Excellent all around great staff rooms awesome

I didn't like that they charged me $15.00 for checking in early after they had told me I'd not be charged if I checked in early.

Bathroom wasn't very clean. Non-smoking room smelled of smoke.

It was in a good location. Quiet, and comfortable. We had to keep asking for towels and toilet paper. They acted like they didn’t want to give us more.

This is a pet friendly place, even though we did not have any pets, they die accept them, but not sure all the details on pets. The room was not bad, they could get a new King Bed, it was starting to sink in the middle, bit not very bad yet, I was still able to sleep well. The shower head was one of those multi head ones, which some of the settings did not work., but what setting did work did fine. They do have shampoo and conditioner, the hair dryer seemed like it was going to die any minute. Regarding breakfast it was very basic, waffle machine, cereal, coffee, yogurt, bread, biscuits and sausage. No Eggs. Something to get you going. Overall the stay was only 1 night and and was worth the price we paid.

Ill informed staff notified Lebanon police and Sheriff department. WRONGLY stated that I was the person who had WARRANTS. Upon law enforcement VALIDATION that I was not that person. With their apologies by law enforcement. Yet the hotel staff did NOT accommodate me afterwards. Never again.

It’s close to a Walmart and a few places to go eat, and 30 min away from Nashville. It’s a very convenient spot

Staff great! Didn't eat it but they had a little breakfast in the lobby. There were used towels and soap in the shower and it looked like a maids so.body had played on the bed as the pillows were dented and misdesplayed.

Facility was not clean, floors had hair all over like it was unswept. Structure was in disrepair. We could have passed half a deck of cards between the door and door jam or threshold.

Very clean on the outside and inside.Went to the office at 2&3 o’clock and the desk clerk was vacuuming.She was the nicest and most helpful clerk I have ever had. Had ants by the ac unit.

The room was quite shabby and quite a few of the electrical outlets did not work. The first day we were there we could not get WiFi and by the 2nd day when we could, my laptop not only showed that I was on an unsecured line but that the app I wanted to use could be a fake! So, could not use my laptop while there for 3 days. The breakfast was minimal and the bisquits for the sausage patties were hard and dry. I opted for cereal. The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful with the WiFi. There were lots of holes in the walls and the sheets and towels were stained and old. Would not stay there again.

Very average, there was a problem with my first room the door needed new batteries so I ended up with a different room. While I saw that they were busy when someone has checked in and has a problem deal with it don't keep them waiting.

The room smelled like wet dogs. Not much for breakfast and the area seamed a bbit sketchy.

clean and quiet, our only issue was the people in the that was driving the u-haul with their car on a trailer on the back of it, decided it was a good idea to take up half of the back row of parking spots facing the rooms, causing most of us to have to park in the very back and walk a mile from outlet car to our room, i figured after the first night of this, management would have said something and it would have been taken care of, however we just came in and the u-haul had not been moved at all so i am guessing that nothing was said, anyway, other than that, it was nice, quiet and clean

The room had a horrible moldy mildew smell it was difficult to sleep. The bathroom had wall patches done that were not primed or painted. Would not stay there again

Upon awakening the first morning, my wife found a brown recluse spider in the sink. My wife killed it and physically took it to the front desk. She positively ID'd it prior to doing so. Upon approaching the front desk staff in hopes of possible concern, they just dismissed her. Secondly, the same morning as she stepped out side, my wife witnessed a male cleaning staff member pull a receipt from a trash bag that had been removed from an adjacent room and then placed the receipt into his wallet. She engaged another female staff member that spoke broken english, she stated it was her husband. My wife told her what she witnessed. Another female member stated they were not employees but merely searching for aluminum cans. My wife then returned to the front desk about this matter and was once again dismissed. We do not feel they are truly concerned about your personal property while staying there. Beware of leaving receipts in the rooms or trash bags.

Love this hotel, good people, love the cleaning people. Can’t say no more than if I’m in this area this is the hotel that I will be staying at.

Affordable and nice staff.

The rooms need an update. Overall, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The beds were firm and we slept very well. The only issue we ran into was that the WIFI was spotty and weak. We would recommend this property.

It needs to be completely updated I had to go to the hospital while I was staying at the hotel... because I couldn't get my breathing under control....Not saying because of the room but they had black mold all in the bathroom looks like someone tired to paint over it to hide it but it's still there...the bathroom was so filthy the doors was dirty had stuff all over them the room wasn't clean at all... I just feel like it wasn't great at all for me and my family the breakfast was just as terrible....I'm sorry but I really hated my stay there I was so ready to checkout please do better...it could be a nice hotel but it needs a lot of work....And just to let you know housekeeping comes to your room early in the morning and if you don't answer because your sleeping they'll just come right in...plus when they came in to clean it was just terrible they was wiping and cleaning the tables and microwave with a dirty dry white rag so then I realized that's why everything so dirty and filthy and smells horrible but they're very old so I guess they do there best they can do...I just won't never ever bring me and my family back there...sorry but not sorry

The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was not well kept. It needed a thorough scrub down. Very dusty and somewhat sticky. However the beds were clean. If they had not been, we would have left. We were only there one night so we could tolerate the uncleanliness.

Everything was clean and comfortable, check in was easy and relatively fast. Only down is I have a couple stray bites appear on my left arm later in the day indicating bed bug bites. Sorry for that ruining an otherwise great stay

Property is great. But the front desk Mrs Deanna was fabulous. Very detailed and extremely sweet. Customer service goes a very long way.

The first room was not cleaned as in there was trash in the cans, food on the table, open alcohol bottles, and a pair of slipper in the room. Second room was good.

Room was in poor condition and need a deep cleaning. Insects, dirt and other things in the corners and under the AC unit. Fixtures were dented and rusty. Staff was gracious and very helpful.

this is our 4th times staying here, it is covenanted to what we go for, plenty of different food sources, always nice and clean friendly. we enjoy our stay there every time.... breakfast is good could start earlier, (before 7 am) we get up early, like 5am... lol

This room doesn't deserve a star of any kind . The place was filthy. The first room i was in had mold on the shower wall and the shower curtains were filthy. The second room had holes in the sheets and spread. And the mattress was hideous.

Air conditioning unit very noisy. Bath tub has rust and water temperature difficult to control and water pressure very weak. The staff were amazing though.

This Quality Inn is very dated and tired. There was nothing about the room that was inviting. Dark even with lights on. Towels need to be replaced, the hand towels were literally threadbare. The bathroom door would not close. Shower was dangerous! Very difficult to turn on and then the water temp would go from scalding to ice cold within a matter of seconds without touching the dial. Also, the rooms are accessed from outside, which does not make you feel secure. I would never stay at this hotel again, subpar! I will say the staff was polite and helpful.

Best hotel breakfast by far, very clean modern building, staff are friendly, house keeping comes every day (most quality inns don’t do that), as far as food or shopping, literally everything is right there and mt Juliet is not far (there’s a large shopping center right off the interstate in mt Juliet. From the hotel to broadway in Nashville is about a 30-40 minute drive depending on traffic

Our stay was pretty decent however very noisy! We stayed on the right side of the building which is right next to a fast food place called "Cook Out" which apparently stays open most of the night and is only a drive thru. We stay up late so it didnt particularly bother us too much but for others, just FYI, very loud. Also another story while we were there, we were standing outside around 1 am and this guy was just walking around. I laughed and said to my husband, "uh oh, he looks like he forgot where he parked!" He was stumbling, obviously drunk! He finally stopped and the poor man looked at us and asked us if we could please call him a cab! He was a very polite man and had apparently been to a local bar nearby. We got him a ride and got him home safely! But again, the hotel was very good, just very loud.

Not all Quality Inn's are created equal. I typically stay at the Quality Inn in Lebanon off of I-40 Highway 109. It is very clean and new. That facility was completely booked when I needed to visit, and so I picked the closest location, so we stayed at this location. The property is disgusting. All entrances are exterior. The rooms were so gross and are in dire need of updating. The comforter had been patched, the walls are in dire need of painting and cleaning. There was ick all behind the bed, TV, etc. There really is no cleaning these rooms. They need to be gutted and painted. The office and cleaning staff were very nice, courteous and accommodating. But net/net - don't stay here.

This motel is, exactly, a place to sleep. It's not fancy. It's showing its age. The room was clean. It was dated. Non smoking room, but someone in the room below was smoking marijuana and the smell permeated everything. The breakfast was better than expected.

Hotel was busy but was quiet and restful for us.

The location was great and the service was great. I could not use the function of the tub as the shower/tub handle was stuck in the shower position without a knob. I might add that the complimentary breakfast was awesome.

Broken ice machine, room had a strong funny odor, went to walmart to buy air freshner for it, not a bad dirty smell just not pleasant or clean smelling, breakfast was lacking and doors to lobby were locked til 7 am ON.THE.DOT.

Our hotel room smelled so bad. It smells like an animal shelter in here and i found DEAD BED BUGS UNDER THE SHEETS. this is absurd.

Absolutely filthy. What looked like bloodstained sheets and spider kept me company during my stay. The ceiling leaked in the bathroom as well. Staff seemed unsurprised about the condition of the room.

Seems like the hotel wasn't in the best area of town. Couple of homeless people were outside the room when we checked in. A dead bug and 1 wing from another were openly visible in the bathroom. A very out-dated facility. Not worth $120/night.

The bathroom fan didn't work. The bathroom door couldn't close. We were staying for 2 nights but housekeeping took all our dirty and clean towels away after the first night so we had to go to the lobby. Housekeeping threw away our toothpaste that we left next to the sink. They also took away all the soap bars we had opened. We came back to the room to rest between meetings and housekeeping pounded on our door and refused to leave us alone even after I asked them to. I had to call the front desk to get them to leave. This was after they had already "cleaned" our room and threw away our things.

Everything was good, parking was a little tight . Especially if you have a larger vehicle. The next morning I felt a little hurried and it wasn’t even 11am yet. The cleaning staff came in and started taking the trash before I got my stuff out of the room .

This property was nice but dated. It needs to be overhauled. Also they need better beds. The staff was excellent.

I made a mistake in choosing this location. We booked 2 rooms. The first room smelled like fermented alcohol, like the odor of urine and rotting greens. Immediately, I asked for a different room. The front desk was apologetic but not surprised. As I walked quickly passed a man smoking and spitting outside his room, I inadvertently keyed the room (next door to my room). I was shocked to find people inside sleeping. A man jumped outta his bed yelling, "GET OUT .....", "how did you get in here". He chased me. I ran and realized my room was next door. I kept apologizing and locked myself in the room. Fearing for my life, I waited before returning to my car to help my disabled husband. It was late and we were all tired. We prayed about it and stayed. The 2nd room, was ok. I slept in my clothes with the desk against the door. Going over my notes, I realized, I meant to book the other Quality Inn in Lebanon on Old Leesville Pike. Despite, the rundown conditions, the mattresses and pillows were new, the bed - very comfortable. Free breakfast- biscuits, sausage and eggs. No thank you!

I appreciated a comfortable, clean, room with a hairdryer, coffee maker, etc. I had a much-needed night's rest and I could find my way back to the interstate easily.

There was a stain on my comforter---I didn't like that, but overall it was fine. No complaints and I slept well. Great pillows. Great service. Good breakfast.

Very comfortable quiet room, although the no smoked room had tobacco odor. The staff promptly placed a deodorizer mister in room, which helped some. The staff was very professional, courteous and sincerely cared for their guest's comfort. The breakfast was exceptional, having a variety of hot and cold foods.

The breakfast area was horrible, torn vinyl bench. Did not eat the breakfast because it looked horrible. The room was clean but old could use a little sprucing up.
