Was a great one nighter! Slept well

Room was large and clean. Beds wer comfortable. Had both "firm" and "soft" pillows but they all felt the same. Breakfast was good, would be nice if they had real oatmeal instead of the instant kind. hotel was very full during our stay and at times it was a little difficult finding a parking spot. Shower has a large rainfall type shower head but the water pressure isn't really that great. It's nice that the sink is outside of the toilet/shower area.

24/7 coffee in lobby. Houskeeping was spot on during our 4 night stay. Buffet breakfast was nice. Parking was right next to entrances. Cleanliness of common areas: elevator floors and walls, hard floors in lobby hall.

Breakfast was also good. No complimentary water at check in, and lobby store is very expensive. The room was spacious and comfortable. The tub had no mat and only one vertical grab bar, so was risky for me. The pool was a disappointment for me. I use the pool as therapy for my bad legs. I can't use a ladder, need steps to get in/out. So we might stay again for short stay but not longer ones at the holidays.

In addition to a clean hotel, nice room, friendly staff, easy and safe parking, the best part was the location. Within a short walk to a variety of excellent yet reasonably priced restaurants (not fast food places, although you could order for take-out). Also was easy to get to hotel off a major highway, yet far enough from the highway and busy roads to be quiet and feel very safe.

They gave us a free upgrade, which we were happy about! The room was clean, but dated.

Some of the carpeted areas could use replacement. The bath room lighting was not bright for shaving. Especially when one is older and requires more light. The shower coukd use some support bars for stability. The AC was very cold which is truly appreciated, however, I was unable to raise the room temp. Perhaps I did not know the mechanics to adjust the temp. Overall stay was otherwise Excellent and the breakfast bar was very satisfactory especially the coffee brand and the fresh ground coffee in each cup. Thank you

Both rooms had issues with cleanliness. First room had lots of hair in the sheets and the second room needed to be vacuumed better. Breakfast on the second day was not very good compared to the first day of my stay. Everything was just ok.

We've stayed here quite often when we are in Naperville. The room is clean, breakfast is good and staff has always been available and friendly. The lobby is a busy area in the morning with breakfast, but they keep it very well stocked. Would highly recommend.

Clean - if a bit sparse - room, with an Excellent fainting couch as the side chair. Wonderful bed, normal fine breakfast. Would use this again any time I'm in the area!

This is a nice hotel but I would not stay here during winter again. It is a great location and felt safe. Check in was easy and customer service was great. When we got to our room it was like walking in to a furnace. The heat was blowing full blast. I reached out to the front desk and unfortunately figured out the AC is off for winter and the heater is on for the whole hotel. The thermostat in each room is only for heat so the only thing we could do was prop the door open for hours to let the heat out. I don’t think our room was a normal temperature until the early hours of the morning. It would be a good idea for the hotel to make sure thermostats are at a reasonable temp in a room prior to guests checking in. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom did unfortunately have a lot of hair. They provide complimentary breakfast which is always pretty good at Holiday Inn. They offer everything from cinnamon rolls to eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy.

Ask for room close to pool and or family and did not accommodate

A few improvement could be done such as a bit more lighting in the bedroom area. And more towel hooks in the bathroom. But all in all it was a great stay. I would recommend this place.

We really like this hotel. It is safe and clean and centrally located to the family we are there to visit. Breakfast is good and the beds are COMFY!

Had ceiling leak on first night when it started raining which some of my clothes got wet. Reported it and they said they checked it out. No other problems. Rain stopped. Otherwise good stay

Great location, safe. Room was large. Cleanliness was fair- a few stray hairs around. The bed skirt had something crusty spilled on it near the night stand that was never cleaned off. Breakfast was average, a good variety. Always standing in line for coffee the machines are good and freshly ground for each cup but that slows it down tremendously.

Great place. Best we’ve stayed at. Only complaint is that our room was cold cause the thermostat was broken. But they gave us extra blankets and we made it work.

Great clean & cheap place to stay….I stay here at least 14-21 days a year when visiting family.

The beds were nice and I slept well, but there was no hair dryer in our room and the one we were given had no heat. I tried to let the front desk know about it, but the person working barely acknowledged it. We did not use the breakfast, although clean, there wasn’t much variety or fresh options.

This hotel was an excellentg choice for our group of 12 friends. The hotel is located near restaurants and markets. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. It is clean and rooms are spacious. The hot breakfast is outstanding. Coffee available around the clock. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Easy check in, good breakfast. Located in a quiet business park, but still pretty close to lots of dining. Our room was upgraded to a suite with separate bedroom-loved the extra room! Pool a little small.

We drove from Minneapolis for an event at the Naperville Settlement. This was our first trip to Naperville. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Clean, friendly and great deep bathtub! Great for soaking after an 8 hour drive.

We had a very nice room upgrade that was much appreciated.

Stayed for 5 nights, there was a variety of breakfast options each day, a nice courtyard to enjoy some time outside, and fitness area was clean.

The entire area was very clean. Rooms were immaculate and offer not only places to hang clothes but also drawers in which to put clothes.

Traveling can be tiring. What a pleasure to end a long day at this property. All aspects of our overnight stay were enjoyable.

Overall, the stay was fine. The front desk was helpful and upgraded our stay. They were very friendly. The first two rooms we got were not ready. It was upgraded and the next was good. The ceiling seemed to be crumbling, but the room itself was clean. The pool was good BUT…there are first floor rooms viewing the pool and we could see into rooms of their blinds are open and 1 room was. I did not like that for my children. Anything could happen.

The staff here is excellent.Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are updated and ckean. Property is beautifully laid out with plenty of areas to sit and have conversations or conferences. There are so many restaurants within a block walking distance.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at lately. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast had great choices. We were there 3 days and each day had a different offering. My daughter was pleasantly surprised they had Greek yogurt. Very quiet hotel/area. I was nervous about staying so close to I-88 but didn’t hear it all. I would definitely recommend.

It was a great property. It was very clean and in a safe neighborhood. The only issue was a loud guest yelling and beating on their hotel door in the middle of the night, which I tried a couple of times to help calm them down until they did. Otherwise, the stay was great and I have no complaints.

I enjoyed the quietness. This is the 3rd stay at this location, first two rooms were great but I didn’t quite like the 3rd room.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The facility appeared to be newer and was clean. We stayed on the 2nd floor and our room was always very warm, we were not able to keep it at a comfortable temperature even after turning off the thermostat. That is the only issue. Otherwise it was nice and I would stay there again.

The TV reception was not good. Very hard to relax enjoy a show. The flow of breakfast could be better. Just a bit confusing. No potatoes at 9 am. Did love all the seating that was available for breakfast.

First room had blood on the walls and very dirty room. Asked for a second room with no joining room, gave us another room joining. Went back to get a new room checked into there and it smelled of chlorine. Extremely strong and overwhelming had to ask for a refund. Will never stay here again.

This hotel has a very nice contemporary decoration with comfy overall room environment. The hotel staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Our family enjoyed the stay and would recommend without hesitation to those who travel to Naperville, IL area for business or pleasure.

Unlike many of the Holiday Inn express hotels that we’ve stayed at in the past, this one was pretty dirty and had the smell of marijuana in our room. We also found that room service did not change our sheets, but remade the bed and restocked the towels it seems a bit dishonest. Also, there was a very large Birthday party happening that took up the entirety of the lobby and surrounding area. It was about 10 PM and very very loud when we were trying to sleep. Also, the fire alarm went off on our second night, which woke us in the middle of the night. Overall, I probably would not come back.

Definitely a nice hotel. Stayed here for two nights with the s/o when we came for Chicago visit weekend. I would recommend this Holiday Inn location if anyone wants to stay in the more quiet Naperville area.

Service was great at the front desk and everything in the breakfast area was clean and plenty full. The pool area seemed dirty and needs to be maintained a little better. My room doors was not fully closing, I had to push it fully closed everytime cause it would get stuck which made me nervous leaving the room.

Hotel was clean and convenient for a night stay.

It was also very easy to get back and forth from Edwards Hospital in Naperville, which was the main reason for my visit.

We had booked our trip months in advance and when it was time to check in they told my husband our reservation was cancelled because we didn’t answer the 1 call they made to us while we were traveling. Cole to find out they overbooked and the cancelled any reservations that were made on a third party site and gave them to walk ins. The manager was not accommodating and in so many words told us we were out of luck and there’s nothing they could do. I have never experienced this and was disturbed by the managers behavior. Instead of trying to help us figure out another option we were stranded in a city we weren’t familiar with to figure something else out.
