Reviews
The hotel reviews are mixed, with guests expressing both satisfaction and dissatisfaction. Many guests appreciated the convenient location and friendly staff, but there were consistent complaints about cleanliness, comfort, and amenities.
- Convenient location

- Cleanliness issues
- Comfort and amenity concerns

The mold made me feel uncomfortable and weird.
- 4/5
Chris was great!
- 3/5
The room was clean, despite one roach casing that was found on the bed covers. Check-in/out was smooth. An ice bucket and towel was left under my ac unit. The fridge, tv, and ac worked. A window was left open with no screen. There was a big blood stain on both sides of the mattress. Spare parts were left on my tub. Old furniture was being stored by the wall by our staircase with a sign posted saying keep area clear. No breakfast provided, but breakfast bar on-site with a pride flag above the door. Dennys is a mile up the street. We chose for convenience to the cruise ships and the Queen Mary and having three beds.
- 2/5
The positives: the location was great. We were within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Once we checked in, we were able to walk to dinner and the beach and felt safe doing so. Another positive is that we were able to get the multiple beds which was nice. Traveling with two teens- having the 3rd bed option is always a positive. Negatives: yuck. Our hotel room was gross. The bathroom - I’m not sure when it’d been cleaned last. Even after a long day of driving, no one chose to shower because it looked so dirty. I don’t know WHAT was on top of the fridge, and I wish I’d taken pictures, but it was brown goopy and disgusting. To top it off- we were exhausted from a 22 hour drive and all craved a good nights sleep. This hotel is connected to a restaurant that was throwing a party (graduation maybe?) and had a live DJ on their patio. It. Was. So. Loud. No sleep was had.
- 3/5
Bed was comfortable and room was clean on arrival, parking was a nightmare, noise level was bad on the second night, we had no housekeeping service, only 2 towels for 3 people for 2 days
- 3/5
Elevator only on one side of the building not good for seniors
- 5/5
It was a nice experience the front desk was accommodating
- 1/5
Terrible service all around. There was a lot of noise at 5 a.m. coming from the breakfast restaurant downstairs, and the parking was the worst—there were no spots available. Terrible hotel; I won't stay there again.
- 5/5
Was upgraded to a balcony king!
- 4/5
Clean very comfortable bed basic but that was fine bye me (maybe liquid shower soap instead of the bar soap?
- 4/5
Great place for a night and the price is reasonable especially for this season. It was our first time being away from home and I liked how comfy it was. Love that everything is walking distance as well. Aside from the noise disturbance of the people staying next door to us, our stay here was great! Will come back :)
- 1/5
Además olor fuerte a humedad en las habitaciones y la limpieza solo si uno la solicita sino ni las toallas te cambian. Terrible todo. Lamenté alojarme ahí en mi estadía en Long Beach

- 5/5
Great time
- 3/5
No breakfast unless you went out. Room had poor pain job. 3 queen beds but only 3 bath towels 2 hand towels 1 wash cloth. 1 chair in a huge room. Elevator not working. Parking was ok
- 5/5
Only stayed one night but everything went well.
- 1/5
Just loud neighbors, couldn't sleep. So it really not the property...
- 4/5
This property was good for the price and location. The elevator access is a feature that some properties in similar price range do not have. The location of this facility is very good, close to a super market (VONS) and easy walking distance to bus lines. There are many and varied restaurants within an easy walk.
- 4/5
The room was very clean didn't get clean towels though but overall it was very nice
- 1/5
Once you pay about $500 for 4 night they are gonna charge you another $15 for parking per day but they won't tell you until you are there so you have no other choice but to pay it
- 5/5
The parking
- 2/5
Sewer smell in the shower.
- 1/5
Breakfast bar way to expensive, but really good food. Rooms should be cleaned every day not every 3. People partying in the parking lot with loud music until 4:00 am and management didn't say anything to them. People smoking weed all night in the parking lot, smell comes through the window makes you sick. You have to ask them to clean your room if you want it clean with fresh towels and stuff
- 5/5
Hotel staff were wonderful! Left our passports in the room and staff kept them safe til we were able to come back and retrieve them. Restaurant by hotel was excellent. Popular spot for locals too. Only downside were the floors were a little dirty. Wear slippers! Parking was just fine.
- 3/5
The bathroom has pubic hair left from god knows how long . The front desk guy was rude. For the money it was ok but will definitely not be back .
- 2/5
No Breakfast
- 5/5
Parking was great! The staff are helpful with whatever is needed. Slept great!
- 3/5
Stayed here for Long Beach Grand Prix. Most of other guests were as well. Property was very clean and maintained well. It is old, they did update it but very sparsely. Rooms were clean, smelled like bleach when we walked in, but very sparsely decorated and furnished. The lighting is awful, there are only recessed can lights in the ceiling with that awful, soul sucking fluorescent hue. Bed was surprisingly very comfortable, memory foam. Don'tknow what was more noisy the A/C or the street noise. Location was awesome for the grand prix, only 2 blocks away, and parking was included so we didn't have to move the car Saturday. Overall OK, not terrible, but also not great!
- 1/5
clean room .close to vons grocery store
- 4/5
After reading the reviews, we were not sure what we would get. Some good, some bad. We took a chance since all the hotels in the area were booked for the race weekend. The facility was older, but clean. The parking lot was well lit. The room was clean with some upgrades. The bed was a little hard for my liking, but a nice thick memory foam. Clean lines and towels. The blow drier was in dire need or replacing... the guard on the back was gone, so hair can get sucked in! Having the breakfast diner next door was a nice bonus since the hotel does not offer any breakfast.
- 2/5
Beds are like a spring board, pillows are very tall and hard, a/c at midnight decides to sound like a car engine breaking down very loud, and lots and lots of city noise/sirens outside. I would not stay here again.
- 4/5
Good location. Good value. Clean room easy check in friendly staff. It’s an older motel with an older tv, not very many outlets, very rough sheets. Definitely not luxury but clean and cheap for the night before a cruise
- 5/5
Room was clean and price was affordable!
- 3/5
I stayed 3 nights and everyday I was out I put a sign on my door to come clean my room, my room was never cleaned one time. They charge for parking as well.
- 1/5
Apart from the stain on the sheet from who knows what, the tv remote doesn’t work, luckily it was on a decent channel, but not at all relaxing if that’s what you’re expecting. On top of that you have to pay for parking even if you’re staying at the hotel and they only give you one working keycard. They don’t even offer housekeeping throughout your stay, so you don’t have to use the do not disturb sign they don’t provide. Overall i’ll just spend the extra cash somewhere MUCH better.
- 5/5
Clean spacious rooms and easy inexpensive parking.
- 5/5
Everything bout my stay was wonderful, no problems at all.
- 2/5
The staff was helpful and kind, however everytime I tried calling prior to check in, nobody answered regardless what time I called. I messaged via Expedia messenger and still no answer. Luckily it wasn't anything urgent but I definitely wish there was someone I could talk to about my questions so I could manage my trip better. The cleanliness was there but definitely take your own toiletries! This place is very minimal. A simple for the the night stay. The bed it setself was super comfy!!! It may not look fluffy but it definitely felt like memory foam. The sheets made me a bit itchy but maybe it was just the detergent. Again; I was a woman on a mission ballin on a budget; not on a vacation. A LOT of noise till past midnight and early @6am even with the windows closed. I was here for school and just needed a place to sleep, but had a rough time sleeping. So if you NEED sleep, I wouldn't say this is the place for you. This isn't luxury but definitely convenient. The best thing about this is the breakfast place right next to it. I like that they have vynal floors. Overall 6/10 if I'm being picky.
- 5/5
The stay and accommodations were great! The restaurant/bar next door was good too. You can walk almost everywhere with ease. What can I say wonderful Easter to you all for great time.
- 1/5
Room was not cleaned for 5 days. Had to eventually call on day 4. Get what you pay for at this location.
- 2/5
Roaches in the room, and on the last day, the toilet randomly started running and wouldn’t flush. I spoke with the front desk worker and he offered me a refund on my parking. There was a roach on my tooth brush, and when I got home I found 2 roaches in my duffle bag.
- 4/5
Fine place for a quick stay.
- 4/5
Old hotel smell
- 2/5
Outlet only on one side of the room, only one night stand, the phone, the clock and the air conditioner did not work, the toilet flush very poorly.
- 5/5
Room was clean and bed was comfortable. It met our needs of needing a place to lay our heads for the evenings. Pretty good location. Restaurants were walkable and the Catalina express was only a 7 minute drive. All in all I would use this place again if needed.
- 4/5
The breakfast Bar is always popping.👌
- 3/5
Rooms very outdated and no water available in the pop machine
- 4/5
It's ok. Close to LB Transit bus stations and Metro, also walkable to LB waterfront. A large grocery store is one block away. Room is not big but staff is friendly and helpful. No microwave oven but a mini fridge and a coffee machine.
- 4/5
Clean spacious rooms good parking easy access convenient
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
great restaurant for breakfast. Close to amenities and the beach
- 3/5
Basic hotel, still expensive due to high demand. A bed and a shower is all you need sometimes.
- 2/5
The area surrounding the hotel is awesome with a lot to do. However, the beds were very uncomfortable and the room smelled of bleach. The shower rail also fell out of the tile when we attempt to shower. I did love the front balcony view. Overall the beds sucked so i would not stay again
- 3/5
The price is why I booked. I got what I paid for.
- 5/5
Everything is good.
- 4/5
Good ataff, location, quiet. Cleanliness was not great. Floor was so dirty after a shiwer and 5 ninutes ifbwalking inbthe room my feet were black. Yuck. Otherwise i would stay here again.
- 2/5
The room had outlets that didn't work and they charge for parking. The beds were very poor mattresses there was no microwave. For a hotel by Wyndham it is a disgrace and should not have as high a rating on your site.
- 4/5
Friendly staff, room clean
- 4/5
Staff was very helpful.
- 1/5
Lots of Roches. Expensive and dirty.
- 2/5
the room feels neglected and there is definitely deferred maintanence. The staff is only available during set hours.Bed super uncomfotrtable.
- 5/5
good
- 3/5
The motel is very outdated. Using lawn chairs as seats in the hotel room, the shower had poor water pressure with luck warm water. The bed is not soft at all and its setting a medal box fram. This is also a long term stay as well. Hangout for homeless
- 4/5
The staff attendant was extremely polite, professional and helpful. Answered any questions I had. The room I stayed in seemed recently refurbished and everything was clean and tidy. Nice hotel for a quick stay over.
- 1/5
The hot water in the shower did not get hot The smoke alarm was covered with a plastic bag so it won’t go off The sink did not have a stopped attached And I killed a roach as well Also the air conditioner did not work as well It was a terrible experience
- 2/5
Bugs on the bed and saw one just as I entered the room. Next to no amenities. Can’t get water. Staff are nice though.
- 1/5
At 4:55 starter a huge noise that doesn’t let you sleep, I called to let them know what’s happening so much noise.. the answer was.. oh sorry is the workers in the restaurant.. you guys be little more professional and let people ahead of time.. easy..
- 5/5
Good location
- 3/5
An okay hotel, worked for our purposes. No amenities, minimal housekeeping (basically by request)
- 5/5
It was nice, clean and quiet. Nice walk to the beach! Will definitely stay there again.
- 2/5
Good location for downtown activities.
- 4/5
The room was clean. The staff were very friendly. The only thing that i can fault, is the bed was like concrete.
- 5/5
Convent
- 2/5
It felt very old and rundown.
- 1/5
No microwave
- 5/5
good place to stay
- 1/5
Front office would not do nothing about loud tenants!! Both nights rooms were blasting music till 6am!
- 1/5
The room was ok but the Office Attendant was rude
- 1/5
The room was neglected by staff, we where there for four days and not a single day did one person from staff checked in to see if we need fresh towels or pick up the trash in the room….also the room had roaches
- 4/5
The only negative I could think of was there is a light on the balcony that stayed on all night, so while the room was dark, it wasn't totally dark. No big deal.
- 2/5
Saw a roach in the room, the room phone didn't work so I had to call front desk from my phone, housekeeping was so slow bringing up cups and towels, and then they came in when we were out and had the "do not disturb" sign in place to give new towels and cups. The refrigerator was so old and did not keep anything cold. Rooms on the first and second floor get noisy at night without the fan running to drown out the noise. Great value for the room, if you really, REALLY need a place to stay last minute.
- 2/5
Bare basic room, it was clean.
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
Very clean, safe area, water pressure on showee low.
- 1/5
They charge for parking and the room has crockroaches never again
- 2/5
Rating online does not match room
- 4/5
Not enough toilet paper
- 3/5
The concierge was great! But the room was very noisy something turned on in the early morning and made the room very loud.
- 0.5/5
I never got my dam security deposit back
- 5/5
👍👍
- 1/5
The room was very outdated, dirty, rusty, and moldy. I was miserable from my allergies coming from the AC unit (which didn’t work) the air filter was completely dirty and had mold. I called the front desk and the receptionist said the handyman had left for the day, and there was nothing he could do; I requested a different room BUT was not accommodated. Don’t stay here! Even the parking area was dirty. Yes, I have pictures. Nothing like the pictures posted.
- 4/5
Clean room was big and right next to breakfast bar.
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. We like it because the price is reasonable and close to the cruise port.
- 1/5
Effective everything
- 1/5
Everything
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly. My 3 yr old and I traveled to long beach for a cruise and had book another place. However the other hotel wouldn't take cash or my bank debit card or tap pay so we canceled and the Travel Lodge was very accommodating. The room was previously a smoking room with burn marks on places, but it was clean, water was hot and It had coffee and soaps. Tje Channel selection was vast. The fridge a little old but it worked. The price wasn't bad and the deposit was only $100. 20 yrs ago deposits were $100 so it was a good deal.
- 4/5
Staff
- 2/5
I still have not gotten my security deposit back im very upset
- 1/5
This hotel is not safe. It was filthy, the mattress was just springs poking through and there were people smoking drugs on the balcony near me. Definitely a hotel for sketchy things.
- 2.5/5
Room had broken TV , leaky toilet and a bit dirty
- 4/5
Great location. Right next to Vons supermarket. Great access to public transportation. Only drawback is very low pressure in toilet so need to flush multiple times and in several stages.
- 4/5
Room was clean, bed was comfortable. TV worked well, WiFi was good. It's a Travelodge, it was fine. Places close by to walk to for coffee & meals.
- 5/5
Weekend trip enjoying our day.
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was great, location was perfect for the weekend.
- 5/5
The location was great, the room was clean, and it served its purpose for our stay in Long Beach.
- 2/5
room was ok. our room door handle was broken so we had to fix it every time we had to open the door. plus there was a cockroach in our bathroom.
- 5/5
We like to stay here because it's close to the cruise terminal. Easy to get in and out. Nice rooms and everyone is nice.
- 3/5
water pressure is the saddest I've ever seen.
- 5/5
Shaun was very welcoming. He created a genuine connection with me. The room was extremely clean and quiet.
- 5/5
Everything was convenient and easy to go to our event
- 5/5
No breakfast
- 5/5
Clean room, quiet stay
- 4/5
Stuff was incredibly helpful and gracious. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much
- 5/5
Getting charged $15 a day for parking seems a little high when you’re staying there
- 2/5
We were never told about there being a breakfast so we just went to the breakfast bar downstairs. It could have been a little cleaner in the room. My feet felt gritty underneath when walking on the floor. Also none of the water was hot it was all cold water so we couldn't take hot showers. When I asked about any compensation he just told me to email the manager.
- 5/5
Everything good
- 4/5
Clean
- 2/5
The next room smelt much better, but still had that smell. Later that night we go to shower around 9:30pm, NO hot water. After quickly showering in cold water, we go to hop in bed and there’s bed stains everywhere… sure the sheets were (maybe) cleaned, but there was stains everywhere. We tried calling the front desk but the phone wasn’t working. Whatever, we slept. Only here 1 night to catch our cruise. ONLY reason I gave this 2 stars and not 1 star is the front desk guy Shawn. He was awesome. Nicest guy, very helpful and understanding. But ya, pay the extra $100/night and go somewhere else….
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Very good staff. Clean room. Will come back :)
- 1/5
Unsafe conditions and could not sleep
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and good parking. Restaurant was next store. Good food but it wasn’t free. Property was in the center of the downtown area. We were 4 minutes from our Carnival cruise ship.
- 4/5
I stayed with my wife and my six-year-old
- 5/5
Excellent selection for a short stay with plenty of amenities in the area.
- 1/5
Just before bed found out the shower had no hot water and poor pressure. Tried to call the front but the phone had no cord. Walked to front and no one would answer. Called travel lodge 800 number, they tried multiple times and weren't getting an answer from front. Ended up losing a bunch of sleep before I was finally able to switch rooms. Bad night.
- 0.5/5
Everything. The location was very seedy. The room was terrible, dirty, broken things, water leaks. Every interaction with the staff was conducted through a small window, you could not even get in the lobby. Not acceptable.
- 1/5
There were live maggots on the floor in my first room then I got zero apology when they moved me to another room that had roaches. It’s not ok
- 3/5
I was charged a parking fee which was not disclosed on the hotel website. Not happy with that!
- 4/5
More ameneties
- 5/5
We booked this room because we needed to come one day early to get on a cruise out of Long Beach pier. For the money it was very convenient. We were able to park at the hotel for a fee ($15) and then walk everywhere. We walked down to the beach where we could see queen mary and the cruise ship. I would stay here again.
- 4/5
Area was nice however the beds were hard not to comfortable. The room was clean .
- 4/5
walkable to long beach marathon.
- 3/5
Staff was friendly and inviting! Place was older which is ok with me, but it was bare and could use some decorations. I was a little perturbed by the fact that parking was extra. If it bugs you there is some slight road noise, but that's to be expected in long beach. Other than that the place meets expectations.
- 3/5
No indoor lobby. Stand at window like fast food order. No receipt as computer acting up.. left email address to receive receipt & never received any email. Unacceptable!
- 3/5
Was disappointed in our recent stay. The hotel was very dated. There was some cosmetic updates but was very cheap looking. The bathroom was same and the sick was in the main room in an awkward spot but the door to room. The mattress was very uncomfortable. Work up sore. It was very loud outside and the outdoor lights were shining in room.
- 4/5
CLEAN.
- 4/5
The staff were very friendly. The rooms were decently cleaned but areas that were not cleaned at all and I did see bugs in the bathroom.
- 3/5
Staff friendly, accessible to shops
- 2/5
Check in staff was friendly but the hotel is kind of a dump. Neighbors were very loud very late, the flooring is peeling off and the overall atmosphere just feels unsafe. Do yourself a favor and Spend a little more and stay across the street at the Marriott.
- 3/5
Room had a strong funky smell (possibly mold) and there was a leak behind the sink. Bath tub has a crack on the wall. Notified the front desk during check out about the leak.
- 3/5
Roomwas ok, property run down. They check you in via a window outside. A bit shady for my taste. For the area, this is a cheap rundown 1 star (at best) hotel.
- 5/5
We just love this place.
- 1/5
The management is a disgrace
- 5/5
Clean room, walking distance to shoreline park
- 4/5
Did not have a microwave. So 1950s!
- 5/5
Close to the tourist attractions
- 5/5
Shawn at the front desk was so great to accommodate.
- 3/5
Really bad experience, very poor conditions, terrible customer service, needs a lot of maintenance.Room had a horrible smell.
- 2.5/5
I HATED paying $15 parking EVERY DAY. This place was basically a motel 6 with a higher price tag and not as clean
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
Location was good nice restaurant right out side of hotel however hall ways smelled of urine as did elevator also in the stairway there was clothes and blood just over all not happy with the place
- 3/5
It smelled like stale urine and cigarettes. It was dirty and old.
- 5/5
Staff helpful and friendly!
- 0.5/5
The staff was very rude and would not accommodate our request for an extra pillow
- 3/5
We slept here. Nothing more. My only complaint is why are you charging for parking? Just add that in the price of the room and call it a day. You’re not a high class resort and $15 is a sham!
- 4/5
The room was nice with a balcony and the parking was very convenient and there was a elevator and there was a grocery very close to the hotel
- 1/5
dirty rooms.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean, but very basic. Great location and very affordable.
- 4/5
Could use a bigger garbage bin in the courtyard/parking lot, but its really a good place.
- 1/5
Front desk Shan harassing customers if they paid sure did over 8oo for 3 nights but i refuse to be treat disrespectful cause im black and i will have my lawyer involve fosho
- 2/5
Customer Service don’t allow you get inside of lobby and everything is done through a window The fridge in the room is really old and rousted
- 3/5
It was just okay. Good for a one night stay.. bathroom was not to clean. Alit of homeless people hanging around
- 5/5
The mattress was ok but it could have been better. They have premium channels like HBO. The location was perfect, with endless dining options and night clubs.. There’s also a Vons Grocery Store next door to top it off. Marina & aquarium half of mile away, The Queen Mary is a $25 Uber ride or a 3.5 mile walk. The staff was friendly and helpful. This motel is a great options
- 1/5
Dont like this hotel, never clean
- 1/5
Too bad I can't rate it 0 because that's what the place is. I wish I saw the reviews before I booked, so this is your warning sign to not go to this hotel. It's the filthiest I've ever been to. There were cockroaches crawling on my towel, the bed is uncomfortable and the place stinks. Worse still, I checked out on the first day and they refused to refund the other 4 nights, yet I didn't stay there. Book at your own peril.
- 3/5
a/c was also slow to cool down
- 5/5
Third time booking here and had excellent stay. Staff are very friendly and location is perfect!
- 1/5
If you’re thinking about it… don’t…look elsewhere! We had legit BLACK MOLD IN OUR AC! I’m not sure how they are operating still… no pool.. they just keep it online to bring people in. No complimentary breakfast. Mis informed. The non-smoking room smelled SO BAD. He just said to have the door open and air it out. “Nothing he can do about it” it was so hard to even be in the room with the terrible smell.
- 3/5
The property is in a great location but in need of an update. I only stayed for one of the two day reservation and was told I needed to pay for two days of parking…annoying and nonsensical.
- 4/5
Great location & price. The breakfast place next door is amazing! I didn’t experience anything mentioned in the negative reviews (shower curtains were fine, room was clean, ac worked very well). It’s not the best place but not the worst. Room is big. The only things that i felt needed improvement is the sheets could have been more fitted (bottom sheet came up a little), balcony door could have had a handle for easier opening, and the sink was a bit further from the bathroom. I’d stay there again.
- 4/5
One of the best prices close to the convention center. Kind of old structure , parking lot was always under observation.
- 3/5
Property is old and not kept well. But people worked there were all great.
- 4/5
It's definitely got that semi renovated motel landlord special just-paint-over-it thing going on. That being said, it's perfectly safe and comfortable and the restaurant is awesome. I wouldn't take my mom here but it was perfect to stay with some friends for Warped Tour. Would absolutely return.
- 4/5
This property wasnt the must upkept but it was inexpensive and a convenient location when traveling to cruise terminal. It has food trucks and shopping also within walking distance.
- 2/5
Our room was not completely clean. The sheet kept coming off the bed and the shower curtain had mold on it. The location was perfect for why we came to Long Beach. WiFi was spotty.
- 3/5
The negatives 1) the noise level. Sirens ALL night and vagrants yelling in the streets. If you are unlucky like us and get a room on the left side of the property it neighbors a breakfast restaurant that opens at 6am. Which means at 5:30am you’ll get woken up to the noise of the staff unchaining metal chairs and setting their entire patio and if they have a wait list you’ll be able to hear every single persons name and party size being called out as their table is available. The room was pricey for the accommodations. I’ve stayed in much nicer for half the price. Minimal toiletries provided. Wouldn’t stay again, wouldn’t recommend to a friend.
- 5/5
It was very clean
- 4/5
This property was very clean, comfortable, and everything worked as expected. Wish there was a pool but being so close to the beach worked out. Super convenient location to dining, shopping (and again the beach)! We stayed for 4 nights and had zero complaints.

It smelled like pee. There were cockroaches in the AC unit. There was black mold in the shower. The AC unit was not cold enough.

When I arrived they gave my room with a king size bed to someone else. They mistaken checked in an other person with the same first name as mine with my name…they failed to check the last name with the ID. I was waiting for 30-45 mins as the clerk was trying to figure out what to do. After a long wait they gave me a Queen size bed which was very uncomfortable. This is not what I paid for. Never again I will stay there. Horrible experience

I expected more from a Travelodge and a Wyndham. It was very average, no pool, no brochures on local attractions. Parking fees for paying guests. I would not recommend staying here to a friend.
- 3/5
Staff needs to pay attention to details, they insisted that my reservation was not as I indicated until I produced the image to back up my words.

Everything was in good condition cleanness only one thing micro wave that doesn't stop my visit.

This hotel was 2 stars at best. It took over 30 minutes just to get checked in and then the room we were given ended up reeking of cigarettes.

I liked the convenient location—walkable to downtown and shops. The staff at Travelodge were friendly and helpful, making the stay pleasant and hassle-free.

Hotel is very run down, the room was filthy. Lots of hair even in the towel.

Situated blocks from the Long Beach Convention Center, this is a clean and safe place to stay for those attending a conference. Additionally, Von's grocery is only one block away. Check out Von's Deli for a fantastic to-go meal featuring mango or fried chicken.

Great staff, room was as fine close to restaurants and walkable about 15min to the Convention center.

Very nice stay.

The lobby was closed. There was only an outside window to transact business. The advertisement said daily maid service. I put the hanging tag on the door, but didn’t receive the maid service.

It was expensive as if it was a premium hotel but it did not feel like a premium experience. The tv was basic, parking was terrible, and I was put in the one room that did not have WiFi with only 5 channels on the tv. In my opinion, it was not worth $---

Easy check in. Noisy downtown but expected. However, highly recommend curtains because the shades on the windows do not block the sun. 6am bright in your room! Bed not comfy but a quick and clean place to refresh.

I room was just ok then I saw a roach. They didnt even change the towels or pick up trash. The room had no microwave. Just bad would never stay there again

They didn't mop our floors, they were dirty. Also, they did not have any kind of breakfast even though they said it in the amenities

Room had a musty smell. Only two towels were in the room, we had to ask for more. Fridge was stained. A/C made a terrible rumbling sound. Inside of elevator was in poor condition. We had a non-smoking room, but were able to smell cigarettes and marijuana along the corridor on our last night. There was a phone in the room but had no dial tone. Trash cans had no trash bags in them. No extra toilet paper left in room either and the roll left was not new, luckily we were out most of the time.

The location is convenient, but I am not sure I want to come back.

The room was okay .

This hotel is a mixed bag. It’s a few blocks from beach. But price is more expensive than advertised. I got a $15 parking charge per night. The elevator smelled strongly of paint. It’s quite close to the street so it’s noisy sometimes w ppl yelling etc
- 1/5
Then when I arrived they did not offer early check in. Therefore I had to drive around town for two hours because their tiny parking lot was full. Then when it was time to check in I had to pay for parking in which no where did it say you have to pay for parking on the website. There’s only one elevator on site which has a very intense gasoline odor. It was so strong I instantaneously got a headache from the fumes just going up to the third floor. The room itself made a vibrating noise during my entire stay as if there was motor running underneath it and I kept hearing a loud popping noise every so often that woke me up throughout the night as if the room was haunted. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a hotel room in my life. Especially for the price. They need to invest the money that they’re making to revamp the property or lower the price of the rooms because the experience there is not worth the price that they’re charging. It’s better to completely avoid this property. Don’t waste your time or money.

After reading reviews, not as bad as I expected. Cosmetic problems on some of the chair/walls. Mostly clean with the exception for 1 or 2 corners. No bugs or anything like that. It was fine. I'd stay here again if I was trying to save money

Very old and not maintained. Room had rusty fridge with no rails inside. Bathtub rusty

I was offered a room in a part of the property that made it impossible to stay there due to what appeared to be homeless encampment under the stairway to the second floor directly in front of room cover by blue tarp. The room was off of a dark narrow entry hall very frightening for a single (female) entering the area after dark after attending my conference it had blindside areas off the narrow hall and the encampment under the stairs. I was onsite only 10 minutes the desk clerk refused to give me a checkout receipt. But I left and found a Hilton Hotel property nearby so I am out of pocket still for two hotels 3 nights stays because I haven't received a refund even though I couldn't stay in the conditions of this downtown location with transients walking the property covered in blankets. The otherside of the property looked more livable but I was told it was full. I took lots of images of the conditions I was shown 2 other rooms same area even worst for use damage and smell than the first room.

I liked how everything was close by so I didnt have to uber or take transportation to get places, however given the opportunity the air conditioning unit for my room didnt work as well as i wouldve like so it tend to get hot in the room fairly quickly
