    Restautant was disappointing. Food quality was poor, and the cost was over the top. I requested shrimp on the Quesadilla and got four small shrimp cut up for $18.00 extra charge. Soup was loaded with salt, and I could not eat it. Room dated.

    Stayed here while on business for a week. It’s a great location with walking distance to restaurants and I got to say that the staff and quality of amenities was a great value. Parking is no drama and it’s close to the freeway if you need to explore.

    Booked my stay on Travelocity for a 2 queen bed room, when we got up to the room it was a king size bed room, they tried to say that I booked a room with no preference but I showed them my reservation that confirmed a room with 2 queen size beds. The hotel was packed with 2 big events, so they said “with what’s going on here we ran out of double bed rooms, ahhhh well I payed for a double bed room, unfortunately all the surrounding hotel were booked so we couldn’t just walk away and loose our money, so they said they can give me a bigger room with a king bed and they would add a rollout bed. We had no choice so we said yes, unfortunately the rollout bed was small so I had to go ask for an other roll out bed.

    Plumbing problem. No microwave. Room service order screwed up 3x. Bathroom too too small. Pool towel not much bigger than kitchen towels. No free WiFi. No free breakfast buffet. Breakfast buffet not much better than free buffets at other hotels. Wouldn’t stay again.

    We had a negative experience at Sunday buffet breakfast, where we were seated at the end of a large table where there was clearly a large group sitting there. The restaurant was busy, but the staff seated us there. As I waited at the table, my daughter was getting breakfast when a man sat in her seat. I politely told him my daughter was sitting there, and the man next to him told me “too bad, we were here first, we are not moving”. I was quite upset by this and then asked to be moved to a different table. I would have preferred to wait then deal with difficult customers. Our room was nice. But we found the floor had not been cleaned well. There was broken plastic on the floor, a rolled up sock from the previous guest that had not been cleaned or removed. I strongly doubt the floor was cleaned. We also found a sea shell on the bathroom vanity. The bed was comfortable and we had a good night’s rest.

    Typical Marriott quality stay, nice. Staff took away breakfast a bit too soon on one of the days of our conference. However, we stayed a few scant minutes over in a ballroom the previous night so I guess it was perhaps retaliatory or staff was not prepared for the event next door to us. Either way, we may book again. All of our midwestern state guest were pleased

    Rooms were fine. Comfortable beds. Tiny bathroom. Free parking was nice. Starbucks was nice. Housekeeping came in even with the do not disturb sign on the door. Luckily the door was latched from inside or I wouldn’t have been happy since my child was in the middle of changing near the door. Nice big lobby.

    Wedding weekend - wonderful accommodations with plenty of amenities in the area. Really wish the bathroom (#410) had hooks at the sink for hand towels and on the wall or doors for body towels. That would make it easier to participate in the efforts to reuse towels 😊♻️

    The location has a lot of restaurants around it. It feels like a safe area to walk at night and the staff are always very prompt. There are a lot of bigger groups that stay here so noise is sometimes an issue and the rooms are pretty dated and tired. The beds are also not great. They use comforters as a bed topper. They do have great bar staff and live music on Tuesdays that makes for a lively experience. Great for what I need wouldn’t select if not for location and price.

    Worn down hotel. Lobby and hotel bar incredibly noisy children screaming and crawling on top of furniture entire evening. Very noisy hallway - children screaming and playing hallways outside rooms. Breakfast not at all Marriott level. Restaurant/bar very expensive (also compared to other JW Marriotts).

    Service was about as good as service anywhere has been post-Covid (I.e., pretty bad). The desk staff was really friendly, but struggled to follow through on our requests. We ordered a pizza from the bar and it took 45 minutes to come out. The hotel was clean and the room was fine, but we would look for somewhere else if we were traveling to Naperville again.

    This Marriott is always great. It does host a lot of tournament teams and my daughter used to play club sports so, I appreciate having to corral kids. This is the first time in the hotel that the girls were so loud (Cheer team) well past midnight and the mothers were almost worse, drunk off their gord. I almost called but just stepped out and shushed them. The staff is always accommodating and room always clean. More eco friendly. Kept my used towels this time. Usually, despite hanging them like I should they always get taken away with fresh ones. Glad they left my hardly used towels

    My conference there was amazing! The catering service was fantastic. The rooms were clean. Staff were friendly and on point with service. The bar at night for dinner was a bit slow for taking orders. They got my order wrong, but it was still good. The beds were comfortable. The shower was excellent with good water pressure.

    This Marriott has very helpful friendly staff, but not enough of them, as is the case for many businesses post pandemic. They have a sign in the room saying you can request a refrigerator, but even when the hotel did not appear to be full, they put me on a wait list for a fridge and I never got one. There is very limited parking close to where you want to bring in your luggage. They do have carts you can use on your own without paying for someone to help. However if you want someone to come and help put luggage on your cart in your room due to physical issues, they wouldn't do it the day I was leaving. They say they have a restaurant, but it is closed right now, and you can eat in the noisy area of the bar instead. My salad was fine. There is a lot of road noise if you have a room facing the highway and I am not sure what it was like on the other side of the hotel.

    Not a great experience. Desk staff were unhelpful. Room included free Wi-Fi had to download 98mb app on phone. Ordered Wi-Fi for 2 days. Woke up 2nd day and had to reorder Wi-Fi. No room service. Restaurant in hotel but no menus in room. No paper or pen. Room cleaning by request only. Basic overpriced hotel room.

    What I didn't like was that the room didn't come with a fridge, the ice machine on our floor was broken, the drain in the shower barely worked so you stood in a tub full of filthy water while you shower, and the mattress toppers shifted. For over $200 a night, I expected a much better experience. For a 3-star hotel, it offers a 1-star experience. I'm a member of Marriott and this is my third property that has below standard in the last 6-months with others having the A/C out and showers, I'll most likely be moving my business to Hilton moving forward.

    Everything was wonderful except at breakfast i was very disappointed at how there wasn't a selection for non pork eaters considering the hotel customers were diversified. When asked if they had turkey bacon the 2 Caucasian ladies were rude an said No. Michael immediately resolved the problem by going to get turkey bacon for the families that didn't eat pork.

    In addition, ensuring that we would get a refrigerator in our hotel room was a pain! I initially called the hotel. They told that I had to go through expedia. When I called Expedia, I had to deal with a virtual agent, which was a waste of my time. Then I spoke to a "human" agent- human is in quotes because this person had no customer service skills and was quite rude. However, after a lot of complaining, I did get my refrigerator.
