Room was decent for the price. Breakfast was awful!

I booked one night. Within a few minutes of the booking, i received a confirmation email. Then I got a second email which said if I arrive before 4 I may be subject to an extra fee, and if I want to store my luggage there may be an extra fee. I was appalled. Aren't hotels supposed to make travelling easier? It seems they are taking a queue from the airlines. This was the first time I've ever been notified that either of these fees might be added. I arrived in the evening, checked in, went to my room. One step into the room, I was overwhelmed with the reek of marijuana. This is a no smoking hotel. If I had stayed in that room, everything I had with me would have picked up the smell. It was campfire strong. I went back downstairs, asked for a different room. The staff was somewhat reluctant to move me, they were fully booked. I was assigned a new room which was fine. As I'm making my way to the new room, a man is in the hallway, carrying a cup with a roach-like bug in it, showing everyone he sees, telling them it was in his room. Yikes. This was not my expected experience.

The breakfast and free parking. We arrived at the hotel late at night after a long days travelling from the UK and was looking forward to getting some sleep! We checked in and lugged all our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs, this was due to the lift being out of order! We went in the room only to find out that we were given a key to someone elses room, luckily they wasn't in bed when we walked in! After going back to the reception to let them know, they called the person in the room to see if they had checked out, surely they should of known! We were given a suite for the inconvenience, however, the suite was dated, smelt damp and the hotel was quite dirty in general. We cancelled our stay for the following 4 days and moved hotels, which was the right decision as the hotel we stayed in was much nicer.

Clean wonderful room. Outdoor pool and spa was amazing wish it stayed open till atleast 12 tho thought 10 was a little to early. The 2 free drinks between 5 & 7 was a nice touch. It came with appetizer also which was nice. We didn’t eat it tho. The first morning we was there we ate the breakfast and we didn’t eat it no more. It gave us the well we was on the toilet a lot. So we decided not to eat it anymore. That was disappointing and it wasn’t that good anyways. Coffee could have been better also but breakfast apple juice and milk was good and the fruit. Other then the breakfast we had a great time and it was amazing place to stay.

The staff was friendly and they accommodated us when we asked if we could check in early! The room itself smelled a little musty but seemed pretty clean overall. The bed was comfy, pillows could’ve been comfier. Water pressure was just okay. The breakfast options were fine, I was just happy that there was a waffle maker. Unfortunately we did not have time to try the happy hour drinks and hor dourves, or go to the pool or hottub but I appreciate that the options were there.

We’ve stayed there many times. It’s always a very pleasant stay.

Staff was very friendly. Room was very clean and spacious. They have a shuttle for 20.00 to take you to the market and Grand ole Opary. They also give you tickets for 2 free drinks for happy hour.

Best breakfast in a long time. Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs. Sugar yogurt, plain Greek yogurt. Turkey links, pork sausage, biscuits/ gravy, fresh strawberries, apples, oranges,Canned peaches. Cereal, oatmeal, donuts, muffins. Waffles. Nice outdoor pool, perfect temp. Comfy bed and pillows. Nice shower-even temp and good pressure. Fridge did not have a freezer though! :-( Coffee maker, microwave. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash on the wall in shower was nice.

The pool/courtyard area is very nice! The beds are super comfy, and breakfast was good. Some of the things I noticed had some age on them: the linens, the curtains, the shower heads. And only one smoking area on the property. At night, beware of the family of skunks that live nearby! I would stay here again.

We have stayed at this hotel for years. We have always had a good experience. The last 2 stays only had 1 problem. The breakfast buffet's hot items were cold. We did not even try to eat any of the hot items during our last night. This can be easily fixed and we are looking forward to our next trip.

The lady at the front desk was rude wasn't to friendly. The room was clean and bed was nice and comfortable. They have a great breakfast it was delicious. Around 9am received a knock at the door talking about are you leaving. What are you talking about checkout is 11am. And she walked away.

Theirs no smoking on balcony’s only outside of facility but people were smoking by the pool. Front desk staff wasn’t very nice except one lady that went above and beyond

Our room smelled like mold and wet dog. I don’t know how else to describe it, but it was definitely unpleasant. We were there for just one night to continue trip the next morning, so it wasn’t worth changing rooms, we just needed to go to bed. We didn’t take a shower there, the bathroom wasn’t very clean. Breakfast was like 5/10. The lady at front desk wasn’t the most friendly one.

The 2 ladies at the front desk made us feel right at home! They were very sweet to us. I stayed there last month and they were just as nice then too. I will be back. I had an end room but wanted a balcony. But they were all full. It's OK cause that room was very nice as well.

We didn't get there till 1 am. The lady at the desk gave me menus for 3 pizza places that still delivered and gave me an extra hour for checkout. She also upgraded the room! Breakfast was outstanding

My only complaint is the loud slamming of room doors. The door slams when going in and out of the rooms. One night there were people on our floor who had children that ran up and down the hallways, in and out of the room which means that doors were slamming until the wee hours of the morning. And there were adults who were in and out and just as loud. I suggest creating a “Quiet Hours” policy. This will assist with people knowing what is tolerated and what’s not. Oh, and explore different door mechanisms for a softer close.

The rooms facing the freeway make for a very unrestful sleep as you listen to police sirens, semis, and cars driving fast down the freeway. For the price we paid, this was a decent hotel. We wouldn't stay here again if we visited Nashville, however, no matter the price.

The room was clean, staff was friendly. The breakfast was nice and the happy hour was just what we needed after a long day. The hot tub was pretty gross and the room tub was old and needs to be upgraded. The elevator was not working but luckily we were on the first floor. Overall the stay was pleasant and we would stay again.

I guess I did not pay attention when I booked, but we were pleasantly surprised to see that there was a separate bedroom and living room. Liked the extra space since we stayed 3 nights. The bed was comfy and the room temp was too. The breakfast had a lot of variety. I liked the make-up remover pads and the special make-up face cloth. The location allowed us to get to many places easily. One of my favorite things, in the bedroom, was the elevated cabinet under the TV. It allowed us to stow all of our luggage out of the way, while still having some drawers and a countertop. GREAT decorating idea. The front desk staff both night and morning were super nice. The TV in the living room stopped working, but we used the one in the bedroom so did not even bother to report it until we checked out. BUT the couch in the living room was seriously the most uncomfortable I had ever been on. It was like sitting in a wooden box and the sides were high so did not even have armrests. Who picked that out?

Room and property dirty. Our room was dirty, floor bed and bedsheets. We didn’t have a choice but to stay till morning because we flew in past midnight. There were shady people checked in. A lot of screaming and banging. Strong smell of pot. We checked out and move to different hotel. The only upside is their staff are great especially Margo. They canceled our reservation and told us we’ll be refunded.

Very clean and felt safe, even as a woman traveling solo with children. We enjoyed n excellent breakfast with options for all of our dietary needs. The staff was also very patient with my special needs child that felt the need to tell everyone he saw about his entire trip.

Rude reception staff on arrival, not very helpful. Breakfast Spanish staff not understanding our language of English.

The room was clean and comfortable, but we knew that since we stayed there last year too. The staff are very helpful and friendly from the front desk to the maids. Special shout out to Lance who handles the drinks and snacks from 5 until 7, 6 days per week. The pool is clean and they also have a hot tub, which we took advantage of. Great place to stay and very reasonable within 5 miles from Broadway.

Staff was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. The only disappointment was the breakfast. No bacon. Link sausage was barely cooked. Small ground sausage patties did not taste like ground sausage. The small egg biscuits were great and scrambled eggs were good. The gravy and biscuits had NO flavor what-so-ever. Absolutely the most bland gravy I have ever tasted. Unedible. The cut cantalope/fruit was fresh and good. Overall breakfast was okay for complimentary but parts of it were just not good at all. Rest of the Hotel was fine. Reasonably priced and a good value for what it is. I would recommend and stay there again.

Room was clean. Free breakfast was hardy. Free evening cocktails were a plus. Didn’t use it but they had a pool, workout room and whirlpool. Would definitely go back. Was away from the city but within 15 minutes of wherever I wanted to go.

Rooms were clean and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The only real downsides to the place were that the bed did have a very firm/stiff mattress and that the breakfast was not good. But the courtyard was so pretty, the parking lot was gated, and for the price it was worth it! Better than a red roof inn but not as nice as like a hilton but it was worth the money spent. There is a no-smoking policy for everywhere but a smoking area outside one of the entrances including room balconies. Overall I would stay again.

The hotel was very nice very low nice location only thing I hate is that when you get a balcony room or suite you should be able to step outside on your balcony and smoke your cigarettes or whatever if you're paying for the room that's the purpose of getting the balcony sweet so you won't have to run up and down the stairs and respect the room at the hotel that gets a zero

For the most part our stay was nice. It seemed noisier than most hotels we’ve been in. The doors slammed shut at all hours. Breakfast was average. The outdoor pool was very nice and clean. The air conditioner in our room was quite noisy.

We were only here long enough to sleep and eat before hitting the road. Beds were comfy; breakfast was better than your average midrange hotel; and staff was nice. Pool looked very inviting and clean. Only downside was the smell of weed a few times, not really inside, but around the property. If that doesn’t bother you, would definitely recommend for the price!

This was our 4th time staying here. Our AC seemed not to work this time. The breakfast food was NOT good. The regular and turkey sausages did not even taste or have the consistency of real meat. We loved all the staff! The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good. & the cocktail hr was a bonus if you drank. All in all a decent stay.

The great: my room was spotless, no odor, and was fairly modern looking. Plus I was able to park close to the outside door near the room for easy access. (A Nice) Buffet breakfast included! The Good: the hotel is about 15-20 minute drive to downtown and maybe 5-10 min to the airport. They also have a shuttle to downtown which I think is $20 round trip. I did not use the pool but it was open and accessible and also had a working jacuzzi. Fair: I did not deduct from the rating for these; I thought the rugs out in the hall could use an update, and the outside of rm doors could use an update to something other than poo brown. The shower was very clean but could use an update to the framing when they can. Not a big deal though. Bad: nothing! Had a great stay and would recommend!

My only issue with my stay was the noise. I was near where the cleaners kept their carts and they began rolling and banging very early. I will stay again but request a room further away from elevators and the utility room. Room was cleaned daily which I appreciated very much. Nice hotel.

My wife and I were the first to eat breakfast on Saturday morning, surprised that the food was room temperature and not even warm. I had stayed here previously without issues but this time the room air conditioner was so nosey it keep us up all night. Pillows were the worst I'd ever had at any motel anywhere. Microwave in room wasn't clean. Staff was really nice but I probably will not return.

They even have a shuttle which is nice if you don’t want to park downtown. Only complaint is the doors slammed a lot. Ppl forget others are around….

Though the breakfast was okay, the same items were served each day. The servers started early removing the food. So at 9 am the food was gone.

I travel a lot for work and this was by far one of the noisiest hotels I have ever stayed in… There’s an AC unit outside that sounds like a leaf blower going nonstop. It was constant slamming of doors so much that my room was shaking. I called a few times to complain, but it doesn’t sound like there was much the hotel staff could do about it. I always request top floor away from pets, children, etc. but because some hotels don’t understand the concept of separating guests based on the need of their visit that doesn’t always work out. The best part was the happy hour and drink tickets because it took the edge off of the noise for a little while anyway lol… This was my first trip to Nashville and although this hotel was in a nice neighborhood and the happy hour was a nice touch. I will definitely not stay there again because of the noise.

The staff was very friendly and check in process was easy. Hotel seemed clean. The morning of checkout, around 9 am, someone entered our room. The door opened, and we saw a shadow. We were lying in bed, and before we could say anything, the door closed. Looked out the peephole and there is housekeeping. They hadn't knocked, and when the door opened, no one said, " Housekeeping. Irritating to say the least. Checkout was supposed to be at 11, so no one should have been making an entry, especially without announcing themselves. Other than that, we had a room at the back of the hotel, and the road noise from the interstate was really loud.

Staff was rude , room had no ac and we asked repeatedly to have it looked at or move . Elevator was out and we had to carry our bags up flights if stairs . Hoghway was very loud next door . We left after 45 minutes of waiting for something to be done about our stifling hot room .

The area was sketchy at best, right next store to a questionable hotel that looks like it is some type of long term stay. the staff was rude at check in and the breakfast was blah.... Was woken up by some loudmouths at 3 AM. Not worth the money!

I love this hotel! I stay here every time I visit Nashville. Great amenities, great staff, comfortable beds, clean rooms, excellent location to downtown!

However… I called two days before our visit and asked about the pool. I was told that the pool would be under construction and closed during our stay. I unpacked the swimsuits that I had already packed. When we arrived, the front desk told me that the pool was actually open. That was mildly annoying. Our room was fairly clean. The bathtub really needed attention, though. It did not look like it had been thoroughly cleaned at all. The wall in had obvious gunk on it that needed to be cleaned off. The soap dish looked to have soap scum all along the edges where it connected to the wall - top and bottom, so it’s not as if they just didn’t see it. The floor had dirt in the corners and on the edges. Part of the metal door frame had rusted away. It just needed to be replaced. The bed was pretty terrible, to be honest. I did not sleep well at all. It was hard. The quilt was the weight of a sheet. My five year-old referred to the pillows as “baby pillows.” Lol. I believe I got a deal on the room and paid about $90 for the night. That’s reasonable for the stay. However, when I was considering extending our stay, so we could have more time in Nashville, the room we were in was $291 per night. There is no way that that hotel is worth $291.

The room was clean. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was good. A lot of variety and selection. The outdoor pool was closed when we were there but we enjoyed the whirlpool. My only complain is the noise from the freeway. We were in the building closest to the freeway and it was loud.

Overall my stay was satisfactory and I would stay there again. The shuttle downtown was great, the food selection for breakfast was decent. My only complaint is that you could hear the neighbors room door close and the walls were pretty thin.

I enjoyed my stay, although to quick. Bed was fantastic - i wished i could have enjoyed the happy hour offered, maybe next time

The only thing that I didn’t like about the hotel was we were put on the first floor room 103. The laundry room is right there and so is breakfast. So it was constant noise. Barley could sleep due to the laundry carts, people coming in and out of hotel and breakfast getting served. I’ll stay again but just another floor. Everything else was great.

The appetizer and drinks is a great idea before going out for the night. Breakfast was better then any other place I've been to. Parking spaces are a little tight when you have big vehicle. But security was good

Wonderful stay with family for four nights. Could not believe the free appetizers and drinks from 5-7 each night. The place was a little dated, but overall it was a GREAT stay. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in while traveling.

Our electricity went out from a storm so we booked this last minute. Front desk was amazingly helpful. Place was clean and parking was easy. The breakfast was great as well.

Everything was fine except pool is not functional right now looks like it was just replastered but they made up with 2 free happy hour drinks and free bar food.

There is nothing sound proof about these rooms and the patios/balconies are pointless if you cannot smoke on them. The building smells like a hospital.

Toilet seat cover broken

I got a great deal through hotels.com, so was skeptical this was going to be a dump and it totally wasn’t. Nice, helpful staff, 2 complementary drinks as we checked in. The pool is currently under renovation but the hot tub is working and it’s huge and hot. The rooms are nice, bed is firm but comfortable. My mom wanted to take her pillow home. I agree. Breakfast sucked. But I think they did have a waffle maker. Overall a great stay for the discount I got on it.

For each visit, I requested a first-floor room near an exit close to the parking lot, and those requests were previously accommodated. For this stay, I booked in advance and made the same request, but it was not honored. I was placed on the third floor, in the last room down the hall, far from the elevator and near stairs requiring three flights. I also have difficulty walking long distances due to a recent injury and surgery, which made this placement especially difficult and resulted in swelling in my feet and ankles. This was my first time requesting extra towels and washcloths in advance, and that request was also not fulfilled. At checkout, I was told no requests were visible. After review through the booking site, the requests were found and shown as denied by the property. When I spoke with the general manager, I was told requests are not guaranteed and no solution or alternative was offered. I also made them aware I intended to leave a review. As a returning guest, this stay felt noticeably different from my previous visits. Even when requests cannot be met, clear communication and basic accommodation matter. This experience changed my perspective on returning.

Great breakfast, clean rooms

Pool was closed for the season. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean and comfortable.

Nothing too Fancy....got the job done!

The amenities were top notch. The room was specious with a nice work area coupled with many lamps for appropriate lighting. The A/C worked perfectly. There was nice seating area. The bathroom was very clean. The king-size bed was comfortable and the TV had a nice big screen. All in all, I give this hotel a 5-star rating.

The outdoor pool is under construction and you’ll be woken up by the sound of jackhammers. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very friendly, but I cannot recommend this experience to anyone.

Our family had 2 rooms. Both were clean and well maintained, except for the AC unit in one room. Our number one complaint is about the paper thin walls. We could hear everything happening in the halls, nearby interstate traffic, airport take offs and landings, police activity at hotel next door, people in the parking lot, a nearby family feud, and late night guest arrivals. The location of the hotel is in a sketchy area as well. No return visit for us.

Staff were great absolutely fantastic…. Very very loud. Can hear eveyrhing in hallways and rooms next door. Very very poor insulation. Don’t think we would stay again… being woken up every morning to hearing just basic conversations in the hallways, no rest at all.

Clean. Nice staff. We stopped by to drop off our bags, but they gave us an early check-in for free! Which is the first time I've ever had that. So major plus for that. Breakfast buffet is the standard spread you see at other similar hotels w/ waffles, but this one has biscuits and gravy, and breakfast burritos. The tortillas for the burritos seemed to go fast, so go early if you want. Building is older, but seems to be well managed and kept clean. Each time I went to the lobby there would be someone cleaning. Would stay here again. Thank you!

Whole experience

Only giving it 3 stars as our bed was so hard and the staff was less than accommodating. Due to the bed being so incredibly stiff and uncomfortable, I asked for 2 extra pillows to help support my back and I was told (very rudely) that they don’t have extra pillows nor does the housekeeping allow any extra pillows/blankets. We spent 4 nights there and it was really uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep much at all. Unfortunately we won’t be staying here ever again.

The room was very clean, however the bed was extremely hard, almost like sleeping in a park bench. I chose this hotel because the reviews said that noise was minimum, not sure if it was my room's location, but there was lots of noise. I would stay again because I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, but would need to make sure I get a different location and a better bed.

Patron's in the hallways at 2:00 in the morning yelling at each other, kids crying, adults threatening one another. It's tough to get a good nights sleep when this is going on two nights in a row during our stay. The icing on the cake was the lone elevator in the building goes down...

The elevator was out of service during my stay, which was inconvenient—especially when carrying luggage. That’s something that should really be addressed for guest accessibility and comfort. Another downside was the highway noise. The hotel is located right by a busy road, and you can hear constant traffic throughout the night. If you’re a light sleeper, this may be an issue. That said, if you’re just looking for an inexpensive place to sleep for a night and aren’t concerned about amenities or modern updates, it serves its purpose. Just go in with realistic expectations.

Staff overcharged me for my room without explanation. Elevator wasn't working, but the staff made accomodations for my handicap guest. I stau here often, but wont book again.

The first room they gave us had bugs in the bed. The second had pubes all over the toilet tank and a used Plackers flosser on the floor. It was so gross. We would've left but we had been driving for 11 hrs and were already running on barely 4-5 hrs of sleep and were exhausted. We didn't sleep well at all because the walls are paper-thin and you could hear them vacuuming the floors outside in the hall. Ridiculous. We will never stay here again. The worst was the employees all telling us different information depending on who we spoke to. Nobody new what was going on and they said there were no managers until Monday. Seems odd especially on a busy weekend. Lesson learned - DO NOT GO BY EXPEDIA REVEIWS THEY ARE FAR FROM ACCURATE. This is the second hotel we booked through expedia that was rated 8.5+ and rated Excellent and it was far from it!!!

The two ladies working the night shift on Valentine’s Day deserve raises! So extremely kind and helpful, very funny and made the stay so welcoming. Traveling can make you feel like an outsider sometimes, and they made us feel right at home. All of the staff we interacted with were phenomenal. 100% recommend staying here just for the personnel.

The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was mid, but plenty of all selections were available 10 minutes before the end. A little bit of highway noise did not disturb our sleep.

The sheets were very clean and bright white, no stains or defects. The towels were stiff. The fridge temperature cannot be adjusted; it doesn’t feel very cold when opening it but in the morning my leftover food was frozen. The window shade was pretty thin and semi clear, made me wonder if someone could see in at all. My problem also with this is that there was a very bright light outside my window which made it hard to sleep. So I did not get good sleep at all because of this. I would consider staying there again, but not in that room. (206) The front desk staff was very nice and friendly.

The room was so nice! It was a good size and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was super friendly and the cocktails and snack time was a really nice treat. Breakfast was awesome! They had so many options! I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay again. The only annoying thing was guests leaving their rooms and letting the door slam shut. But that’s just rude, inconsiderate people.

I meant to stop at the desk and make a complaint in the morning, but I had an early morning flight and overslept and had to make a dash for the airport. Definitely housekeeping is cutting corners and apparently trying to reuse sheets since there were already crumbs under the covers when I pulled them back. I consider crumbs in a bed and debris in corners and splashed brown unidentified liquids on the walls around the commode to be a red flag. I guess to the general quality of the housekeeping overall. I left too early to take advantage of the breakfast.

Clean pubic areas and a happy hour that is top notch. We stayed during the storm and power outage of January 2026. They were so accommodating and comfortable. This is our new go to hotel when in Nashville.

It’s cool for one night before a flight. The bedroom and tv area what seemed to updated but the bathroom area was not , it gave dingy. The room I received was first floor next to back door entrance, so heard everything and I am a light sleeper so definitely didn’t get much sleep. And tv keep losing signal and I was trying to watch the movie Coco, annoying. The breakfast was nasty, but I did appreciate the choice between pork and turkey sausage cuz I don’t eat pork. But the proximity to the airport, comfortable bed and the turkey sausage is why i gave 3 stars .

The rate is reasonable, and the staff was very kind and accommodating. Three stars because the old sticky hair dryer didn't work. Hair dryers are extremely important -- no one wants to wait for a replacement in the morning.

I have trouble with steps and we were on second floor, fire alarm went off- they were testing alarm we were very upset that they did not tell people in advance they would be testing it. It caused a lot of problems for me that could have been avoided

The room was awesome, bed was comfortable, and the hotel was conveniently located about 12 minutes from the Gaylord where my work conference was being held. My wife and I look forward to coming back in the early summer this next year!!

Room was clean. Bed was very comfortable but bed was a bit too high for us. I am 5'7 and had a hop to get into bed. Pillows are small pillows for bed. Our AC made a very loud rattle all night but once i finally fell asleep i slept all night. Body wash container was empty.

The room itself was fine. The atmosphere however was AWFUL. There was constantly the smell of someone smoking weed. On 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, there were people in the hallway at like 2-3 in the morning literally screaming at each other for ridiculously long periods of time. We also were not even able to utilize the shuttle service to get around town because there was no driver. Overall, would not choose to book here again.

Rooms are amazing! Very clean and roomy. This hotel has every essential needed and the vibe is super peaceful. We have been to tons of hotels around the country and this is our new favorite. Tons of amenities and amazing staff! Gated parking, wonderful Jacuzzi, we enjoyed free wine and a free potato bar during the hotels happy hour. Love the comfty bedding and the hotel looked and smelled very clean. We slept wonderfully. We enjoyed the best hotel breakfast buffet there as well. Thank you for the experience!

Check in was not good the gal at the front desk who checked us in was quite rude. When asked if they had an elevator she responded I already told you that we did when you checked in. The breakfast was the same every other day 1day it wld be omelets the nxt day scrambled eggs then omelets again. Temperature of the food was luke warm. The temperature of the room where the hot tub was located was very cold. We did enjoy the Happy Hour the 2x’s we were back in time for it. The gentleman making the drinks was ver nice. The rooms were nice beds were comfy. Other than the day we checked in the front desk staff were nice.

This place was great. The bartender Layne(I think) was amazing. The front office night girl was also amazing . Only thing I would say is the flyer they give you to order pizza from the local place that delivers to the hotel is not great. Food took a very long time, was cold and not great. Other than that hotel was great. Will def stay here again just not order from that place I think it’s called Margaritaville.

The room we had was very comfortable and clean! The staff were very friendly and kind. I don’t usually use the shampoo and conditioners that hotels provide but I did here and it smelled so good. I was impressed. We did miss breakfast by 10 minutes and asked if we could maybe just have stuff to make a waffle and we were told straight up “No.”. But we were late so…

When I got there there was a problem with my online booking through a third party. However customer service was nice & solved the issue quickly. The room is a little outdated however it was clean, comfortable beds, spacious room, the shower was nice. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, included a variety of food options.

The place was ok, had to request clean sheets after finding hair and stains on our sheets, room was ok but seems a bit outdated and the place smelled. I would not stay there again if I was visiting Nashville. Staff was nice and friendly but place seems to have mediocre to poor management at the top. If you are on a tight budget and just need a place to lay your head I guess this will do but if you want to enjoy a vacation and relax in a nice hotel this is not it.

This breakfast has some of the best potatoes I've ever had. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The shuttle is cool to drop you off right on Broadway. It doesn't take you anywhere else. But cheaper than uber. Comfy beds.

The hotel says it has a shuttle service but it only runs when it wants to. Twice, in 4 days, we were waiting for it for over half an hour only to find out that it wasn’t running anymore (the first time) and the second time, they forgot to stop as it wasn’t coming for another hour! Please do not have a sign up saying it is running from 10am-11:30pm when that is not the truth.

Room ok....staff overall was ok

Staff was good. The place is looking out dated. The TV was hard to hear. The door deadbolt would not catch. The fridge was in the floor. The bathroom wasn’t appealing. The reviews said “wonderful” that’s why I booked it but not wonderful at all. It was just ok.

Had a great few days here. Its a lovely hotel, rooms very spacious, clean and modern. The lobby is lovely too with areas to relax. Breakfast was nice, nothing fancy but enough to get you going. Its a bit away from the city but Uber is only 10 or 12 dollars so well worth it for the peace a quiet.

Second time staying at the Club Hotel Nashville. Spacious quiet room and clean too, free cocktails/appetizer in the evening, and a delicious breakfast buffet. Angela was welcoming and friendly upon arrival. Great location.

Pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel is. The check-in was quick and easy. Staff very helpful and friendly, we felt very welcome. Nice room, clean and well maintained, with all the amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even mouth wash). The breakfast had a good selection and the happy hour had beer and cocktails along with nachos. We used Uber and Lyft to go around Nashville(about $20 for 4 to most locations). They do have a shuttle available also.

At first glance, the room looked clean. When we entered the shower, we felt the soap scum on the walls which was really gross. The first day, one wash cloth was missing. Third day, the housekeeper was asked to change the bed sheets. It did not happen. Apparently, she did not understand English. I had to call the front desk late in the afternoon to get this done. Another time, the housekeeper didn't finish making the bed. Really weird how the bed wasn't finished.

Our room was clean and so roomy with a great balcony overlooking the pool. All of the staff were friendly and engaging, especially at the free breakfast and the evening cocktail hours! We'll definitely stay again!

I really enjoyed my stay. Rooms are nice and clean, staff is friendly, shuttle bus takes you downtown for a small fee and that’s round trip. I have absolutely no complaints.

There was a nice vibe upon entering to check in. Nice music, front desk staff were bubbly and the adult beverage person was very hospitable. The amenities were to my liking and my room was bigger than I thought it would have been. I will return.

The hotel was very clean and well maintained inside and out. Sylvia at the Front desk was very helpful when we checked in and had some many things prepared for our first time to Nashville.

Recommend if looking for affordable option!! 10 min drive to broadway 5 min to grand ole pry. Complementary cocktails and snacks were the best. Only downside was the towels were dirty had to request new ones and those were also dirty

This place surpassed my low expectations. When I think of quality hotels I think of the big names but this place was in the same league as the bigger brands. Check in was quick and easy. Front desk staff friendly and informative. They did free a snack and drinks during dinner time. The room was comfortable and I got a great nights rest. Quiet and clean grounds plus an amazing breakfast. I would most definitely stay again.

Room had stains in the walls and bedding. Hotel smelled like mold and sewage. I would not recommend staying at the this hotel or in this area.

The room walls are THIN. Several times I was awoken by shouting/fighting in the hall or doors banging shut. The AC unit was so loud, it would kick on/off and and wake you up or make it impossible to even watch tv on the highest volume. The location is close enough to downtown if that’s what you’re looking to do, but not too much going on , you have to drive at least one exit for stores/take out food.
