12am way up into the early morning very hard to sleep

Room was disappointedly dirty and the bed (although comfortable), squeaked loudly every time you moved. Breakfast was equally bad; the French Toast could have been used as a hockey puck it was so hard - broke my plastic fork trying to cut it!

Beds were comfortable. I feel like the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest and needs to have some deep cleaning done. The breakfast was hot and fresh. The area is quiet and safe.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. Lots of parking. Breakfast looked good but I wasn't hungry so I only had coffee. The coffee was great. Enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel. Staff was very friendly.

Room was clean and comfortable, only issues were the water in the shower was lukewarm at best and there was hair in the sink and on the flower.

Breakfast waa great, staff was super friendly. We had a problem with refrigerator when we first got into the room. The maintenence switched it out within 10mins. The TV was slow to load channels and/or not load some channels, but we didnt mind as we werent in the room much at all. Definitely will be back again.

My stay was alright. There was a Tennessee game so the room prices were quite high. The room had a strange smell but was otherwise clean. The common areas were updated and clean, but overall the property is average. The surrounding area has plenty of fast food and other amenities which was appreciated. I ended up paying around $350 for 1 night here. This is nowhere near a $350 per night hotel, so I was a bit disappointed with the accommodations. I’d only recommend if there aren’t many other options.

I was very impressed with the level of accommodations for me and my dog. This was the first time I’ve ever traveled with my pet, and Holiday Inn express made us very comfortable, especially for a dog with high anxiety.

Front staff were pleasant.

Everything was wonderful including the Dove shampoo and conditioner I was very relaxed. They only thing was the down stairs had a funny smell and I had to hold my breath.

The breakfast was amazing. The room we stayed in had mold on the ceiling and we were told there was a couch/chase lounge in the room. There was not we booked the room for 5 people (3 teenage boys) and two parents. We ended up with a roll away bed because there was not a couch or chase lounge in the room. The room was also not big enough for a roll away bed so it was in the entry way of the room. We made it work and overall our stay was fine.

We found out after we checked in they no longer had a pool at the facility. Our room was toasty when we checked in and took most of the night to get to 72 degrees. We were on the 3rd floor & the Dollar General had a spotlight that shined directly into our room, even with the blackout curtain pulled down. The hallway is noisy if there are loud talkers or kids running up and down.

The price was too high. Should have stayed at Hampton for same price plus was non refundable. I am not happy that I was charged $50 and it is held up to 5 days. Additionally the air conditioning made things feel damp. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn again!

We enjoy staying here when we make our annual road trip from Texas to NY to visit family! Since we have a dog, it’s usually difficult to find a nice hotel that welcomes pets. We are so happy that your hotel still welcomes us! Our rooms were beautifully updated and very clean and comfortable! Would highly recommend and will choose this location for every road trip from now on!

Booked 5 rooms for family going to graduation ceremony. 3 one nghts 2 two nights. The lady @ the check in was perfect. The check in was easy even with all guest arriving @ different times all the way as late as 3am. The rooms were nice as well, clean comfortable, and updated. The location isnt the closest but not far either. Great place to stay

The ladies at the front were friendly, the room however was not worth what I paid! It was not cleaned well and the bathroom was less than appealing! If there would have been other hotels available I would have requested a full refund and left. However, due to multiple graduations in the area, I was stuck staying there because everywhere else was booked! There was hair on the floor in the bathroom when we arrived, and blue stuff dripping down the bathroom wall. The top of the microwave was dusty and dirty and the bathroom wall needed a lot of work. I was extremely disappointed and will never book at the Holiday Inn Express again!

The help that we received upon our arrival was what made the trip good. Our lady was on top of communicating all we needed to know and helped us get in the room quickly.

The hotel was fine, the bed was very comfortable. I am still having issues getting a receipt from my stay to turn in for an expense report. After multiple calls and providing two email addresses, still no receipt. Frustrating!

The room was fine. However advertised as a room for 5 with no where for a 5th person to sleep except on the floor was not great especially for the price.

This was an excellent motel. Very good breakfast, comfortable bed, nice clean room. There was a towel sculpture on the bed (like on cruise ships) to welcome us, which was a very nice touch.

Everything seemed very new and clean. I had a billing issue which they efficiently handled. I would stay here again.

Kenny checked us in on the 12th and was still there the next morning. He is an excellent employee, friendly, and professional.

This property was quiet and very clean.

Rooms are updated and spacious. The only complaint was there wasn’t a card scanner at the back parking lot so we had to walk all of the way to either side to use our card for entry. Not handy to load or unload your vehicle

The shower did not drain properly, so you were wading in about 2 inches of water while using the shower. Also the fire alarm woke us up frantically at 5am on 9/30. It was an accident but I believe it smelled of burned food. Just hard to get back to sleep after it.

I came to the area to visit my son. This hotel was the perfect location, as it was only 5 minutes away from him. There are restaurants and the interstate close by which makes it really convenient. The lady who checked us in was pleasant and had us checked in quickly. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, the property was clean and taken care of. I will definitely be back.

The staff at the hotel was amazing. Super friendly, answered the phone, had the crib waiting for us when we arrived at 11pm. But gross... the hotel room smelled like your grandmas stale cigarettes, the shower soap holder wasn't clean, the hotel room floors were disgusting.... it was convenient for our timing getting in and leaving but with a kiddo, and the cost... it was below sub-par

Very nice place to stay. We just stayed 1 night, overnight. Staff friendly. Breakfast buffet was a nice set up. Only complaint was there was no conditioner in the pump in our bathroom but thankfully I brought spares! Still have nothing bad to say. Great place!

After driving for 10 hours with children we arrived to your hotel only to find out they sold our room that I had ALREADY booked!!!! We had to sleep in our car until another room could get cleaned

We do like staying with IHG as they are always clean and friendly. This did not disappoint! Although I booked this in error for a different night, the staff was able to get me a room. He was very courteous and professional.

Ran out of breakfast food early two days in a row and refused to make more when requested. Mold in the juice machine. Broken door lock. Very disgruntled employees.

The host that checked me in was great. However, the lady that checked me out seemed very aggravated with being there. She offered no receipt, didn't question if everything was ok. She just took my key cards and turned and walked away.

We stayed at this hotel 2 months ago and couldnt say enough great things about it. This time it was ok. There was only one small trash can in the bathroom for the whole room without a bag and the tissues had one left in the container then empty. The hall trash by the elevator was overful the whole night and next morning. The room smelled freshly clean when we walked in the bed was comfortable. They have a great tv selection. Breakfast was not ok at all. The pancake machine kept having us check if bag was loaded correct and run thru steps then say making 1 out 2 then start over again checking bag. There was no milk besides a tall pourable silver pitcher which was no Chocolate milk. My grand daughter chose sausage links once she cut into them there was water all over her plate and they did not look done. Potato and eggs didnt look edible. My husband tried and confirmed they were not. I stuck with a cinnamon roll because every express has awesome cinnamon rolls. This was unfortunately not the case. They were hard and over done. The quality of this stay versus our stay in October was greatly deminshed.

There were lady bugs (beetles) in both of the rooms. Don't know if this was restricted to the 4th floor or throughout the hotel.

Area was noisy, and the walls must have been too thin because we heard cars and trucks during the night. Also, someone had a dog that would bark at different times of the night. Lastly, we heard doors slam close durimg the night while trying to sleep. We liked the place, but these things will make it hard to choose it again.

Nice looking hotel and rooms, however their P-tac units for heating and cooling are dysfunctional. You will either cook in the room or freeze. The fan never shuts off and blows at full speed all night.

Property was clean and staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Had to call the front desk to figure out how to work shades. Air conditioning was on in room when we arrived and was very cold. Staff was very friendly.

One of the best breakfast buffets! They also have it out by 6:30 which is great compared to other properties that do not serve till 7.

The front desk staff were so nice and helpful. 5 stars for that. While the room wasn’t terrible, it also could have been better. The ceiling was water damaged in one spot, and with the nightly price of the room, I feel like that is something that could be fixed. Also there were a lot of areas of dust and debris on the floor, the bathroom, etc. some mold issues in the tub as well. I don’t know if it would necessarily prevent me from staying there again, but it may not be my first choice. The daily breakfast was good, lots of options to choose from. The front desk area as well as the hallways were all clean and nice smelling. Overall it wasn’t a bad place to stay. Just more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms could go a long way.

There were no shower caps available. The room smelled of some type of chemicals. Could not put tv on CC. Other than that the hotel was nice.

There was black/mold in the corners of the tub/shower. The room set up was nice. However, for a newer hotel the workmanship was poor such as the sink had a gap between the sink and the counter.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and pleasant. We had a good stay even though the property was under some kind of renovation/construction. But, we were happy and the property was very convenient which was so important as we were traveling through the area on our way home from a trip. Thank you.
