    On Friday, June 12, 2026, at approximately 9:00 p.m., my family and I checked into your hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk staff greeted us pleasantly; however, we were never informed that the elevator was out of service and completely inoperable. As a parent traveling with two small children, access to an elevator is not simply a convenience—it is a necessity. After checking in, we were assigned a room on the fourth floor. Had I been informed about the elevator outage prior to being charged and assigned a room, I would have had the opportunity to make an informed decision regarding whether to stay at the property. Instead, my payment was processed without any disclosure of this significant inconvenience. To make matters worse, the room itself was not in acceptable condition. The bathtub was dirty, the carpet had an unpleasant odor, and the overall cleanliness of the room did not meet the standards I would expect from a Marriott property. The combination of an inaccessible room location, the inoperable elevator, and the poor condition of the room created an extremely frustrating and stressful experience for my family. As a result, I was forced to cut my trip short and return home to Massachusetts with my two young children. This unexpected disruption caused both financial hardship and significant inconvenience.

    The housekeeping itself was very good. However, the carpeting and upholstered furniture everywhere from the lobby to our room is in desperate need of cleaning. I wouldn’t stay in this hotel again for this reason.

    The room was clean, the overnight front desk staff was nice and I was thankful to have a friendly, welcoming face at check in early morning after our flight got delayed. The breakfast buffet was good. Good distance from the airport. I booked this hotel because it advertised an indoor pool and hot tub but when I got there I was told it was under renovation. That really bothered me but I didnt complain at the time. We arrived early morning because of flight delay and there wasn't any bottled water in the room for mom to take meds. While we were given the water which I was told was supposed to be in the room. I was tired and had to go downstairs from the 4th floor after having showered and changed into my sleepwear. That said, only one elevator worked so sometimes the wait was a little longer than you'd want to.

    Hotel and rooms smelled like a wet dog. Rooms weren’t the cleanest. Underneath the pulled out coach there was trash and you could tell it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. Only booked here for the pool for our kids. However it was only open 6-10 instead of 10/10. I specifically asked the week of when booked. Let down overall.

    Talked to the staff down stairs to tell him I didn't get what I booked. He tells me they don't have any of those rooms available and to try back the next day. I didn't want to move again for the third time so we sucked it up. Two days into our trip the toilet seat broke. They did in fact fix it right away, House keeping was very nice. Didn't know much English but we made it work. The air conditioner was not working properly as well. So the room became stuffy. The pillows were not all the same size some I believe were older

    I stayed 2 nights. We were gone all day on day 2. Got back to our room and disappointed to see no housekeeping was done. No new towels. I went to the desk and got my own. For close to $200 a night, does anyone think that is acceptable? Otherwise, good stay.

    The host Brandon was really adherent to our needs and concerns, very helpful and polite and always kept a smile on his face. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the property is very convenient to shops and restaurants and the pool hours were very accommodating. We had a great time.

    Front desk made a mistake at check-in, double charging me for my stay. When I brought it to their attention they “fixed” it by putting the charge on hold until check out with the deposit. They were rude and raised their voice at me when I attempted to get something in writing stating that the money would be refunded to me. The room had ants and the bathtub was broken.

    Hotel pool & Hot tub were a nasty dirty mess. Extremely cloddy and at one point I as many as 18 kids between at one point. Also beachful booking the rooms here. I booked a suite for 10 days and the pictures online were NOT the room I was given. In fact the room wasn't in great condition. There wasn't a pull out coach like the description said the soaps were not filled up. No extra TP also they didn't come by my room AT ALL to clean it, give towels am. My room key kept not working. Then the Wifi and cable kept going out. The front desk lied to me about it when I asked about he cable. I couldn't even watch TV on my lab top. I guess after enough people complained about it they had the cable company come in and it STILL wasn't working right. After 5 days in the messed up room, They eventually changed my room to the room I was supported to have but still no one came to clean it or refreshen it up after I asked 2x in the new room! Needless to say I WILL NOT be staying here again!

    There is a no party sign on the front desk which tells me they have issues with this. During my stay there was a birthday party happening in the pool area where a very large family of 25-30 people were allowed to run wild and make other guests feel uncomfortable. We asked that they refrain from throwing a football that kept hitting us and they all surrounded the space we were in to intimidate us and berate us verbally. We reported it to the front desk and nothing was done. Worst stay I had ever had at, they need to follow their policies and make it safe and accommodating for all guest.

    No, the staff switched rooms on us at the desk and the room had 2 towels instead of the usual 4, the body wash bottle in the shower was empty.. then they wouldn't help out with children playing in the hot tub.. no age limit, time limit and it is not a pool.. the little store had 50% more items on there inventory list than what was actually there

    I arrived around 5 PM for check-in. Everything went well. The front desk staff was very kind after checking into my room. Everything was neat and clean. I changed into my swimsuit arrived at the pool. It was tons of kids under 10 in the hot tub. It was clearly over capacity, which was listed for 29 people total. It was easily 50 kids in a pool in the pool/hot tub. After speaking with the staff about the pool situation I was informed that it’s like that every Saturday had I known that I would’ve chose other options as I am a 49 year old woman who actually went there to relax in the hot tub.

    Unfortunately this hotel has seen a lot of wear and tear and hasn’t been maintained well. The bedding seemed clean enough, despite a few small stains. Everything is just really worn down. The electrical outlet inches from the back of the mattress without a cover plate was very concerning. The staff were ok. When I checked in the girl at the front counter was on a FaceTime call with someone and didn’t hang up the phone while she checked me in. This felt very uncomfortable, as I didn’t know who was listening in. Checking out was easy, and there was another staff member at the front desk who was friendly. Overall I would recommend somewhere else to stay.

    The room I was originally booked in. The shower did not work, no water pressure. Was moved to another room. The toilet ran constantly. Also the pool and hot tub were not available. I chose this hotel because of the pool and hot tub for a weekend getaway. Needless to say I will never stay at another SpringHill suite agaain. This is the third time/location I stayed at and I had a bad stay. Three strikes and they are out . I strongly suggest that you take pass this hotel chain. They are many chains that charge less and have much better standards and service. Not to mention you are staying at the hotel and then they charge you a parking fee to park on the hotel property.

    The room an overall hotel was out of date and dirty (peeling paint, etc), with a centipede on the bathroom floor. The pool was also being worked on so we couldn’t use that during our stay. The staff was perfectly friendly etc., the hotel itself just left a ton to be desired.

    This hotel is seriously outdated and dingy. The only reason I booked it was for the pool and hot tub and when I got there, they said that both were closed for maintenance even though that was not advertised anywhere to the public. The room was clean, but there wasn’t much light in the bathroom and it was very dim and the shower curtain didn’t even reach long enough to keep the water in the tub. The closet door was missing. The phone was missing. There was no body wash in the shower. Very disappointed in this being the Marriott brand. Will not stay here again.

    The whole hotel has seen better days very warn carpets stained and riped elevators the buttons did not light up for the elevators walls coved in filth and marks. Given a handicap room we did not book handicap but was spacious but again warn phone did not work had to go ask it be looked at someone came but we left for food came back and well still not fixed and no one said anything even up until check out not room service came for new towels or toilet paper luckily we only stayed 2 nights but jeez and we had to go ask for them since phone did not work free breakfast was ok standard free hotel breakfast not great but not bad either pool was nice to have and hot tube also but very very warn down a lot of mold showing on the ceilings and peeling paint and cracks everywhere. Would I stay again never.

    My family and I chose this hotel mainly for the pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub was closed for majority of our 3-days, 2-nights stay. Housekeeping and maintenance had no sense of urgency handling things. We called for extra towels and never received them. I had to email the supervisor about the pool/hot tub, and the pool happened to reopen for a few hours, but the hot tub was still closed. I was very disappointed to choose and pay for a hotel for the purpose of an indoor pool and hot tub and not be able to utilize these things throughout my stay. I will also email corporate Marriott to share my experience.

    My husband went down after trying to call again,our room was now at 87 degrees. We packed up and left after the rude front desk person basically told my husband he or she wouldn’t help us. Honestly I’d like all my money back…. And oh then only day we went down to breakfast that was discussing again nothing like all the pics. Half the items were stocked we had people talking very nasty and vulgar as we tried to feed our children. “Refund” and No one ever answered. Tweback late

    Room was in OK condition stains on the floor checked in the first room and the smell like cigarette smoke real bad gave me a second roll remote on for the TV didn’t control the volume once to get in the hot tub hot tub wasn’t hot big black, dirty ring around the tub.     Front desk staff are best PR—they greeted every person on entry, made each of us feel welcome. Breakfast staff person kept food well stocked and room very tidy, was quietly very efficient and helpful. Rooms were spotless, set up conveniently. Being able to gather family (we were at a family funeral) in the evening in the breakfast room till 10 pm really helped us connect and stay organized. The easy shuttle to the airport was soooo convenient. Hotel staff is very personable from front desk to housekeeping in the halls—they treat guests warmly and kindly—wow!

    Hotel is close to the airport & many eating options. Located in a quiet area but still close to everything.(downtown was less than 15 minutes away) The rooms were spacious & clean. Some furniture is a little outdated but comfortable. Many other reviews mentioned having hot water issues - this was not a problem for us. Water was hot. Pool & hot tub were a great plus.     Friendly Staff, clean room especially the bathroom tub, microwave and mini fridge, comfortable beds and sleeper sofa, delicious breakfast (waffles, eggs, oatmeal, bagels, toast, yogurt, cereals, milk, juice, hard boiled eggs, apples, coffee. The only issue was no hot water just warm water but it was good enough to shower with. I will definitely be staying there again in the near future.

    The room was in good condition but it wasn't the king room i paid for. So ny 35yr anniversary staycation started going down.     Upon my arrival of checking in, I appreciate the bottle of water and cookies left in the room as a welcome gift. However, I and my friends who traveled for a weekend getaway were unable to enjoy the pool area. The hot tub as advertised was under construction and the pool water looked too dirty to get in. Then come morning to get dress. We didn't have any hot water and our toilet backed up for no reason. So this stay was average breakfast in the morning was the only good outcome.

    The front desk staff were very nice and welcoming. The breakfast was decent, just wish there was more of a variety and bigger area but it was pretty busy at the hotel the weekend we stayed. The lobby was very clean, pool area, elevators and hallways were also very clean. The room was also clean and there were no issues. I would not mind staying again in the future.

    Very dated hotel. Room was so small we couldn't move around with the couchbed out. Bedding for couch bed was missing a top sheet and fitted sheet was stained. There was a domestic incident in the hallway right outside our room around 9pm with 4 women SCREAMING at each other. Feared for our physical safety if we looked outside to see what was going on. Called front desk about it and nobody answered. Room right next to the elevator, elevator was LOUD. Every time it went up and down the walls shook. No housekeeping came even though we stayed two days. This stay was only mildly better than camping, absolutely would NOT stay here again.

    We had no hot water, it was warm at best, and only at 3am when we had to leave. We reported this and nothing happened. The coffee pot didnt work, the hot tub looked like it was yellow, not clean. The bed was comfortable at least. I will not be staying there again. Given it was a Marriott, I was expecting better.

    The property was nice and convenient. The breakfast was great and had a large variety and was delicious. My only complaints were very noisy guests that made it hard to sleep. Plus I wanted to use the indoor pool but couldn't because a very large group of unsupervised extremely loud kids took it over and were running up and down the halls getting everything wet. I think the hotel could do much better on that issue for sure.

    The room was fine and surprisingly quiet — our family got a good night’s sleep. The pool was a draw, and it was also ok — overly chlorinated and a little dirty at the end of the day, but fine. The staff was wonderful — very helpful with extra bedding and attentive at breakfast. There’s not much around the property, but it was convenient for the airport.

    The room was awkward and just clean enough to exist in. Check in was slow and the girl couldn’t leave her phone down. They charge for parking even as an overnight guest not leaving your vehicle for a flight. The pool is gross, I don’t suggest swimming here- gross white stuff floating anll over the surface and the pumps weren’t on- felt like Stillwater in a liminal space. Probably will not stay here again and we fly from the area often. They also do not have an early breakfast or to go option which I find odd for an airport hotel.

    No hot water at bathroom sink, only warm water in shower. Could not shut bathroom door. Water damage on the walls, floor sinking in the bedroom area. No ice machines on floors 2,3, and 4. Maid service only left us one bath towel, one wash cloth, one hand towel. Two people staying in the room. Ceiling over bed looked like it was going collapse. To many people smoking Marijuana on property for a no smoking hotel. Couldn't pay cash for a $4.00 bottle of water. Will never stay there again and will not recommend

    The room was clean and everything worked as it should. Our main complaint was the pool area. It had some very disgusting parts that looked like that hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The pool itself didn't look or smell very clean either. Our other complaint is the staff didn't seem to care about the actions of other guests. There were a bunch of kids being very unruly and wasting towels and such. No adult in sight and no staff member seemed to care. Didn't look good. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Seemed old and not as comfy as other Marriotts we've stayed at in the past. Overall, Marriott has gone downhill in the last several years. I used to be very impressed by Springhill suites locations and was far from on this visit.

    I checked in and noticed a weird smell to the hotel. I then go to my room and notice there a 0.5 inch size cracks in a lot of the corners of the wall. The room also looked nothing like the photo, the sink was a bathroom space and there was zero counter space. I called to have a room change and was swapped rooms but when I got to this room the room was on 80 and air would not kick on. Also the sheets were dirty to which maintenance was called up and I showed him the sheets and he said it was unacceptable and disgusting. I then called downstairs to cancel the hotel due to the conditions and had to book another one. I only received a partial refund from the insurance and had to book another hotel immediately as I was going to a game, that I was late for due to having to book a new hotel. DO NOT BOOK HERE

    We had a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed for three people. We had 6 mediocre-bad pillows and were told we couldn’t have any more. Phone had most buttons removed, no front desk button. Only 2 paper coffee cups and room only cleaned/restocked every other day. Front desk often not staffed. Messy lobby with construction. Greasy pool that smelled bad.

    The room and property were pretty decent. My only issue was the water being turned off for hours from the morning to late afternoon. It was an inconvenience. I’ve never had that experience before. They said it would be on by 1:00 and it wasn’t and then they said by 1:30 and it wasn’t and then they said by 2:00 and then they said another hour so it would be in by check in but that wasn’t helpful when I was a guest that was already checked in. Plus it halted my birthday plans bc I wasn’t going anywhere without showering. The food was also not great but it was free so who can complain.

    Check in wasn’t pleasant. We booked king room with sofa bed, front desk offered double with sofa bed. We said no, 6 minutes later said they have no kings until after 4. If you knew all you had was two beds, why waste the time at check in? Room is subpar, mold on bathroom ceiling, stains in the ceiling and we’re on the top floor. Couch in room makes sounds every time you sit on it. Overall we should have checked out and gone somewhere else. Don’t stay here, for a Marriott property this is definitely their step child. When your kids know the hotel is trash, it’s trash. Save your money or spend the extra for somewhere else.

    Marriott properties in my experience are well maintained and in good repair. This was my second time staying at this property and it did not quite feel like a Marriott experience. While the room was clean it was in need of maintenence as there were non working light bulbs, non working internet, and the thermostat was blinking indicating that filter needed to be replaced as well as a telephone that wasn't labeled and didn't work so i had to walk to the front desk to report the non working internet. The overnight staff seemed concerned and indicated that the items would be addressed. When checking out the day staff let me know the internet was an issue with the provider but didnt seem concerned about the issues that were reported regarding the room. Overall the room was clean with the exception of what appeared to be some mold in the chalking of the bath and a stain on the ceiling above the window. The area is quiet even though it is close to the airport, a movie theatre, and multiple eating establishments. The pool was available and in use by other guests. Standard Marriott lobby with normal amenities were available as well.

    When I mentioned to the front desk clerk that no one had answered the phone, the only response I received was, “we were busy.” At check-in, they also could not see that I had pre-paid through Expedia and attempted to charge me again. The room itself was dated, with mold in the bathroom, scratchy towels, and dirty, worn-out elevators (one of which was out of service). The worst part of the stay was that housekeeping walked in on me and my husband twice without knocking. When I confronted the housekeeper, she blamed the front desk, offered no apology, and took no accountability. I reported this to the front desk, and while the staff member apologized on her behalf, the issue was never truly addressed. Overall, this experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and far below expectations—especially considering the price paid.

    The king sized bed room I booked in advance was given to someone else. The manager absolutely did not care or try to help resolve. She didn’t apologize and said I could either take a double bed room or leave with a refund. I stressed that I got a confirmation no three days prior and asked for the corporate number. Her response was she didn’t have it and to find it with Google! I have never been spoken to the way this manager did and will probably not use Expedia again.

    Girls trip to Maryland and staying at the Spring Hill Suites. The pictures online make it look bigger than in person. The space was clean and smelled fresh.     Everything was good as far as the hotel room. The pool however was completely disgusting! The amount of dirt and hair floating all around was beyond nasty! It was so green that you couldn't even see ur hands under the water. Ever inch you moved, there was hair stuck to your arms. Me and my kids were in there all of 10 mins and couldn't take it anymore which sucks because that was the entire reason i chose this hotel. My kids live the pool during our down time. Needless to say, i had extremely unhappy kids.

    Hotel is nice, convenient and close to the airport, room was clean and didn’t need to ask for anything additional. Only thing that was unfavorable was at breakfast there was nothing to drink but orange juice. They didn’t have water or a different selection. For a diabetic who can’t really drink oj, tha was the only mishap.

    It seemed to be undergoing many maintenance requests/renovations. All of our drains in the unit were slow draining. For the price we paid, not too shabby. Would stay here again under the conditions we had and for the rate we paid or less.

    Overall the property was well to the property and the management. The rooms were nice for the price. The hospitality was well on the hotel management part. What I didn’t like was that the other guests were rude and weren’t mindful of other guests. Frequent stomping above my room at night, rowdy teens, and just poor proper curtesy.

    The toilet ran all night, the tub drained poorly so my feet were in dirty water as I showered. The sink was stopped up took forever to drain. The shower was dirty hair all over the place. I had to clean the hair out the shower before I used it. When I arrived the front desk told my husband there wasn’t any King rooms available even after he explained that I was pregnant and my and I didn’t wanna sleep in separate beds, she only changed her mind because my husband said he would call the manager in the morning.

    When room service came to clean, they only picked up the used towels and did not clean the room or provide fresh towels. and did not clean the room, nor leave clean towels.

    I usually don't write reviews, but this as pretty bad. We got to the hotel at night, we informed them we would be arriving at night, there was no one there. We called and no one answered. Finally after almost 10 minutes el someone showed up. Microwave didn't work, it had the wrong microwave plate. Walls were so thin you could hear everything. There was no bedding for the sofa bed , and the one we got had holes. The carpet smelled bad. There was tape on the walls from some previous decisions. There was a huge stain in the bathtub. Do not recommend.
