Cost was great. Room was clean and the TV worked well. It wasn't fancy but we only needed it a short time. Parking was not the best. We had a trailer hooked to the van they had to be separated for parking.

Property looks great, easy to access, heating system/AC working fine. I would have given a 5 but the response time was a bit poor when I needed something fixed in the room ( tv not working). I called again and they promised to send a staff but no show till we left the following morning. Other than this issue, I will say it's a nice place.

I loved everything about my room: satellite TV, nice bed, and wonderful maids. Despite the motel being full for the weekend, it was basically peaceful throughout with no noise. I slept well over the weekend. It would've been nice if the front desk worker actually granted my requested to give me a specific room. II had asked for a double bed but he gave me a single-bed room instead. Either way, the room was great.

Great location, clean room, included microwave and mini fridge. Available parking close to unit. WiFi was a bit sketchy, rather slow. Some noise from the plumbing when people in other units flushed the toilet or ran the shower.

I was over charged to check in early. I was charged 40 dollars and I stay here frequently and know that the early c/I fee is only 10.

Housekeeping knocks too early. Need better communication between front desk and housekeeping. If I'm checking out they shouldn't be trying to clean my room hours before I check out.

My only complaint is housekeeping starts knocking on doors too early.

The room was clean and the bed good. See pillow choices would be nice. Also, another pillow or two for a king bed would be great; we had three for a king size bed, and they were very smooshy.

I booked a room for my husband for Friday night because he works in Naperville an hour and a half from her home. When he has to work a Saturday he doesn't get off until midnight on Friday and then has to be there at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday so he just needs a few hours of sleep. He stopped there on his way to work around 3:00 p.m. to get checked in so when he got off work he could just go to sleep. The rude man at the counter said he didn't show that he had a reservation. Although my husband had the confirmation code he said that the payment had not gone through on booking.com. that was not correct because I had the confirmation that it did go through. My husband got so frustrated and he just left cuz he had to get to work. I called the number that was posted on booking.com for the place of business and the first two times it went to voicemail. The third time I called from my cell phone and the man answered and asked me rudely how did you get this phone number? This is my personal cell phone. I said well then don't post it on booking.com if you don't want people to use it. He asked what I wanted because he was busy. I said I'm busy as well! But you can't seem to find my husband's reservation that I made, although he stays there most Friday nights has been since March! And then he finally said oh I just found it. It was under another name. It's the same way it's always been. I book it they said who's going to be staying there and I list my husband's name. He was yelling and screaming at me on the phone what do you want from me? I said I want you to get your crap together and be more efficient for your customers! It's a decent motel and it's clean and cheap. And when you're only going there to sleep for 4 or 5 hours it's a good choice. But the man with a thick accent that is there during the day is a jerk. The daytime manager with the heavy accent. He can't seem to handle the business when it's busy and can't seem to find reservations and accommodate customers. And then wants to yell at you for it!

I enjoyed my stay. The staff are friendly and understanding. The only thing about my stay that made it lose a star this time is because I found a rather large roach in my room, which was easily resolved with a Croc and then the cops came and banged on the door (71) next to my room for about an hour… maybe longer. I guess the person refused to answer the door. Which was kind of unsettling and bothersome. I’ve stayed here in the past. This is the only time that I can report anything “bad”. Overall one bug appearance and a bizarre cop appearance next door to my room and still this place is a Good place to stay.

Convenient location and easy to find. Ice machine not working and staff stated all ice machines were broken. Random person outside was able to tell me that the staff were wrong and the other building had a working ice machine. Prevalence of smokers caused noticeable smell.

A very well taken care of property for its age. Everything was very clean, there’s a Portillos within a couple minute walk, and it was nice and quiet. My only critique is that the water pressure was so strong that it almost took my skin off, and it makes the shower curtain suck into the shower space and the bathroom very wet lol. Challenging shower, but otherwise would absolutely revisit for the price.

The rooms are very comfortable and the motel is more than conveniently located. However, the facility is dated and needs work. Tile grout got stuck on my feet in the bathroom, and the AC did not work in my original room. Staff were kind enough to relocate me right away.

Outstanding water pressure in shower!! Excellent rates for the Chicagoland area, as well as nice newer flat screen TV and excellent cable. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

We came in for Lollapalooza and didn't want to pay a crazy amount. This is the cleanest motel we've ever stayed at. No noise, no hidden fees just pay and stay. Next to shopping and lots of food, it's the perfect location if you don't mind driving into the city.

The hotel is old and could use some updates, but i was very pleasantly surprised at how comfortable the beds were and they keep the grounds super clean!! The room was clean, but had a little bit of a musty smell. It was great having a jni fridge and microwave in the room!!

I have stated various economy hotels in the area. This is by far. The best staff is friendly rooms are large spacious and clean, and I stayed for a couple days and each day my bed was made and clean towels put out that hasn’t happened at other economy, hotels I stay at for length of time so I wanted to say thank you to this particular place and I look forward to coming back and Staying here once again

Stayed there for a week when we got to hotel the fridge not working n we told the manager the fridge not working. Our one week of food got spoiled because of it. Already struggling with food n money n wasted of food because fridge wasn’t working n manager did not get it fixed. Didn’t do anyrihh to even transfer me to new room.

I got bit by spiders on my face, back and breast. The hotel mattress was filthy and the room was musty.

A man was being arrested outside of front office when we got there. Then while waiting to check in a man came in wanting to book at an hourly rate which was granted. Then when we got to our room we find the king size bed we booked was actually a twin size bed.

The facility is clean, safe, and the staff helpful. It is an older building so some may be put off by its appearance which is very 1970s. But it is a good value and nice place to stay. We would stay there again.

This is a decent option for inexpensive lodging for in Naperville. Room was clean. Good location. When my family moved to Naperville 49 years ago, I was six, we stayed here for about 10 days. I checked in the other day and got one of the same rooms we stayed in 49 years ago, pretty cool.

The front desk person mumbled and could not be understood. The beds and pillows were stained and worn. There was no fitted sheet on beds so every time you turned over or got up, the sheets shifted on/off bed. The toilet ran all night and leaked. The tub curtain was only linen so when taking a shower, water went everywhere. Carpet was very dirty with hairs and gunk.

I forgot a few clothes in the dresser in the room. They would not mail them to me when told I would reimburse them. I had a friend try to pick them up that afternoon and a different desk person said there was nothing there. I called and was told the manager would call me. No phone call. I called the next day and was told the manage would call me. No phone call. They don't care. It's obvious. I will never stay there again and I would never recommend this motel.

This is our 4th year that we stayed at Stardust Motel in the middle of August. Everything was exceptional and the services were consistent throughout the years. The staff were very supportive and we were very happy. The room was quiet and very clean, The transportation was very convenient and the location was not too far from any groceries. Within one mile radius, we could get everything that we wanted. We could not ask for anything more. If we decide to go to Naperville again next August, we will definitely stay at this motel. They are all wonderful !

I requested a nonsmoking room and it was very clearly a smoking room. There were no outlets near the bed so I couldn’t use my medical device. The room was basic. I needed it to sleep in and it was adequate for my needs, but barely.
