    Rooms are clean and comfortable. My only true complaint is the absence of any breakfast offering as at the price of the rooms most other hotels offering the same amenities have at the very least a simple continental breakfast available. Regardless this is not a deal breaker as far as I am concerned.

    The only positive of my trip was that the hotel was close to the airport and the highways. The staff, about four of them, with whom I interacted, treated my typical traveler requests or questions as a hassle. I was given a new room when the first one was dirty and had bugs on the windowsill. The bed was a full, not a queen, and not comfortable. The kitchenette was woefully understocked. I had place settings for two and ONE small saucepot, no cooking utensils, nothing. Asked for a change of sheets and towels on day three, and was told they would be done after a week. I was told I could request it, but by that point, int I didn't want a possible continuation of curt, rude behavior or interactions. There are plenty of other hotels in this area; go to any of those instead. For context, I needed a hotel close to the airport with a fridge and microwave.     The location, the staff always, the room style and the comfortable mattresses. I really like the hotel, but this is the second time that hair was in the bed, sink, and on the floors. I always change the sheets with my own and clean up. The cleaning staff has to do better. This makes me believe that the sheets aren't changed. Sonesta, you have to do better.

    The best deal around. Spacious suite, full kitchen (with actual full refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishes, utensils, great bed, desk, big TV. I'm so very pleasantly surprised to find such a stellar hotel at such a reasonable rate ($76/night).

    The hotel was close to everything we needed The bedroom was right beside the maintenance room and something was wrong with the heating system which made a horrible loud noise all night. Called the front desk to complain about the noise and was told they had put in a call to maintenance. The hotel was full and it was almost 1 am, so she said she was going to let the General manager know what happened and she would get in touch with me.

    The room was clean but I had registered to have my children with me and they didn’t have enough towels and wash cloths and no bedding for the pullout. Then I’m a regular that use to stay and my room had no cookware or plates and silverware. So I purchased my own and my children ended up still having an enjoyable time.

    One of the nicest of the airport's lower cost choices. It has a pool. Housekeeping words very hard and are very friendly as is the staff. It's a motel not a hotel though. Everything is fine except there is really junky and dirty furniture I n the gazebo and around d the pool. Most of the furniture is broken. a mad rush in morning to get one of the two non broken. recliners. you can walk to cracker barrel, donuts and 4 or 5 fast food places and a cvs. really good location if you don 't have or don't rent a car.

    The laundry room has crap washers that don’t work and or leak for months e no action. New washer was actually broken when it was installed. I had lost my credit card waiting for overbite to deliver. I paid for room w virtual credit card number. I couldn’t put the 100$ room deposit as they can’t take cash and no credit card. The mgr actually told me I couldn’t stay and instructed front desk to keep me out of my room. Very unprofessional

    This hotel is so amazingly designed and beautiful. The reason for the 2 stars is due to the fact that, the room I was assigned to originally wasn’t clean and smelled like urine plus when I was moved to another room, the tiles were shaky, toilet pot as well was shaky. Unto the towel holders, the screws on them were off the wall causing it to fall here and then making me feel like most were falling apart. There were no sponges for the dishes. Overall, everything else was good except for what has been mentioned.

    The room was very clean and the location is very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was no hairdryer and there was no vanity at the sink. This was a restricted mobility room but it was very oddly configured. Even though the hotel seems to have been refurbished, there were some aspects of it that were very puzzling. The coffee machine was very old fashioned and there was only one packet of coffee. There were none of the usual packets of creamer or sweeteners. There was no light switch for the lights above the bathroom sink. The desk lamp had no working bulb.

    I was moved 3 times. The first room the stove was broken, the second the heat Ave the third was not handicapped assicoble or awueen bed as I paid for. The dishwasher was broken and flooded the floor when i washed dishes. Even though the front desk and house keeping were accomidating, this was the worst stay anywhere that I ever had. I made a report with Expedia.

    Everything was in order and very clean. The young lady who checked us in on Friday night was super helpful. We were very grateful since, as seniors, we were very tired after a 5 hour drive.     The hotel was okay. I had to get my room switched due to the door not closing all the way, and the shower head in the bathroom was facing me, and all it did was rinse the soap off. Also the heat wasn't working. The staff never came to take out my dirty towels. I had to go downstairs and do it myself and get clean towels. I don't think I would stay at this hotel ever again.

    Property was really good, in a pinch needed a last minute stay and it was perfectly fine. Only thing I would nitpick is there was old food in the cabinets, my guess is cleaning staff couldn’t reach it. Also there were minor things that were odd (towel rack in bathroom was very loose and fell off!) but could have just been the individual room and situation. Your mileage may vary. For the value, though, beggars shouldn’t be choosers.

    This property couldve been decent but between traveling through construction and mildew smell on first floor to not having a working shower and only option was to shower in a room on the first floor (that was closed for construction) and travel back up to the 4th floor was not convenient. Wasnt offered anything but a free stay withing two days not to include mu reservations i already had. The lack of compensation for such an inconvenience is why i wont stay again. The young man that works the front desk was amazing. The night manager attitude was take it or leave it.

    The convenience of this property to everything is pretty decent. Only had a few issues, 1 of them being the parking- it seemed like no one knew how to park? Everyone was taking up anywhere from 2 to 4 spots. I think the lines might need to be redone. The bed. The bed was so uncomfortable. You could feel the springs in the mattress. Everything else was great, no isses.

    My flight was canceled twice, I lost my prescription sunglasses, the weather was bad, I was under the weather and the airlines associate was very crude but the front desk clerk was so accommodating and friendly. It was the highlight of the 7 hour ordeal. He did everything he could to make my stay comfortable. He even let me stay a little longer after checkout so i wasn't rushed for the next 8 hour day at the airport. The shuttle drivers were fantastic too.

    The room was as pictured but not as described. Says seating area. There was one chair at desk. There were two of us so a chair in addition to desk chair would be nice. Says dining table. There was none. We did not cook but why have stove, fridg, sink, cooking utensils but no table and only room for one at desk. Didn’t ask for but had accessible room. No vanity so no place to lay toiletries. No waste can in bathroom. Finally, the room was 63 degrees when we walked in. Wall thermostat did not work so i used the units controls. Took 2 hr to get temp to 70. The room was very clean.

    No actual complaints. There was remodeling going on. I don't remember hearing any noise. There was a loose tile in the bathroom. The room was clean and smelled fine. The staff very helpful and professional.

    I have been hotel hopping for a month now while searching for a new home and this has by far been the cleanest place I’ve stayed, the price was fair for the amount of nights. I will happily be booking here again, highly recommend!

    Room was on the second floor and it sounded like a herd of elephants were on top of me. Very loud, didn’t sleep well. But the room itself was very nice and the service was also good. Staff was friendly.

    The room was very nice and the bathroom was also very nice. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing I was put off by was you have to pay for parking. Maybe it was listed but I didn't see it so I was taken by surprise since I was shopping for the bet price so this changed the overall price per night.

    My check-in was late. The parking in front was full but there was ample parking in the back with easy access to the hotel that was well lit and I felt safe.

    Sonesta simply suite in lithicum heights, Md was a good stay. We had my yorkie journee with us. We booked a Queen suite. The receptionist was very accommodating, they had us on a different floor but since I had my little one the receptionist gave us a really good suite on the first floor by the exit door so when journee needed to go to the bathroom it was very easy to get to. The area is quiet and we love the kitchen. We only cooked twice but having a full size refrigerator with a freezer was a plus and the freezer had an ice maker. The parking was decent, there is the front parking and the back. We like the back because our suite looked behind the back parking. The parking can get pack really fast so anything after 9 or 10pm will be hard to find parking. By the way you pay $7.00 a day for parking. When we first went inside the suite there was a dead roach but we were on the first floor. I did find a live roach coming from the door which I killed but for the rest of the stay(We stayed for a week) we didn’t have anymore rodents. We thought about staying longer but the distance from silver spring and Linthicum Heights so a bit long.

    My stay here was ok, stayed for about 10 days or so. The front desk staff was very friendly and professional. The housekeeping manager was great, l had an issue with the iron in my room and he was very promt in making sure l got another one in a timely manner which l appreciated. I would stay here again and would reccommend the property. The only minus would be the front desk charged my debit card upon checkout in error and it caused an overdraft to my bank account which really messed up things for me. To their benefit they did immediately reverse the charges but it takes several days for the money to actually be deposited back into my account. Had this not occured l think my ratings would be a lot higher.

    Staff was extremely useless in helping in any way. The place had a horrible odor and the room was awful to the point that I did not open the bed or use anything in the room except the toilet. I did not sleep that night and left at 5AM. Would give it a definite ZERO in rating.

    The bad things: - the towel rack right beside the shower was literally falling out of the wall; I called the front desk about it and they said they would send maintenance. They never came. It didn't impact my trip, but wasn't a good look for the hotel - the TV in the living room kept turning on at random times. Same as above, front desk was notified but no one came to fix it. Just to note: - the gym is small, not particularly well-equipped, if that is important to you. - there is a bbq outside for guests to use. it did not seem like it had been cleaned for a while, but it did seem like it had been used. - the kitchenware provided is bare bones. there were no knives/scissors (though I didn't end up asking for any either) and there was only 2 of other cutlery/plate ware. no oil/salt/pepper is provided in the room.

    I didn't like the room because the tile on the restroom floor was uneven; therefore, I tripped over it a few times and I hit my toe on it. The toilet constantly runs water until you wiggle the handle. The entrance door to the room don't close completely unless you pull on it hard, which caused me to leave my room unlocked until I returned from my outing because I was unaware that it didn't close automatically. I had to request forks and the beds are full size not queen size as advertised. Overall, I'LL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND.

    All you could smell the second you walk into the hotel is marijuana right by the front desk. Also there were trash bags and dirty laundry sitting in the hallways for the entire time I was there in the same spots

    The front desk women could not locate my reservation after I provided her with the reservation # and called Travelocity customer service on speaker. The Travelocity rep and the front desk staff and the hotel manager Adrian who was on speaker phone while I contacted Travel agent. Once the Travel agent confirmed my reservation the front staff notified me to hang up before Travelocity can call the front desk of the hotel to confirm my trip. Mind you The women had me check into another person reservation and notified me that I had to leave my room after the person arrived. It was 10pm at this point I check in at 6 something. I had to plead to move in the morning to room 321 from 344. I was notified that my stay will be compensated. For the stressful inconvenience. The Hotel is nice but the professionalism need to improve significantly.

    My normal stay at this hotel was great. I wasn’t being picky, but I did notice that there weren’t any face towels or washcloths. But I did have regular shower towels.
