    Everything! They didn’t give me the room I booked, tried to charge extra for the room I already booked and they down graded our room, the door to the bathroom was horrible and broken , the main door to the room look as if it was kicked in, just horrible!

    Friendly check in staff. I asked for hotel to call me as there were several issues with room. This room had two double beds one was fine the second had a busted box spring. The bed sank in the middle and made noises as it was busted. The bathroom light started flickering when I was showering by the time my girlfriend showered it went totaly black. Lastly the air conditioner was sqeeking all night or every time it turn on. I payed 157.00 a night this was no value. I also asked for the hotel manager to call me when he got in with no follow through. Very disappointed with Best Western chain.

    Passable for a relatively inexpensive hotel. Old and no frills. Needs upgrades. Generally clean, though tissue dispenser was sticky and dirty. Staff was friendly and mostly helpful. Some had limited English. Thin towels. We received no housekeeping. The included breakfast was pretty good. Very poor wi-fi. Repeated issues with door keys. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

    Poorly staffed. Sheets were dirty with shoe prints and took an hour and a half to get new sheets and then were told there were no more comforters. There was also burn marks on the pillow cases and floor. Not to mention we were not told about the 6-8 police officers standing in front of our door due to some issue. None of my business but I felt that we should have been told prior walking up to our room. Sketchy place overall. Multiple police circling the building all night. Breakfast was very disappointing. Hot food options were chicken and turkey sausage and an omelette with ham, cheese, and veggies. No hot food that was accommodating to vegetarians other than a bagel/toast, potatoes, and oatmeal. Would not recommend!!

    Stop tricking people with pool photos when you do not have one! Get better window locks for your first floor guests! Was just a thumb twist clamp they expect you to use. Stay away unless you’re a trucker!

    The bathroom floor was not clean; dried dirt/grit in the corners. The entry of the office had something spilled on the vinyl sofa where I could not sit. We parked in front of our door and someone hit our vehicle. The office went above and beyond to pull video footage and worked with the police until the man was found. Thank you guys! Even though it is an older facility, I would stay there again because of the care we received.

    Please DO NOT STAY HERE!! The Presidential Suite is so nice but their customer service is NOT!! I was booked & approved for late check out which was an addl $45 before my stay even started. Despite us putting the privacy please hangar on the door, housekeeping tried to get in to clean, we advised her we had late check out. She left & then came back to ask what time, we advised 4p. Shortly after the front desk called roughly 5xs basically trying to charge $90 & wanted me to come down & pay immediately. I then get dressed to come down to see what the problem is, as soon as I step off the elevator she immediately yells you have to pay! Ma’am, first off calm down!! We go back & forth for a minute before I tell her to call her manager because she was too sassy for me! She calls him & he explains it’s not normal practice to constantly call the guest abt late check out, that you are just charged once you check out using the card on file. I let him know how his staff was constantly harassing us, disturbing our peace & had been providing us wrong information since check in the night before. He apologized but the clerk at the desk was rolling her eyes & smacking her lips the whole time he was talking. I decided to just leave as I dont spend my money where I am not wanted. Don’t know if it was race driven or if they just needed that room but they made it uncomfortable for us & my husband & I didn’t get to enjoy the spa bath & rest as we planned for our 14th year Anniversary…

    We first checked in to the hotel and there was candle wax from the previous occupant on the tub and tile step to the jacuzzi. (Also large tiles missing on the jacuzzi step) the AC/heat would change temperatures throughout the day without touching the thermostat. The available handicap spaces were also taken up by non handicap users multiple times throughout the stay after being asked to move because of the lack of accessibility to my hotel room. Car wasn’t moved and no other spots nearby were available (especially in the ice and slush.) other than that it was mostly clean. Quiet and insulated, and somewhat worked for the time being.

This is so disgusting and this is the main reason why I would never want to stay here again. The water in the bathroom would not drain. so that seemed very unsanitary.

    My stay at Best Western Inn Naperville was extremely disappointing and failed to match the images advertised online. The room was severely outdated, with worn furnishings and poor maintenance evident throughout. A strong, persistent odor of mold and mildew made the air unpleasant and unhealthy. Furthermore, we observed multiple insects, indicating a significant pest control issue and unsanitary conditions. The combination of false advertising, the unhygienic environment, and the persistent mold smell made for a very uncomfortable experience. I urge management to address these serious issues immediately. I would advise potential guests to look elsewhere. Nowhere near the $500 plus I spent for a two night stay.

    The bathroom had mold on tile grout. The beds were rock hard. Have stayed at this hotel in the past and breakfast used to be good, but this time breakfast was substandard in terms of choices and tastes and we got sick from the eggs.     Everything was great! My only complaint is the a/c wasnt working that great in our room and there was no bottled water for purchase onsite. The elevator was a bit odd as well. I would stay again though.

    The room was spacious and very clean. Water pressure in sink and shower must have been done by Tim the Tool Man. Great pressure. Stores were driving distance of about 10 min. Very quiet, no kids running up and down. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

    Poor Management. Overbooked my reservation then asked if we can book another hotel while we checked at 11P.M while we have 4 kids in my family group. Like seriously? Front desk people are not sure what they are doing. Manager doesn’t even want to address what the issues were and doesn’t seem to care when I talk to them. We will never come back!!!

    2nd time staying here with my bf.. last time we loved our room. but this time not so much but we still liked it. the room when we first came in was really sticky and had a weird smell, there were a lot of mosquitos and nats in the room. the bed was clean and comfy. shower was clean. tv worked fine. as for the breakfast, the first time we were here it was immaculate. this time around, the breakfast tastes off. the waffles had a weird taste to them almost like the batter was old. the sausage patties didn’t taste like real meat. they tasted spongey. some of the rosemary potatoes were gummy in texture. beside that everything was great. will be booking again. definitely getting a different room though. 4/5

    everything was lowkey perfect i have no complaints at all.. bed was clean, room was too, bathroom, everything. pretty comfy bed. breakfast was fye. waffles, meat, eggs, juice, toast, lots to choose from. really quiet, rooms definitely are somewhat sound proofed cuz you can’t hear from inside but you can hear outside your room in the halls. only thing i would complain about is your room key randomly not working whenever u come back after you’ve been gone from the hotel for a while. but easy fix to just go down to the front desk and get a new key. you have to pay a 20 dollar deposit for each day you stay, but i believe you get it back so that’s cool on my part. spent about 288 for 2 nights. def worth the money. 5/5

    We chose this hotel through Expedia since it was listed as a VIP hotel with a free beverage, early/late check in/out and room upgrades when available. The front desk staff ignored my question about the Gold status perks and talked over my questions. When directly asked about the Gold member VIP perks again since the hotel is marked as a VIP property, he said it was an Expedia thing and continued with his check-in speech. The staff made no effort to explain. The hotel should have to be removed from the VIP hotel listing.

    The staff was very friendly, which I appreciated. However, the photographs for the smoking jacuzzi room were inaccurate and did not accurately represent the room. The room was dimly lit, outdated, and had a sticky floor, which was unpleasant. The main room lacked adequate air circulation and ventilation. only the bathroom had ventilation. The air conditioner was barely functional, resulting in a warm temperature upon arrival that required several hours to cool down.

    Our room itself was fine, the bathroom was not the best in terms of cleanliness and had peeling paint. But interactions with staff was terrible. Poor customer service even with check in.     It is a standard basic old hotel that has been nicely remodeled in some ways. A refrigerator and microwave are guaranteed in every room. It is standard and dependable. It was very quiet. The A/C was a little loud but I turned it off in the middle of the night so it was ok. The whole area has lots of stores, restaurants, etc. right nearby.

    The property was very dated. No real investment has been put into the property to make it look nicer or more updated. I will say my bed and linen on my bed was clean. On the first day, the faucet in the bathtub was leaking. They responded, quickly, on that day and sent someone up to look at it and he said he fixed it. I went to take a shower later that night and when i got by bath towels together, there were 3, one had a hole, one had a huge yellowish stain and one had long hair on it (that was not mine). I called downstairs again and they gave me new towels but that also had hair on it. I told the lady and she continued to insist there was no hair on the towel until i had to point it out more that once to her. I finally got new towels and proceeded to take my shower. Once in the shower, i noticed the water was not draining so it continued to fill up as I was showering. This had me thinking, if housekeeping cleaned the bathtub, they should have also noticed this issue. I called downstairs for the 3rd time that night and let them know about this issue. It was fixed the following day but the faucet was leaking again. I called, again, about this leaking faucet in the bathtub and was told to wrap a towel around it so I didn't hear it. I was there 4 days, the faucet never got fixed in the bathtub. I'm from the area so I never had to stay in a hotel but now I live in another state so now I'm forced to get a hotel when I'm in the area but I don't think I will be staying here again

    Good value for the money (paid less than $100 per night), clean, bed was comfortable, didn't like the pillows but YMMV, bathroom fixtures showing age but still functional, less than one hour drive to downtown Chicago when traffic is moving, fast food option right nearby and all kinds of food available within a 15 minute drive. Would stay here again on a return trip.
