    The hotel is nice, but there was some room for improvement. The TV in our room needed magic tricks to turn on, the microwave was broken, and the pool was cloudy with chunks of hair in it. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Our room was very small, but it served it's purpose.

    The staff were friendly but housekeeping was a little off. A couple of times they forgot to leave clean towels and replenish the water bottles and once they came into the room when the "do not disturb" tag was on the door. However they did respond quickly when we asked for those things.

    The complimentary breakfast was good. The phone was broken so we couldn't call for room service extra linens or extra towels. The shower was out of body wash, and when we pulled the sofa bed out there was an unwrapped Twix and wrappers. I made the reservation for 6 people but the room was setup for 4. No linens for the pull out sofa which was the most uncomfortable mattress my sister has ever laid on. She got 2 hrs of slewp according to her fitness watch. We went with this hotel because of the pool as well and it was so overrun that it was dangerous because people were throwing balls and toys excessively. We walked in and a girl got.hit in the face so we turned around and left.

    Terrible rooms dark dingy and not cleaned at all. Furniture looked like if you sat on the chair it would break. Bat essentials body lotion and shampoos were left empty for our 5 day entire stay. Our room was not cleaned for 2 days and when we complained we’re told that we had the DND sign which we clearly denied. Not impressed with the staff totally unhelpful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

    Staff was very professional and polite. Very busy property from all I could tell. Every thing seems quite clean, however there was just an ever so slight musty smell. Room was perfect for a family of 3 with a toddler. Breakfast was much to be desired even with all the options. Bacon was swimming in a pool of grease, and was hardly cooked. Fruits were of poor quality, oranges basically were 50% peel. They did have an omelette bar that we didnt take part in. They did offer a happy hour for the parents with two free drinks each, which was very appreciated after a long drive.

    We always love the rooms, breakfast, staff. I only gave 4 stars because the curtain was ripped with stain and very visible. The hotel was made aware and I was advised housekeeping would be alerted and I was never contacted. This is diffently our staycation hotel for sure and we are normally very satisfied. The breakfast is always amazing with lots of variety to chose from. The hotel is huge and great for getting steps in.

    The person who checked us in was very helpful. We did not have any body wash in our room and it took two days and several times for us to ask for it to be delivered. One day we came back and the room had not been cleaned and the towels hadn’t been changed out. Front desk was very helpful then. Breakfast omelettes were great, the rest of the food was fair.

    Hotel was nice. Staff was nice enough. The nightly reception is always a great amenity. I thought it was weird they only had cable channels. What hotel doesn’t offer streaming nowadays? Especially an Embassy Suites? We planned to order room service and stream a show and we couldn’t so that was disappointing. The room service was ok - food was cold but tasted good. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable and the facilities and staff were good.

    The cleaning staff left a previous guest smelly sock in the room. Which means they didn’t vacuum. There was no body spoap in the bathroom and there were giant holes in the curtains. They charge an incidental fee. Make sure you look your room over right after checking in.

    Room had its issues. Food crumbs from previous people, microwave broken, body wash empty, door stoppers broken, stains on couch. Moved rooms mid week as we wanted a tub and other room didn’t have one. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable though one new person at front desk could barely speak English.

    I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazing. I love the omelettes fresh every morning. The only thing that really upset me is that my shower wouldn’t drain the night I got in. There was no staff on duty to fix it so I wasn’t able to shower until the next day when someone was able to come fix it which was very irritating.

Bar staff was a little impatient and having kids running around the halls/ up and down the elevator when trying to leave, was not great.     Room had mold all over the tub, the bathroom was all dusty. A sofa chair was horribly stained everywhere, the carpet had pieces missing and to top it off when we woke up kids could not use the pool a whole day. I reached out before our stay to make sure pool was available because that’s all my boys wanted to do was swim. I will not be staying here again, they moved us to another room and it wasn’t any better.

    The pool was not heated, my kids were only able to be in the water for a few minutes. The other guests in yhe pool were out of control so we had to leave the pool area after about 15 minutes. Also, we had to call the front desk twice about out of control kids in the room above us, they were screaming, running, jumping and being ridiculously loud for hours and hours, and these were very little kids. When we called the second time (after being woke up twice) the front desk clerk said she was the only staff member at the hotel and she hadn't gotten to dealing with the disrespectful guests yet. Also the public bathrooms were very dirty. We cannot believe what a terrible experience this stay was.

    The room was clean but the pillows were flat when I asked for more better pillows they were the same as the ones in the room made the sleep difficult to sleep. The man house keeper knocked on my door at 7:30am staying he had towels for me but I asked for the towels the day before and he was the one who brought them to me seemed a little weird and uncomfortable. Thank you God my husband was there with me. The parking is pretty difficult as well do to a lot of events and formal engagements at this hotel.

    The Staff at this location is great but the Housekeeping Staff? Chef’s Kiss! The Housekeeping Supervisor and Housekeeping Manager are both professional & very caring when it comes to the cleanliness of the rooms however their staff, specifically Shaketa and Jasmine are absolutely amazing! They keep the rooms super clean, sanitized, smelling good & well stocked with essentials that you’ll need during your stay. They go above and beyond to ensure you have what you need & the you & your family are comfortable. I’ve never had such service & I personally recommend this hotel because of their housekeeping staff. 10 out of 10! Definitely recommend!

    We were traveling with 2 other families and had asked for rooms on the same floor. They told us they could not accommodate us at check in due to being booked at capacity. No big deal, except that when my family needed to be moved to another room at 11 PM due to a very loud HVAC unit, they moved us to another room on the same floor. In fact, one of the other families we were with had booked the double queen suite but was given a king suite! I mention this because we were moved to a double queen suite on the 5th floor. The HVAC unit in the room was buzzing very loudly and would go off every 10 minutes. When we went to our room after watching the Bears game in another room, we felt it was too loud to able to sleep through the noise. I called the front desk and the person who answered asked if I would allow for their service person to look at the unit before moving rooms and that they would be to our room within 5-10 minutes. I said yes and told her that I had a young child that needed to get to sleep. 20 minutes later, no one had come to service the unit and my husband had to go down to the front desk to request a room switch, which they did immediately this time and without question. Why couldn’t they have just moved us when I first requested it? I have a video of the noise, it was very loud and there is no way they did not know about it before we got to our room (room 501). We moved our stuff at 11ish PM! My 4 year old should have been asleep. Also the pool water was so dirty.

    The bar was poorly stocked - we could not get decaf coffee. Asked for Baileys (we could see there was a bottle in the fridge but bartender said it was no good - said the same of the Kahlua that we could also see in the fridge). Room did not have the bedding necessary for pull out.

    The hotel was clean Booking.com dropped the ball ON MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY. They did not process my booking properly so when I arrived at the hotel they didn't have my booking for me. The staff at the hotel had to book my rooms and I was charged more. Now it's been nearly 2 weeks and your representative keeps emailing me asking for the same information to give me a refund of the difference. I won't be using your service again until this is resolved. I've sent invoices and a copy of my charge, which I don't understand WHY that was needed, the INVOICES should have been sufficient but you want to play this game with the back and forth so that you can make it seem like I didn't respond. FALSE. I RESPONDED TO ALL REQUESTS AND STILL NOTHING.

    The room was run down (torn carpet, missing grout all over bathroom floor tiles, dented walls, scratched up furniture, stained couch), did not feel clean (stained walls, extremly moldy grout in shower walls, grime built up in bathroom tile floors, dust on surfaces), had a lot of moisture buildup on windows and surrounding window trim and ledges, and the mattress on the pull-out sofa was extremely lumpy and uncomfortable (my 8 year old child had a very hard time sleeping comfortably on it). Other than the condition of the room, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast buffet was very well done.

    The pool was not working and we were not warned of it ahead of time. I asked for a partial refund due to the inconvenience and you would’ve thought I was asking for a million dollars. The staff was not very friendly…the front desk, bartender, and breakfast hostess were all extremely rude.

    Staff was helpful, but we had to switch from our intial room because we were put right next to extremely noisy air conditioning units on the second floor. Once we moved, our room barely had hot water. We were told that the boiler had been recently repaired and the only solution was to keep running the hot water until it warmed up or change rooms AGAIN. We decided to stay, but the issue never got better. Every time we wanted to take a shower, we had to run the hot water from every faucet for 20 minutes, or take an ice cold shower. Really disappointing from a hotel of Embassy's caliber.

    The room was very clean and a great size. I love the separation of rooms giving all of us the ability to spread out. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of hot and cold options and drinks. My only complaint was that you cannot use the stairs to access the hotel rooms. You can only take them down and go outside. We had to wait on the elevators because of a conference letting out as we were trying to get to our rooms. We were on the second floor and stairs would have helped our wait.

    I wish I had better things to say about this place, but it really feels like they aren't really trying too hard. They have THREE elevators and only ONE was working - waiting for a part no doubt for the other two. Honestly what keeps me coming back is the breakfast guy, the omeletteer on duty every morning at 6 AM waiting to put a piping hot custom made tailored to perfection start to your day in front of you. If everyone there was as dedicated as that guy to guest satisfaction, the place would be amazing.

    Too many dogs barking. So many. At times, it was like living in a kennel. 2 of the 3 elevators were not working. We had to line up to get on. No snacks on Thanksgiving happy hour.     The breakfast was really good since you could get a fresh omelet and the coffee was hot. Can't ask for more. What I didn't like is that they record your room number giving you the impression that if you wanted to come back to get fruit or yogurt before they closed, you couldn't. I have been to tons of hotels with breakfast buffets and never encountered that. My check in was a breeze.I walked into a group of kids and I was immediately deflated to be honest. But I either was far from them, or they turned out to be well behaved. I also liked the ability to text the front desk with questions. Overall, good location. Near freeway. Near restaurants (that close kinda early) and near other hotels as well.

    I stayed from Nov 7th- 9th and our room was dirty when we got there to top it off we had no hot water in our bathroom the whole time we stayed and no matter how many times I complained nothing happened. I was given no compensation just a sorry. I had my two small children with me one being autistic so it was a horrible time trying to get them a shower. To top it all off the pool was also disgusting had balls of hair and algae. I was room 210

    We stayed here for one night. There was no hot water, only one elevator worked and in the morning we discovered our vehicle had been broken into and completely ransacked. When I mentioned this to the front desk they did nothing. I called the manager and have not heard back. Do not stay here!!!! Horrible!!!

    Room was ver nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and was very accommodating.     Shampoo, Shower Soap, and Lotion were all empty when I checked in. I assumed they would be refilled when the room was made up the next day. Nope. Perhaps it needs to be requested? I called the front desk and requested they be refilled. Next night, back in the room, checked the containers for refill. Nope. Spoke to the manager, explained this was no way to win customers or influence reviews. BAD hotel, BAD. the only saving grace were the incredible donuts at breakfast. Tempting, so tempting. Do I really need that shampoo, that soap? Am I really ready to give up those donuts for a hotel that knows how to keep a room provisioned. Decisions decisions.

    Clerk at front desk was very nice. Didn’t mention that there was a hotel happy hour happening 5-7pm when we checked in at 6:30pm. Walls in room were dinged up. Bedding and towels very clean. Pillows flat. Good black out curtains. GREAT breakfast with great service, including made to order omelets! No hot tub. Pool was cold. Nice work out room w/ a filtered water bottle filler. It took me 10-15 minutes to figure out how to order room service. After scanning the QR code it took me another 10 minutes to find the room service menu. Then the phone didn’t work unless on speaker.

    The breakfast and happy hour were great Both nights we were there, it was nearly impossible to get parking because they had events happening in the hotel so people that were staying there had to find parking elsewhere.     The rooms were large but the furniture was dated. Water pressure in the shower was really, really weak. I also think the hot water is controlled, showers were lukewarm at best. Cocktail hour was great and the free breakfast was surprisingly good with a made to order omelet bar. Lobby area was nice but they make you sign a form (contract) saying that you won't have large parties or underage drinking in the room?

    Additionally, at breakfast, the kitchen staff who cleared the tables picked up and threw away my carton of alternative milk Oat Milk when we were still sitting at the table with Coffee. Then they continued to talk about me and look me up and down and while I was still in the restaurant. There were no non-dairy alternatives for a person like me to eat, so the food was limited. Additionally we were kept up all night Saturday night by someone partying- we made phone calls at 11:17 and early a.m. and the partying and screaming continued until 3:30 AM. There was confetti and streamers in the hallway the next morning it’s really unfortunate this hotel doesn’t have a handle on the property.

    The staff told my husband breakfast ended at 930 on Saturday so he rushed out of the breakfast area to only then find out when we were leaving that was a lie as the lobby was filled with people eating breakfast at 1020. Two tables in our room were broken the legs barely attached. The housekeeping knocked on our door at 9 am asking if we were leaving. Which I found very rude as I was still trying to sleep considering we had until 11 to check out and we still left early. I was very disappointed with the hotel itself. Embassy suites tend to be on the higher scale and the prices reflect this however this property did not meet the standard.

    Stayed for family trip in Chicago and a baseball game. Room was clean, little smaller than expected but still decent sized. We had king bed and would say the family of three likely fits better.     The room was already paid for and they told my daughter it wasn’t. She gave the info to the person who was checking in and they told her was not paid for. Even with the reservation email showing paid in full. So she paid it to gain access to the room. My fiancée had to call and they still want to say there was they could do. To steal 270.00 for a room that had been paid for is not good business. I hope that money was put back on my daughters card.

    I liked that the location is around numerous restaurants! What i didn't like is the parents of the children that stayed had no control over their children! Parents should accompany children while in pool and work out areas.

    Our suite was sort of cramped - the hotel advertises "sleeps six" but two were on a pull-out couch that was broken and took up the whole width of the 'living room'. Everything was clean and nice except for the pool, which had a lot of hair floating in it. Our kids used the net to gather it up, which was gross. The hotel was full with a wedding and a family reunion but the staff were quite gracious and wonderful with our kids and us. Overall it was a good stay, but those couple problems surprised us.

    We had a suite. The hotel is beautiful wih a great breakfast and an excellent meeting space. We saw several families that meet here because it's their halfway point. Really large and welcoming lobby for these larger families to meet. We were very busy (Drum Corps International family) and were in the hotel for about 10 hours only so we didn't get to experience all the amenities but it was a great hotel for our family.

    An excellent hotel—one of the best I've ever stayed at, and I travel a lot! However, one thing to keep in mind is the room location. Some rooms are situated close to the air conditioning systems, which are right outside the windows. This significantly affects the soundproofing, making it quite noisy around the clock. Earplugs don’t help. We tried to change the rooms but all were sold out.

    The breakfast was very good The evening social was the worst I have ever seen at an Embassy suites. I don’t drink but the snacks the put out showed no effort at all. The popcorn machine . And no was made popcorn. They really need to travel to round rock Texas and see how an evening social should be run. The owner must be cheap. The maintenance man was the nicest person I met there always up beat and so helpful.

    The worst part was that the shower was not designed properly to drain. The entire bathroom filled up with water when you showered. The floors were wet around the toilet and it took like 5 towels to dry it. It was so gross and slippery. I don’t know how it would be safe for anyone let alone someone with disabilities. Staff was great and super friendly even if they could not fix the problem. The staff at the bar and breakfast were really great too.

    The room was nice enough but I wish the staff would clean the room. I stayed for 4 days and sheets were not changed or even made. Trash was not emptied. No one checked the body wash in the bottles to see if they were empty. When u are at a certain level of facility and pay a premium, you expect these items to be completed.

    The hotel was close to the venue we needed to go to. Pool was NOT heated enough to swim/play in. We asked the staff to warm it above 72 degrees and they did. Two days later it was 71 degrees again. Grandchildren didn't even like it so cold.

    Ok. Overall stay was great. Housekeeping was average or below. Beds not made, towels replaced, and floor not cleaned. Cart to transport luggage old and noisy. Checkin was good, people friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was great with fresh cooked omelets and other items were wonderful. Cocktail hour was a bonus. the man bartender was quiet and rude at times, the lady bartender was wonderful. Overall trip and place was great. Details are lacking.

    The whole second floor smelled. The room smelled worse. The sheets had tears, blood stains, and "other" unidentified stains on them. I contacted Expedia and they were completely helpless in the situation. The next day I called the front desk again to see if anything could be done. The guy at the front said no there isn't anything to be done, oh and by the way we don't have a credit card on file so please come by the front desk so we can get that. I explained that I had given it upon check in. Waited at the front desk for 20 min. Nobody ever came to the desk. Later that day I went to the front counter again. I was told my room keys shouldn’t work because they disabled them so that I would have to come to the front counter. Still I handed them my card and they ran it again. I asked to speak to a manager and they assured me the manager would reach out. We needed additional towels as we didn’t get enough to start with. I had to call the front counter 4 times before we got them. 2 days later on check out day we requested more towels as they weren’t changed out. The front desk after calling 4 times over 2 hours said they are out of towels and could bring some from laundry after 11am. That’s check out time! Long and short, Arini is a figment of imagination as a manager for this property. It shows in the building and the staff. I now have 2 holds on my card, one of which the hotel can’t find or release. Room was dirty and smelled, and the sheets were absolutely disgusting.

    Our stay was very calm and restful. We enjoyed our room, walking to a nearby excellent meal, and everyone found breakfast foods they loved during the continental breakfast service in the morning. Aside from the shampoo being empty after one shower, everything was clean, comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was a wonderful bonus after a long busy day.

    I enjoyed the pet friendliness of the hotel. I enjoyed the convenience of restaurants near the hotel. I enjoyed the check in and check out process. I enjoyed the customer service representation who texted every day checking on my stay. What I did not like was the weird spit balls on the bedroom walls. I did not like that housekeeping did not do what was asked of them when I only asked once throughout my entire stay. I asked them to give you towels (they did), change my sheets (they just made the bed with the same sheets), and take out trash (they only took out one trash can). I also did not like the rude bartenders during complimentary happy hour. The younger lady on my second night was great, the other two were not. I love the embassy but this was not a good experience.

    I really disliked the attitudes of the bar staff. They were rude and dismissive both nights of my stay. The room should have been cleaned a little better before I got there. I seen used bandaids on the floor that didn’t belong to me. It’s also probably time to drain and clean the pool it smells bad in that area.

    The happy hour is fun, but I don’t remember it being a two drink limit. The pool had no towels, and was cold. There was no hot tub. I could have sworn I triple checked for that before booking. Breakfast was great! The room was clean, carpets needed replacing, and the pillows are awful. I requested more but they’re just flat as a pancake. The temperature controls in the room were finicky. It was either too hot or too cold. I wish there had been more creamer and sugar packets to make an enjoyable cup of coffee in the room, and the conditioner in the shower was empty.

    My stay was ok just feel like they pick with who they want to there at the hotel meaning the staff and front desk.they knocked on my door at 1pm telling me there was a noise complaint which it was very early in the afternoon I couldn’t understand that but yet there was a party going on at 3am in the morning after I returned back into my hotel that night.

    The hotel was very noisy, you could everything going on in the room next to you. The bathroom was not clean, there was hair in and around the rime of the tub that didn't belong to me, not just a strand, but a few strands, that was disgusting. The furniture is outdated and very worn, like it needs to be thrown out. The drapes were dirty with stains and too close to the bed, made me think something was going to crawl off them. Room was dingy.

    Nice hotel and facilities. Room was nice, but there was some mold around the lower edges of the shower. The bed mattress seemed a bit older and worn. I did enjoy the lobby and restaurant area. Fitness center was good.

    The breakfast buffet: at the omelet station, there should be a cooking place for just vegetarians. All the meats get cooked on the same skillet.

    The staff were friendly and polite, the room was very clean. The hotel is pet friendly which is nice. We were able to bring our cat with us. Overall it was a an stay and will definitely be staying there again

    Just passing through town and needed a nights stay - bed was comfy and that famous Embassy Omelette the next morning hit the spot (the breakfast spread alone is worth the stay). Very, very satisfied!

    I was very disappointed in this location. I booked it because my husband LOVES the breakfast and the evening reception. We drove 15 hours for his Graduation at Northern Illinois University in Dekalb. There were no trays for him to bring our plates to our room as we’ve done at all other locations. The bananas were brown. There was no bacon. The 1st day Michelle I think was her name fixed me two Margarita cocktails and was very sweet. Octavio should not be working in that position. He was rude to my husband twice. That was very disheartening. The the second day I asked for Margaritas again and Octavio too me they were not available. I was shocked and he said she shouldn’t have done that the day before and that he could get in trouble if he fixed the drinks. The snacks were not what we’ve had at other locations. No one came out to replenish or clean up the area. There was no one monitoring the lobby as kids just were allowed to run from couch to couch, throwing water on the floor. There was water on the elevator and we left for several hours and came back and it was still there. The Shower Gel was empty and I didn’t realize it until I had started my shower. I had to step out cold and wet and grab the small bar of soap.

    Hotel was clean. Staff was helpful for a family traveling with a small baby. Breakfast was amazing! Jacuzzi definitely needed in pool area and highly recommend more than 2 check in luggage carts especially during holiday season. Hotel is too top tier to only have 2 luggage carts.

    This was the most unhygienic hotel we had ever stayed. There was a box of old Chinese takeout on the floor which was stinking the room there were bottles of water in the fridge that were open and drank out of. The bed sheets and towels had stains on them. The shower didn’t have warm enough water. I went with my family and was frustrated

    The room was small for 5 people, but bathroom was a good size. When the pull out bed is out no one can move around the room, you have to go through the bathroom. My son slept on the pull out bed and it wouldn't flatten out all the way. It was also very dirty when we opened up the bed, lots of crumbs, etc. The bathroom doors were terribly loud. They don't close or open smoothly and are very loud. You wake up everyone in the middle of the night if you have to go to the bathroom. At 8:15 in the morning we got a knock on the door from housekeeping. I think she thought we were gone. Checkout isn't until 11 am, so not sure why they would be knocking on doors that early.

    This property needs to change website picture. Our room was so worn out with rips in couch and so dirty. The room was so ripped up and old. They told me at check out it was a pet friendly room. But I had no pet. So disappointed, Which is so sad. Because these properties are usually beautiful.

    We stay at Embassy suite almost always. And this one was very outdated, run down, and the shower had mold and was quit dirty. i love a nice & clean hotel. so other then that the staff were nice and the breakfast was wonderful.
