Inn at 50 at Long Beach Convention Center

The room was clean, the location is ideal! It’s within walking distance to a lot of places.

Overall, I can’t really complain. My only complaint and this is so microscopic is there were a few hairs on the bathroom floor and entry way floor. besides that no complaints whatsoever and I’m not mistaken from my room to the queen Mary museum ship was about a 2.3 mile walk.

We we pulled up I didn't realize it's across the street from the convention center and and it's set up more as a motel. We were just caught of Gaurd. You think you're staying at the convention center, but you are across the street in a modern day motel. Room was nice though. Very updated. Bathroom was tight, but shower was nice!

Why do you have more rooms than parking spaces available?! Normally, hotels and motels have a parking lot with significantly more parking than rooms available. We had to park 4 BLOCKS away! Only parking somewhere near by was an additional $20, and it was full! Also, the rooms were way too small for the money they charge. This was an absolute horrible experience and I will never book again.

U[dated and well maintained hotel with walking distance to the Long Beach Convention Center. Great value and a joy to stay here.

We have stayed here about 4 times and counting! We love Inn at 50 for its very walk-able proximity to Vons and the convention center for Formula Drift. The parking lot is small and they just installed a gate during their most recent update to the location. We can't wait to go back!

The only reason I put this rate is because the noise, I was at bottom floor and I can heard everything rooms upstairs , it was a kid of a shame because I have kids

We’ve stayed here multiple times, at least five. It is always clean and comfortable. The staff is always lovely and helpful when they can be.

The location is good, the front desk person polite. However there was no queen bed in our room - which is what we had requested and paid for, we slept in a small double bed. We also needed to be switched because the bathroom was dirty (same small double beds in second room)

The guy checked us in and had us wait. We had to put our belongings in an outside closet and wait hours to be checked in. Once checked in we had to wait more hours for our refrigerator to get cold. They unplug the refrigerators when guests leave. Terrible idea

Overall property it’s good it’s clean beds are comfortable so I definitely will be staying there again only downside is that when parking it’s full you will get charge to park off site or try to look on street to park but it’s limited

Starting with front desk service was very kind and helpful, even though I got there a little early before check-in, the attendant was very professional. The rooms are so nice and clean, bathroom was spotless. I definitely will be back and most of all I will recommend to friends and family 😊😊

The towels and bath towels were of poor quality; the new bath towels provided were a bit damp, and there were no spare sheets. It was very basic. The price-performance ratio was not good. Furthermore, if you unfortunately booked several days and have already checked in, you'll be charged for the actual number of nights you stayed, with no refund fee.

My stay was overall okay. The customer service was good, and the housekeeping staff did a nice job keeping the room clean and well maintained during my visit. One issue I did notice was that the window screen had some mold on it, which was a bit disappointing. Aside from that, everything else was fairly comfortable and met my basic expectations. With a bit more attention to maintenance, this could be an even better stay.

Room was very noisy. It sounded like there was a bowling alley above us. Didn’t care for the thread bare towels and one ply toilet paper. The location very convenient and walkable.

Was a nice play to stay. Staff was friendly, rooms updated and clean. Only reason i gave it a 4 is because they dont have a lot of parking. If theres no parking you have to find street parking if your lucky or garage/pay parking down the road. We left our car and walked a mile n half to the Village at the Harbor so we wouldn't lose our parking place. That night all spots were taken so thank goodness we did. Nice budget Inn.

We really appreciated how the second bed was in its own little room. Our room was clean and comfy, and the Inn is next door to an excellent breakfast spot! It's also a quick walk to Vons or even 7-11 if you need to grab something you forgot.

This hotel is amazing! My room was so clean! The whole place was actually very well kept. I really appreciated how clean it was in my room though. I actually felt comfortable walking around barefoot and took my shoes off inside lol. Great value. Great location. Walk to the beach in 3 mins. Nice people working there. Next time I'm here I'll stay again. Thanks for providing fresh clean rooms for us 😃 I even left a tip for the maid

A nice affordable little inn. They just renovated it so everything was nice and clean, all the amenities were present and working! Stayed for an event at the convention center and it was about a 10 minute walk so not too bad! Area a little spooky to walk at night but if you’re in a pair/group it’s not bad at all! As a frequent convention goer my friends and I will definitely come back!

The stay overall was okay. This is definitely someplace to stay just to sleep and shower. Upon arrival there was hair on the pillows and bedsheets. You can hear everything going on outside of the building. Staying on the first floor you can hear everything the floor above you is doing. Parking was extremely tight as well.

I booked the Inn at 50 last minute for a convention. The property was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly. It is minutes from the Long Beach Convention Center, as well as Alamitos Beach. The only minor issue I had was that the fridge leaked, but otherwise the stay was great.

I loved our stay here, everything was very clean and I felt extremely cozy and comfortable.

neither did the microwave. I was unaware that hot water is available at certain times of the day which was a big inconvenience and last but not least this is a full sized bed instead of a queen size

Overall the property is well maintained. The room was a good size and very clean. I noticed they had spots for electric charging which is cool but parking did seem limited and tight. You may end up having to park on the street or in a nearby garage. They also had a high end automated espresso vending machine in the check in area. It made very good coffee.

Had booked a double bedroom room and was slightly disappointed our room did not have a living room as the pictures described. Instead got one bedroom and the other bed was where the living room was. No couch. But was still an amazing stay. Service was top notch. Very great area. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Everybody from the owner to the staff have been exceptional with help and hotel is very well kept up. I would stay here over the big hotels much more friendlier and will assist you in anything at any time.

Nicky remodeled older property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a two bedroom house bit which was really a standard hotel room with a septic room with a bed with no television. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.

Room was clean and comfortable the down side is there parking. Parking is limited on the property. I had to pay $60 for overnight parking at a different location which was inconvenient.

The staff was extremely rude. They were combative and aggressive. They threatened deposit for no substantiated cause. I’ve never been to a hotel, or motel in this instance, where the staff (who also appeared to be Owner Operators) be so disrespectful. We thought this would be a good overnight experience before we boarded the Cruise, but it was far from that. Would not recommend at all.

Clean, quiet, and friendly. The check-in process was very quick and easy. We stayed in room 109, ground floor near the alley. The bed was super comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean. They have a wonderful coffee machine at the front desk with about 20 different options. In the morning there are biscotti and snacks available. There is a great breakfast spot right next door. The location is so very convenient to most of the convention center area. We walked around the area quite a bit. There are bars, restaurants, shoes, and parks all within walking distance...5 or 6 block radius. The employees were all very friendly, and Lupita kept our room spotless for our stay. We will definitely be returning!

I had a great stay at this hotel! Check-in was quick and easy, making for a smooth arrival. The entire property was very clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. The room smelled fresh upon entering, and I really appreciated the modern, carpet-free flooring—definitely a plus for cleanliness. The layout was also well thought out, with a divided wall providing extra privacy for the second bed. Everything looked just as advertised in the photos, which was great to see. On top of that, the hotel felt safe and secure, giving me peace of mind throughout my stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay!

We needed a place to stay overnight before our cruise and this was a great option. Its an older property that's been nicely remodeled. The room was very basic but had everything we needed for an overnight stay -a comfortable bed, modern bathroom and tv. The busy, downtown neighborhood had several restaurants and coffee shops within a couple of blocks. The Long Beach Aquarium and Shoreline Village were about a 5 minute drive and the cruise terminal wasn't much farther. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a very satisfactory stay.

I went to use the shower and to my surprise, the shower head was facing the toilet so when I turned on the shower, water poured out everywhere all over the floor and myself with cold water it was a huge hassle to clean up and very uncomfortable. After setting in for the evening in our Pj’s we received a call from the hotel asking us to park our vehicle correctly. I looked outside the window to see our vehicle was within the two lines so I didn’t see an issue. There were no others vehicles parked next to our vehicle so just can’t understand what the problem was. Love Long Beach but wouldn’t return here.
