Great for families visiting

The proximity to downtown Naperville. The dog feces that was found on the floor of our room. Also, the room smelt musty and mildewy.

The staff were all too much talking to each other and didn’t greet us right away to check in! Had to walk to the front desk to get extra towels.

Debbie at front desk went above to help me with very late check in. Location is easy on off highway and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Had to pay for parking my own car on their uncovered lot that in padt was includedproperty. Terrible process to reach a person at hotel prior to checking in. All goes through general corp call center. Due to bed placement, AC in room blows on your head. Very tiny room. It was not listed at booking that it was an adjacent room which may have been great if you need a tiny room for kids. Bed had no support. Felt like lying on floor it was so saggy.

The room was incredibly small and the sofa bed was not sleep able at all! I’ve been to many hotels and assumed more would be offered!

Friendly staff when checking in

Location was central to so many restaurants/businesses. We felt safe in the area. We didn’t have much interaction with the hotel staff due to the setup of the entrances, but the one staff member we met at checkin was pleasant and helpful. The room was nice - nothing special. It was clean- furniture was a little beat up and dated for a $200+ a-night room.

The hotel advertised food service at night and that was the reason I booked as my parents are 90, use a walker and cane, and do not drive at night. When we checked in we were told there were not enough bookings to make a profit opening for food service. Considering how early I booked they could have notified me of that ahead of time.

Very clean and comfortable room. King bed was super soft and cozy. Liked having a fridge and microwave in room. My only knock would be that the bathroom space, the sink/vanity and shower specifically, could use updating.

After just getting back from a vacation where we stayed in 5* accommodations we were spoiled and left a day earlier than we were suppose to. Booked thru a third party so no refund. I try to always book direct. Should know better.

The rooms were nice and clean. The beds are comfortable and it was nice and quiet. The staff was really nice and I would stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family!

I pick this hotel because it stated that a restaurant was available at this site, I get to the hotel and was told it would be open next day the three days I stayed the restaurant did not open and I was told there are surrounding restaurants that was unfair to me because I chose this hotel because they stated hotel on site another thing is doors should be handicap accessible there are no doors handicap accessible for $244. and some change this hotel could do better

Great location with all amenities within walking distance. Room layout was great - bathroom in-between our bed and the hallway allowed for less noice disturbing from the hall. Liked that the lighting was warm and a bit subdued rather than strong blue led lights! Not even water complimentary Price was not that great and still didn't get breakfast nor water.

Pool was extremely hot. Lots of yelling in the hallways at night. Pool said it closed at 9 but there were ppl in there way later. Ants in bathroom.

Staff were friendly and very courteous. Facilities, bed, furniture, etc. are very old with a need of an upgrade. Overall, to the whole Hotel to meet a the typical standard for a courtyard Marriot hotel.

THE BATHROOM STOPPER DID NOT WORK SO I HAD TO STUFF A WASH CLOTH IN THE STOPPER TO HOLD THE WATER

Overall I do recommend the hotel. Just don't count on a gratis 1st meal of the day.

I booked a room thinking it was Pet friendly. Upon arrival, I walked in with my dogs and went to my room. A couple minutes later I received a call from the front desk saying I needed to get out and they are not Pet friendly. I promptly got out, but they said they HAVE to charge me for the night and threatened me with a pet cleaning fee as well (even though I was in the room no more than 10 minutes. Staff thinks they are Gods (not customer oriented at all). Avoid this hotel like the plague. It looks like a condominium that's been VERY used as evidence of no cars in the parking lot on a Saturday. I will NEVER stay at a Marriot again.

The bathroom did not have any hooks to dry towel. I ordered a glass of wine at the bar & it was $17. I should have checked the price first but I was not expecting Las Vegas prices in Naperville.

It is very nice hotel in quiet location and friendly staff. There are a lot of restaurants in walking distance. But that hotel is old and need some upgrade. The bistro in the hotel is overpriced.

A great option in the area with dining available nearby. The only issue is that the layout of the hotel is confusing and there is only one elevator.

The manager of this property saw me every morning because I had some type of little problem or issue, and she handled every single one of them. Normally a Hyatt guest member and come to Naperville frequently. I’ll be staying at this hotel from now on thanks to your lovely staff. She definitely deserves some praise as it’s uncommon these days and it may be very pleased to know people still go the extra mile to take care of their customers and she sure did

Exceptional staff

I had to talk to staff in New Delhi to fix a date error I made when checking in online. I accidentally checked October instead of September. You do not allow staff on the ground to fix this. Only a New Delhi call center. I paid almost $90 more to check in yesterday than I would have for my erroneous October date. I intend to avoid Marriott if at all possible for any future trips. Allow your humans on the ground to actually provide the service you say you want to provide. I think you just want to make money though rather than provide service. I hope to never use Marriott again.

The staff was excellent and extremely friendly. The property could use some updates for sure but the location was very convenient.

Upon checkin, I requested an upstairs outward facing room that inherently comes with a balcony. Attendant (operations manager?) Immediately says "Well you smoke on it!" Rudely. Ill stay up the road next time. In town 4 or 5 times a year. Won't go back here. Used to be great!

The staff was extremely friendly. I left a book in the room and went back later in the day to try to get it back and they were so helpful! They promptly found it and let me pick it up at the desk.
