Check in staff lacked friendliness. Room needed repair and a thorough cleaning (bedding, toilet and sink were clean). The smoke from smokers outside our door came into room through gap between door and frame. Unable to stop shower leaking onto floor.

Room was clean. Cold air. Could use a little paint for price range overall decent hotel. Breakfast was ok just pre-made sausage biscuits cereal juices sweets. Wish had some eggs and some potatoes but more than lots of hotels.

It was ok. Older building but it appears that upgrades are being performed. Comfortable beds. Grounds were very nice except inconsiderate smokers leave butts everywhere (and I'm a smoker) even though there are smoking areas with appropriate receptacles.

Do not blame your head office for lack of staff and room readiness

Not much of anything It was run down, holes in the wall, mold growing behind the night stand, the air ran on full blast or had to be turned off (we froze or sweated.) It smelled weird from the ac not working properly.

My stay at the Ramada hotel was terrible. I chose this hotel because I have a 4-year-old daughter, and she wanted to swim in the pool. I stayed at the hotel for three days. The weather was very hot, although it rained during parts of the day, not the entire day. However, they did not allow my daughter to use the pool on any of the days. The room was extremely dusty because of the carpet, and both my daughter’s and my wife’s allergies were triggered. The breakfast was awful. The man working at the front area — I do not know his nationality — placed frozen food directly into the chafing dishes. This same man was also the one who would not allow my daughter into the pool. To make matters worse, there was a used cotton swab on the floor of the room. Because of all of this, my experience was a complete disappointment. Zero rating.

The breakfast provided was a little lacking but got us through our stay to provide savings on the wallet. The room and property was clean. Staff was friendly and housekeeping was excellent. As for the bathroom, the toilet was a bit unstable and the shower would spray from the bath faucet while using the shower making it hard to keep water inside the shower. The location of the property had plenty of amenities close by helping to cut down on drive times. Stayed here while attending Baker's School of Aeronautics which was convenient as it was less than 2 miles away and drive time was only 7 minutes to class. Overall we had a pleasant stay and slept well.

They closed the breakfast at 930 am the outside pool was not open and our bathroom tub wouldn't drain

The breakfast bar had only 1 piece of fruit in each of the three baskets. There were only mini breakfast sandwiches in the warming trays. Our room needed a better cleaning on the mirror and television screen. The door was very hard to open from outside and inside the room. I would think this would be a potential issue in a fire.

Hot omlette, toasts, hot watet, wafles. For continental breakfast, realky good like in other Wyndham motels. The only bad thing is that the breakfast is until 9 am only, we had to wake up too early.

The bed was comfy and clean. The bathroom had boogers on the wall, tape holding the tub in, rusted hinges in the bathroom, and paint or something all over top of cabinets.

There were bugs and small insects flying in the room. Towels were torn and hairs everywhere. Everything is old and dusty. Unpleasant odor in the room. I don't understand how come people give excellent reviews to this place. Worst place I've ever stayed. Will never stay again.

Stayed here for a1/2 destination point the rooms looked clean enough. However the front door has to be almost kicked in to open and to get out you had to lift it up and pull so the handle was definitely not in working order. The toilet didn't flush and I don't need to tell you how that was. The man at the front desk was very polite and friendly however agreed no solution or discount. Disappointed started there because of the brand name.

It was a road trip stop. We checked in, went to sleep, took showers in the morning and left. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was low for my liking. The mini fridge actually worked. It was a good night.

The pictures are extremely misleading for this location. It is a MOTEL, not a hotel. The front desk and motel is located at the end of strip mall. The room was dingy; the beds were not queen size but full size (paid for queen size); the refrigerator door was broken; the heater was extremely loud; the motel is located on a very busy street so traffic was heard all night; the bathroom door looked like it had been pried open as there were splinters on it and there was also a large metal plate screwed to the bathroom door. The best part was that the toilet wobbled every time we used it. We checked out the next morning and didn't stay the remaining 3 days of our reservation.

Great shower...very clean and good water pressure. Must have recently renovated bc everything was newly painted and everything worked, i.e. TV, fridge, microwave, iron. Great value!

The room was filthy, the sheets were unwashed, just put back. There were oil or semen stains on the sheets, hair and bugs. There were paraphernalia left from the previous tenant. The breakfast was sad, soggy, and missing various pieces of items at 645am.

The ceiling had stains on it. There were alcohol bottles under the mattress. The fridge was filthy as well as the drawers. The bathroom floor was nasty as well as the tub. The tub access was broken and the door was hard to get in. Wouldn’t recommend this establishment to my worse enemy. BEWARE

I stayed for 3 nights. I felt safe. My room was a little dated but was clean. The staff was courteous. Close to restaurants and convenient to the agricultural show ground that i was attending. Would stay again.

This place is a dump. The room is dirty, the chairs are filthy, there was a candy wrapper on the carpet, had flies and the bathroom door didn’t even shut. I am so disappointed in this hotel especially for the rate that was offered. Check in staff not friendly .

clean room and even though i said i wouldn’t come back bc of the clerk the last time, i figured why not and that same clerk would not let me pay this morning to extend my stay with the poor excuse saying that my husband left cigarette butts in the room in which he never smoked in, i’m not a smoker and he goes outside to do so and to keep from littering puts the butts in the trash instead of throwing them on the lawn or in the parking lot. Not only did she refuse to give my husband a key to the room, knowing we were there together but lied to me saying that he cursed her out, i was on the phone with him when he talked to her about it, i’m not sure what Carla’s problem is with my husband and i but Karma will be catching up with her i’m sure, bc not only was that uncalled for but also unprofessional, i wonder if it’s company policy for her to have her husband and kid there behind the desk with her when she’s working, but whatever Carla, you take care and have a nice day, i could be ugly and say some nasty things but i won’t bc that’s not who i am anymore

the first couple of nights were great, we felt welcomed, it was clean and a quiet area, not hood or ghetto,,,well the morning when i was leaving out for work, our key did not work, i went to the office and told the clerk, well apparently i was suppose to have went in the office bc they had had us as a no show to a different room, she then asked if we were checking out today i told her probably and she said “that is probably for the best, to keep down the confusion” which had completely rubbed me the wrong way, what was for the best? i found that comment rude and unnecessary i think they should maybe train their front desk clerks to be more considerate and to keep their personal opinions to themselves, other than that we loved it there but i doubt we will be returning bc of that one comment, i am still trying to understand what that meant,,,,

We had 2 rooms reserved. The first room had to be changed because the deadbolt did not work. It's replacement was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke. The second room our family had was fine. The hot breakfast consisted of waffles and prepaid little sausage and biscuits. However, overall for the money it was ok.

The baseboards and corners of the bathroom area were not very clean. But the outdoor pool was great.

We have stayed here before. We come here for a car show at fairgrounds each year. This is an Excellent place to stay, Great value, never disappoints!

I was surprised that this is considered a two star motel -- it's better than that. Yes, the property is older but it's kept clean, gets needed maintenance and the daily maid service was perfect. Downsides? Breakfast offerings are scant and the carpet in the rooms need shampooing.

It was a very restful stay. I enjoyed my room, we had everything we needed to accommodate us. Everything was lovely, clean and quiet.

We were in our way home to North Carolina from Colorado and we had been trying to outrun storms all day. I was tired and ready to stop so I hopped online and found this place and booked it based solely on the cleanliness reviews. There were a few nights on the road, in other hotels, that were sketch to say the least. When i walked into the lobby, I was immediately impressed with the place. It was clean and smelled nice. The front desk clerk, who I assume was the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful. Walking to our room was like walking through a resort. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous with mature trees and flowers that are well taken care of and the pool area was so clean and well kept. The room was just as nice. It was comfy and spacious and the bed was just what I needed after that day on the road. I hope anyone traveling through this part of Tennessee on their way to anywhere will stop at this Ramada!

I couldn't open the door for my room for several minutes. It was very hard to open, and I had to try different ways. I was already tired and late, so this wasn't what I expected at all.

After driving for so many hours I finally got to the room, laid on the bed to relax only to find a crawling bug on the wall by the tv. Also found hairs on the bathroom once I entered. Not very clean, the rest of the night I felt itchy so just in case I separated my clean clothes from used one and went straight to the laundromat. No way I’m taking bugs home

I stay monthly and everyone has always been good to me. This time I was in a walking boot due to tendon issues. The gentleman asked if I wanted first or second floor and I replied first due to said boot making stairs a nightmare. There wasn't a king like I had paid for so he ended up upgrading us. It was a nice surprise and one he didn't have to do but nonetheless greatly appreciated. As long as I have to travel, we definitely will be long time customers.

Inexpensive without compromising safety or cleanliness.

The Inn was old and well-used. The shower was BURNING hot. We had to turn it to halfway and turn cold on. Tub wouldn't drain. When I went to check in by phone it said the location was NOT PET FRIENDLY and a $250 fee would be charged. Hotels.com shows a $15 per fee. They have a $20 pet fee written in pen at the front desk. The Breakfast photos are misleading. We book our hotels based on the breakfast offerings. The photos look good. The breakfast is not so much. There are 4 very basic cereals. 1 flavor muffin, 2 breads, 1 bagel. Cream cheese, butter, and jelly packets. The ONLY meat options were very small sausage and biscuit sandwiches which were almost definitely the bulk frozen ones from Costco or Sam's. You DO get to make your own waffle, however the syrup was empty, is VERY RUNNY, and you will get it all over yourself no matter how careful. (It's probably just bulk No-name syrup) The milk AND juice options were ALL watered down. No Ice available, and water was ok, but only fountain filtered. Instant coffee was offered, but not brewed. No tea option. The guy at the front desk was SUPER nice. My daughter went up to buy snacks and he even called the room to confirm it was OK for her to have my debit card. He answered our questions and was helpful!

Great place but it needs updating. Rooms are clean but bathroom floor not so much, hair all over. Pool & pool area were always clean! Staff is excellent & the cleaning staff can always be found in the mornings. Be warned that the breakfast isn’t much. Because of the caring staff I would stay again.

They need to do minor maintenance in the room I had , things like lamp shade not attached , if you touch it would fall off the lamp, the door sticks and was hard to open and shut. And the toilet paper dispenser was loose. Overall it’s a great location the property was clean and well maintained. The room was nice and comfortable, with just those few minor maintenance issues.

I stayed here because Nashville hotels were completely booked and my loved one was in the hospital there. If faced with the decision again, I will opt to sleep in the car in the parking garage at the hospital. This facility is not clean. Everything looks like poor craftsmanship of a cheap handyman. The safety features were compromised also. Never again.

The staff had tattoos all over and nails filed into points like clause. The side doors did not have locks on them. The breakfast was horrible no plug in the bathtub so you cannot get a bath not accessible for any vehicle pulling a trailer will not go back

I came to Maryland to handle some personal business first time in this city look up the reviews for a place to stay and i found this place i was not disappointed my stay was very good, in a great location,it was very clean the staff was cery friendly and respectful i will be coming back and if could give a 1,000 stars I would very satisfied with my visit and service
