Everything was good except the pool was dirty but the rest was great. Good location too

The room was clean. We had late check in but there was staff available. Great for a quick stop. No problems.

Breakfast was good rooms not what they look like online. Very small. Bathroom had curtain one online nice glass door mirror and was super small. Have reservations this month again there and I regret making them after staying there. Not impressed

The room was clean and check in was very easy. I especially liked that there were places to eat very close to the property.

We could barely breathe when we opened the last door to enter our back annex. It was either a wall of chemicals that had not had any fresh air in decades or really old smoker smell that had years ago permeated every fabric in our room. Super unhealthy. Would not wish that musty smell on anyone!! Ugh.

Hampton Inn can be hit or miss- so, I typically don’t stay at them. However, due to a business trip this was the hotel chosen and it was great! Mattresses were comfortable and the hotel was clean.

It was clean and the breakfast in the morning was really good Rooms weren’t what we requested and were very small especially for handicapped person, couldn’t even get a wheelchair in the room. Staff said the pool was open and then told a different person in our party that it was closed till the holiday

We had a lovely stay in a clean room with very comfortable beds. Breakfast was also delicious, and my family and I truly enjoyed our two-night visit.

My stay with Hampton Inn in Naperville was wonderful. The front desk helped me so much because I did not have a reservation as previously thought. Unfortunately my reservation was at Holiday Inn but I was unaware of it because no confirmation email was sent . Hampton Inn only had one room available but I was so thankful to get that room by being a Honor member . The location was great because everything was in walking distance for the great food and shopping. Thank you, Hampton Inn for having my back.

Parking did feel safe. I’m terrible w/names, but at check-in around 5:30 the fella was very accommodating. Room was very clean. I like your bottles with soap, conditioner and body gel very sanitary.

Check in was great. Fast and easy. Room was clean. One negative was the TV kept freezing up. We unplugged it to rest and it still was feeezjng. Tried to watch a movie and couldn’t cause it would freeze every few minutes for about 2 minutes. SO annoying

This property is old and needs to be renovated. The carpet in the room should be replaced. Also, the chair and table in my room near my bed was outdated and should be replace. The staff was nice but I will not stay at this hotel again.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Room seemed clean, but there was a strange odor that permiated about hallways and room. I was told that they only have cleaning staff available every other day. OK by me cause I was just one person who doesn't make much mess. Room was nice, lots of room and reasonably furnished. Lots of plugs for devices. Breakfast was decent. Parking was a bit of problem, but manageable.

Perfectly nice stay ruined by needlessly painful check-out experience. The desk attendant REFUSED to print out a receipt for the room payment, telling me Expedia would send me a receipt and that Hampton Inn didn't do that. Then I showed her the receipt from the previous nights stay at Hampton Inn that I'd had printed the day before. Only confronted with the evidence did she agree to print the single sheet of paper I'd asked for. Then as I left she said "hope you have a better day". Haha. How could I not, I was leaving her behind.

Easy check in. Close to our family. We’ve ate at some of the restaurants close to the hotel over the years and like them.

The first room was wet and smelled. They accommodated our request for a new room, but that room was also wet (although it smelled somewhat better). The carpet was so dirty that it changed the color of the bottom of my wife's slippers. Housekeeping also did not replenish the soap.

I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn! The gym was impressive, with a great selection of weights. The entire property was well-maintained, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I'll definitely be returning to Hampton Inn for my future travels!

I actually didn’t stay at the hotel because when we arrived to check in, the hotel had no record of the reservation we made through Expedia. The hotel staff were most accommodating and helpful but there was nothing they could do as they were full up due to a wedding. We ended up at a nearby Marriott and got a full refund from Expedia.

Decided to give it a shot because of the good reviews on here and it did not disappoint. Breakfast is good and varied, from fresh fruit to oat meal, hearty egg, potato and meat options...something for everyone. The rooms are not huge but still a good size. I was truly pleasantly surprised and will be staying here for future trips.

The walls between rooms are thin. I could barely sleep from noise coming from the other room.

First off, I booked through the app for a king suite, once I got the room it was a queen standard room. I went to ask why I didn’t have a suite. Was told they don’t have suites. I was told that I booked through a third party, which was why I was mislead. I don’t know why it showed me pics of a suite, let me book a suite,then I didn't get a room no where near what I booked. I’m highly disappointed because was expecting a room with space and not be all cramped in a room. I’m hoping that I can be reimbursed some of what I paid, or get a credit for being duped into booking a suite but getting nothing close to what I thought I was getting. Is this what hotels.com does? Show pics of any rooms for that brand, but not that particular hotel? I’m hoping someone answers this or reaches out to me about this.

Walked in and was greeted and checked in at desk quickly. The hotel lobby smelled fresh and my room smelled fresh too! Very clean room and nice breakfast. Location was great! Wish I could stay longer to check out all the amazing restaurants close to the hotel!

After a long trip with two children on Xmas day, we got to the hotel at 11:30 a.m. Needing to check into get ready for a get together, we were told it was a $50 fee to check in early. Lobby empty, plenty of rooms ready. Lot's of hotel's in this exact area. Find one that works with paying customers easier.

Facility great, staff was great! Parking was a little oddly designed, but plenty of parking far away from entrance door. Rooms very nicely renovated. Hallway area a little dated, but will probably get updated like the rooms. Loved that the room had microwave and mini fridge. Super close to a bunch of good restaurants.

Rooms a little dated, but newly painted and brand new bathroom. Hotel was super clean, and staff so friendly. Excellent housekeeping-nothing missed. Hot breakfast was fine, nice not to hurry out to eat each morning. Within walking distance of several excellent restaurants and breweries. 11/10 highly recommend.

My husband and I travel ALOT for our jobs as well as for pleasure and have never been asked to pay $50 for checking in 40 minutes early. As a HH member if there is a room available, I have always been allowed to check in. What a way to nickel and dime your most loyal customers. They refused to waive this and the property was dirty, outdated and dingy despite them telling us they recently remodeled. I can't imagine what it looked like before. Parking was terrible and last, our door would not even close to our room. We had to force it each time. Not at all safe especially for female travelers - traveling alone.

It is fine, but I find most Hampton Inns to be a little bit better.

Dylan at the front desk was very nice and professional. He made the check in a very nice experience for my wife and I. Our room was on the fourth floor. It was clean and smelled good. The only inconvenience was that it was close to a noisy ice making machine and the elevators. It was a saturday night and many people were coming late, talked and laughed loudly. We couldn't sleep. Breakfast was meh. We will be back but not on a weekend.

The tv didn't have a guide so it was hard to browse channels when relaxing after i came back from work

I was lucky enough to stay at the Hampton Inn Naperville for several nights. Great room, nice staff and great hot breakfast too. I had forgotten something in my room and was hoping to get it back the next day after checking out. The manager was very helpful and he dispatched Michelle to the room who collected my items for me. She waited outside as I pulled my car up to gather my things. This mean a lot to me as I am disabled and need a cane to walk. Thank you Michelle
