I pulled up to this hotel at around 830pm the night I was supposed to check in. I was travelling to Little Rock with my 7 year old daughter for the eclipse. To my surprise, the hotel was closed for renovations.
- 0.5/5
I get a chance to stay because they were close.
- 3/5
Staff was amazing -- property needs a makeover
- 1/5
We just got to hotel off o long stay in the airport.... the bathroom was nasty the shower was full of dirt.....then the smoke alarms go off throughout the hotel, several minutes of this and the water sprinkles go off in the hotel.....now I am waiting for money to be put back on my card.

Sad to see this beautiful building in need of attention. It must have been grand in it¿s time. Downtown location parking is for small and mid size automobiles,

The place is located in the real convincing area, therefore, his place is trash small drugs at all the location the parking lots are Empty because a lock of Maintenance trash all parking lot and not security system I was expecting way better then the picture shows at the web definitely is not even one star hotel it’s a motel.
- 1/5
It’s apparent the owners and staff don’t care. It’s an older hotel and shows its age - That’s okay but there’s no effort being made. Hallway lights burned out, peeling wallpaper and it looked like the elevators hadn’t been swept in weeks. Booked with this La Quinta based on previous stays at other La Quintas. I know they’re not the fanciest places but I know what to expect. A clean, decent place to stay for a night. This place failed miserably to meet that modest standard. We did NOT stay the night.
- 5/5
The Staff is amazing. Stayed for a full week and everyone is super friendly and courteous. The hotel itself needs a lot of work. It is very rundown. No vending machine and the "market" area is fully empty.
- 1/5
Worst hotel ever !! Super dirty and staff is disrespectful! I asked for items and she said God damn like who does that I would like a refund NOW
- 0.5/5
Dirty rooms broken coffee maker and fact that I had to pay another $25 on top of the 85$ for room just because I was an hour earlier and yet it took bout an hour and half to be placed in a clean room , only to still end up with dirty roach infested room¿

Old ran down to the dumps

The desk clerk was not at the deskwhe we arrived to check in. When she arrived she had her boyfriend/ non employee hanging out. Room we booked was not available due to disrepair. The room we recieved was a downgrade and dirty and just out of shape. Pull out bed and mattres were in pieces and there were no sheets or linens for it. When we recieved linens they were dirty and had syrup stains. Curtains hanging. No hair dryer. Used bottles of shampoo and lotion in bathroom. The elevators were filthy, and smelled of marijuana, and there was a used condom on the floor of one of the elevators. The door leading to the parking garage was broken and unsafe. The parking garage was unsecure and there were druggies hanging out in it. There was only one car parked in the entire garage when we checked in and it had no wheels and broken windows. Homeless people living in and around the garage and hotel. When we requested a hair dryer we were denied due to the fact the desk clerk said she could not get into the laundry room. We were told we would have to wait until the morning. The air conditioner did not function properly. I was kept up most of the night by the distinct smell of marijuana smoke coming from somewhere. This hotel is completely unsanitary and we did not feel safe at all. I honestly cant believe im not making this up.i didnt take any pictures but i wish i had. We want our money back and this hotel shut down
- 2/5
Not in a safe area. Not clean.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly. Beds were comfy. Part of the TV didn’t work - it had lines in the top two inches that made it not be visible. Didn’t give us a warm and fuzzy feeling. No drink or ice machines. Prob would not stay at again.
- 2/5
The main thing I did not like about the staff was they were non-social and made us feel like it was a chore to answer our questions or check us in or out.
- 5/5
Good service
- 1/5
Mold was seen around the baseboard. The beds appeared as though the linens weren’t changed. The parking garage, lord have mercy. A abandoned sedan sitting on cinder blocks was on the second level. Most of the lights were in disrepair. It reeked of urine smells and trash filled the elevator floor. I WOULD NEVER VISIT A LA QUINTA EVER AGAIN BASED ON THIS PLACE. NEVER
- 2/5
This Hotel needs major updates. The electical plugs were in such bad shape (wires showing) walls were kicked in by the elevator, homeless people in the parking area by the elevator going into the hotel. (scary) breakfast was a joke, no coffee in the lobby at 9am...... I could go on & on!
- 0.5/5
All of it will never return or suggest for anyone to stay there.
- 2.5/5
There is a lot of homeless people hanging out by the front doors at all hours of the night. It's really awkward because they would ask for things every time I walked by.
- 1/5
Now for the worst. Bleach spots all over the corridors with wall paper pulling off the walls My room. A suite #600 had not had the trash emptied with whiskey bottles in them. The toilet was covers with excrement and there was no tissue. No phone. Filthy carpet with bleach stains all over the floor. I and there was no hair dryer. Lamps wer mostly unplugged. Drapery was falling off the hooks. I was told the room would be cleaned before I returned for the day. NOTHING WAS CHANGED. DO NOT STAL HERE AND CALL LAVAL PATEL THE OWNER IN CHATTANOOGA THE OWNER TO TELL HIM HIS PLACE MEETS NO CODES OR STANDARDS FOR LA Quinta Or any other place. I yes. The swimming pool was a slimy mess breading mesquitoes for the entire city.
- 2/5
Carpeting was badly stained, and sticky in first room they gave me (Rm 920), only to move to another badly stained carpeted room (Rm.906), with broken furniture, and garbage left behind the night-stand when I pulled it out to plug in a power strip to power my autopap and charge my cell. Elevators torn up (control panel security mechanisms missing, or told to use different button to access main lobby floor, and dirty), back entrance doors non-functional to get in from the garage leaving patrons to walk down nasty alleyways to reach side entrance, gates to parking garage broken/missing, vehicle blocking side entrance for most of the weekend, homeless guy sleeping in the lobby, etc. Just not a safe environment for any guest.
- 4/5
Hotel needs some updates and there painting skills are lacking. Very little dealing with employees but some were very nice at the very limited breakfast offerings. The Hotel has past it's prime for sure but for a nite sleep during travel was fine.
- 0.5/5
The staff was horrible & there was supposed to be a security guard walking the premises, but NEVER saw him. Once off the elevator you could smell the stench of weed, our tv didn¿t work, the extra lock was completely broken off, & the staff was really rud
- 1/5
My room was not clean the bathroom was not clean cause it was a room that was old and so stuff did not work and next time i have to go to little Rock i will stay at a different hotel
- 3/5
Tv ice machine and vending machines didn't work
- 1/5
The staff had bad altitudes, i asked to change room because of filthy mattress. When i called downstairs ask staff the girl told someone else what i said then she just hung up the phone without responding to me then i went downstairs stood at the desk and among themselves said she's here for another room. Then another customer came down wanted to change rooms because she seen roaches . They gave her another room over us. Then told us we can get a refund for the stay but no more rooms available. Now a Halloween party was going on all kind of mens hanging out by the back door that leads to the parking garage drinking and we are two ladies having to leave the hotel at 11:30 at night . Peoples face covered with maskes. i asked to be charged for a single room price because one bed will not be slept in due to the filthy mattress. Again they said we would have to get a refund because no room availability. 😒 They didn't even try to accommodate us at all. Due to the men drinking and late as it was , i wasn't cursing nor wAs i loud. They were interacting with the loud party people. I need a refund our safety wasn't even a concern
- 1/5
I would not stay again! Elevator smelled bad of urine and bed sheets were dirty. Went to front desk to ask for clean ones and the clerk did not have access to the linen closet. I luckily was able to get a clean sheet from my brothers room.
- 3/5
Nothing special
- 2/5
First room the door key didn't work, second room the tv was missing, third room had stains all over. Front desk was nice, area was definitely not a good area. Elevators need work.
- 3/5
Hotel is a little worn down. The free breakfast had bagels, but no cream cheese or butter. Very limited choices.
- 0.5/5
This guest did not leave comments about this hotel.
- 0.5/5
The bed had visible stuff on the sheets maybe dry cereal. Woke up to a bed bug bitting me. Breakfast was stale mini muffins or begals with no toppings except jelly packets. There was 1 towel.
- 4/5
Staff a little rude. Had trouble finding our room and front desk worker was visibly irritated
- 1/5
The hotel was in serious disrepair. Room keys did not work until the third try. Bathtub faucet would not turn off. Couch was damaged. Carpet had multiple large stains that looked as if nobody even bothered to try to clean. Pool was empty. Parking garage gates were broken off and wiring was hanging down throughout the garage and scraped top of truck. We checked in and then right back out. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody. La Quinta should take their name off of this place.
- 0.5/5
Everything did not like my stay. They to close that hotel or get new management and security.
- 2/5
I am now embarrassed to tell family and friends i stayed there.it is completely (without exaggeration) unkempt. I will be absolutely in shock if this hotel is still open for business at the end of 2022.
- 4/5
Great location, clean room. Only issue was lack of hot water in the shower, lukewarm at best
- 2/5
No TV that worked. Not clean. No towels. No hot water. No breakfast No shuttle
- 1/5
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE... I WASN'T HAPPY OR COMFORTABLE WITH THIS HOTEL.. HAD TO GO THROUGH 3 ROOMS BEFORE WE SETTLED.. IT WAS A LATE CHECK IN SO DIDN'T WANT TO LOOSE MY MONEY..NONE OF THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN..ROACHES.. BATHROOMS ALONG WITH ROOMS WERE CLEANED TO MY LOWEST STANDARD..TV DIDN'T WORK..MY GRANDSONS WERE RESTLESS..THERE WAS NO COCOMELON BCUZ TV WASN'T WORKING.. FRIDGE WASNT WORKING..DIDNT GET COLD TIL CHECK OUT TIME..
- 1/5
They did not have the room I had reserved, then gave me another room when I got to that room it was occupied by someone else and then I had to wait 25 mins for another room that had no towels and not clean, cigarette butts in the bathroom floor, wires hanging out in the elevators and a very strong mariuanna smell
- 2/5
This property has went downhill fast. Our room key wouldn’t work after getting new keys 3 times. The room needed vacuumed. No ice machine, no snacks, no drinks anywhere. The parking garage was disgusting - trash everywhere. I wouldn’t recommend staying here anymore.
- 2/5
I stayed here 7 years ago and loved it. This time, we had 3 roaches cruising the walls in the morning light. What can only be described as bodily fluids on the art work. Mold on the ceiling above the bed. And holes above the shower that toilet paper had been shoved in. Literally had to share the elevator twice with an employee who was clearly under the influence. He even fell over in the elevator as he attempted to lean on the wall and missed. He was kind but couldn’t stand up on his own two feet!!
- 0.5/5
Everything! The hotel manager gave away my room to another guest before I could check into the hotel. This is unacceptable. I will never stay at any La Quinta Hotel ever again.
- 1/5
Horrible experience. Double booked our room, dirty, smelled like pot on the entire 4th floor, homeless people sleeping in stairwell in parking garage and smelled of straight pee, no light in elevator in parking garage or stairwell. Just very bad experience.
- 1/5
This hotel has gone down hill since I stayed at it just 2 years ago. First off, the place is gross. The elevators are nasty. The constant smell of weed in the halls, lobby and even the parking garage is off putting. Not to mention the paint coming off the walls and the nasty carpet. The room was fairly “clean”. But, Nothing like another persons hair on the floor & in the shower.. secondly, the AC did not blow cold. It was warm in our room the entire stay. It was cool during the night. Thirdly, my room key ended up not working. I went down to the front desk to find a worker. I couldn’t find anyone for at least 20 minutes. I called the office, no answer. I actually began walking around looking for a worker. That’s ridiculous. I definitely should have left Saturday morning. But decided since I already paid for a reservation, I wouldn’t demand a refund. But never again! This was my third time to stay at the place.
- 0.5/5
As my husband and I pulled up, we was greeted by the homeless. The room was not vacuumed, the shower had mildew, there was dog hair on the bed, before the agent moved our room. The agent stated both of my credit cards declined, discovered she was wrong.
- 1/5
Homeless people all over out front.
- 2/5
When we first arrived, we were put in a room that wasn’t ready. The bathroom was dirty and the air conditioner was broken.
- 0.5/5
The Hotel was not clean bad smell and so much noise, people around the hotel is homeless people they¿re taking drugs it¿s kind of bad smell, park lot is so much thrash, beer bottles. I had a bad experience infront of my room someone taking drugs and music
- 2/5
Extremely disappointing and unsafe. Staff was rude and not accommodating. The environment outside and inside the hotel was completely unsafe. The floors throughout the hotel were very dirty. Every piece of furniture in our room was damaged. The parade garage had trash throughout the whole space. There was live electrical wires exposed in the elevators. The “free breakfast” was donuts and bagels with coffee. Random individuals were coming into the lobby eating the “breakfast” and could easily roam throughout the hotel as there was no proffesional security. One of the main entrances into the lobby had food and garage strung across the entry way. Would not recommend this whole in any circumstance.
- 4/5
Bad: Property is very dated. Had a roach in the bathroom, light fixture in bathroom is broken, light fixture next to bed hanging because IT was broken and just overall nasty.
- 1/5
The service/hospitality was very disappointing… Most hotels provide towels and toilet paper. This one does not. Asked for towels twice and never received them. Also asked for toilet paper several times and ended up having to purchase our own at a nearby convenience store. There was also no soap of any kind, so we also purchased our own soap and hand washing soap as well. I personally bring towels and soap in my suitcase but I was staying there with others who were shocked about the condition of this hotel. The room was clean, but the rest of the hotel really wasn’t. Next time I’ll make sure to read the reviews before booking.
- 2/5
The homeless people were wondering all over the hotel. Once in the elevator a vagrant had urinated on himself when we go on. The was no security and the garbage in and around the hotel was terrible. I have stayed here many times in the last 4 years and I don’t think I will stay again after this last experience. Staff was friendly and room clean & comfortable and good price but unfortunately I didn’t feel safe.
- 3/5
Service was not so great. No brefast truck did not show up. Room was clean but no maid service during stay. Had to contact front desk to ask for towels and than go get them. Tolite cloged while we were there had to ask for a plunger that we never got. Wifi was horrible.
- 1/5
So everything that you guys stated would have on the property did not have not only did it not have that the rooms were disgusting the pool was not open one room didn’t even have towels let’s see what else out the breakfast we got toast and bagels and some freaking yogurt that was their breakfast that is not what is said to be offered on the website I paid for a disgusting room and it wasn’t worth it
- 3/5
It was a bit disappointing that the pool and fitness room were not available. The pool looked green and was not maintained. The fitness room door was damaged. Almost like someone tried to get it when the card reader wasn’t working and it still doesn’t. The reader is falling out of the wall. Only two elevators work at this establishment. The provided breakfast was a bit abysmal because they were waiting for a truck the entire time but even when they got it, it was just more bagels and bread. There weren’t any hot foods for breakfast. There was a giant hole in the wall on the 4th floor right outside the elevator, net to the window. Almost like someone kicked the wall or fell down drunk and crashed their head into it.
- 2/5
No soap or shampoo in the bathroom. No towels , tv wasn’t working properly. Ceiling had some kind of mold.
- 1/5
I didn't stay. I felt UNSAFE. Car with no wheels in parking garage. Gang hanging out in garage. Horrible lighting in garage. Homeless people everywhere (even in lobby). NO toilet tissue, soap, hand towels, washcloths in bathroom. TV didn't work. Trash on floor all up & down hallway. NO PLACE for pet to use bathroom! Front desk will NOT answer phone. Email address is no good, so ZERO way to communicate. This place needs LOTS IF SECURITY. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
- 2/5
Was double charged for the room electrical issues. There was broken plates around electrical outlets some outlets did not work. No drain stop for the bathtub no shuttle service as listed.
- 2/5
It was in a part of town not much going on. Roo. Decor old, no real breakfast except a yogurt and muffin that was the same that they issue fir free lunch in schools.
- 1/5
This place should be condemned for use and closed down! I’ve never experienced anything like this before!! Dirty and extremely unsafe!!
- 1/5
I got there at 7:30 no one was there until I checked in at 11:30 when an employee walked in and I was behind the desk answering phones because no one was there there was a be back in 30 minutes sign on the front Dess I waited there for 4 hours Watch the cameras. Homeless people in the lobby. Plus there was no ice machine the microwave didn’t work the fridge raider didn’t work and the TV didn’t work but my baby was born with a open heart outside of her body in the Little Rock Children’s Hospital fortunately I will be returning to stay at his motel because it is the closest to Little Rock Arkansas Children’s Hospital
- 1/5
There was mold in her room very unclear, I would like a full refund. Staff was nice. The outside was disgusting. Holes in the wall in the hallway. Paint on the curtains some sort of something on the walls and floor. The bathroom toilet had mold around it mold on the ceiling mold over our bed lights did not work. Just not a great experience ruined our whole trip spent most of our time trying to find a new hotel
- 1/5
Horrible experience and customer service no help whatsoever with stay and situation was even laughed at by receptionist when advising I couldn’t stay there because they didn’t have the room I booked and couldn’t refer me to anywhere else and that they just changed policy where they stopped taking locals or anyone that is within 50 miles but doesn’t say it on platform and receptionist admitted it doesn’t say it on site. So my family gathering was ruined
- 2/5
The first room we were given had no toilet paper, one bed had stained sheets and comforter, other bed had a dead bug under the pillows. We got a different room that was satisfactory. There was only one towel and wash cloth for two people and when asked for more, we were told we couldn’t have any because the laundry room was locked. A large trash barrel was in the hallway by the elevators asking guests to empty their own trash from the rooms. The walls were missing large patches of paint and all of the flooring in the elevators and hallways needed to be vacuumed. My family has stayed at La Quinta properties for years and this was very disappointing. This hotel is in our state capital and should be held to a high standard.
- 2/5
The room was disgusting! Floor dirty, shirt left hanging in closet, phones not connected.. (but had to call front desk for room service!) Staff was belligerent! Finally gave me a clean room! And wanted to know why i would sleep in a dirty room! No smoking hotel Guess this does not go for Pot! Elevator reeked of it as well as the halls! Literally worst stay in a hotel.. and i stay at least once a month all over the country!
- 1/5
The room smelled terrible. Pipes need to be cleaned or something. The building is in terrible condition. Painting would help…. Chip paint on the floors and flailing out. Trrrible the entire building smells!!!
- 2.5/5
Pool not working. Tv was not working.
- 0.5/5
The pool is closed and hadn't been opened in quite some time. The lady that works the desk at night was rude all 3 night I was there. The 2 elevators out of 4 that did work smelled of Marijuana most of the time and where dirty.
- 2/5
This was a stay for my child to be close to childrens hospital for his procedure so I wouldnt have to make a long drive. This stay was horrible, when we checked in the lady was nice at the front desk, we went to the room and I checked the bathroom only to find someone had messed in the toilet and it was dried the smell was aweful, called front desk and we went down for another room, bathroom was ok but the room needed some tlc. My ankles was itching only to find that bedbugs was present. I do not recommend this hotel until it has been properly cleaned
- 2/5
They are a disgrace on every front. They’re unprofessional, the locks on the door didn’t work properly, filthy including hair in both tubs in the suite, the A/C in the hallways were on the lowest possible setting, the pool water was green and obviously unhealthy.
- 3/5
The pool was permanently closed. The ice machines only on 2 floors never worked. That's no restaurant, no hot continental breakfast, only muffins bagels apples and coffee. The door to the parking garage is closed must times and you have to walk to the front just to get into the hotel. I wouldn't stay here again
- 1/5
Now the most concerning part…the parking. The garage is behind the hotel across the alley. So you are to park, walk across an alley and up the side of the hotel. The garage itself was open to anybody. It was dirty, had poor lighting, some areas/levels there was no lighting at all. There was a car that was missing wheels and looked like it had been stripped down and abandoned on one floor . Go up another level and someone is living out of their suv in the parking garage. The top level the glass wall around the elevator was smashed and glass was everywhere. I’m a single female traveling alone and I was terrified to leave my car there and walk back to the hotel. I was sure my car was either gonna get broken into or stolen. It is a severe safety issue. The manager/owner should be ashamed of themselves. Not was I expect out of a La Quinta.
- 1/5
Check In clerks have an awful attitude. It doesn’t cost anything to be pleasant and greet your customers with a smile.
- 1/5
Terrible customer service, lacks cleanliness, non- working tv, green pool not safe for swimming, terrible for viewing, no breakfast or coffee even ready in the mornings, vehicle theft, room theft as told by another fellow guest, DO NOT RECOMMEND
- 3/5
First we had two rooms booked and both keys would not open the rooms then went back down and they changed our rooms out. For a room that is supposed to be no smoking smelt like it was freshly smoked in. Went out on the town and when we got back to the room we had roaches crawling in the tub. Just out of my okay level. Won’t be staying there again. The day staff is nice but that night staff needs a few lessons on being kind.
- 1/5
we have stayed at this hotel 10-12 times over the last 8 years. we decided to get a deluxe suite. the ac unit on the suite side did not work. there was no working ice machines on any floor. the carpet in the rooms were very stained. we had 1 towel in the room.went to ask for more and they said they had no available, but someon will bring us some. that never happened. we will never stay at this location again.
- 1/5
Staff was unprofessional, the place stunk, everything was gross. Thankfully we were able to get a refund.
- 3/5
Good stay. All workers including front desk went out of their way with friendliness and service!! Infrastructure of property is/has fallen on disrepair. If this remains a La Quinta property, SHAME ON YOU! The pool was out of service and I pity parents with kids. The parking ramp is a security hazard! Again the service workers fron top to bottom did the best they can in delivering excellence.
- 3/5
This location has really weathered down. I was in room 616 and the carpet was so dirty, it was sticky. I had to run in my room with shoes because of how gross it was. The bathroom was moldy and had hair in the shower and toilet. There were not enough towels and the ones that were available, were so dirty. The pool was unavailable and I was really disappointed in not being able to use it. The staff was super courteous and kind. My biggest issue is condition of the hotel. It is really smelly (bad) and it is so hot. The A/C system needs to be revamped because it was 80 degrees in my room and that is just unacceptable.
- 1/5
No working ice machine. TV does not have any channels. Parking garage is filthy.
- 1/5
The worst of the worst. The room had mold on walls. The parking was full of trash on every floor!! There was a car parked with no tires!! Like it was. Getting rusty for I don’t know how long is been there. My bed when we got there, there was cheese, pices of yellow cheese. I was disgusted. A no, no.
- 5/5
The first room I checked in to had no tv, but they quickly got me moved to another room. The room was nice and clean. The hallways seem a little rough around the edges, but clean.
- 2/5
Only two elevators were operating and they weren’t up to date with inspections. None of the ice makers worked. Our room had three working light bulbs. Also noticed roaches in the halls.
- 1/5
No pool. Website said there would be. No breakfast. Website said there would be. No ice on twelve floors. No vending machines. Pantry was stocked with water and beer. The absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.
- 1/5
Terrible guest service, no one came to clean my room but once, and I didn’t receive any towels whole while I was there. Fortunately, I always travel with my own towels and personal items.
- 1/5
A filthy and disgusting place. The first room assigned to us had a stopped-up sink with standing water. Reassigned to a room with the bathroom counter ripped off the wall. Third room hadn't been cleaned. Fourth room had a non-working toilet, brown substance in the refrigerator, and bugs in the bathroom. The manager didn't respond to our request to discuss.
- 1/5
This place was so horrible that I didnt even stay. I walked into my room and turned right around and left. Someone had sat on one bed and laid on the other. The coffee pot and creamers had been all moved around in the desk, obviously people had been in the room. Elevator was filthy and had blood drippings in the wall. Garbage all thru the hallway going to the room.
- 1/5
Horrible customer service. Room smelled old. Several knocks on the door of random people trying to get in my door. The air conditioner wasn’t working so we had to switch rooms. This room definitely not what it look like online! The lady at the front desk was very rude because we were dissatisfied with their service.
- 1/5
The negatives: 1) the parking garage is straight up scary. (I'm used to traveling in cities and do not get frightened away by unkempt people milling around). However, there were cars on blocks, with the wheels stripped off in the garage. The trash everywhere was astonishing. Graffiti all over. Just all around, it was sketchy and I was afraid to leave my car there. 2) the first room they put us in had no AC. Second did, so that was fixed. But I had to go down to the lobby to get it fixed bc the no one answered the phone when I called the front desk. 3) the pool is out of service. I would have booked a different hotel for that reason alone if I'd known. My kids were looking forward to swimming. 4) the "continental breakfast" that is advertised was muffins and bagels and boxed juice. That was it. We walked across the street and got McDonald's. 5) the phone in our second room was not functional - the cords had been ripped out of the wall. 6) there were multiple light bulbs out in our room. I actually had to move a few around so we could see adequately. 7) no vent in the bathroom. Overall, I feel like I wasted my money here.
- 1/5
This hotel was scary, filthy, and smelly. We stayed to sleep during our 14 hour trip. There were non stop sirens, people shouting, and the fire alarms went off at 2:30am. The parking was creepy and I feared for my little family’s safety. The bathroom was disgusting. Hair in the shower, mold all over the shower curtain, and not a trash can in the room. Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. So glad we were only there for 4 hours. Do not waste your money.

I didn’t stay. The parking garage wasn’t gated - and was poorly lit. Anyone can walk in. Glass in garage (which tells me there are car break ins). I was uncomfortable leaving my car in there. People smoking around each side of the building. Arguing outside. I can’t add any photos because I took one look around and drove away.

Roaches. Musty. Dirty.

First room toilet broken and blow dryer not working, got a replacement and blow dryer not working, ceiling cracking and plaster missing, and beds very worn and uncomfortable. This is first time I've had so much trouble and complaints about accommodations Very dissapointed and concidering not staying again.

The Bad: One elevator smelled of vomit/urine. The shower curtain had mold, shower drain severely clogged, my 8 minute shower had 2 inches of water, carpet near the desk was wet, ice bucket had sticky substance on it, furniture old, dirty. Pool unusable, breakfast was unacceptable nothing hot, no milk or cereal, just muffins, bagels, bread. Coffee was awful. This property was not worth the money I paid. This property is close to, “pay by the hour” status. The staff deserve better. They were great.

Absolutely trashy hotel. Lobby was decent and the receptionist was courteous. That's about it. We checked in with three rooms around 2 am and had to move rooms multiple times because of broken AC, blood stains on the carpet, bathroom etc. It almost feels like the owners and management absolutely do not care about this facility and have left it to be trashed. Parking garage seemed unsafe. The pool looked like an aloe vera bath.

Toilet was used and dirty when I arrived. I noticed the cleanliness could have been better. The staff was wonderfully friendly though. Thank you for a safe stay.:)

I booked a king size bed and got a double bed with a connected room. I was traveling alone so I felt very unsafe. The parking garage had many lights out. I tried to park in a lighted area, but again, felt very unsafe. There were alot of cords and wires in my room. I felt all that electrical work was unsafe for visitors. There was a lot of dust in the room.

Overall extremely disappointing.

When arrive and open the curtains I saw a roach

A/C was not working. “Secure” parking was not secure at all. The parking structure has multiple vehicles that have been parted out, sitting on bricks. Overall a really bad impression and experience.

Service was very poor

Wifi didn't work properly. Poor breakfast with no napkins, splenda, spoons. It seems no one there worked July 4th to prepare the next day activities. Parking building was messy and smelled awful. I thought I was parking my car in some NYC alley. LQ Inn&Suites no longer a guarantee.

no pool as advertised. Took 3 rooms to get a door that cards worked on. Confronted in parking with beggers for money. SCARY AND DANGEROUS SUROUNDINGS. WOULD NEVER

I’ll never stay here again. It was not in a good part of town to begin with, and I didn’t know this. The physical condition of the hotel is disgusting. There were multiple homeless people coming in and out, and I was panhandled in the hallway. LaQuinta needs to pull their name off this location and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The only good thing I have to say is that the front desk staff were nice.

The room I reserved I did not get. Around the parking lot was nasty. I was not impressed.

It was so bad - the used soap is left in the bathtub, there was hair on the toilet seat, the carpet was so dirty that we were uncomfortable in taking off our shoes

Everything was nice. I didn’t like the carpet in my room.. they need to replace or do a deep cleaning

Very disappointed

Was not greeted when I got there. It was VERY dirty. Only one ice machine worked. We went to 3 rooms before our keys work and then they only worked for one day. Breakfast was trash. The parking garage wasn’t lit. The list goes on.

This was by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in. I should’ve known when I pulled up and saw the condition of the hotel and all the young adults standing around the front and lobby. The room look like someone had been murdered in it. The sheets were stained, the dresser was broke, the bathroom was gross, there is no security for your vehicle in the parking garage. The gate doesn’t even close so anyone can come in. There was a group of young adults gathering on the second parking deck that seemed very suspicious. The pool wasn’t a pool, more of a swamp. I asked for a refund and was told no. I asked if there was a better room than the room we had. I was told they’re all the same except maybe they don’t all have a broken dresser. It was really traumatizing staying here and I do not recommend anyone give them your business. I don’t care how much you charge to stay at a hotel, that still doesn’t give you the right to take peoples money and have them stay in such filth. I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time I was there. There were holes in the sheets, no toilet paper on the roll, no towels, hair on everything, bathroom beyond disgusting, And employees that look like they just rolled out of bed to come to work. I’m not sure how this place even pass an inspection. I made sure to take lots of pictures so that nobody else ever considers staying at this awful hotel.the breakfast that I read was amazing on the reviews, Consisted of rotten fruit, bread, juice in a cup.

This was probably the most run down hotel I have ever stayed in.

the pool is green! people hanging out in the alley, that you have to walk through from hotel to parking garage. I did not feel safe. Parking garage gate broken. Garage very dark & trashy. Two women smoking some sort of pipe next to my car! This should be a secure garage if it is the hotels! NEVER AGAIN! When I seen the name Wyndham, I figured this would an okay place. I will never make this mistake again! There was 1 gentleman in my seminar that stayed there as well, different floor. Neither of us would even think about eating the continental breakfast! We warned everyone in the Business Seminar of our experiences. I did not take pictures of the trash but i did the others.
